chapter: 4 run and wand
November 6th

Star woke up and looked out the window showing the new world in california
"Star, are you awake my dear" moon, stars mother said
"Yes im awake mom" star said
"Star, make sure to arrive later at home from whatever you're doing outside. Its very important" moon said
"Yes mom" star said
Star then later went out to see Marco in a park waiting for her. While walking she saw mewni guards and police in the area calming everyone whos still confused
She then spotted marco waiting at a bench
"Marco!" Star shouts
"Star!" Marco shouts
"I have this hotdogs for us to eat" marco said giving star a hot dog
"So star, how's your day going?" Marco said
"I dunno, feeling the fear and tension rising on me. As the one who caused this fusing of two worlds" star said in a scared tone
"Calm down star, if people asked about this we can give a clear statement to what happened, and why it happened. On the bright side, you only did this because mina eas trying to do a mass genocide on the monster's" marco said reassuring star
"But still marco, what if it's not enough to give an explanation to the ones questioning about us" star said
"Nah, don't worry, star. We can just say our case and they'll believe" marco said before looking for ways to cheer star up
"Ooh star, i heard janna and tom are near a restaurant we could eat at and hang out" marco said
"Cool that's a great idea hanging out with our friends and talk about their thoughts to the fusion, hehehe" star said
They began heading for the restaurant but behind them were mr. X's fbi spies watching
The two eventually arrived at the restaurant
"Hey janna and tom" star said
"Marco, star we ordered a food for you already in that restaurant called 'thai go' " janna said pointing at the restaurant
"Thai food? Lemme have a bite at it" Marco said followed with star saying "i'll try some too"
When they both took a bite to the food, their eyes began to tear up
"So spicy" star said
It's so spicy, it's amazing" marco said
"Yeah dude the spice made me cry out loud" tom said before showing a scene where he was breathing out fire using his demonic powers because of the spice
"You were so funny tom, i even snap a picture out of it" janna
"Plz dont send it" tom said with the rest laughing
in a different view
anne was walking to thai go (her parents restaurant) to eat at it with sasha
"So sash what do you wanna eat" anne said
"Well i want a-" sasha said but anne suddenly couldn't hear because of the eerie sound
'what the' anne thought while the world slowed down
"Anne… boon… chuy…" a voice made anne look at a dark alley and when she looked at the dark alley
A triangle with one eye and a top hat appeared and started floating towards anne. The figure anne saw burns her head which caused her to come back to reality but was left with a pain in her head
Sasha, noticing this said "anne are you ok?"
"Yes i'm fine, my head suddenly hurt" anne said as an excuse to what she saw
"Well if you need a break, we can have a break here" sasha said
"Its fine, i can keep going" anne said jokingly
The two eventually reached the restaurant and ordered a food
(Author here and i don't know what everyone orders so up to you what you think it is)
"So anne what's your reaction with this creatures in california when they appeared" sasha said
"Well it kinda surprised me because it was just random, not to mention it reminded me of amphibia" anne said
"Yeah i know right, i wish marcy could have seen it, she would be exploding with knowledge she can find here" sasha said
While the two were eating, Anne noticed someone hiding in a bush and looked around to see "STAR?" anne said
"Uhmm what star?" Sasha said confused
"No its a girl i met 3 days ago" anne said
"A girl?" Sasha said still confused
"Sasha, i think she is about to be kidnapped by some unknown people, i want you to get out of here now" anne said
"But i can help" sasha said
"don't worry i got this" anne said
In the perspective of the fbi spy
"Sir, i got a clear jump to the girl and boy" the spy said in comms
