The Life Of Ellie Lupin-Black
A/N: Hi, This is my OC and I just wanted somewhere to write this down so... Rean if you would like.
Chapter 1: Life At Home
It was a lay-in for Ellie that told Remus she was sick. Her letter was to come that morning and she would have been up bright and early. However her brother, Regulus, and sister, Marlene, where up before her. Regulus, age 8, ran into her room holding a letter, "It's here, It's he-" His voice faded with the sight of about 3 blankets piled up on a small 11 year old. Remus had heard the excitement in his voice die down and came to see why. Ellie, the normally positive girl always jumping about was pale white and sweating. Remus did a few spells and realised she just had a cold, as he made a simple but effective potion she was back to new. She pleaded her father to take her to diagon ally straight away, but Remus said that they would go tomorrow.
The next day she was up at 5am and ready to go, she sat at the table with one of Remus' books to look through when she saw a note written on a ripped out page it read;
'Dear Remus.
I am so sad to hear about the death of Lily and James Potter, It effected us at hogwarts as much as it affected you. Lucky really that you had Ellie at that moment. Hope your doing well.

Ellie went stiff, Remus wasn't her real father. James and Lily Potter. What about Harry? Why didn't Remus have Harry? Her 'father' always told her about the accident in a way everyone else got told it! He knew them? Why didn't he tell her? Remus came downstairs to see her pale and stiff again, and then he saw the letter in her hands the only letter he had kept after their deaths and Sirius' imprisonment. He opened his mouth to explain but Ellie just jumped into his arms and they both started crying.
