A wave of murders and rapes of dogs has arisen in Adventure Bay. It's in Chase's hands. I found out who this murderer and rapist is. Even if they manage to catch this bastard. What would happen if a female is involved in this? What happened to you Chase? Where is the killer? Who is he?

So here we end the One-shots trilogy.This was the one that was most delayed by other projects, but finally delivered.I think writing this is the most difficult thing I've ever achieved, I just hope it's to your acceptance.

Finally the last great One shot.Chase X Skye.

Mentioning everything that inspired this fanfic would take too long.Although the most important thing was the song "El paciente" and the fanfic "good cop gone bad by Ace the new pup". Criminology series like Law and Order. Movies and much more.

Every time I remember that day, I feel like I've lost something important inside me. The events of that case have haunted the Paw Patrol forever. My memory continues to process it.

The sirens sounded throughout the Bay.That sound was better than the bullets that had sounded for so long.We saw some paramedics taking away several puppies and injured humans.Among them was me.Lying on the floor after being seriously injured.I couldn't complain.At least I hadn't died.Skye!Skye!Skye!It was the only thing I remembered yelling.

Life becomes so difficult when there is uncertainty, and death can taste so bitter when it happens out of habit. Unexpected visitors arrived at my body; one stayed with me while the others passed by. Some faces had expressions of astonishment, while others appeared more disfigured. Marshall was on his way, surely he would not be long. Hope was still alive, but the blood left me. He asked about my condition, but no one answered.

If you want to know more about how I got into this situation, I think I should start by talking about the beginning at least the part that I can remember.

(April 23, 2022. 10:14am. Outside City Hall)

"So, there's a report that this pup was raped and murdered?" Chase asked Ryder.

"Yes, and the crime scene is here, the Paw Patrol team must solve it," Ryder said, taking photos of the body.

"Okay, give me the command."Chase replied."Oh yeah, I forgot something."Ryder mentioned."that?"Chase asked.

"Since this is a big crime scene mission, we'll need all the pups to investigate."

Does this mean we are going to have a maximum rescue? asked the German Shepherd police pup from the Paw Patrol. Although he was officially a grown dog and a police lieutenant, he never did anything without Ryder's permission. After all, he was his father figure.

Ryder activated his walky talky, "Pups we need all your help. We're going on a big mission, so come with us please. Did you hear me?"

"Ryder needs us," all the pups said, as they usually did.

"I think I'm going to stay at the crime scene. I could use this time to get some DNA from the body."Chase said.

"You're right. And also sniff the area to find at least a hint of this monster."Ryder hinted as he left.

Chase began to see the body of the pup. He hated to see that. In the position he was in, he realized something. There was a semen sample on her body, right on the back of her but.

"Finally, a clue."Chase thought with relief.A DNA test would be perfect to catch the killer.

Meanwhile at the barracks, the Paw Patrol was taking the elevator up.Now that Chase was at the core of the crime, Skye was second in command.Marshall, although he was responsible, was not mature enough to take on these types of criminal responsibilities.

On the other hand, Skye always displayed far superior capabilities when it came to Leadership.

Although now it was different.

Age was already having an effect on the puppies, which were no longer puppies.Although Ryder kept calling them that, they already knew that they were great rescue dogs.

Skye was once again waiting for the elevator to put them in their uniforms and go up to meet Ryder.Skye was dressed in her pale pink cocktail uniform.She was waiting for the elevator to go up while her friends did the same.

Skye was thinking about her German Shepherd friend, sitting next to Marshall and Zuma.So she was thinking about the one on her team that she liked and she thought he was cool.

The five of them had been sitting for some time.It seemed that the elevator was going slower than usual.

"Either shut up or I'll put a report on you!"Skye threatened.

These words made Skye blush.She was thinking of herself in many things.She was thinking about the puppy for him that she had feelings for a long time.She was thinking about how that friend was the puppy of her dreams.

She was still looking at him when someone came up and put their paw on her, an anonymous message written on the paper."In the next few hours, you have to choose which one you like, you have to choose which one you are attracted to."Zuma said

"It would be an interesting job to do."Marshall joked.

