Chapter 14
Ash and Alice are now back with the group of Champions, they start from Resout Forest's gate and they are heading to the third city: The Greeny City.
"Now before we head there, we're going through the Emerald Jungle. Like the Bugger Forest, there are a lot of cut trees that we need to pass, and the road might be harder to walk."
Now all of them enter the jungle, they can see a lot of grass and puddles. The weather is also rainy, and some of them have to use umbrellas to keep them dry.
"Since some of you probably have brought Old Rods in Silkan City, you can try to fish any Pokemon in the water. However, the Old Rod can only fish out Magikarp around here, if you want stronger Pokemon, you'll have to wait for the Good Rod or Super Rod."
Ethan says, "And what about the trees here in the Jungle, can we also put honey there to attract the Pokemon like the ones in Bugger Forest?"
"No, these trees here are Headbutt Trees. Some Pokemon like to stay on trees and if you use Headbutt, they might come down and attack." Ash says as he has Marowak use Headbutt, and then a Slakoth falls out of the tree.
"So that was the same as Johto. As the creator of the region, you really think a lot to put into this region." Lance says.
"Since most of the natives are just 2-year-old babies, as immigrants, we definitely need to put in some other regions' cultures." Alice says.
While walking, Ash closes his eyes as he remembers a meeting during Team Rainbow's raid.
(Flashback)
"I'm glad you're able to come here, Mr. Phoenix." Ash says as he shakes hands with the famous businessman.
"It is also an honor, Red." Phoenix says. "So this is the Emerald Jungle? It is actually a nice place."
"Yeah. Since you're a famous adventurer who had been helping us with some of the destruction, we also needed to warn you about a group known as Team Rainbow."
Phoenix's face suddenly turned emotionless and asked, "Team Rainbow? Is that another evil team like Team Flare or Team Rocket?"
Eve says, "You can say they are. They just stole the Insect Plate from the hidden grotto, and we have to be careful about them."
"Guys! Look!" They see three people in front of them chatting, and the three people turn out to be Emerald, Ruby, and a new girl. When they notice the group, Ruby gasps, "Not you guys again..."
"There you are. Give us back the Insect Plate!" Insey demands.
"And you're not getting away this time." Mark says.
"Look, I know how important those plates belonged to you. How about a deal? If you tell us the Legend Plate, I'll give back the plate to you." The new girl with light blue hair says. "The name's Sapphire, if you don't know, I specialize in blue-colored Pokemon."
"So? That won't scare us. We have all 18 type specialists here and we can defeat you any time." Ash says as they all battle against each other, Phoenix is standing behind the tree while looking at the battle with deep thoughts.
After the three admins are defeated, Eve has Weavile use Thief to take back the Insect Plate. Ruby yells, "You lost the plate? Why do always have to be careless, Emerald?"
"Hey! She's cheating by using Thief!" Emerald yells.
Sapphire seems to notice Phoenix, and she says, "Stop fighting now. We shouldn't have encountered them in the first place, what we need is to head to the Greeny Garden and get the next Plate location!"
Ruby says, "Right, see you later. Magmortar. Smokescreen!"
They all cover their eyes until the smoke is gone, and then all of them disappeared. Helen mutters, "Not again."
"Don't worry. We already got the Insect Plate back. Insey, can you put it back to the Hidden Grotto?" Ash asks.
"Leave it to me." Insey says while leaving, and then they find Phoenix and David asks, "Mr. Phoenix, are you okay?"
"I'm fine. So they were the Team Rainbow people that you told me about?" Phoenix asks.
"Yes, and they're probably heading for the Greeny Garden for the Meadow Plate. We have to go there as soon as possible." Ash says. They wait until Insey comes back and rushes to Greeny City.
(Flashback Ends)
"There are also some hidden grottos in the region and some of them contain Pokemon while some of them have items inside. I know for sure that some Pokemon like Beedrill and Stantler like to spawn in the Hidden Grotto, but they come in random."
"The Hidden Grottos are just like the Unova ones. That's good to know." Bianca says, while the other two Unovians just snort.
"And deep inside the forest, there is the third Regi Temple for Regiroot. Regiroot absorbs nutrients from underground. It acts like a tree and the roots may have attacked when startled. Its ability is Clear Body, and there is also the hidden ability Harvest. Although it doesn't have new moves like Regihive."
"But a Grass Type Regi really sounds amazing." Bonnie says.
They also pass by until they find a shrine. Ash says, "This shrine here is the Celebi shrine, you can capture a Celebi by interacting with it with some conditions."
"Like what?" Lance asks.
"You need a GS Ball." Alice says while showing the GS Ball. "It can be created, you just need significant materials and bring it to the Pokeball Factory in Elmososha Town to get this item. And the materials are Silver Wing and Rainbow Ring, you need to get both of them from Lugia and Ho-Oh."