"I want to ask them some questions then" mr. X said in comms
He began exiting out his hiding spot with his taser ready
"WAIT, DONT HARM THEM, just tell them to come with you" mr. X said to the spy which he responded "oh, sorry sir"
anne seeing a weapon grabbed a stick and lunged at the spy
"AAAHHHH" anne screamed before hitting the spy knocking him on the ground
"What the-" the spy said before getting hit in head knocking him out
"Woah a girl jumped on a person" janna said to everyone
Star and marco who turned around saw anne
"Anne?!" Both of them said
They approached anne and a small conversation arise
"Hey anne, what's going on there" star said
"This guy was spying on you guys and they were gonna do harmful things" anne said
"SPYING?!" both of them said
"I think it's best if you guys get out of here before more of these guys come after you" anne said
"Anne, I don't get it, who's coming after us?" Marco said before a black van came around the corner and a person said
"May i request anne boonchuy, marco diaz, and star butterfly to come to us" the person said calmly
"Uhmm" marco said before looking around and sees they are cornered by the swat team and fbi agents with heli's, vehicles, and personnel
"WHAT DID WE DO WRONG?" marco said
"Follow me!" Anne said before running through the park
"The three of you don't run" a person in the heli said
"Sir they are running away" an fbi agent said in comms
"Agh, we just need to talk to them, HOW DID IT LEAD TO A CHASE SCENE" mr. X said
"UHM WHERE ARE WE EVEN GOING" star said to anne
"I DUNNO ANYWHERE" anne said back
"So Tom, where do you think they're going?" Janna said to tom who were still at their table
"I have no idea, but i dont wanna follow with their problems" tom said
In another side of california
Dipper and mabel were in a car with their grunkles. 2 days ago, milo and his friends left the house to go back on danville on their own. Dipper and Mabel's parents were still busy and they couldn't get home. And school was closed because of the fusion
"So how's everyone in gravity falls" mabel said to the two grunkles
"They're all doing fine" stan said
The two stans who knows of bill cipher's return didn't tell them
"So where are we going?" Dipper said to stanford who is driving
"Well kids, i'm here to investigate what's going on and why two dimensions fused together" stanford said
"But stanford wouldn't this be dangerous to the kids" stan said to stanford
"Don't worry, i have read the news that these creatures are like humans, just like us" stanford said
They arrived at los angeles and sees the mixed up mewni and california
(Only california is affected by the fusion)
"Here we are, in the mixed land of mewni and california, los angeles" stanford said
"Good thing im not banned here" stan said
"So what are we gonna do grunkle ford" mabel said
"We are here to investigate what's happening to california to find the source of the problems and fix it" stanford said
"Wait, do you have something that could fix it?" Dipper said
"Uhmm, no. Dipper i will have to find the problems of it first then see if i can find a way to revert the changes if its possible, now let's start" stanford said
"Well at least we're not just stuck on our homes" mabel said with dipper agreeing
"I wonder if we will find out who did this because, i somehow find it beautiful" mabel said
At a distance, an fbi helicopter was chasing anne, star, and marco
"STOP, we are just here to talk!" The person in the heli said
"UHM ANNE, WE DON'T KNOW WHO YOU ARE BUT I DON'T THINK WE SHOULD RUN" marco said
"WELL I SAW ONE OF THEM PULLING OUT A WEAPON WHILE TRYING TO GO TO YOU, SO I'M TRYING TO SAVE YOU TWO" anne said
"Ugh do we have any tranquilizer gun" mr. X said to jenny
"Actually we do sir" jenny said
"THEN USE IT!" mr. X said
"All units, permission to use tranquilizer granted" jenny said in comms to other personnel
The FBI unit on a heli grabbed a tranquilizer rifle and had a clean shot but nearby…
