Chapter 2: The Train To Hogwarts
I forgot to mention in the first chapter but just to clear things up Remus (And Sirius) is/are 31, Ellie is 11, Regulus is 9 (In the last chapter I accidentally pressed 8), and Marlene is 5.
After getting all of Ellie's school stuff they sat down at the ice cream shop. Regulus caught the eye of a small red head girl around his age. She blushed and turned back to her mother who was talking to 6 red headed boys.
At platform 9 3/4 Regulus saw the girl again. They walked up to the platform where the family was. "Arther." Remus tipped his hat at the sight of the ministry worker. "Hello Remus." He said enthusiastically. Molly gave Remus' children a glance before turning back to her own. Ginny was still staring right into Regulus' eyes when... He blinked. "Ha, you lost!" Said the girl happily. Regulus smiled and looked at his shoes. Ellie was too busy with Marlene pulling at her hair to see two identical boys and their younger brother looking straight at her. "Gotta go." Remus said walking through the platform with his children.
Remus helped put Ellie's trunk on the train when a small black haired boy came in looking awed. "Hello." Ellie said. "Oh, um sorry, is this compartment taken?" He said quickly, looking scared. "No, no. You can stay if you want." Ellie said. "Thank you" Said the boy. The red head from before walked in later and asked if he could sit with them. They talked all about the wizarding and muggle worlds. Before a bushy haird girl came and said in a high pitched voice; "Have any of you seen a toad? A boy named Neville's lost one!" "No" said Ron kind of harshly, he was halfway through trying to make his rat, Scabbers, yellow.
In the great hall everyone was silent and watched the new 1st years being sorted. "Lupin-Black Ellie" McGonagal called out. Wispers rose around the great hall about her last name(s). As she walked up and sat on the stool people stared and she felt uncomfortable. "Mhm, A tricky one aren't you a good mind ready to learn, but also a brave courage. An unregistered animagus, at such a young age. Alright better be GRYFFINDOR!" The hat seemed to scream the last word to the whole hall. Ellie went and sat next to Ron to watch the rest of the sorting. Hermione Granger, Aka. the one who looked like a lion, also joined Gryffindor, next was Harry Potter. No one was surprised by the boy being in Gryffindor. The feast was magnificent and most people were stuffed and went to bed.
