A/N: After an incident of me unintentionally plagiarizing someone else's idea in Chaoter 1 I decided to rewrite this story and this chapter. I am very sorry for this but now I promise to never make the same mistake again since this is the 1st time I did so but anyways, I hope you all enjoy this rewritten version and I have now thought of something different. Also, in my defense it was unintentional plagiarism but it was still my fault and I regretted it. Now, here is a newer and more original Chapter 1.
Chapter 1: Life Begins
(Location: New York City)
In an unknown area, the sky is blood red, the clouds were all black, while red lightning cackles through said clouds. Furthermore, the landscape is filled with black smoke and flames as well as several weapons were embedded on the ground.
What's more is that from the ground there are several craters alongside dead bodies of several Devils, Demons, Orcs, Fallen Angels, Monsters, and other creatures with them being either having holes on their chests while others looked like they were brutally ripped apart while others were unrecognizable as if they were turned to ash or were burnt into a crisp.
What's more is that the city around him is now fire and in ruins evident that a chaotic battle had happened. Buildings were on fire while others were looking like they have been destroyed from all angle with some that had already fallen apart with several supernaturals crushed underneath them. What's more is that the streets were also littered with dead bodies and so on.
Meanwhile on the ground, a tall figure standing around 8 Feet Tall with metallic skin as well as a glowing circular hole in its chest followed by smaller circular holes on each of its palms with what seems to be shoulder cannons on its shoulders is seen standing around the battlefield with an emotionless face looks around and was satisfied of taking down anyone thatchad challenged him.
This figure was none other than The Iron God himself.
Right now he is making sure that the area was now clear as the only thing that had ever happened was when Earth was peaceful several supernatural races minus Heaven saw more of Iron God's power so out of fear and paranoia from most of their incompetent leaders, they planned to attack him and end him to where he stands.
Because of their actions the city was in complete ruins but fortunately for The Iron God he used his powers to not only teleport every civilian out of the vicinity but also sent them to a place to where none of the said civilians could be harmed.
From there a battle had ensued and as the battle had happened several supernatural beings were killed by the Iron God's might alone but as he fights there was both clear anger and hatred in his eyes as he battled them.
After the battle had ended several supernaturals were killed in battle... No, it waas more like a massacre as Iron God himself killed everyone with no mercy as he had no forgiveness in the battle.
As Iron God saw the surroundings being filled with destruction and with that he would then float up into the air as when he did he was about to start using his power to rebuild everything.
But as he does so, a shout is then heard from behind him: HAJIME!!!
Hearing this, The Iron God would the turn around and as he did he then sees someone wearing a red draconic armour as well as red energy wings on its back with a draconic tail and a green orb on its chest.
This was Issei Hyoudou, the current Red Dragon Emperor.
Issei and Iron God both stared at each other awaiting for 1 of them to either make the 1st move or even talk as they look at 2 another with caution.
But as they waited, Iron God was the 1st to break the silence and said: Look at you, Issei. Despite the Devils sending in some of their forces to take me out, you still side with them nonetheless. I thought you were my friend?
Issei then pleads: I am your friend, Hajime. But please, stop fighting and just go back home. And this isn't you.
Iron God then replied: You're right. The old me would've just attend meetings and try to reason with The 3 Factions in vain as well as pretend to be human to protect the human race. But now, I am much more, with my power I can save all of humanity from destruction, with my power I can protect the innocent and eradicate all evil and corruption with a snap of my fingers. And with my power, I have altered the minds of every human on Earth and thanks to all of it so many good things had happened to them, from there no one can ever suffer ever again.
Issei then begs: I know that everything hasn't been going well and I am aware of most Devil Leaders and Fallen Angel Leaders being paranoid and most even corrupted but please, you need to stop. Come back to who you were and maybe we can help humanity, together!
Iron God would then float down and gently land down on the ground with his feet now touching the ground still having his gaze on Issei.
Iron God would then continue: There is no we in this. You have joined the wrong side when Edwin and Vali died. And unlike you, the girls are already loyal to me and are truly supportive of my actions, as well as understanding why I am doing this. You however, dare to suggest we work together and make the world better when all you did was join the 1 side that never even gave a single care to humanity while most cared not of their death and suffering. How foolish. Now which is worst? A god who altered the minds of others so they can make better decisions and make the world a better place? Or a half devil who joined the 1 faction who had empty promises and is filled with some corruption? Soon I will make a better world, and if possible, I shall make a better universe after I am through with everyone.
