The good deeds of leaders can never be secret. Therefore, if someone claiming leadership hides something, then this person is plotting meanness.

Truth is absolute for all worlds.

Lumine has seen this personally and repeatedly. Therefore, she did not like the words of the local historian at all that the visitors from Celestia didn't say anything about their world but they at the same time claimed guardianship over another world called Teyvat. She liked even less when local historians considered this normal.

A world in which people don't demand an account from the gods is always drowning in torrents of blood.

And Teyvat, in any case, that part of it, which was called Mondshadt, was very close to this.

The well-being of a country is measured by the number of trinkets that ordinary people can casually buy on the street.

And they bought little in Mondstat. People even, in order to survive, collected coins in the fountains, which were thrown of the repassing merchants and adventurers. Lumine didn't understand the local idiots who threw their last money there (instead of putting it in a piggy bank!) in the hope of saving themself from poverty and disease. But idiots are the same everywhere, they always choose their stupidity themselves, and they are not to be pitied.

Lumine was afraid of something else. Her eternal companion and closest friend, the twin brother Aether, could fit into this whole vile picture only if he himself escaped with the Celestianess, and was not kidnapped by that unknown goddess who suddenly attacked them at the beginning of the journey along Teyvat.

Lumin and Aether have been traveling for a long time. It's been a very long time. They saw many worlds, gods and demons. They lived in perpetual motion.

And the first thing Lumine and Aether cared about was a constant connection. This saved their lives many times: even if an explosion of magic dissonant with them scattered the twins to different corners of a next new world, one twin always found the other by connection and flew in at the last moment to re-ignite the fading spark of the life of a brother or sister.

Now there was no connection. And the magic disappeared — although before it worked properly even where the world itself was magicless.

Lumine returned magic — after all, she was a magical creature by nature, and no one and nothing could completely take the magic away from her, block it. Of course, the magic was weak now, but it wasn't the first time Lumine had been wounded and exhausted, and she successfully began to regain her strength.

However, the way someone tried to take away the magic... Or one wanted to kill Lumine? The attacker knew too well how to harm Lumine in such a way as to destroy her. Lumine survived through a misunderstanding, she was saved by the scraps of knowledge she gained without her brother.

Sperm often completely flooded Aether's brain, and then he rushed after a pretty girl or a handsome guy, without looking at the road. But he didn't forget to beacon his sister. And now there was no connection. Except for one barely audible vibration, which indicated that Aether was alive.

And if he is alive, he must contact his sister. No captivity would prevent this.

Consequently, the brother wanted to kill Lumine.

Well, everyone has always said: "People are constantly changing, and loved ones make it more inconspicuous and stronger than anyone".

Before Lumine was looking for her brother, now she wanted to deal with the situation. And then she will understand what to do — revenge or save.

But haste is harmful. Here it is necessary to deal with the whole world.

And the first step has already been taken. Lumine ripped off Master Jean, the temporary head of the Order of the Ordo Favonus, a high fee for trifling work: enrollment in the Order as a full-fledged knight, and even an Honorary one — a bunch of social rights and privileges with almost zero responsibilities. And Jean at the same time believed that such an idea arose in her head by itself.

The Council of Masters, all the captains and other important people took it for granted that some unknown vagabond gets influence and privileges. They didn't even notice it. At first, she was pleased with it — no need to waste time and effort. After that, Lumie became scared: what kind of Order is this, where everything, except for the Acting Grand Master, is indifferent to everything? Except that Lisa tried to get a new knight for her book subdivision, moaning about how she lacks people. Considering that Lisa called Lumine "my cutie", the librarian lacked sex. And there is hardly a person in the world who can satisfy Lisa — if she hits on anyone at a serious meeting, in the presence of her boss, Lisa's sexual preoccupation is above the top of her huge hat.

Lumine laughed at this thought, remembering a sweet old man named Sigmund Freud, whom she met on one of her travels. There are just symbols and very symbolic symbols...

It's fun, but more on that later. Now she needs to investigate.

And she wanted to keep herself safe from Lisa. Lumine had nothing against love adventures even with a guy, even with a girl, even with both at once, but not with a preoccupation to make adventures! Such love will bring more problems than pleasure.