"Enough. I don't care if everyone thinks I'm shallow and I'll choose the one I like best."she snapped.

Skye began to shed tears.Just thinking that a puppy could have been killed in the most cruel way made him want to discover the damned and cut off his testicles.And even with all that courage, she used a responsible attitude.

"Is that bastard still in the area, Ryder?"Skye asked, looking concerned.Disgusted and upset."

"Someone could end up murdering," Ryder replied."Remember, you only need pepper spray or a small weapon to defend yourself against an attacker."

"Those damned have to be killed."Zuma and Rocky said angrily.

"So? Blah!"Rubble turned onto her back, making a funny face with his tongue hanging out for the amusement of the rest.

"Pups please calm down. This may be the first time we've had a murder and rape case, but I need you to focus to catch this rapist. And that's why this is a maximum police rescue.

Skye was a little startled.I didn't even know when they had changed their uniform.Although she loved this police uniform always the classic pink outfit of hers was going to make her her favorite.

Once they were on the slide, Marshall, Skye, and the others ran down the slide in the correct order.With Marshall driving Chase's top police vehicle.

(April 23, 2022. 10:39am. Outside City Hall)

When they arrived at the crime scene, they all saw the body.The cub that had been raped and killed in this bay.With the butt stopped and penetrated.

"We will stop these criminals, now if we start our work."Chase expressed fury that there was a victim of such a crime in his control zone.

"Chase checks the body area, while the rest of us check the rest of the city, these people won't walk away if there's no cop."Ryder said.

"And you are the famously beautiful member of the Paw Patrol Chase. Slyvia replied kindly.

"And I'm Rocky, smart, handsome, and single."He said half-breed flirtatiously.

"Hehe, I liked it a lot."She said raising her paw the little blue dog.

The thrill of meeting someone new can be exciting.It is an opportunity to learn about someone's interests, personality, and life experiences.One of those encounters that left a lasting impression on me was when I first met Sylvia.It was an unexpected meeting that became an unforgettable friendship.

"So you're part of the sex crimes unit?"I asked curiously.

"Yes. My unit handles crimes of a sexual nature in the area."Slyvia replied.

"And since this pup was raped, you guys may have the case," Marshall said.

"Although as a homicide it is our responsibility to catch the culprit."Ryder said.

"He believed that the best thing to avoid having a discussion would be for us to collaborate in the case."Sylvia said.

Ryder thought about it for a moment.He knew very well that the Paw Patrol did not have enough experience in sexual crimes or rape.Slyvia's proposal was the best both teams could do to catch this killer.

"Okay. Welcome to Adventure Bay again."Ryder said.

I looked up at her long blue hair and bright smile.She looked around the room, and our eyes met briefly before she headed over to the body to examine.

"Did they take DNA samples?"Slyvia asked me.

"I have semen samples here. It seems that the rapist is not an expert."I responded by analyzing the body a little more.

"Perhaps when we do the autopsy we will have more information."Slyvia said confidently.

(April 23, 2022 5:31pm. Bahía Aventura autopsy center)

Slyvia and I headed to the autopsy center to examine the body.

It turns out that the puppy was from a family that lived on the shores of the Bay.Which they were informed of the murder and rape.The body was to be handed over to the next of kin after the autopsy.

At the moment the autopsy gave no results.Although the case was the most important thing to me, it seemed that Slyvia wanted to tell me something.

When Sylvia came over to my desk to take some evidence from the body, I couldn't help but strike up a conversation.

We talked about the case we were solving and she mentioned her love for her job.It was refreshing to meet someone who shared my passion for being a police officer.

We talked about our favorite cases and I was impressed by his extensive knowledge of crimes and sex cases.Normally I am in charge of rescues, the search for criminals and missing persons and the most serious being homicides, but hearing her talk about the cases she had solved inspired me to solve this case.

"And that's how we caught that damn zoophilic rapist"

"My Slyvia, you have many interesting cases. I wish I had cases like that."Chase replied.

