Making Preparations

It was a cold night with rain and thunder making the Hokage tower tremble but not near as much as it was trembling from the rage of the person who shared its name.
Sarutobi Hiruzen, the Third Hokage also known as the Professor, and Kami no Shinobi stood gazing out at his village for the first time in his life with anger and
disappointment. The civilians he could understand as they know little to nothing about the ninja arts but the shinobi who learned the basics of sealing while still at
the academy should know better. well, he thought as he smoked on his pipe at least most of the clan ninjas know the difference between a scroll and a kuni. he sighed
as he thought of the headaches he had been having lately casualty reports civilian demands and much more it had taken him three weeks to get everything settled down and
he had to execute a few people to prove a point. after that and a couple of new laws the civilians and clanless ninjas had settled down but it had taken him three
weeks to deal with the aftermath of the kyubi "attack" and to catch up on everything that Minato had been up to since his semi-retirement a year or so ago not to
mention the kami damned paperwork. thunder rumbles and lightning flashes then someone from behind him says, still smoking that old pipe Eh sensei Jiraiya was standing
leaning against the wall looking somber when Sarutobi turned around to face his student thank you for coming so soon Jiraiya I need you to check Naruto's seal and then
were going to have to talk about somethings. Jiraiya looked upon the baby with grief and guilt the "what ifs" and "if only's" running through his head before shaking
them off as they would do no good now he had to focus on the present and what he could do in the here and now. as he examined Naruto's seal he was amazed at what
Minato had accomplished but at the same time was deeply confused this complex of a seal should have taken weeks if not months to develop. This seal would in theory
continuously feed and regulate the Kyubis chakra into Naruto's chakra system and at the same time transform it into his own chakra but it also did multiple of other
things namely stopped the Kyubi from being able to possess Naruto or even talk with him until Naruto wishes to talk at the same time the Kyubi can see and hear what
was going on around Naruto thou only on limited bases, and will it also regulate the chakra as evenly as it could between physical and spiritual chakra which means
that Naruto will most likely have a level of chakra control that no other Uzumaki has ever had before when he told his Sensei all of this. Sarutobi cleared up his
confusion Minato was preparing not only for the worst-case scenario he was also preparing for the inevitable future as only The Uzumaki's are able to contain the Kyubi
he was already designing a seal with his wife for their future descendants well, now that was taken care of. Sarutobi said Jiraiya I need you to bring Tsunade back to
the village but sensei Jiraiya started to protest knowing Tsunade won't come back but before he could voice it Sarutobi held up his hand and said not as an active duty
ninja but to run the hospital train new Medic Nins and raise her grandson... Jiraiya was silent for a moment then said WHAT GRANDSON !? it was then that Sarutobi
explained that Tsunade was pregnant with Dan's child when he died Tsunade carried the child until she birthed the baby which happened to be male and then put said
child up for adoption somewhere in Hi no Kuni and he had his suspicions that Minato was Tsunade's child for some time but never voiced them but after his death he had
a sample taken from him and tested with a sample they had of Tsunade's it was a match so not only will Naruto be head of the Uzumaki clan he's also the hair of the
Senju. he also said that after Tsunade comes back he will require Jiraiya to return for one week every couple of months until Jiraiya can find a successor to run his
spy network for Kohana at that point he will be required to stay in Kohana as he is Naruto's godfather. As Jiraiya left with a stunned look on his face Sarutobi looked
upon his desk where he had laid out Minato's plans to revamp the academy. Minato had thought the current curriculum wasn't enough and Sarutobi agreed, so in the
morning, he planned to get the shinobi council together and get their suggestions. Several hours later in a council chamber Sarutobi sat with the clan heads and his
advisers, so I was thinking that the new curriculum needed to focus more on the Shinobi Basics, Stealth, Trapping, Nin, Gen, Tai, Ken, and maybe some Fuinjutsu. They
would also need to develop Chakra Control and study History, Tactics, Info Gathering, strategy, and of course, Teamwork said the head of the Nara clan yes, of course,
said the Hokage I've been thinking about that last one how about we give random missions of what I would like to call E-Rank missions where potential sensei's, current
senseis and retired Ninjas submit situations to be completed by the Acadamy students this will allow the academy students to get experience leading and doing missions
by swapping the members every other mission maybe assigning a different team captain with every new mission then we get to see not only how each team makeup works
together but also the students leading capabilities and tactics. It would also show us areas they need to work on. who gets to assign these situations someone asked I
was thinking it could be a different shinobi each month maybe even Jonin who want to be a sensai but With no or only a little experience at teaching and semi-retired
shinobi like Danzo the chamber at first was silent at that then most jumped up and started complaining about leaving children with that psychopath after the Hokage got
them settled down he said that no shinobi would be left alone with the kids he would have at least an Anbu or two watching. the council was mollified by this he also
explained that Danzo would not only give the students a real look into the life of a shinobi he would also brake the romanticized view of the lifestyle and pop the
bubble of arrogance as well as give an appropriate situation to each team something he would think they would be good at or something they could work at, reluctantly
the council agreed.

