Kaito P.O.V
I remet Eri this time as me. "Hi. I saw you once but I am Kuroba Kaito." I said. "You saved my daughter and her friends several times as well as my husband. Don't worry Kuroba-san. We're good and I don't plan to sell you out as a disguise artist due to that." Eri said. She looked over the evidence and then said. "I found a pretty good judge who agreed to help out but you needed to tell them everything. Want anyone to come with that day." she asked.
"Yeah. I want Shinichi to be there for me." I said. She smiled and nodded. "Will put down Kudo is allowed to be in the room with you." she said.
After that we left.
-A Few Days Later;The Hearing-
Kaito P.O.V
"He beat me and then the day before I dumped him he violated me. If you want proof I have it all over me from the bruises." I said looking at the judge who was looking at the bruises. "The ones on your wrisits he..." the judge began. "Retrained me as hard as possible with handcuffs saying a theiveing whore deserved the worst." I said.
I heard a growl and something break where Shinichi was. "KudoSan...I know its hard but we need to know." the judge said. "Sorry." he said. "Meitantei, how about you let me hold the soccar ball for now." I reassured. "It's bad."
He approached me handing me his ball frowning at Hakuba as he went back to his seat. I told the judge everything and then Hakuba was sent to prison. I got up and headed back to Shinichi. "Can I have my ball back?" he asked.
"Promise not to kill anyone? Seen you that ticked before as me and as..." I said. He snorted. "No promises. Not after..." he began. "For me Shinichi. You're a detective and a better person than him." I said gently.
Shinichi P.O.V
I sighed. "Fine but if he ever...EVER touches you again...I can't keep that promise." I said. Kaito was grinning and kissed me happily. We left the court room as we got ready to head back to my place. "So now that Hakuba is in prison you can..." I began. He could move back to Edoka and his old life.
"I like things with you. I enjoy being around you Shinichi." he said kissing me again. "Do you?"
"I love it...and its fine. You can stay." I said smileing.
The ass hole was gone and we now lived together for good.