"Oh come on Slyvia. The chance to meet someone new can be exciting. It's a chance to learn about someone else's interests, personality, and life experiences."Chase said as Slyvia looked at him.

"Looks like someone likes poetry."Slyvia teased.

"What I said didn't even rhyme."Chase answered

She only knows river.It seemed that her partner would not be someone boring like what she and she was used to.

Three months have passed and the rapes and murders have not stopped.It seemed that the rapist will not quench his thirst for blood and sex any time soon.

In these months they had all kinds of puppies killed.From Chihuahuas to Dalmatians.Although the ones that received the most damage were the huskies.It seemed that they had even been tortured.And their violations were the most severe.As if there was something personal with them.

And sometimes when he left a trail and we followed them they didn't stop at a dead end or a detour.That dog was very good at hiding his steps.

And again he attacked.

"What happened?"Ryder asked.

"The puppy went out to play on the parquet. When she did not return, the owner went to look for her and found her at the entrance with bites and scratches on her chest and with clear signs of rape. A pool of blood and fluids was enough to deduce it. No had no chance, Slyvia said.

Ryder quickly took out the photo of Maria and showed it to her without saying a word.It was going to be another family based on the news.Little by little, people began to lose confidence in the Paw Patrol.They were very good at rescues, but very bad at preventing and investigating crime.

And although he had the DNA results of that rapist a long time ago.The bad thing was that there was no database for dog DNA.So the only way to find out who the murderer is was to catch him and take the test himself.

Murder cases were still growing.Neither the police nor the Paw Patrol have been able to find the whereabouts of the murderer.

Although thanks to Slyvia the investigation has been much easier.We can still focus on rescues thanks to her.We gave him a place to sleep in the barracks while this case continued.

She was quickly very well received by the team.The males were delighted by her attitude and the way she played with them.At last Skye had a friend who lived with her.At least that's what Ryder thought.

Slyvia's presence was highly regarded by the cubs.At least most.There was a cub who was uncomfortable with Slyvia.

"Love is something you don't notice. Love is something you feel."At least that was what the Cockerpoo thought.Skye watched as the friendship between Chase and Slyvia grew.

Sometimes friendship can be put to the test when you feel that the friend you love very much is falling in love with another.

Skye was feeling exactly that when she noticed that Slyvia had gotten closer to Chase than a professional would.

She tried to ignore the feeling, but it was hard for her to watch Slyvia and Chase become best friends.Despite her best efforts, Skye couldn't help but feel jealous and a little hurt.

Skye knew that Slyvia was unaware of her own feelings for Chase, but to Skye, it was clear that Slyvia was falling for him.

Skye wanted to protect her friend, but she also wanted to protect her own heart from the pain of seeing them together.She couldn't help but feel that Slyvia wasn't noticing the love that was blossoming between them, and it saddened her that she was missing out on something as beautiful as Chase's love.

Skye wished that love wasn't so hard to notice and that Slyvia could see the way she was looking at Chase.She wanted to experience the joy and happiness that comes with falling in love with her, even if she wasn't the one who felt it.Skye could only hope that Slyvia would recognize him when love was in the air and she would pull away from Chase.

But even so, he couldn't help but feel a pang of jealousy.

"Why? Why? Why Chase?"The Cockapoo called herself.

"Thinking of Chase?"She said a mysterious voice.

Turning around, Skye looked at her best friend Zuma.Zuma was wearing his police uniform and was a little wet.

"We feel the same".Zuma said looking at her with concern."Chase and Slyvia attended the conference."Zuma said looking at the Bay that looked like it was ending in ruins.

"What about the conference?"Skye asked.

"Seems like people are losing faith in the Paw Patrol."Zuma replied sadly.

"Though for now let's talk about other things."Skye made a face at him.

"For now. Is that all? What else could it be?"asked the farmer.

"Love".Skye replied firmly.

Zuma was surprised.He already knew what he wanted to talk about.To be more exactly who he wanted to talk about."Of course. You can always count on me on that."

"You can always count on me."Skye repeated.