Three Years Later... Hyūga Hiashi was boiling with rage, the elders in their esteemed wisdom he thought with a scoff decided to sacrifice his brother his twin for something He
had done that he was responsible for No More he thought No More for years he, his brother, and his wife were trying to slowly close the divide between the
main and side branches but after this, he had officially lost his patience he made sure to clear it with the Hokage before acting once he gave his reluctant blessing
Hiashi called a meeting with the elders once the last elder arrived he had other clan members lock the doors then he told the elders they can either support the
changes he was going to make or he'll have them killed they started shouting with rage Hisashi smiled thinly death it was he and several other clansmen who moved in
striking with deadly accuracy the elders being old and decrepit stood no chance after he had the bodys taken care of including destroying their eyes then he gathered all
Huga clansmen and told them that there were going to be a few changes in the Huga clan all Huga will be getting a seal that when a Huga dies, gets captured,
or turns rogue will burn them to ashes. it will only be activated with both the current Hokage and a clan member of their choice the second authorization can be
overruled by their clan head if and only if the second person is proven to be conspiring together. Another thing that will be changing will be that the main branch is
going to be those who choose to be shinobi as such they are in charge of shinobi matters and the side branch will be those who choose to be civilians and they will be
in charge of civilian matters for the clan. a Huga clan council shall be made to replace the now-defunct elder council the Huga council will be made up of equal parts
main and side branches to give advice and share ideas and concerns with their clan head who will have the final say in all clan decisions.

Two and a half years later... Uchiha Sasuke was huddled in fear as he and other Uchiha were hiding in a secret room under the Uchiha Clan compound while his brother
and a small number of other older teen shinobi guarded them against the strange people attacking them it had happened so suddenly he thought as he muffled cried into
his mother's shoulder. (Flashback... The sun was just setting as he was walking home for dinner with Itachi and his father from training when a large green barrier
suddenly emerged surrounding the clan compound and sounds of shouting and battle were heard. Itachi his father said authority I want you to take your brother and
mother to the clan emergency room gather any children, civilians, or Genin as well on your way and guard them until I come for you. Itachi hesitatingly said, Be
safe his father scoffed and said I'm an Uchiha they're the ones who need to be safe from me. Now get going! As he and his brother were making their way Sasuke saw the
enemy leader a tall unnaturally white Person? dressed in what appeared to be female clothes with long black hair and piercing yellow eyes. Itachi who also saw
the person said Orochimaru under his breath before shuffling forth...Flashback end) And so here they were huddled in fear then all of a sudden there was nothing but
silence where once there was shouting, metal striking metal, and crashing. more noise appeared now some shouting and what sounded like shifting. the shouting was
beginning to sound more clear now. ..ll cl..all cle..saf... ... all clear safe to come out Maybe its a trick someone said Itachi said that he'll go check Sasuke
started to protest that Father had said he'd come for them but his mother shushed him while humming a lullaby. after a couple of minutes, Itachi came back, and he
brought the Hokage with a couple of Anbu with him the Hokage said that he'd like the remaining men to help his Anbu outside for a moment and asked the women to gather
the kids a little ways away because he had some things to discuss with the head woman but Sasuke refused to budge and the Hokage sighed and said ok Orochimaru attacked
with a number of his loyal followers apparently, he was after the Sharingan he had a few of them construct a very strong barrier that he and his Anbu had just, managed
to brake not long ago, unfortunately, Orochimaru and his forces had managed to kill most of the Uchiha they were engaged with including your husband and furthermore
he and most of his force escaped leaving only the dead behind he said apologetically with a bow. While his mother and brother were crying quietly his mother just for
appearances Itachi thought. He knew his mother hated his father and if the Uchiha clan laws allowed it she'd have divorced him years ago besides they both knew the
truth behind the Hokage story they were the only Uchiha who were likely to ever know the truth. (Flashback...it had happened about two years ago he had been called to
attend a meeting with his father and the elders they were talking about gathering any sympathetic Uchiha and staging a cupe and their main weapon was to be Itachi they
were going to gather and wait for the opportune moment. after the meeting, Itachi went straight to the Hokage to report the treasonous plot unfortunately without them
actually committing an act they had little they could do at this time so the Hokage tasked him with gathering info about the traitors and any whom they can get to join
their cause. then about a week ago Itachi reported that his father was going to act soon as he had managed to get most of the adult shinobi against Kohana that's when
the Hokage called in Danzo and he came up with a plan in which Orochimaru and the forces of Root will stage an attack and kill most of the Uchiha Clansmen who
were disloyal he said that Orochimaru and Danzo will have to take a few of the Sharingan eyes to keep up appearances and Orochimaru requested a few of the traitors for
experiments with which Itachi agreed with he did say his mother would have to know and the Hokage who knew both his mother's loyalty to the leave and her opinion of
his father...Flashback end) After reminiscing about how it all started Itachi when outside to help tidy up.
