Guest 2: I know what you mean about Minh's father, and I agree regarding Kimberly, and I could've seen her as Minh's godmother had that been the case. I was annoyed Amy Jo Johnson didn't return for this, as it would've been nice, but I understood why ASJ and JDF didn't return; Austin due to his legal trouble, and JDF announced his retirement from playing Tommy before he passed away.
Outside Cranston Tech, Minh was in the parking lot, where a few cars, a pickup truck and a bike were parked, as well as the Rad Bug. She pressed her tube and turned visible again, then looked around at the vehicles, before throwing the tube into the bin.
"Maybe too much of a flex. Overdone." she said, passing a car and the bike.
She stopped by the Rad Bug and looked at it, smiling.
"Hmm?" she muttered, thinking of an idea.
Soon, she was driving the Rad Bug down a road, but also fiddling with the controls, as she was trying to make it fly. She pressed buttons with her hand, but only managed to get banjo music from the radio.
"Come on?" she gritted, banging the dashboard.
The music changed slightly as she pulled a lever out.
"Why won't you fly?" she complained.
She hit the dashboard and pushed the lever back in, turning off the music.
"Hey!" came a man's voice.
Minh saw an overturned car up ahead, as an African man came out from it.
"Hey, help!" he called. "They're after my boyfriend! That way!"
He pointed behind him, over the car, as Minh shrugged.
"Hero practice won't hurt." she deduced.
"Please?" the man begged.
Minh turned the Rad Bug right along the road, going through a puddle as she did, then raced it off as the man turned to her.
"Wahoo!" she whooped.
She drove the Rad Bug through a valley filled with puddles, splashing water all over as she drove through some, as she looked around.
"Where is he?" she wondered.
She kept looking around, before she saw a slightly older man - as his hair was going grey - holding a crowbar, while surrounded by four Putties. He waved the pipe around, keeping them back, before he turned and held it up.
"Move! Move!" Minh said, motioning with her hand.
The man lowered his arms and looked at her, as the Putties turned to her, as she raced the Rad Bug towards them.
"Oh!" the man yelped, diving towards the ground.
Minh rammed and ran through the Putties, turning them into clay and stones, as some of them went onto the front window.
"Yeah." she said happily. "What a mess."
She turned a knob on the dashboard, starting the wipers, which cleaned up the window, before the Rad Bug began to fly up into the air.
"Whoa!" she gasped.
"George!" the African man cried.
The older man got up as his boyfriend ran towards him, before they both hugged each other, as Minh flew the Rad Bug away. They turned turned to it, as Minh turned around and waved at them both.
Later, Minh drove the Rad Bug through the junkyard, before she pulled it over near the magnet crane holding Snizzard and Minotaur. She turned to them both, before climbing out of the Rad Bug, then she approached them.
"Somebody's lost." Minotaur huffed.
"Hey, girlie, did you take a wrong turn?" Snizzard hissed.
"You don't remember me from the cemetery?" Minh scoffed. "You messed with my people, and your boss killed my Mom!"
"We work for an intergalactic war criminal. You'll need to be a lot more specific." Snizzard sneered.
"I'm Minh Kwan, and you're about to face..." Minh said, before she took her Mom's Power Morpher from her jacket pocket, then held it up. "...the Saber-Tooth Tiger!"
She didn't morph up, making Snizzard and Minotaur laugh.
"What?" Minh gasped, lowering her arms, looking at the morpher. "I'm doing the world a favor."
She looked up at the monsters.
"Saber-Tooth Tiger!" she shouted, holding the morpher up.
The monsters laughed as she didn't morph again, just as Robo Rita herself came out from behind a pile of junk.
"Now what do we have here?" she wondered.
Minh turned to her.
"Another kid playing the hero?" Robo Rita said, as she walked slightly. "I tend to make that difficult. Ask your Mom?"
She turned to Minh, who frowned and put the Power Morpher into her jacket pocket.
"If I can't morph, then I'll take you down the old fashioned way." Minh said.
She waved her arms around, doing the Praying Mantis style pose, staring at Robo Rita, before charging at her. Robo Rita dodged as Minh tried to whack her with her arm, then backed away to dodge another whack. She then dodged a punch move, then leaned back as Minh spun around to whack her with her forearm, then she ducked as Minh sent another punch move at her. Minh looked around confused, as it looked like Robo Rita had vanished, just when she came up behind her.
