Back at Paw patrol HQ a mallet is brought down on the table as Chase's court martial begins, with Skye as judge, Rocky as the defendant, Marshall as the prosecuting attorney, Rubble as defence attorney and Alex as court stenographer. Chase appeals to Marshall as he starts about Rocky, and the scene flashes back to earlier that day.

In the flashback, Marshall and Rubble are playing a card game while Apollo the super pup plays on TV. Chase wants to change the channel and while hunting for the remote, enters Rocky's lab, where Rocky is playing with Jiggles the green cube. Chase freaks out and starts screaming, while Rocky tries to cover it up.

Returning to the court martial, Chase calls out Rocky for lying about destroying the cube, while Rocky meekly protests that he never technically said he did. Then Rocky objects, accusing Chase of causing the real crisis, with Chase cringing.

In the flashback, Rocky insists that Jiggles is no longer a danger, since he doesn't eat fruit, or grow in size - now he only eats whipped cream. Chase doesn't buy it and grabs a baseball bat with his mouth, trying to smash Jiggles - to Rocky's horror, since he still thinks of Jiggles as his baby. To everybody's surprise though, hitting Jiggles just makes it multiply - which isn't helped by Chase trying repeatedly.

In the present, Marshall and Alex both agree that Chase made things worse, and Chase climbs into the box with Rocky, the trial continuing. However, Marshall adds that it isn't completely his fault.

In the third flashback, the pups lock up the lab. Chase orders everyone to remain calm until they can figure out a solution. Meanwhile Rocky assures everyone that he can fix this - and that the plural of Jiggles is 'Jiggli'. Unfortunately this time the Jiggli escape through the air ducts. Outside, they scatter across adventure bay.

Back in court, Rubble wanders off for lunch, Alex is writing a story about crime-fighting with a turtle while acting as judge, and Marshall has to be both prosecution and defence.

In the next flashback, Rocky consults his calculator, estimating if the Jiggli get regular impacts daily, they'd cover Earth in twelve days. Unfortunately there are far more impacts than expected and the time-frame reduces rapidly to 24 hours. Rubble proposes luring all the Jiggli together with a mountain of whipped cream, but unfortunately his plan goes wrong and Rocky estimates that thanks to Rubble, the world now has 47 minutes before "total Jigglification ''.

And in the present time, Marshall points out that was 10 minutes ago! Rubble gets in the box with Chase and Rocky, now another defendant. Marshall doesn't know what to do so he gets into the box. Then the bored Alex climbs in with them.

Rubble prepares to eat dessert, and is about to put whipped cream on his pie, but the others slap the can out of his paws. Unfortunately, a tiny bit of it comes out, and the Jiggli start flooding the base. Rocky meekly protests that of every way to die, this is the most adorable one, but Chase's remark about "cold" comfort gives him an idea and he turns down the thermostat so that the gelatinous Jiggli will be frozen solid. The Pups and a shivering Alex come out of the HQ, and Rocky gets the idea to launch the Jiggli to Mars using a rocket.