Hearing this, Issei was now trying to think on Iron God's logic but that ended shortly when he looked at him again and said: Don't make me fight you, Hajime.
Iron God only replied with: You can try, Issei. For as you've never reached my level nor have you reached that of Vali's. And if we have to fight so I can make my goals truly come true, then so be it.
And with that Issei sadly sighed in defeat inside of his helmet and after that he then activated his wings to which then thrusted him forward at high speeds while The Iron God then flew forward at such speeds as when he did the 2 then reeled their right fists back and as they finally gotten closer, their fists collided creating a shockwave to which caused several windows from the entirety of New York to break.
After that the 2 then collided several punches left and right as they went on and on to which then became into a fast fist fight as each barrages caused even more powerful shockwaves.
This then ended when both went into a hand struggle as both their hands then held onto each others' respective hands as they gripped and tried pushing 1 another. However, it was evident that Iron God's grip was more than what Issei couod handle for as not only was the former's grip more tighter and stronger, but also the fact that the latter is then being slowly and casually pushed as The Red Dragon Emperor's feet is currently skidding on the road creating small skidmarks.
But this is then ended shortly when The Iron God suddenly flew up a little and then sent a headbutt to Issei causing the former to not only feel pain but to be slammed down on the ground back 1st and stun him while the former onl used this opportunity to grab his adversary's leg, and then threw him into the air to which he then followed by flying up.
While Issei was in the air he was flying up uncontrollably but thanks to his wings he was able to finally balanced himself mid-air when he was now at least 5,000 meters into the air but as he balanced himself he then saw Iron God flying up from the air pursuing him.
As Issei saw this he then used this chance to boost himself as Ddraig then said: BOOST! BOOST! BOOST! BOOST! BOOST! BOOST! BOOST! BOOST! BOOST! BOOST! BOOST! BOOST! BOOST! BOOST! BOOST!
After being boosted 15 times he then channelled so much energy that as Iron God closes he then decided to stop and when he did he then had his Shoulder Cannons repositioned from his back as said shoulder cannons were now pointing forward charging up with energy as well as his chest being powered with a lot of Cosmic Energy.
As the 2 were prepping their beams they then finally fired them as when they did it was now a beam collision and as it happened, both beams were then starting to become more and more bigger as they both decided to add more power into it.
But as they did so it all ended shortly when Iron God's beam suddely overpowered Issei's beam pretty quickly and when it happened it sent the latter into space and when that happened, Issei is seen in space being carried by the beam as after exiting The Solar System, the beam stopped much to Issei's relief but only for it to be cut shortly when Iron God suddenly teleported infront of his but was no gigantic.
Issei is then grabbed by Iron God's giant hand to which he then puts him in a crushing grip before being thrown into Mercury as Issei crashed to planet Mercury and made a massive noticable crater.
Meanwhile on Mercury, Issei got up but was now armourless and now in pain as he tries to crawl away while trying to resist the heat of the sun. But before he could crawl any further, Iron God suddenly showed uo infront of him and was then telekinetically lifted in Iron God's eye level and was now looking at him.
As the 2 stared, Iron God then replied: Such a pity, if you both would've never fought against me you would've still lived a 2nd chance. Sadly, I will have no choice but to kill you both. Don't worry though, you won't suffer the same fate painful death as both Vali and Albion, but rather, I shall give you both a quick and painful death.
Before Issei knew it, he not only sees his red gauntlet disappearing into light particles but as he immediately saw it he then sees his own body slowly disappearing but not feeling any pain from it. And within seconds both Issei and Ddraig were now gone, turned into nothingness.
After all was said and done, Iron God would then teleport back to Earth as when he did he then prepared a cosmic ball meant to spread throughout his surroundings and not only fix the damages done but also return every civilian back to where they all were.
As Irom God does this he then thought of the past as he speaks in his mind: Issei, forgive me for making you disappear. But I do what I do because I must. I promise that I will protect my wives, and so does everyone else in this universe, no matter what.
And with that Irom God would then unleash this cosmic ball to which then covered everything in a blind light thus fixing everything around him while the screen only then turned dark afterwards.
(Years Prior)
(Location: Kuoh Town, Neighborhood)
In a place called Kuoh Town, there was a 2 story house located right next to the other houses in the neighborhood. Inside is a decent room with everything all organized and normal. However in the room has 3 computers and a book shelf containing several mangas and comics from both Japan and America alike.
Next is an alarm them started to go off as it started ringing at the time that say 5:30 AM. A hand then reached out to it and quickly turned it off and stands up with at 1st a sleepy face until the person started stretching until said person now had a happy innocent smile as if he had just woken up well to which he did.