"Praying Mantis style?" Robo Rita said, as Minh turned around. "Just like Trini."
She waved her wand around, tripping Minh up as it hit her legs, who hit the ground on her side. Minh rolled away as she tried to stab her with the pole end, then she got up to a crouched position.
"Tell me, child, does being squashed like a bug run in the family?" Robo Rita sneered.
Minh pulled herself up, anger taking over her, then she charged at Robo Rita. She sent a punch at her, but she blocked it with her hand, then leaned back as Minh tried to kick her, then Minh blocked the end of her wand with her hands. Robo Rita leaned back as Minh tried to kick her again, then blocked her forearm with her hand as she tried to whack her, grabbing it.
"Yeah." Robo Rita said, kicking Minh's leg.
"Ah!" Minh yelped, flipping forward onto her chest. "OH!"
She looked up as she turned over onto her side.
"Playtime's over." Robo Rita sneered, as the end of her wand lit up.
She laughed as Minh backed away, before she cast a spell, making Minh turn away.
"Ah!" she yelped.
Later, in the Moon palace, Robo Rita's machine was being guarded by five Putties, who all suddenly heard a noise. They all looked around, but couldn't see anyone or anything, as it was the invisible Rangers, who slowly approached them. Billy then knocked one down, which flipped onto its back, then Kat tripped another up, before Sophie kicked a third's chest. Those three turned into stones, as the other two watched, before Rocky kicked one, making it back flip onto its chest, then Zack knocked the last down, making them both turn into stones upon hitting the floor.
The five Rangers all pressed their tubes, turning visible again, then they stared at the machine. (Sophie was Kat's right)
"Whoa." Rocky said.
They all approached the machine, looking at dish and panel.
"Well, it looks like we got Rita's little science project all to ourselves now." Rocky said.
"Perhaps. Look, our distraction might of worked for now, but it's not gonna last for long." Billy said, holding a scanner.
They all looked at the shelves, shocked by the number of Rangers Robo Rita had captured.
"Oh, man, they got a lot more Rangers than I expected." Rocky said.
"I know, and look who they captured." Sophie said, pointing at the right shelf.
"Yeah. Tanya, Ashley, Carlos and Mel." Kat said. "And there's two of Tommy's students."
"And half the Galaxy and Beast Morphers team." Sophie added.
"And Phantom and two of the Wild Force Rangers." Zack said.
"18 in total." Rocky sighed.
The tube on the panel reached the fourth section, which lit up.
"Snizzard is a piece of work." Zack admitted.
"Not the same guy we fought years ago." Sophie added.
Kat looked at the top shelf, looking at her husband, Jason and Kimberly.
"Tommy, look at you." she said.
She reached up to grab Tommy, when Sophie grabbed her arm.
"Wait? It might be dangerous." Sophie said.
"Kat, she's right." Billy agreed, holding the scanner near their friends. "Snizzard created these snakes."
"Well, what does your scanner say?" Kat asked.
"My readings show that, their energy is connected to our friends." Billy explained, turning the scanner off. "If we don't destroy that monster, we can't move any of them without causing them harm."
"So, back to the junkyard, or-" Kat began.
"What is that?" Zack asked, pointing at the dish with both hands.
They all looked at it, seeing an image forming on the energy field in the middle.
"Oh, no." Billy gasped. "That's what she's been up to."
"Is that...some kind of...space barrel?" Rocky asked, seeing a space dumpster forming on the image.
"No, it's a space dumpster." Billy explained.
"Like the one Rita escaped 30 years ago?" Sophie inquired.
"Yeah. Rita's creating a time portal." Billy realized.
"That's what she came out of, when we-" Zack began.
"Yes, when Zordon recruited us." Billy answered.
"So, that is the space dumpster she was trapped in for thousands of years." Sophie realized.
"Yes." Billy said.
"So, Rita's trying to contact her younger self." Kat deduced. "But why?"
"Why?" came a robotic voice.
The five Rangers turned around, and saw Robo Rita had returned, along with Snizzard and Minotaur, who held Minh by the chest.
"So many reasons." Robo Rita smirked.
"What?" Zack gasped.
He began to move forward, when Rocky grabbed his arm, holding him back.
