Chapter 00: Prologue
Balance, Serenity, Peace.
These were the goals of Wan, the first Avatar.
He saw a world where humans and spirits could live in harmony, with him as it's liason.
With the power of four elements, and his connection with Raava, the ancient spirit of Light and Order, Wan was essenticly a god.
Unstopable, however he knew that if he was to succeed in his mission for peace, he has to be a man, not a god.
The power of the Avatar was intense, but with Raava's spirit combined with his own, Wan created a new element called Quintessence, life energy itself.
To ensure that his legacy would remain, Raava and Wan created a crystal to harness all five of the elemetal powers to four other people with the benders being Air, Water, Earth and Fire with the Avatar being the Heart or Keeper if you will.
This transderance had split the Avatar's elemetal powers and brought the birth of the Guardians.
While the Avatar is tasked with maintaing balance in the world, it is the Guardian's tasks to guide them through their journeys so as to never forget their humanity.
Like the Avatar, the Guardians re-incarnate their powers through a next generation of Benders.
The latest of the long line of Guardians are 5 young girls who's lives will never being the same.
A/N: I hope you all enjoy this story about, in case your wondering, this is complete A.U.
You gotta admit, this is one fanfiction everyone wanted to write about, W.I.T.C.H. in the world of Avatar instead of Earth.
While this will be an adaptation of both W.I.T.C.H. and Avatar, i will include some ideas of my own.
I will not say who has what element as anyone could clearly knows who has what.