This causes a lot of people to groan a little, some of them never met a Ho-Oh or a Lugia in their life. Ash says, "And it is not just Celebi, the other Mythical Pokemon you can find here is Zarude. They usually live on top of the waterfall there, and you can only get there by having a Waterfall HM."
They see some Zarude running past on top of the waterfall and they are in awe. Then they finally get out of the forest and are now at Route 3.
"Route 3 is like the other routes, it's just a normal route with grasses filled with Pokemon and trainers that are willing to battle, but if we continue east, you'll see Greeny City."
"That place looks like Artazon in the Paldea Region. There sure are a lot of windmills and beautiful flower gardens." Nemona gasps.
"You're right about that. Now let's head to the gym first." Alice says as they head to the gym, and everyone is surprised to find that the gym is actually a famous clothes brand: D&W.
"This is the first D&W building. D&W has been at the world's top for these years, but this is where it originates from." Alice says.
"That's amazing to hear." Diantha says. "I really like the clothes made by D&W. If Sakura is the queen of Traditional Clothing, D&W is the king of modern clothing."
As they enter the store, they are greeted by Flora, Alice's sister. And the one going to battle her is Brendan Birch, Professor Birch's son and also the trainer chosen by Steven. The battlefield is located in the garden, as it is big enough to perform Dynamax, and after the battle is done with Flora's victory, they are going to look around the store.
May and Dawn are looking at the dresses, and they find the most dazzling dress on a shelf, it is a white dress with pink sparkles on it, it looks dazzling compared to their other dresses, and they can't move their eyes from the dress.
"Can I try on this dress?" Dawn asks Flora, who notices that they are staring at one of her works.
"Sorry, but that dress is reserved." Flora says. The truth is, she doesn't want her finest work to be worn by the murderers of the mother of her brother-in-law, and besides, Alice already reserved the dress, so she is not lying after all.
"What do you mean it is reserved?" Dawn demands.
"It is reserved for one of the members of the Elite Four. I apologize, but this is not for sale." Flora says.
"No, this dress is made for me! Can't you see?" Dawn points at the dress and then herself, striking a pose in the process.
Before Flora can reply, Ash comes and says, "In our store, clothes that are reserved aren't going to be for sale. However, maybe you can just try it out for a few minutes."
"Champion Red, what are you talking about?" Flora gasps, but deep down inside, she knows that this is one of Ash's plans for revenge.
"You mean I can try to wear this dress?" Dawn says in delight.
"Sure, but you have to return the dress after showing off this time." Ash says.
Flora sighs as she brings the dress to Dawn, but she also made some adjustments beforehand. Alice walks to Ash and whispers, "So this time is the Sinnoh bimbo, huh..."
"Yeah. Sorry about using the dress reserved for you..." Ash says.
"It's fine, as long as you get your revenge, it doesn't matter." Alice says.
Once Dawn is dressed in the clothes, she starts to show off to others by twirling around and also doing some big movements, but what she doesn't know, is that the dress fall off and she is only in her underwear, and everyone can see that she isn't wearing a bra, which means that her breasts were exposed, as she was striking a pose.
Some of the women in the store start screaming, and others are covering their eyes. The Champions are also pale to see Dawn half-naked, Ash and Alice can only look away, even though this is what they wanted to happen.
Dawn was confused as to why they are screaming and yelling until she realized that her dress has fallen off, she quickly picks it up and rushes back into the changing room, quickly getting back into her casual clothes. She was sobbing at the humiliation that she got, she thought that the dress would be a perfect chance for her to use on stage, but she didn't notice how the clothes is so loose that it immediately falls off.
"Did you do that on purpose?" May is angry at Flora as she yells at her at the counter, Flora stays with a neutral face and says, "Why should I do that on purpose? Didn't she see the warning sign before taking the outfit? That outfit can't put up with big motion or else it will get loose, and I thought you would read the sign first before doing so."
The Champions and the trainers also notice the sign and even Serena gives a little disappointed sigh. Flora also takes back the dress from Dawn and says, "And thanks to you, I have to remake this outfit again...which means more work for me..."
When Flora gets into the workshop with the dress, Ash and Alice also enter the place and Alice says, "I can't believe that worked very well..."
"I must thank your mother for coming up with this idea." Ash says, "I mean, the reporters are outside, and I wonder what will happen if her being naked will be shown on the news."
"So Dawn is out, that means there are 10 more...I wonder who is going to be next." Alice says.
While Alice seems to be satisfied while talking to Flora, Ash can't help but still worry about Alice's Violet Depression. He has to make sure that Alice doesn't suffer from it and he has to be careful.
Here is a new chapter, in my game, you can't just challenge the gym just yet because Flora won't be inside her gym. I will tell you more about the plot in the next chapter.
