We start off on a beautiful sunny mid morning in mid spring in little suburban town . Two police officers are seen driving down the street doing a small patrol in the quiet area hardly seeing anyone around as most people are either still at home waking up for work or have already left for their jobs leaving it a boring but peaceful morning drive for the young officers. " ha yeah after all that crazy stuff that been happening lately with those league of villains yahoos, a nice friendly area is just the little vacation we need. " " I still can't believe that what they are calling themselves i mean they haven't really done anything that would be considered true villainous. Just randomly havoc like destroying property , Robbery attempts and rioting. They seem more like recruiting club than anything. " kitty cop said . " but hey gotta start somewhere I guess . " They both chuckled at that . while it was true that they had to deal with a bunch of radicals thugs and that it was nothing so criminally under world syndicate to fully worry about it made every officer and pro hero curious that the size of those upstarts could lead to something and how many Incidences that are happening on a weekly basis not to be concerning. " speaking of which" the cat point to a pair of women on the sidewalk area who seem to have dropped what ever it was they were carrying into the street and were trying to gather them up. The officers pulled up to them and asked if there ok and started to help pick up the items . One woman smiled at them her eyes twinkled at the helpfulnesses of the two . " oh we are fine just got startled by that strong gust of wind and mini tremor just now." The other woman who was a bit older in her 70s confirmed that there was no harm done while thanking them. "yes just gave this old bird bit of a spook hah ha . Darnist thing though. Felt like something ran past us and then a less the 10 seconds later the ground just buckled." They finished picking up their belongings and standing back up. The police man with the bell sound quirk looked around and asked " wait there was a tremor just now ? " he looked around for any signs of possible earthquakes damages . " we didn't notice any thing" the younger of the two women perhaps 40s just laugh." Really? It just happened though it was very sudden I'm not that surprise you did not feel it. " the cat looked at the ground and saw what look like a small indent in the ground like something pulled something out from under the dirt . Then there was a loud explosion sounds and the area where there patrol car was caved in and then huge gust of wind blew out the hole causing the officers to jump and tackle the women covering them from harm . The bell officer then starting calling for back up turns out his quirk was telecommuting. Which acted like both a long distance radio or cell phone. " we have road cave in at 347th ave and king street possible sink hole and under ground gas line explosion request emergency services and any pros on hand ." The cat officer advice to two women to evacuate the area to a safe location and began to Survey the area. There seem to be loud noises and mini explosions coming from the crater. As he looked down the hole to see what was happening down in there but all he could see was dust and flashes of light then he heard yelling. "How the hell did you do that !?" "What is that thing?!" "Look out he right auaggh!" "Give her back she is mine only I control her curse !" "Her blood is what will cure this world of you diseased retches " Bang boom crash " that thing not human forget this I'm out of here " Just then several emergency vehicles arrived and as well as some pro heroes. A dragon landed and shifted into a human female . "What's the situation?" She asked the officers. " "Not sure ms. Ryuko Tatsuma , we thought it was a cave in of sorts but there seems to be some sort of battle down there. People are just now starting to climb out there." From deep in the hole the could see a ton of men climbing and running to escape from what ever was down there , as both the hero and officer helped a few people out of the hole as they neared the dragon hero notice a number of tattoo marking on the men and saw a a bird like face mask of that medieval times. "Wait a minute you guys are part of the Yakuza and the Hassaikai the Eight Precepts of Death!" The police officers near by heard her and began placing the members under arrest . A few tried to run and resist but many just flat out begged to be taken to jail. The one next to the Ryuko looked right at her and said " yes ma'am that right I am and I will testify to everything that mad man son of bitch Overhaul has done just get me away from that monster he fighting ." "Monster?" A voice said from behind them . They turn and see a tall man wearing a everyday light business suit " Sir Knighteye what are you doing here ? "Ryuko asked clearly surprise to see the hero who hardly ever deals with situations where it looks like a natural disaster. "My Agency have been investigating this case for almost a 2 years now but it seems that something has sped up the time table . " Just then a huge disfigured looking creature shot up into the sky from the crater, looking like it was pieced together by a amateur Taxidermies. In the center of it all they could see Overhaul and it looked like he was madly searching for something ! Ryuko started to shift into her dragon form to fly up and fight the villain when she felt a hand grab on to her arm and she looked over to she who grabbed her. It was the Yakuza member that said he would testify. Why was he stopping her from going after his boss if he said was going to be cooperative with the police? Was he lying ? The look of fear in his eyes made her pause and he said " don't . You'll just get in the way." " in the way of what?" Knighteye asked harshly. Then a gust of wind zipped by them and they lookup just in time to see Overhaul start jerking around as if he was being bombarded by multiple attacks. He thrashed about wildly trying to hit whatever invisible force was attacking him but to no avail. At one point it looked liked he made contact with his attacker but then began to spin around in place and was thrown further up into the air only a split second did another figure appear above and slam him back down to earth hard, back into the already damaged area. A flash of lighting than struck him and when the smoke cleared all that was seen was Overhaul had reverted back to his normal form with about six other