The next day, Austin was walking with a sense of shock into the Queen Mansion. Moira Queen was chatting the entire time, but he barely heard her as she led him up the stairs and towards his room. Said room was the size of his home's old entire apartment, bigger even with an entire wall of books, all dedicated to the occult, fantasy and magic. He almost started to cry at the sight.

"This is your room, how do you like it? I know it's a bit bare, but you never said what kind of decorations you'd like, so I thought I would leave that to you."

He beamed at her. "Thank you, Moira."

She nodded, and he could see a slight hesitation in her eyes, but accepted that. She was taking in a stranger, she was right to be uncomfortable in some way. "I just hope you enjoy it, Austin... now, dinner is in a few hours, when the clock rings at six, so make yourself at home, take a walk along your new home, see if you can get a feel for it. Or maybe read your books? I found quite a few for you to read. Now, if that is all. I will leave you too it."

She walked away then, and he all but shot at his books taking them down and looking at the covers. To his pleasure, he found several he did not recognize. Taking them to his bed he started to make headaway reading in one, one full of Latin incantations. "Movere..." he managed to make out from one page, the words slightly hard to read as he did nto speak or read Latin.

That was when things got weird. As he said that word, pressure expanded between him and the book and he went flying back into the pillows. A rush of weakness overtook him, he was dizzy, tired and worn out... but so excited he jumped up and beamed.

"That was magic, real magic! How the hell did that work, leave it to the Queens to get access to real magic... damn that was cool... wait, if I learn this, all of this, I can... i can help people, like me. I mean the Glades was pure hell, but with magic... I could make a real change. Who knows?" Shaking, he moved onto the next pages, making notes and vowing to learn Latin and before he knew it it was time for dinner...

Closing the books carefully, he hurried down, eager to get done and come back to his new path, one born of a woman's altruistic needs and his own pititful life...

Chapter end, tell me what you think in the reviews.

This was just a random Idea, I really want it to work.
