Albus and Scorpius Malfoy-Potter were bored Harry and Draco took Lily and James out for ice cream and left Albus and Scorpius because they were grounded. It was a typical Saturday afternoon at home, and they had already exhausted all of their usual activities. They had played games, read books, and even tried to make potions (with limited success). As they sat in their shared room, Albus suddenly had an idea.

"Hey, Scorpius," he said excitedly. "What if we time-traveled?"

Scorpius looked up from his book, intrigued. "Time-traveled? How do we do that?"

"We can use my dad's time-turner," Albus explained. "He keeps it in his office. We can go back in time and see what Hogwarts was like in the past!"

Scorpius was hesitant. "I don't know, Albus. Time travel is dangerous. What if something goes wrong?"

"Nothing will go wrong," Albus said confidently. "We'll only go back a few years, just to see what it's like. It'll be fun, trust me."

After some convincing, Scorpius agreed, and the two boys snuck into Harry's office to find the time-turner. They carefully turned the hourglass and were whisked back in time.

When they arrived, they found themselves in the Hogwarts of the past, surrounded by familiar faces from their parents' stories. They saw Harry, Ron, and Hermione as teenagers, and even caught a glimpse of a young Draco Malfoy. They explored the halls of Hogwarts, marveling at how different everything looked.

As they wandered, they soon realized that they were not alone. They had been followed by a mischievous group of students who were curious about the newcomers. Albus and Scorpius quickly made friends with the group, and they spent the day exploring the castle together.

But as the day wore on, they began to realize the consequences of their actions. They had disrupted the timeline, and their presence in the past could have serious repercussions. They knew they had to get back to their own time before it was too late.

With the help of their new friends, Albus and Scorpius raced back to Harry's office and turned the time-turner to return to the present. When they arrived, they were relieved to find that nothing seemed to have changed. But they knew that they had been lucky, and that time travel was not something to be taken lightly.

As they sat in their room, reflecting on their adventure, Albus turned to Scorpius and said, "You know, maybe we should leave time travel to the adults. That was way too close for comfort."

Scorpius nodded in agreement. "Agreed. Let's stick to regular old wizarding adventures from now on."

And with that, the two boys settled back into their usual routine, grateful for the excitement of their time-traveling adventure but content to leave it in the past.