The person that stood up is a boy named Hajime Owari. Hajime's looks were not much for as he has black hair, yellow eyes, and a slim body, along with a kind face. Nothing much but rather he was just an Average Joe of a teenager.
The next thing he did was get up of his bed and when he did he then looks at a cage next to his bed as it stands in a small drawer to which he then looked at his pet which is a capuchin monkey with brown and black fur.
Hajime then said joyfully: Good Morning, Sarugami. New day, new school, new beginning.
And with that the monkey now named Sarugami then looked at him with happiness and it even became more happy as the cage door opens to which Hajime then grabs his monkey as said monkey then climbed on his arm and right into his shoulder.
Next thing was the 2 of them enjoyed breakfast after bath as well as listening to a news about the weather to which they then listened to it and fortunately for them the news said that the weather would be okay.
Next thing was after they were done with breakfast Hajime then put on Kuoh Academy's Uniform as he prepares himself to school by grabbing everything he needs. After that he would then open the door while Sarugami started to walk next to him and when the door was opened Sarugami then decided to climb into his favorite tree in the front yard while Hajime then opens his house's gate to which he then closed after going outside.
Before running off to school he then said to Sarugami: And remember Sarugami, be a good boy and don't let any intruders inside. Got it buddy?
Sarugami only nodded as he does what Hajime needed him to do. Hajime was happy with the response and when he did he then started to head to school with happiness and excitement.
Hajime and Sarugami were like best friends as well as Sarugami was also smart enough to keep both himself and Hajime protected at all times. Like any other pets they would try to get out and escape the house while outside but Sarugami however remained loyal to his owner/friend to which he always stayed in the house but only comes out when necessary.
(Location: Kuoh Academy)
Meanwhile, Hajime was walking his way into the neighborhood while he puts on his wireless headphones as he listens to some music on his phone. He walked for a bit while listening to some music until several minutes later he then arrived to his destination, Kuoh Academy.
Not much is known about Kuoh Academy, other than the fact that it was originally an all-girls private school. However, Kuoh Academy changed into a co-ed school and the new school building was made. Although there are still more girls than boys studying at the school.
As Hajime entered the school building he then walks on school ground while humming into 1 of his favorite songs while some girls looked at him as if a predator looking at their prey while the boys just looks at him as if a sniper is locked onto its target.
The 1st girl said: Wow, that boy looks so cute.
The 2nd girl then said: I hope he doesn't turn into a pervert. But I doubt he would even turn into a pervert, not with a cute and innocent face like that.
The 3rd girl then said: All the boys here are pervs. Except for Kiba though, he is The Prince!!!
The 1st boy said: Goddamnit, not another Kiba!
The 2nd boy then said: Now I'll never ever get a girlfriend.
The 3rd boy then said: Why does that scrawny guy get all the girls?!
Meanwhile Hajime cared not as he listens to his music as he entered and when he did he then looked at a map given to him as he follows the map to where he needs to go until when he did he then looks at a door that says "Student Council Room" and when he did he then puts away his headphones, turns off his phone, and then entered.
As he entered he then saw the 2 girls as if they were just about to finish some paperwork.
The 1st girl is a bespectacled young woman with a slim figure, black hair styled in a short bob cut and violet eyes. She is also dressed in the Kuoh Academy girls' school uniform.
The 2nd girl is a young bespectacled woman with long straight black hair that extends all the way down to her knees, with split bangs and heterochromic eyes, with a violet left eye and a light brown right eye. In addition to wearing the Kuoh Academy girls' school uniform, she also wears blue, semi-rimmed glasses with square lenses.
These 2 were Sona Shitori and Tsubaki Shinra. The Student Council President and Student Council Vice President.
As Hajime entered he then asked: Um, excuse me, but is this the Student Council Room?
Sona then said: Yes it is, and I recon you must be the new student?
Hajime answered: Yes ma'am, I am Hajime Owari, nice to meet you miss...
Sona then answered: Sona Shitori, the Student Council President, and this here is Tsubaki Shinra, the Student Council Vice President, a pleasure to meet you.
Tsubaki then greeted: A pleasure to meet you as well, Hajime Owari.
And with that Hajime then started to walk towards a seat and sat down as he the duo then started to tell him about Kuoh Academy's history and what it was about. After that they then discussed about Hajime's Classroom as they all then stood up and the 2 started giving him a tour to the school as when they did they then lead him to his classroom and then informed of the teacher of the new student.
