Kaito P.O.V
I made breakfast for Shinichi so he wouldn't order Ramen or something before takeing off back to Edoka. I sighed knowing I would have to see Hakuba in school. The jerk was now with another person...this time a girl and by the looks of things he treated them the same too. I then made Shinichi a bento and put it in the fridge and wrote a note and set it on the counter for him and was about to leave when..."Don't stop on my account" said Ran smirking.
She then paused and examed the dark bruise on my cheek. It wasn't from her karatte or from any soccar ball attacks and Ran...I knowticed she knew instantly who I was. "Want to talk about it?" she asked softly. "I am not going to the cops and you helped my friends almost every time we met so I see you as a friend too." she said.
"Last person I dated wasn't that pleasant is all." I said. Ran then spoke. "I know how you feel. I was with someone like that. A senior sempai in Karati. They put me in the hospital and ended up dumping them. Kuroba-san you shouldn't..." she began. "We go to the same school. It's hard to avoid them." I said.
"Stay a bit longer. I am going to talk with my friends on how to help you." she said. "Just for 2 days." I sighed and agreed. "And Kuroba-san...you like Shinichi don't you?" she added.
I nodded. "Yeah but after what happened..." I was now ashamed due to being raped. Ran's eyes widened. "Oh! Kuroba...he won't care. I promise!"she added. I smiled gratefully at her. With that I crumbled up the note and made it disappear with a disappearing act.
Ran left saying she was meeting Sonoko somewhere. I had heard the 2 were together. I sat down reading a Arsen Lupin book after making Shinichi coffee and the detective woke up. "You're an angel! Thank you Kaito!" he said smileing seeing the full pot of coffee. I smiled softly from the book. "No problem Shinichi" I said.
He drank his coffee and got ready to head out. I had to meet Jii at the bar and hopefully won't run into a certain London detective. I watched as Shinichi left and then got ready to leave and headed to meet Jii.
"So how is it in Beika Bochama?" he asked. "Alright. Did any calls come in?" I asked. "From your ex but I ended up blocking them after an hour." he said. "Am thinking of telling the Nakamouris about what happened since both know that I am Kid. They may be able to do something about him comeing to heists. Aoko is training to become a cop for the Task Force and is already whearing a trainee uniform." I said.
"Great idea Bochama. The more people looking after you the better and it's best you stay away from someone like that." he added. I nodded and then went to tell the Nakamouris.
"Already figured as much. Told the other Task Force members to keep an eye on him if he came. He's not to approach you and if he does we plan to write up a restraining order with a privat detective and a lawyer who won't care if you are a disguise artist." said Keibu.
"Ok. Thanks Keibu." I said smileing. "Anything to keep you safe." he said. "Bakaito I think you should transfer to Teitan Highschool since Kudo-san did everything he could to have you stay with him. Tou-san and I will do what we can here but you need to stay away from Hakuba." Aoko said. I nodded and went to pack up the rest of the things from my house and then headed back with my stuff.
Guess I was living with Shinichi for good.