"Dang that's our 14 bus, whos wheels popped" milo said
"Yeah i know, it's been the worst day and what's worse were at a middle of a fused land" Melissa said
"Well as long as Murphy's law doesn't affect anything in our way, we should all be fine" zack said
"I think you should not mention it" melissa said
with milo nearby, murphy's law take effect in the area and a pigeon who flew in front of a sniper's barrel got hit with the tranquilizer with a bang from its gun barrel
"WHAT THE, IM RELOADING" the FBI holding the rifle said
Milo and his friends hearing the gun shot noticed the heli chasing 3 people in the park
"Woah i think we should get out of here fast" milo said before doing what he says
Back in the heli chasing anne's group
"I'm ready to fire" the FBI holding the rifle said and with a click he fired but missed
The tranquilizer then ricochet across many objects till it reached back to the gunner hitting him in the neck, making him sleep
"Uhh sir the gunners down" an FBI unit said in comms causing mr. X to spit out his coffee
"WHAT" mr. X said
Anne then sees a closed museum with the doors opened on their way and told star and marco to lose them there
The group entered the museum followed with the FBI chasing them behind
"Sir, they went in the museum" an FBI agent said
"Follow them and block the exits of the museum, the chase ends here anne" mr. X said
The agents searched the museum
3 FBI units then passed anne, star, marco posing as a statue
When they realized they turn back to be met with a punch
They used their uniform and began heading to the exit
"Ok so what do we do after exiting" star said
"I don't know we just have find a place to hide" anne said
"HEY" an FBI unit said flashing his light at them which he responded "oh it's just you guys head outside and guard it"
The three went out and thought they escaped
"I cant believe that wo-" anne said but stopped to see FBI units waiting
"Sorry but that logic doesn't work on me" the FBI unit said
"Anne boonchuy, sorry if we haven't mentioned, we are the FBI and were just here to ask some questions" an FBI unit said
"WHAT, i saw one of your men readied a taser gun" anne said
"Uhmm, there was a small miscommunication there, but we were spying on them. But you do know something about them by running" the FBI unit said
"Look, i thought you were gonna hurt them but i think there's no point in running" anne said
"Alright, sir were ready to begin questioning when we arrive" an FBI unit said
"(Sigh) good, i can finally relax" mr. X said
Meanwhile, stanford and his group is searching for answers about the fusion
"I'm actually surprised that the government can keep everyone and everything controlled even with this amount of chaos" dipper said
"Just dont mind them dipper, don't bring their attention to us" stan said
"Ah hah i got a spike of signal coming from that direction" stanford said before running to the spot
"Right here is what caused the two worlds to fuse" stanford said
"In the middle of the road?" Mabel said
"Yes, although i don't know why a source of energy is here, i can use one of my newly invented item called the 'energy collector' this will allow me to extract its energy and transfer it into another item i made called 'energy storage' and once extracted i can try analyzing its properties and see what i can do with it" stanford said while using the items he made
Stan and mabel were left speechless as they didn't understand a thing while dipper said "cool"
"Now i have a tingling sensation there's another source out here, but i think it's time we take a break till tomorrow, and remember we're gonna eat our favorite food" stanford said
Everyone in the group cheered and began heading to their destination which is a hotel
But a particular guy is watching them
"Wow, can't expect that the pines are here, too bad i have other things to do" bill cipher said before heading to the direction of the ruined butterfly kingdom
