Back in the story; Meek was in the Bounty Cave doing some work on his spaceship.
He finished up.
The meerkat wiped sweat off his forehead.
"Whew." said Meek.
He smiled.
"That should be good. Hopefully I can reach any other far away galaxies with this new upgrade." said Meek.
Sonic then appeared in the cave as Meek was installing a new battery in the ship.
He whistled and went to Meek.
"Neat work." said Sonic.
Meek turned to Sonic.
"You can say that again, I'm just about to test this out." said Meek.
Sonic smiled.
"That'll be good." said Sonic.
He climbed in the cockpit and sat down on the passenger side.
Meek finished installing the battery.
"There." Said Meek.
He entered the ship.
He then started up the ship.
"Here we go." said Meek.
The ship flew out of the cave.
It then flew into space very.
"Well, so far so good. Now to just test out the lightspeed feature." said Meek.
He pressed some buttons on the ship before it entered lightspeed.
"You think if Luz or Amity actually got to see a spaceship in lightspeed, they'd be impressed?" said Sonic.
"You'd be hoping for the wrong people since it's Camila with an interest in science fiction. But Luz would be impressed, Amity would probably flip out and tell me to slow down." said Meek.
Back in reality; Amity chuckled.
"Excuse me, I don't flip out anymore." said Amity.
Sonic just pulled out a rolled up piece of paper before rolling it down to reveal fanart of Luz and Anne sharing a kiss similar to Lumity's first official kiss.
Amity became shocked as her left eye started twitching.
She then leaped towards Sonic and took the poster in her mouth before shaking it around, tearing it up while making tiger roars.
Luz was staring in shock while blushing with sparkling eyes.
Gwen noticed it.
"I swear, you've got issues with significant others." said Gwen.
Back in the story; Meek and Sonic were still flying in lightspeed.
"Now this is space travel." said Meek.
"Nothing can ruin this moment." said Sonic.
But then Sledge's ship which was going fast flew by and knocked Meek's ship away, causing the two Mobians to scream in shock.
Sonic became mad.
"THAT ASSHOLE IS GOING DOWN!" yelled Sonic.
"Easy there Sonic, don't get a bad case of road rage, or space rage in this case." said Meek.
"Pull up beside the bridge." said Sonic.
In Sledge's ship; Sledge and his minions were cheering.
"Another one bites the dust." said Snide.
"Plus it was two of the heroes on Earth. Another added bonus." said Fury.
"Let's see them try something if they're still alive." said Curio.
The group heard a honking sound and saw Meek's ship pulling beside them.
Sonic waved to the group before pulling out a map and pointed at it while acting confused.
The villains raised their shoulders in confusion.
The hedgehog then made a roll down your window motion.
Sledge groaned and pushed a button that made a window roll down.
"I swear people from Earth have the worst sense of direction." said Sledge.
The window fully opened up and Sledge and his minions were sucked out of their ship as they screamed in shock.
Meek and Sonic were both in shock at what they saw.
"Holy shit, they actually fell for it." said Sonic.
"Huh, guess I owe you five hundred dollars." said Meek.
He paid him $500.00 and Sonic smiled.
But then the ship started sputtering which shocked the two.
"Crash landing?" said Sonic.
"Crash landing." said Meek.
The ship started falling down towards another planet.
Meek tried to regain control of the ship and lifted the controls up.
The ship crashed on the planet and skidded to a halt.
The occupants groaned and looked around.
"Are we dead yet?" said Sonic.
"Must be, the airbags didn't go off." said Meek.
Sonic became confused.
"Airbags?" said Sonic.
The airbag on his side of the ship went off on Sonic's face before the hedgehog fell asleep on the airbag.
The meerkat groaned.
Later; the two were out of the ship and Meek was checking out his ship.
He pulled out the battery he installed in it and inspected it.
"Well, at least this thing's still in one piece." said Meek.
The battery shorted out and exploded, shocking the meerkat.
"Mostly one piece." said Meek.
He tossed the battery and went back looking in the ship before pulling out the engine which was badly damaged.
"Well this thing has seen better days." said Meek.
He set the engine down.
"I'm going to need to fix this thing and hopefully get a new battery." said Meek, "But first, a drink."
He looked around and saw what looked like a Dr Pepper vending machine.
"Oh boy, Dr Pepper." said Meek.
Sonic turned to the machine and saw an RC cola machine.
"Dr Pepper? That's an RC cola machine." Sonic said before bonking Meek on the head, "You're hallucinating already."
Back in reality; everyone was shocked.
"A vending machine on a desert like planet?" said Marcy.
"You never know, happened on Family Guy once." said Meek.
"And what's with the head bonking, have you been watching Three Stooges again?" said Willow.
"That did happen." said Sonic.
"Yeah I'm not all that fond of Three Stooges. Something about seeing people smacking each other around just isn't all that appealing, even if it's done in cartoons. But seeing something like that in live action, it just-"Sasha said before being interrupted by Luz.
"That's enough out of you." Luz said before poking Sasha in the eyes Three Stooges style, making the blonde haired girl scream in pain.
Sasha became mad.
"Why you." Sasha said before smacking Luz across the face.
Amity became mad and made an Abomination fist appear in her left hand before bonking Sasha on the head.
The blond girl then poked Amity's eyes three stooges style.
Lumity and Sasha started assaulting each other in the style of the Three Stooges as everyone watched.
"Should we even continue with the story? Because this is more entertaining right now." said Sonic.
Luz got ready to slap Sasha but accidentally slapped Amity, shocking the human.
Amity became mad and smacked Luz.
Luz became mad before she and Amity were about to slap each other.
But instead the two grabbed hold of each other and started kissing.
"God you're so beautiful when you're angry." said Luz.
She kissed Amity again.
Amity blushed like a tomato.
"So are you." said Amity.
She kissed Luz as well.
"Well this just got weird." said Anne.
Back in the story; Meek was in his armor and looking around the planet.
"Any idea where we're at?" said Sonic.
Meek looked at a holographic image of the planet the two are on.
"According to this, we've crash landed on Planet Veldin." said Meek.
Sonic became confused.
"Veldin, Veldin, Veldin, why does that sound so familiar?" said Sonic.
He snapped his fingers.
"Now I remember, I've got a friend on this planet." said Sonic.
Meek became confused.
"You know someone here? Where'd you meet this person?" said Meek.
"E3 video game convention." said Sonic.
Meek sighed.
"Of course." said Meek.
"Lombax's are great mechanics." Said Sonic.
Meek became confused.
"How do you-"Meek said before realizing what Sonic was about to say, "Nevermind, I don't want to know."
"This lombax friend of mine managed to build a ship on his own before making his first friend." said Sonic.
Meek nodded.
"That's awesome." said Meek.
"Damn right, it's more awesome than Luz and Amity constantly referring to each other as awesome girlfriends." said Sonic, "Now let's get this engine to my friends home, with his help, we might be able to get this fixed in no time."
Meek nodded.
"I'm all for that." said Meek.
He held his hands out and a flat bed appeared in front of him.
He and Sonic lifted up the engine and put it on the flat bed.
Sonic smiled.
"Times a wasting." said Sonic.
"So where's this mechanic's home?" said Meek.
Sonic did some thinking and looked at the landscape.
He then looked east north east.
"That way." said Sonic.
Meek started to walk off with Sonic.