gangsters all broken and unconscious. Nobody said anything both criminal and law enforcers just stood there shocked at what they just witnessed such tremendous battle that seem to be completely one sided. "What just happened ?" asked a pro hero dressed like a strange beetle robot ( beetle borg ) " my scanners didn't pickup a thing . " "No idea but I hope it's friendly " answered the rescue hero Thirteen as he began clearing debris from the area while looking for anyone trapped underneath. Knighteye and Ryuko walked over to fallen villain with a police officer and the one cooperating Yakuza member and inspected Overhaul . "He looks like he got hit by a freight train and semi truck at the same time" said the policeman. "His quirk is disassemble and reassemble anything he touches so you may want to restrain his hands somehow. " the thug said while nervously looking around. The two pros notice that his guard was up and that it looked like he was about to curl up into ball and play dead. "Excuse me would you two happen to be heroes ? " a voice suddenly spoke behind them causing them to spin around into a fighting position however the criminal scream and fall down on his back and crawled away backward trembling like a Chihuahua. Standing there was boy about 15 years old wearing a olive green pants with red shoes like boots, a green button vest with golden buttons and a collar white long sleeve shirt on underneath that had button cuffs a brown belt with two pouches attached to it. His green hair slightly waving in the wind green eyes with freckles gave a charming and innocent country boy look. In his arms he was holding a little girl about 6 years old wearing a torn hospital gown bandages on her arms and legs. She had reds eyes long blueish white hair that came down to just above her knees a small horn on the one side of her forehead. She was also wrapped up in what seem to be a hood like cape that was a dark green brown like the forest.( itm/195675654535) ( f/p/4400000000006825712) The little girl who looked like she hasn't been fed properly in months was looking at the heroes while hanging on the boy for dear life as if he would disappear the moment she let go her head and body pressed into him her head under his chin. She Was giving them frightening looks while the boy just stood there holding her and using a handkerchief to wipe of dirt from her cheeks. Both heroes were a little taken aback on how he just seem to appear right behind them without them noticing. And why was he in the middle of what seems to be a war zone with a little girl. Ryuko look right at the boy eyes and thought why does he look familiar but pushed aside when she saw what the state the girl was in . "Yes young man we are heroes, but right now we are busy so we will have to ask you to stand …." Knighteye started to walk up to the boy to dismiss him but at soon as he got within arms reach he jumped back from the boy with wide eyes. Over the years of being a pro hero and fighting countless of deadly villains he has developed a six sense of knowing what is dangerous force and this young man had a mighty powerful force emanating from him that made Knighteye feel fearful of him. Ryuko notice his reaction and stepped up. "Son are you in need of assistance and can it be addressed when we have cleared the area ?" Her eyes on the little girl who was starting to shake and breath heavy with small whimpers. The boy look over at the dragon heroine and smiled lightly. " I am fine but Eri here needs a doctor to look over her. I pretty certain that those jerks in the bird masks where abuseing her. So I would like to press charges against them for child abuse and possibly kidnapping. " he stated then looked at the the criminals behind them and when his eyes fell on the one Yakuza who was trying to hide behind the policeman his face darken. "Overhaul was conducting experiments with Eris' blood to make quirk erasing drugs and would use his quirk on her nonstop using her like a living cadaver for years!" The Yakuza man shouted; " I tell you all I know just don't come near me." Just then another member came up beside them being escorted by another policeman stopped by and looked at the little girl now known as Eri. "Eri thank god your safe I'm sorry I couldn't have been a better caregiver for you, please kid take care of her and make sure she gets the love she needs. And thank you for kicking our asses we deserve far worse For what we allowed to happen to her. " Ryuko darted forwarded to the child while screaming for a medic to get over to them fast after hearing horrible confessions from the two criminals. She went to pull her away from the boy to get a better look at her but Eri started screaming and buried her face into the boy griping tighter . Knighteye came to his senses when heard the cries and asked "What is your name son?" " oh I'm sorry my name is izuku mid.." "You called for a medic is someone hurt?" An emt asked as they have arrived to the group. "Yes please give the girl a quick check over , Izuku can you stay with Her and try to calm her down so they can check her over she seems to trust you." Knighteye asked Izuku nodded and then tries to calm Eri down telling her that it will be ok that he will stay with her and not let anyone hurt her. Eri still crying nodded but refused to look at anyone. Ryuko pulled Knighteye over to the side out of earshot of the two children. "She is completely dependent on that young man that she's completely terrified of anyone that comes close to her that abuse must have done some serious mental damage to her as well as physical harm." " yes you are correct separating them will be difficult to place her in child services and protection services and I'm going to wagering a guess that according to what we just heard about using her blood to make Quirk eraser drugs that if word got out she will be experimented on all over again and she possibly doesn't know how to use her quirk at all." The two heroes did not know what they were going to do to try and convince the children to separate but they knew that they were going to help Eri with her powers and not let her be a lab rat every again. "Ryuko is that you?" A voice shouted. Both turned to see who shouted at them when they saw a short plump woman with green hair by the police tape barricades. Ryuko Recognized Her right away and shouted for the police officers to let her through as she was OK. Nighteye looked at her questioning fOr letting civilian onto a crime scene with out so much as a