In a hole which look like it was filled with dirt turning into grass, bill cipher started using his demonic powers and sorcerer's power and the dirt covering a hole revealed a pillar and when moving it out the way revealed crushed bones that resembles a reptile
"A powerful energy source to power me up again and as well as another soul to be brought back" bill cipher said before yet beginning to absorb some magic energy and then reviving the crushed soul on the pillar
Green liquid came coming out of the ground and into the forming body of someone and once fully reformed using the mixed magic bill cipher used it revealed a reptile with clothing like a businessman
The reptile named toffee is back and when he opened his eyes looked around and sees bill cipher
"I see that I'm back, because of you. So who are you?" Toffee said to bill cipher
"I'm bill cipher and i can see you've been through some rough times" bill cipher said
"And i'm toffee, and i have many questions regarding of what has happened while i was gone" toffee said
"Come check out yourself" bill cipher said
Toffee looked around and is surprised mewni is filled with new buildings like the ones in earth
"Surprised? This happened when a huge light combined this two realms scattering magic particles or energy all over the place" bill cipher said
Toffee not knowing what to do then said to bill
"If I came back because of you. Then you have a good reason why you've brought me back"
"Nice guess. You see toffee, in return of you coming back, you'll be joining my gang and you must follow what i say" bill cipher said
"Hmmm i decline" toffee said which left bill thinking
"Hmmmmmm ah hah, how about i add in… ill let you kill a person you have a grudge with and i'll help you with my new powers ive been absorbing. Also you can be free to do anything and we will be allies" bill cipher said
Toffee thought for a while and said
"That's a deal"
Back to star, marco, and anne at the evening
They were being questioned by mr. X fbi group
They were being asked about 2 worlds mixing together. Star and Marco were truthful about and mr. X believed
Marco and star eventually told everything
"So another world called mewni fused with earth, and it happened because of a magic portal causing a big explosion and you needed to do it because a person named mina loveberry was trying to commit mass genocide to a monster race" mr. X said
The two teens nodded yes
"(Sigh) ok you two, we will keep an eye on you two and anne you too as well" mr. X said
"Yeah i get it, but you've been already watching me ever since andrias invaded earth" anne said
"Don't mind that, all you know is we are watching every person in America" mr. X said
The fbi were ready to drop them off but a triangular figure was facing the fbi driver on the armored vehicle the group was in
"Uhmm whats that, is this some kind of prank or am i hallucinating?" The fbi driver said
"I don't know, looks like a dorito hanging on our windshield" the person in the cockpit sit said
"Uhmm is this our stop?" Star said
"No, I haven't given an order to stop" mr. X said
"Hey you two what's happening there" jenny said in the comms but no one replied
The vehicle then started to accelerate very fast.
"WOAH, WHAT'S GOING ON?" anne said
"YOU TWO I NEED YOU TO STOP JOKIN-" mr. X said before getting cut off by the vehicle hitting something hard flipping ut 90 degrees
Everyone survived it and checked on the drivers. They were also getting out of the vehicle
"Is everyone okay?" Mr. X said to the group and they nodded yes
"HEY YOU TWO, WHAT HAPPENED THERE? YOUR BOTH IN TROUBLE" mr. X said
"What, sir we were unconscious" the driver said
"Impossible, what do you remember earlier?" Mr. X said
"They remember a triangle with one eye" bill cipher said in front of them
"WHAT THE!" Mr. X said
"IT'S THAT DORITO FIGURE!" the cockpit driver said
"WHAT THE HECK IS THAT" marco said
"Nice to meet you humans and mewmans, im bill cipher and im here for… star butterfly which i think is you girl with the blonde hair" bill cipher said
Star who was confused then said
"What do you want from me, one eyed creature?"