"Of course."Zuma repeated.

And then he looked into the distance.

"Where is he now?"Skye thought to herself."At the zoo? On the streets? In the city center? Who knows? If you knew how I feel about you. I tried to tell you. But I was afraid. Who knows if you would accept it or not."

"Going to declare your love without a plan is not a great idea."Zuma said.

"Well, what's your plan, Mr. Loving Pup?" Skye replied.

Zuma began to explain everything Skye would do to push Slyvia away and get closer to Chase.He knew that Chase didn't love Slyvia.However, he was not going to miss this opportunity of jealousy to get that friend to finally think about getting into a relationship with someone.

And the plan was finally finished developing.With the help of Marshall and Everest.Skye was finally going to tell Chase that she loved him.

"And you should take care of your fur. It looks like you've been near a storm."Zuma joked.

"What? It's not my fault."Skye said, laughing.

"It doesn't belong to anyone. At least I didn't go to jail."Skye said."You'll see. I saw your fur and thought you were close to a shadow."

Meanwhile Chase had just come from the autopsy room.He and Slyvia were really desperate to catch the killer.They couldn't let him keep raping innocent puppies.

And the stress he had made it a very bad time to talk to someone.However, Skye knew that what her friend needed most was the company of a friend.

And that was copied when the German Shepherd started crying.Those helpless tears fell from his face.He cried as if he was watching over the murdered cubs.As if he himself was grieving."BECAUSE I AM USELESS" Chase yelled with all his might.

Skye went to where Chase was.She was nervously approaching."Chase! There you are. I need something"

"What do you want Skye?"Chase asked, wiping away tears.

Skye could no longer take it back.She had to.She was at that time never.

"Could you, maybe…are you free for a date tonight?"Skye said."Please? This will be my first date. Please, please?"Skye said.

"Sure, yeah," Chase said.

Then Skye smiled and hugged Chase.

"Don't do it just out of pity."She whispered in his ear.

More tears fell from Chase's face.This was the feminine affection he needed.Although Slyvia supported him, Skye made his heart feel better in a different way.

Skye walked to her cottage.She was so excited.What would she wear?She decided to wear something fancy.She put a small pearl design on her necklace.She picked up her bag and went to a candy store.

"Can I have... the box... on the right?"Skye asked.

The cashier gave him the box.Then Skye looked at the box.It was beautiful.Skye saw the blue bow, a necklace with a patterned heart on it, and a box with a heart on it.There was also a heart-shaped box of white chocolates adapted for dogs.There was also a pink bow.Skye took the bow, the necklace, and the pink box.She chose the sandwiches and ate them.Then, she opened her bag and put the box in it.

At Jake's cabin, Skye entered.Then she found Everest."Everest, can you help me prepare for a day tonight?"Skye asked.

Skye smiled and they went up to Everest's room.When they were in the room, Skye said, "I'm going to need help with my hair, my clothes, my earrings, my shoes, my hair, my lipstick, my curls, and my bag."Then, Skye showed her dress."And this is my dress!"

Meanwhile Chase was preparing everything with the help of Marshall.He was going on a date with Skye.He wasn't ready for this.His emotional stability was not correct.He always wanted a date with Skye.But the murders, blood and mud were still on his mind.

Marshall now wore a jacket with a white suit."Just be careful Marshall and don't do anything stupid. I can't lose anything on the case because of you," Chase said.

"Okay, silly," Marshall said."Better have fun because if you act like that with Skye, she's going to send you straight to hell."

Marshall was now smiling and his eyes were shining bright blue.Chase lowered his head again."And if you screw up, I promise I'll kill you myself.

"It's okay Marshall. I promise to behave like a true gentleman."Chase answered more relaxed.

"It's good that you act as a gentleman because if you acted like you would get hit all over."Marshall joked.

Says the one who escaped from Everest in his "alone night".

"We said we weren't going to bring that up again!"Marshall exclaimed embarrassed.

"Never mess with Chase if you know what's best for you."The German Shepherd replied laughing like he hadn't done in so long.
