Set during S06E05 of Heartland.
Ty arrived at Heartland with the envelop from U of Calgary burning in his hand.
He found Amy having just fed Spartan in the stables and he grabbed her hand.
He smiled, dragging them up the stairs to the loft.
"What are we doing?" laughed Amy.
"Just come with me." said Ty.
"But why are we up here?" asked Amy.
Ty held on to Amy's shoulders and looked her in the eye.
"Because everything good that ever happened in my life, started when I was in this room." explained Ty. Then he held out the big envelop to Amy.
Amy smiled at the letter, "University of Calgary, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.." read Amy.
"It came this morning, and I have a good feeling about this one.." said Ty. "so I want to share it with the woman I love.."
"Okay.." Amy beamed a big smile at Ty. Then she proceeded ripping open the envelope.
"Ready?" asked Amy. She gently pulled the letter from the envelope and read it, looking serious.
Ty looked at her tense and nervous. Then Amy explained : "Congratulations Ty! you did it!" and threw her arms around him.
He picked her up and spun them around. They read the letter again together and Amy exclaimed: 'Wow! Ty! You even got a scholarship!'
They laughed hard and hugged.
Meanwhile outside the barn, Georgie and Mallory were walking towards the stables.
They heard Ty and Amy laughing as Ty shouted 'What!?'
"What's going on? " asked Georgie, "lets go see!"
Mallory grabbed Georgie's hand , 'No, forget it.' said Mallory, turning them around.
'Why? .. What's the big problem now' said Georgie.
'There's no big problem. It just sounds like Amy and Ty got some good news, that's all.' said Mallory.
'Yeah So...?' said Georgie.
'So, maybe we should go back to the house and let them celebrate in peace..' said Mallory.
'Maybe they were celebrating. But it sure doesn't sound like it now' frowned Georgie, as the barn had gone quiet.
'Believe me, they're celebrating..' said Mallory, as they walked back to the house.
Up in the loft, the laughing had subsided.