"Oh i'm here for a surprise" bill cipher said before flicking his fingers forming a fire trapping star
"I want to introduce an old friend of yours" bill cipher said before a figure star knew came off the air hitting the ground hard
"Toffee" star said in a worried voice
"We meet again, star butterfly" toffee said
"What do you want from me, how did you come back?" Star said
"Lets just say a new friend of mine brought me back to life for revenge" toffee said before sprinting at star
But a laser gun from jenny fired at toffee followed with the two other FBI soldiers who fired
Toffee created a wall using the ground blocking every shots
"BILL, BLOCK THE BULLETS!" toffee said
Bill then created a shield covering all the attacks replacing the fire surrounding star
Toffee ran through the walls he created and charged at star
at the view of marco and anne
"DUDE WE GOTTA DO SOMETHING TO SAVE YOUR GIRLFRIEND" anne said
"BUT HE'S SOME POWERFUL MONSTER WE HAVE FACED, NOT FORGET THAT GUY HE FOUND, WE HAVEN'T MET HIM" marco said
"If we can distract that bill guy, we might be able to free star" anne said
"Hmmm i know what just to do" marco said
Toffee has reached star trying to land a punch at star
"So star, what has happened during my sleep" toffee said
"Well, some mewman named mina loveberry tried to kill all the monster race, and with an army with magical armor she almost succeeded…" star responded before toffee tried punching her head on the barrier bill created
"What the heck! I'm telling the truth here!" Star said
"Keep talking while surviving" toffee said which star continues
"... And because of that… we had to destroy magic to save them" star said
Toffee went silent for a bit then
Threw a punch at star making her thrown back at the barrier
"Ouch, why" star said in a hurt voice
"I believe you star, but there's still a problem with you butterflies. And that is your existence" toffee said before throwing another punch
Meanwhile outside the barrier
"Dang, our weapons are useless. Aim at that triangle" jenny said
"You mean that dorito?" An fbi said
"WHATEVER, JUST SHOOT AT IT" jenny said
The fbi then shot at bill cipher but bill has blocked himself with a barrier as well
"Sorry but you to watch this fight" bill cipher said
Star being punched and kicked by toffee is now at a beaten up look by it
"You butterfly's can still repeat what had happened in the past, so im not letting that happen for the sake of the monster race" toffee said
"But toffee we have changed" star responded
"And you can change back" toffee responded before trying to throw another punch with the killing blow
Meanwhile outside bill was confident toffee will succeed but he has forgotten the people star was with
Marco and anne coordinated an attack behind bill cipher by jumping and grabbing him
"On three. One, two, THREE!" Anne said
They continued with the plan and as annes thoughts were right that the shield bill cipher created to himself is not melee blocked. They grabbed bill and caused him to remove the barrier
Star seeing this jumped out of the way of toffee's ground punch towards star and when he tried to charge at her again. He was met by a ton of laser beams
While that's happening bill cipher is dealing with anne and marco
"Get- get off me!" Bill cipher said before throwing them off him
Bill wanted to kill them with his demonic powers but because of the powers he used. He was running out of time
"Oh great, HEY TOFFEE WE NEED TO GET OUT HERE" bill cipher
Toffee heard it then shouted at stay saying
"WE'LL MEET AGAIN STAR BUTTERFLY" before disappearing by getting teleported with bill cipher
Seeing that the fights over marco realized star was very injured by the punches toffee gave her
"STAR!" Marco said before running at her
"Please, don't die on me" marco said
"Don't worry marco, i'm still awake" star said in a joking but weak voice
Marco seeing this called for an ambulance
"I got it kid, this is X and we need an ambulance and a cover up to the mess" mr. X said
After a few minutes star was rushed to a hospital by an ambulance and marco and anne is in another ambulance following star
"Hey Marco, you alright?" Anne said
"Im afraid of stars injury's" marco said
"Don't worry, she'll be fine" anne said
"what if that bill guy and toffee could take her out in the hospital" matco said
"Don't worry. As I've heard from X she will be heavily watched to be secured" anne said
The ambulance stopped and they have arrived
Star was then being lead to the medical room and while going star was met with her mother (moon) and father (river)
"Star!" Moon and river said
"Marco what happened" moon said
"Uhmm" Marco only said before mr. X cut in and said
"I can explain it to you madam"
Star was then left on a medical bed while moon and river listened to mr. X
"So a guy named bill cipher started all of this incident" moon said
"I'd kill that bastard" river said
"You two only got to be quiet about this, we have a cover story about this" mr. X said
Mr. X then started heading to the exit
"Thank you for helping her mr?" Moon said
"Mr. X ma'am" mr. X responded