After that the 2 girls left and said their good lucks on Hajime while the latter just nods in approval while he waits. After waiting the teacher then said: You may come in now.
Hearing this Hajime then opened the door and entered as when he did he walks into the middle, grabs a chalk, and started to write his full name in Japanese and afterwards he then faces the students.
He then introduces himself: Good Morning Everyone, I am Hajime Owari, and I look forward to studying with you all.
Seeing his face and hearing his voice made the girls squeal in excitement as if they look like they just saw a cutie infront of them while the boys just had looks of either jealousy or despair.
The teacher then said: Well, now that Mr. Owari introduced himself does anyone have any questions?
1 girl raised her hands as when she did she then asked a question and asked: Are you single?
Hajime Owari only asked innocently: Sorry for asking this but... what do you mean by single?
Hearing this made everyone confused for a bit until another girl asked: What's your dream?
Hajime answered with an innocent cute glee followed by genuine kindness as he said: I know it might be childish but all I wish for is to make the world a better place.
Hearing this made the girls think that despite the answer he looked like an angel answering it. However they all knew they were gonna have to ask him later at lunch time.
Hajime then answered some other simple questions until the teacher then say someone raising his hand. The person was a boy wearing the boys' Kuoh Uniform of average height with short spiky brown hair, with 2 short locks of hair behind his head, and light brown eyes.
This was Issei Hyoudou, also known as: Kuoh Academy's Most Perverted Student.
The teacher then lets Issei ask as the brunette then asked: Are you a boobs guy or an ass guy?
Hearing this made every girl glare daggers at him while Hajime however was processing on what he said.
It took a little second until he asked: I have a question?
Everyone then turned around him and he looked like he was clueless and took a few seconds to say until he then innocently asked while tilting his head: What is boobs and ass?
Hearing this made everyone just gasp in surprise as to how he just ask that, not knowing of what they are to begin with. And when the girls heard this they finally deduced everything in just 5 words: This boy is too innocent.
After that made every girl in class to celebrate while every boy minus Issei were just dumbfounded while the teacher tries his best to calm everyone down. Hajime however, was quite clueless as to what the girls are celebrating at.
After which Issei was about to explain until some girls near him quickly shuts him up by quickly covering his mouth giving him death glares while the other girls gave him the same glare.
(Lunch Time)
Outside of Kuoh Academy he is seen with so many girls with him eating their respective lunch while asking him questions.
The 1st girl asked: So Hajime, what was the reason you dreamed of making the world a better place.
Hajime only answered by saying: Well you see, from what I have watched from the news when I was 10 there is just too much violence going on and thanks to violence it caused so many bad stuff to happen. Furthermore, I actually hated how the police would sometimes mess up and what's more is that Earth's nature is even prone to a lot of deforestation. Seeing all of it made me feel bad for everything and everyone, so much so that I wish to just 1 day help make the world a better place. And when I told my parents about it they motivated and they told me that with enough hard work I might achieve it. And that's why I will do it, not only for them, but for both the world and the people as well.
Hearing this made them all amazed as well as understood as to why he dreamt of that. And then another asked: Speaking of your parents, where are your parents?
Hearing this made his smile turn into a frown as he remembered the past that still haunted him. He then said with sadness: They sadly died in a car accident with me almost dying in the accident.
Hearing this made all the girls gasped in shock as if they triggered something they never have asked as the same girl panic in worry and then said: Oh no, I'm sorry, please forgive me!
Hajime then said with a reassuring smile: It's okay, you were just curious, I understand.
1 of the girls then said: If you don't want to talk about it then it's okay, we understand.
Hajime then just wiped his tears away as he then came back to his good old smile to keep his mind off of it until he then answered a different question.
(Location: ???)
Meanwhile in top of the school a girl was watching Hajime talking with the girls at lunch time as she eyes him.
The girl is a beautiful young woman wearing the female's Kuoh Academy's Uniform with a voluptuous body, white skin, blue eyes, and a buxom figure. Her most distinctive feature is her long, beautiful crimson hair that reaches down to her thighs with a single hair strand sticking out from the top. Her hair also has loose bangs covering her forehead and side bangs framing her face.
This was Rias Gremory, Kuoh's most beautiful female student and also the President Of The Occult Research Club.
Next to her is another girl as she is playing chess with her.
The other girl is also wearing the same Uniform like Rias. Like Rias she too is a beautiful young woman with a voluptuous figure, very long black hair and violet eyes. Her hair is usually tied in a long ponytail, reaching all the way down to her legs with two strands sticking out from the top and sloping backward, with an orange ribbon keeping it in place.