"Minh, are you okay?" Zack asked.
"I'm sorry." Minh said. "I didn't mean too-"
"Shush!" Robo Rita snapped, her finger over her mouth area. "The adults are talking. Have you figured it out, Billy, or has my genius surpassed even you?"
"Let me guess, a Rita reunion, and then some scheme to conquer the galaxy?" Billy guessed.
"Not bad." Robo Rita complemented. "I'll pass through this portal, and give years of knowledge to my younger self, making us absolutely unstoppable. We'll kill your do-gooding teenage selves in their sleep, before Zordon even thinks to make you Rangers."
The Rangers were all shocked by the news, for if she succeed, history would be rewritten badly, and several people - including Minh and Lisa - would become unborn.
"You think you can rewrite 30 years ago history with some ten-pot gadget?" Zack inquired.
"Careful. Your friends are charging my machine faster than I could've dreamed." Robo Rita explained. "So, I don't need you anymore."
"You won't get away with this, Rita." Sophie snarled.
"Oh, we'll see about that, Sophie." Robo Rita sneered.
"I'll take out Snizzard." Billy whispered to Zack. "You get the others."
His Blade Blaster appeared in his hand behind him.
"You know, your Mom will be a first for me, Minh." Robo Rita said. "I've never killed anyone twice before."
"Hold that thought!" Billy said.
He took his blaster out from behind his back, then fired it at Snizzard, but missed by inches, then Snizzard ran to his right.
"AHH!" Zack roared, diving forward.
Robo Rita whacked him with her wand, knocking him down onto the floor.
"Uh!" he moaned, rolling along it.
Minotaur laughed as Minh watched in horror.
Rocky charged at Robo Rita to punch her, as Billy ran off after Snizzard, but she cast a spell with her wand while waving it, sending Rocky flying away.
"Uh!" he moaned, hitting a wall.
"AHHH!" Kat yelled, charging forward.
She grabbed Robo Rita's wand as she turned to her, before Robo Rita turned around, throwing Kat to the floor.
"AH!" she yelled, flipping forward onto her back.
"AHHH!" Sophie roared, charging forward.
Robo Rita turned to her, as she dived to kick her, but Robo Rita moved away, then whacked her leg with her wand, making her flip forwards onto her chest.
"OH!" she moaned.
"Yeessss." Minotaur said, before he laughed.
Minh looked over at them all, feeling guilty slightly due to her desire for revenge, which 'caused her to get captured.
Billy came out from behind a pillar and fired his blaster, but missed Snizzard and hit another pillar, which he dived behind.
"Stop that!" Robo Rita demanded.
She cast a spell from her wand, which hit Billy from behind with magical vines.
"Ah!" he groaned.
Robo Rita lifted her wand up, lifting Billy up so he was hovering above the floor, bound by the magical vines, before she broke the spell.
"Ah!" Billy yelped, before hitting the floor. "Oh!"
"Oh, Cranston." Robo Rita mocked.
Minh gasped as Minotaur kept hold of her.
"What a waste." Robo Rita snarled, twirling her wand around.
She aimed it at Billy as her wand powered up, with the same color for the spell she used to kill Trini last year.
"Trini died for you, and now you'll share her fate!" she declared, pulling her wand back.
Minh gasped as she struggled against Minotaur, as this looked like how Sophie, Billy and Zack had told her last year, when her Mom died. She turned and ran up a wall, then kicked her feet against it, back flipping away while freeing herself from Minotaur.
Robo Rita laughed as she aimed her wand at Billy.
"NOOOOO!" Minh cried, running over.
She jumped and dived in front of Billy, who raised his right arm up to shield his eyes, as the spell hit Minh's chest. She went flying into a wall, as the Rangers all watched in horror, then she hit the floor and rolled over.
"NOOOO!" Rocky cried.
"Minh!" Zack cried.
"NOOOOOO!" Sophie cried.
Minh groaned as she kept rolling over, before she stopped on her chest.
"Minh!" Kat gasped.
Billy looked speechless as he turned to Robo Rita, shocked by how heartless she was compered to the old Rita.
"Yes. Yes. This brings back memories." she said, holding up her wand, as Minotaur and Snizzard gathered around her.
The Rangers all gasped, horrified that Minh had died like Trini the year before.