Right after that anne and marco entered
"Hows star?" Marco said
"She's fine, she's healing and who is she?" Moon said before looking at anne
"Oh i'm anne boonchuy" anne said
"Moon butterfly" moon responded
"And i am river johansen butterfly" river said
"Wait a minute anne, your that girl who star always used to talk about during our dinner" moon said before bringing us to a flashback showing star talking to her parents about anne
"... This girl took down the evil lizard man with the help of music that I think is called k pop and she defeated that lizard guy after a frog…" star said in the flashback before returning to the present time
"I see. Hehe" anne said before her parents came out of the door
"Anne!" Her parents said said
"Oh thank goodness you're alright" anne's dad (mr boonchuy) said
"Mr. X told us everything ''Anne's mom (mrs. Boonchuy) said
"Hello there, you must be anne's parents you should probably get home before another family gets here" moon said to them
"Ok, let's go to Anne before the situation gets complicated" mrs. Boonchuy said
The boonchuy's left and headed home while marco and his parents arrived as well to pick up marco leaving only the butterfly's
"River we must protect our daughter from the threat that will come, without magic we are all vulnerable. So we have to prepare" moon said
"Right, for our daughter" river said
"I'll tell eclipsa about this, they must know about this" moon said
Meanwhile in a distant location on california
Bill and toffee came out of a portal
Toffee regenerated back some of his missing body parts while bill started to disappear
Bill then went inside toffee's mindscape and there they talked
"What happened back there" toffee said
"Look toffee, I have just been revived in this world just like you did, I can only be at my full power if a gate to my realm is opened. But i can absorb powerful energies to temporarily exist in the world with a form" bill cipher said
"I'm afraid we need more than that" toffee said before continuing "we need monsters to help us fight against those humans to achieve my plan but i need time to do it"
"Oh don't worry, you can do what you want just like in the deal we made feel free to do whatever you want while i do my thing, and when i come back i'll be ready to help you" bill cipher said
After that bill left toffee on his own to do his plan in california
"Star butterfly, this is not over"
End credits
At the 10th of november somewhere at another state
A ringtone from someones communication device is heard and a person picked it up
"Hey wade, what's the sitch?" The girl said
"Well kim, a boy named randy needs your assistance to dealing with an enemy who kidnapped a person" wade said
"Wait, is that boy from that viral news about the ninja in norrisville few days ago?" Kim said
"Yes you are right, the ninja is gonna need your help to infiltrate a flying ship before its reaches the location" wade said
"Ok wade, me and ron will be there to help him" kim said before dropping the call

In space
At the international space station
An observer spotted something in the distance moving extremely fast looking like its gonna hit the ISS
"This is echo 9 we have spotted something in the distance, does everyone have visual on it" an astronaut said in the comms
"Copy, i have spotted the object" the astronaut in space said
"What the heck is that?" The astronaut said before being met with a "COMING THROUGH" a figure wearing a green hat said
"WHAT THE HECK WAS THAT, IT CAN TALK IN SPACE" the astronaut in space said surprised
"What does it look like?" The astronaut at comms said
"Its a brown fur creature with a color green hat, another one with horse like features with red hair, blue skin, and they are running in space inside a bubble" the astronaut in space said
"Then we have ourselves an alien in our planet, alert NASA about it" the astronaut in comms said
In the distant space, a ship looking like a skull was hiding in the moon
"Lord hater, if i may request we must not get inside that planet" an alien named peepers said
"are you teaching me peepers? Well i don't care, we must go after them and CAPTURE THEM ONCE AND FOR ALL" the alien named lord hater said
"Sir based on our analysis, we will get obliterated by the weapons that planet has, so we cant enter that planet with our full force" peepers said
"Then we will send an expeditionary team to capture them instead" lord hater said
"Alright lord hater, ill ready the team up!" Peepers said

Author's note: what a blast on how i made this, introducing 2 new shows i'll try connecting to the plot. Wander over yonder, and kim possible although i have watched their first few episodes, and i think i see where the plot goes without actually needing to finish it but i will risk making inaccurate character so id still need to watch
Also about bill cipher, everytime he absorbs a powerful energy (sorcerer's powers/mewni's magic) is the reason he can appear in the real world. But only for a temporarily amount of time
In the next chapter it will focus on TOH, RC9GN, and JL:AD