Second thought. "Inko? inko midoriya! hello there what are you doing here I didn't tknow you were back in the city " "Oh I just moved back a few days ago and was getting everything ready first before I call you to meet up. But since I ran into you now would you like to come over to my new place and meet my son he should be arriving today? But if not that's ok you seem to be busy with something here." Said the woman named inko. Ryuko laughed at her friend it was just like her to brush off till the last minute to inform her of small details. " I would love to stop by and catch up and see the little guy last time I saw him he was barley walking, I bet he looks …. Alll …. Grown …up?" She turns and looks at the strangely dressed green hair boy who has finally calmed the distress child down enough for the medic to examine her. Inko looks to where her friend was looking. "Oh izuku baby there you are you arrived In town safely.? " she said and began to walk to her son while pulling the heroine with her to introduce them. Ryuko eyes were wide with both shock and horror when she realized who the boy was " that explains everything " she muttered. Sir Knighteye who was trailing behind them asked " explains what who are those two and why does that boy feel like he has power that can rival All Might? " Inko heard him and laughed " I wouldn't say rival but he is only 15." She walked up to Izuku and Eri with the two heroes in tow. "Izuku honey you should have called once you got within the city limits so I could have picked you up or at least gave you directions… who is this little girl is everything alright? " izuku then explained on how when he arrived at the city Eri had crashed into him and then latched onto him begging for help when suddenly a giant of a man wearing a bird mask grabbed a hold of him and slammed him in the ground Saying to the little girl This is what happens when you run away people die get back here you little brat he snatched her up and begin walking away. Then izuku said after he brushed himself off he went after them cause something didn't seem right on how the man was treating Eri and once he found where they went he saw another man backhand her and started to cut her with knives . And that when I jumped in to get her away from the bad men and things kind went a little bit sides ways after that . The heroes just looked at him thinking there has to be more to that story. "Those mens did what?" Inko growled with tears in her eyes . The medic who had a health body scan quirk finished putting on fresh bandages shook their head. " she is covered with multiple scars and fresh gashes along with a small fever she needs proper treatment but she will be fine though I'm going to suggest finding a child therapist and a quirk specialist as well, and for you young man I don't detect any injuries other than scarp on your right arm and with what seems like old tissue scarring." " yes that happened years ago when he was about her age when he and his father were training. Gave me a heart attack. " Inko said while looking closely at Eri arms and pulled out a small bottle from her purse " here baby girl drink this will help with the fever and help restore your strength" Eri looked at the bottle and then the woman and back to Izuku. " go ahead Eri she my mother and that is the best juice in the whole world " Eri took the bottle and took a small drink and found it very cool and soothing. "Well I'll be her fever is going down that some juice where can I buy some of that " the medic who was still looking after her stated "Sorry old family village secret." Knighteye had enough and said " Ok I want answers now even if I did believe what this boy said about going into a very dangerous situation and that it was him that fought the whole criminal underworld then not only did this boy endanger him self and broke the law by using his quirk in act of Violence. There are so many holes in this story that I ….." "Quirk ?" The EmT asked " I don't detect this boy having a quirk of any kind" "He right I'm quirk less. " izuku said somberly. Like it was a difficult topic for him at one point but had slowly gotten used to fact. Knighteye was about to to start arguing when both Inko and Ryuko faced him Inko seethed " he saved this little girl life that what matters now and if you think he should have just left her alone with those monsters then you sir need to turn In your hero license and badge right now !" "Mirai, I will explain everything later but for right now please calm done and keep this quiet. We need to make sure no one finds out about izuku involvement " Ryuko begged then turned to the children " we don't want you getting into trouble because if I remember right when you were still a little toddler you wanted to be mighty boy hmmm?" Izuku blushed at that name and asked shyly " I guessing we met a long time ago?" "Yes we did and you have grown into a fine young man and saving the day and protecting the innocent. But time for that later now we need to get this girl somewhere safe." Eri then put a hand to her horn and asked " what about my curse I don't want it to hurt you" Inko look right at her and dug into her purse once again " the only curse I see is a hungry belly and a little dirt both can be cured back home and just to be safe and keep any other curses away let's put this on you. " she put an small little necklace on her. "Inko that is an ancient rune …" Ryuko stammering " " that is made to keep little girls happy and safe. " Inko said with smile with a glint in her eyes . " now come children let's go home and get some dinner in you. " Izuku picked up Eri and made sure she was wrapped up nice and comfortable in his cape for the trip. Ryuko let out a small laugh and Said" I will give you lift back to your place and will also make sure all the paperwork is taken care." Knighteye still fuming " paperwork what is is going on? Why am I in the dark" Ryuko transformed into her dragon form and looked him right in the eye and hissed"Later!" And let the small family on to her back and stood up. "Hey wait kid what village you say you and your mother are from" the Medic shouted at to them as he looked up at the boy on top of the dragon whose clothes were from a classic Victoria Middle Ages looking like a mystic warrior from a fantasy novel. " just the little village of Kunlun." Izuku midoriya smiled as the dragon flaps her wings and they sore off into the sky. This is how a quirkless boy from the last dungeon started his journey to his hero academia.
