"Remnant….World of wonder and horror, depending on who you ask. It has seen much bloodshed, saving, destruction and life for a millennia….Especially one of the organizations down there in the world: The Secreta Secretorum. An utter secret organization composed of legions of powerful warrior-monks, assassins and ultimately one of Mankind and Faunuskind's protectors underneath the banner of E.Y.E."

"While they fight the Grimm, the bandits and ultimately factions of those who wish to do harm….They face a different threat far greater than anything the world has ever seen: The Metastreumonic Force. This unknown force of greater destruction has revealed itself once during the war long ago…Causing much destruction and death on a scale never seen before in the last centuries. The Secreta charged E.Y.E with its goal of curbing this tide of these non Grimm monsters, so it head out to face these beasts in battle….Only to discover that their dust weapons have no effect on these strange creatures, so the Holy Forges of E.Y.E had to resort to making a new type of ammunition to fight against the daemons: Gunpowder. With this new ammunition type for their weapons and vehicles…With Melee in hand and firearms at ready, they charge the horde at the infamous Battle of Rorke's Ridge with the combined efforts of the three Huntsmen squads and themselves."

"Much of the horde was routed and went into a full but chaotic retreat. but at such a heavy cost to the E.Y.E-Hunstmen Army, One of them, Commander Chorbies. The none of the Huntsmen did survived…So they were given a unofficial burial by E.Y.E and gave the site a simple yet redundant name: Mortis"

"The remains of the creatures and of those that didn't retreat were taken back to the temple for research and potential exploitation. The fruits of the labor were extracted and one of the leading scientists gave the name of these creatures: Manducos. With careful extraction, E.Y.E and the Screata captured the essence of these beasts and with careful consideration from the council, gave the go on using it to not only advance their understanding of technology, biochemistry, etc…But to improve the warrior-monks through genetic modification alongside improving their new cybernetics, longer lifespan and psychic prowess with the creation of new abilities especially the rediscovery of the legendary gates"

"After the war, peace came to Remnant and E.Y.E created two factions within its brotherhood: the Culter Dei and the Jian Shang Di. With these two, E.Y.E is able to be more effective as the world rebuilds itself from such a dark time. However, not everything is fine and dandy. After having enough of the abuse, insults and oppression by Mankind, the Faunus launches a revolution…Which split E.Y.E into two sides: The more military-thinking Culter Dei for mankind and the more spiritual-thinking Jian Shang Di for the Faunus. This split resulted into a brief yet bloody civil war in E.Y.E which led the Secreta to intervene as more unknown creatures and Grimm began to attack with ferocity during this important period of time and history with the Faunus wanting equality…For which much of the world foolishly refuses to until an agreement was founded and the Faunus were given their own continent of Menagerie alongside more rights for them…Especially the right to own dust, which in typical fashion, the infamous SDC made that more difficult due to their obsession with loopholes and technicalities even though 4 companies rose up to challenge it's hold on the market: SLM, FKO, Croon and Vindico"

"Even then….The matter of the more unknown daemons and the Grimm during this period in time has stopped the civil war as they and the Huntsmen began to exterminate the pockets of Grimm and non Manducos that have infested in many areas…Which was a total success but in the process the name 'Metastreumonic Force' was given to non-Grimm monsters such the Manduco, the newly discovered Perigrum and brand new Kraak and no doubt new Metastreumonic Force creatures will appear. This is the way of things now, especially the world is changing."

"The E.Y.E civil war has changed the dynamics of the two factions of Culter and Jian especially by their new commanders, this time picked from the Secreta Council. The relations were mended, but will still remain a scar in E.Y.E's history from that day forth to the end of time. One of the most noticable is the HQ of the Culter is in the Kingdom of Vacuo and the HQ of the Jians is now on the continent of Menagerie after it's previous HQ was destroyed by the Transandecent….People from E.Y.E, the Screta, etc who've joined the ranks of the Metastreumonic Force and help it's malicious goals from simple agency to frontline assault. Secreta has spent the last 70 years modifying history books from every corner outside of itself and E.Y.E to scrub any mention of the MSF, the Secreta and E.Y.E to anything clean due to rather justified fears of corruption from the MSF can inflict on human or faunus and to retain the Secreta's and E.Y.E's existence a secret….But atleast the Grimm and the MSF are very hostile to each other so there's that…Which leads me to believe the Grimm has a leader and it knows how dangerous the MSF are to well…Everything."

"Regardless, 80 years have passed and much of the world has change….For the better or the worst. The White Fang have grown to be violent…Leading the SDC to justify it's practices as 'taming' the faunus…What a joke in itself. The MSF has yet to reappear en-mass despite some of E.Y.E's warnings about it happening again and this time, much more dangerous apparently. SLM has closed down and no longer exists due to many factors such as the raiding of one it's biggest facilities by the Atlesian military and the sheer amount of the controversies it happened after that. The huntsmen academies have grown larger and have some power locally and finally…The Screta's technology in many fields have improved and of course, are much more advanced compared to the rest of the world especially in Menagerie."

Akmal sighs as he rubs his eyes after reading the file submitted from Brother Kaies to the archives…Needs some work, a lot of work to be honest. Kaies is a good kid, but he needs to check well….Everything. Fortunately Cilufer will do that and give Kaies a talk about well…How to write a file and not suck at it…."Kaies is a good kid….But fuck, he needs to have some classes regarding writing and to be truthful to the title of the file…"

He stretches his back and walks out of the library. It's quite late at night and very few Culter are still up. Guard duty no doubt, some of them are definitely on guard duty due to a punishment they did….Very minor but fitting for very minor crimes they commit….Although it isn't impossible for a high strung higher ranking Culter to issue a light punishment like that to an innocent lower ranking Culter. He walks up to one of them, Ksono.

Ksono looks at Akmal and straightens his posture. "Hail to you, Master Akmal" Akmal hides a sigh as he looks at Ksono. "What does this rather….Quiet night bring you here Akmal?"

"Reading from the archives…As usual for someone my age" Both him and Ksono chuckles at that little humor. One may look at the Secreta and E.Y.E and assume it's very serious….Both can be both, but they have the room for many things such as humor and brotherhood. "But yeah, just reading from the archives in the grand library"

Ksono simply nods. "A lot of things can be found in the archives…At least they're not incomplete" Akmal chuckles at Ksono's joke regarding the archives. Yes, they're not incomplete but still getting new additions to it. "Anyways, I heard about your 'retirement' from both E.Y.E and the Secreta"

Akmal sighs and nods, cannot hide that answer. "Yes…I did stay behind a bit to catch up on some reading and I know one cannot retire from this life" Akmal removes his helmet and shows Ksono his weary face. "So….I'm…Leaving and moving to Menagerie- I know the face you're making underneath that helmet Ksono"

It's Ksono's turn to sigh. "I know Akmal….But I cannot be of help if anything were to happen to you if the Secreta or someone were to find you on that continent-"

Akmal places his left hand on Ksono's right shoulder, a clear act of both stopping Ksono from talking and a comfort to his mind. "I know the risks that are involved in this decision of mine…Doesn't mean I'm senile enough to forget that" Gives a sly smile as Ksono chuckles from that humor. "But, if anyone asks….I went on a unofficial long mission for the time being…Should keep them in the dark"

"I understand Akmal….May you find peace in Menagerie" Holsters his weapon and presses his right hand into his left hand's open palm, which Akmal returns it and leaves the HQ…Leaving Ksono both uneasy and calm.