This girl was Akeno Himejima, Kuoh's 2nd most beautiful female student and also the Vice President Of The Occult Research Club.
Akeno then asked her best friend, Rias: What's the matter, Bochou?
Rias then answered after moving a chess piece while looking at Hajime: That boy, I never seen him before, who is he?
Akeno then answered after looking outside the window: Oh, that's Hajime Owari, the new student. And I heard he is quite an innocent cutie~~
Hearing this peaked Rias' curiosity as she looks at the cute boy until she then thought of 1 thing: He looks pretty cute.
(After School)
Hajime is seen walking around the Academy while also waving goodbye to the girls. As he walks he then heard a commotion as he turned around to see Issei and 2 other guys with him being chased by girls wearing kendo training outfits while holding wooden swords.
Seeing this peaked Hajime's curiosity but he knew that whatever Issei and the other 2 did wasn't his problem and he might have thought that the trio did something bad so he goes back to minding his own business and walks away.
As he walks outside of Kuoh Academy he is seen walking in the sidewalk while thinking to himself about the accident that had happened to his parents about 5 years ago.
(Flashback)
5 Years Ago he and his parents were in a car driving back home as they were just enjoying themselves as they drive. Everything was normal as they listen to some music in the radio.
What's more is that once they made it to a traffic light said traffic light went red to which they all waited. But after a few minutes of waiting the traffic light went green to which they then drive forward as everything was quite normal.
But that's when everything changed as a speeding truck suddenly hits their car to which not only ran their car but also pushed it as they were then pushed into a nearby power pole while the truck driver died.
Meanwhile after the crash Hajime woke up but with little vision he had and his hearing being disoriented he then saw his parents bleeding a lot more than he did while being less conscious than he was. He screamed for help before falling into unconsciousness. And fortunately for him an ambulance stopped at their car's location and took them.
When Hajime and his parents as well as the dead driver were taken to the hospital they were treated but during said treatment Hajime was the only survivor. However, his parents never made it alive as when he woke up he was told of what had happened and when that happened all he did was cry as he is filled with despair.
During the funeral he cried and cried as he had lost his own parents. When he was home he was treated by his parents' friends to which he called them his aunts. Thanks to them he was able to learn how to live alone while also giving him a present.
The present was none other than his pet Capuchin, Sarugami. Thanks to Sarugami Hajime was able to recover quickly and moved on as he and Sarugami lived life together as if they were brothers. And with that,. Hajime was able to become a happy boy once again but the scars that was his parents' demise never left him as if his personality had slowly changed but not showing it towards others.
(Flashback Ends)
Hajime is seen listening to music once again in his phone as he was walking back home. But as he walked back home he then stopped at a pedestrian lane as he sees cars passing through as he waits.
While waiting he then felt a tap on his shoulder and he turned around after turning his music off and putting his headphones away. Looking back he saw a beautiful woman infront of him.
The girl was a tall and buxom woman with brown eyes and long, navy blue hair that obscured her right eye. What's more is that she is wearing a uniform different from his own school.
After seeing all he did was ask her as he said: Um sorry ma'am but can I help you?
The woman then bowed and said: Will you go on a date with me?!
Hearing this made him quite clueless as to what a date was. So much so that he asked her about.
The woman only said: Don't worry, if you accept then I'll show you what it is.
Hajime cautiously and curiously said: I don't know, it's just that my mom and dad told me not to follow strangers. So just out of curiosity, how do I know I can trust you?
She then answered: Don't worry about it, I'll make sure you have a good time. By the way, my name is Kala. What's yours?
Hajime Replied: Hajime, Hajime Owari.
And with that the 2 shook hands and Hajime was told to meet her at Saturday.
(Next Day)
(Location: Kuoh Academy)
Hajime is seen walking into the academy once again as when he did he then heard a commotion from Issei and his friends as he mentioned about a girl named Yuuma Amano asking him out on a date on Saturday. But he cared not as he just went with his day while also being curious about what a date was.
(Saturday)
(Location: Kuoh Town)
Meanwhile, Hajime is seen waiting at a lamp post as he waited for a few minutes until he then heard a voice that said: Hajime, over here!!!
Looking around he then saw Kala in civilian clothes as when she arrived she then said: Sorry I was late, I had to finish some schoolwork.
Hajime then said: It's okay, I just gotten here. Anyways, let's go with this date?
Kala then said: Yes, time to show you a good time, Hajime~~
