Hello, and welcome to another experimental fanfic of My Hero Academia, in which a new inspiration popped into my head in an unexpected way, and I decided to try this out while the ideas are fresh from my mind…in which it began when I re-watched season 6 of the anime, specifically the Endeavor arc…which I thought of coming up with a new fic, and while te-reading my past fanfictions that I wrote, I recall reading a review from an online reviewer asking why a certain female character in some of my previous fanfics didn't GET PREGNANT after engaging in some lemon scene with Midoriya.
I tend to avoid that kind of scenario since I'm not into that kind of making a story like that, but I sort of changed my mind as I thought of coming with a story that would be challenging, and given that the main female lead of this fic has the AURA of a BIG SISTER, I sort of wondering what would she do if faced the possibility of becoming a... MOTHER…at an early age…
Hence the creation of this story, so I'm going to give this a try and see how the reception would be given the fact that Kendo becoming an UNPLANNED and WANTED mother while Midoriya would face the possibility of entering FATHERHOOD even though he hasn't seen his dad for years…
Due to the SENSITIVITY of this fic, and an upcoming brief LEMON SCENE that would happen sometime soon, this fic will be M-rated…

Ch. 1: Atarashī sagyō kenkyū
The scene shifts at UA Academy, where teachers, under Nezu's instructions, announced that Work Studies would resume and thus students scrambled to find which pro heroes are available so as to avail this special course in order to earn more credits for their curriculum as well as to earn more experience to prove themselves.
During the Work-Study, students are treated as Sidekicks, and in some cases, as Pro Heroes. Under the guidance of the Pros, the students are allowed to uses their Quirks in emergency situations, and they can be dispatched to disaster areas to aid the relief effort and join the fights against villains. The students must work in their respective agencies for at least a month, and they will be remunerated for their work.
In this activity, any student of the hero's course can participate regardless of the year, provided they have obtained their Provisional Hero License. First year students have a harder time since they still have a lot of classes, so they will also rack up a lot of absences, needing supplementary classes to be able to continue on this path at the same level as their classmates.
The students must use their networking connections from the Sport Festival to secure their work-studies. Due to it not being part of a class, but an activity that is done at the discretion of the student, those who weren't scouted at the sports festival would have a hard time lining one up to begin with. Originally, individual agencies recruited on their own, but there were many complications with trying to get U.A. students to join and opted for this method.
For some of the UA Academy students, they were excited as they would get to work with some of the popular pro heroes so as to be noticed by the public as well as they get to fight villains in order to prove their mettle as well as to obtain experience from their training, which the students are eager to find hero agencies with good track records.
"Work studies have resumed!"
"For real?"
"Oh yeah!"
"I'm going to fight villains again!"
"We got to choose which top agency we should intern with!"
"Me too!"
"Oh I'm so excited!"
"Same here!"
As this developed, Class 1-A are scrambling to which hero agencies they want to go to, as they are looking forward to work with the pro heroes, and are confident that they would learn a lot and would benefit in workout alongside with the heroes as aside from gaining experience they would also get to battle villains of different types besides the League Of Villains, which Class 1-A have encountered them in the recent months though only twice
"Work Studies are back!"
"Oh yeah!"
"Looks like we're about to get busy!"
"Are you going to work with Mount Lady again, Mineta?"
"Heck no! Anyone but her!"
"What about you, Tokoyami?"
"Likely I'll intern again under Hawks..."
"Good luck!"
Soon it is revealed that some of the first year students, Class 1-A and Class 1-B, were able to join with some well-known hero agencies so as to begin their work studies, and there it is revealed which agencies the first year students went to, which are:
- Fumikage Tokoyami went to Hawks' Hero Agency;
- Eijiro Kirishima, along with Tamaki Amajiki went to Fat Gum's Hero Agency, with Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu joining.
- Ochaco Uraraka, along with Tsuyu Asui, through Nejire Hado's recommendation, went to Ryukyu's Agency.
- Tenya Ida goes to work for Manual.
- Kyoka Jiro and Mezo Shoji go to work for Gang Orca.
- Denki Kaminari, Hanta Sero, and Minoru Mineta, along with Ibara Shiozaki go work for The Lurkers.
- Koji Koda along with Manga Fukidashi go work for Wash.
- Momo Yaoyorozu along with Setsuna Tokage go work for Majestic.
- Mina Ashido, Yuga Aoyama and Toru Hagakure go work for Yoroi Musha.
- Mashirao Ojiro, Rikido Sato, along with Jurota Shishida and Nirengeki Shoda go work for Shishido.
- Neito Monoma and Pony Tsunotori team up as they work for an unidentified pro hero.
- Yosetsu Awase and Hiryu Rin team up as they work for an unidentified pro hero.
- Kinoko Komori and Shihai Kuroiro team up as they work for an unidentified pro hero.
- Togaru Kamakiri, Sen Kaibara and Kosei Tsuburaba team up as they work for an unidentified pro hero.
- Juzo Honenuki and Yui Kodai team up as they work for an unidentified pro hero.
- Reiko Yanagi went to work with an unidentified pro hero.
- Kojiro Bondo goes with a glue tube head hero.
As this developed, Izuku Midoriya is seen walking the hallway as he is still undecided, due to some factors that were beyond his control, and thus he is facing the possibility that either he would miss this opportunity or he would be randomly be recruited by some random and/or unknown hero agency, as a brief flashback shows that Gran Torino won't take him in after explaining to Midoriya that he is busy assisting the police.
At the same time Nighteye Agency won't be able to accommodate Midoriya as they are busy with paperwork whilst Centipeder is struggling to keep the agency going following Sir Nighteye's passing.
As Midoriya is pondering, he came across Itsuka Kendo and the two schoolmates greeted each other, and there the latter asked if he has chosen which hero agency he would intern to, which he admitted to her his situation, which she also revealed that she too is facing a similar situation, as well as admitting that going back to Uwabami would not be a good idea for her.
"Huh? You sure you wouldn't want to intern again with Uwabami…?"
"Believe me…that's the last thing I ever wanted. I don't want to end up getting disappointed like what happened to Yaoyorozu before…"
"I see…"
"What about you, Midoriya? Are you sure you don't know anyone besides Gran Torino or Centipeder?"
"I'm afraid not."
"Cheer up. I'm sure that UA might arrange something for you…"
"Yeah. Hopefully the same goes for you."
"Thanks."
As the two chatted, both started to develop a rapport and wished that they would find a hero agency so as they would be able to participate in the work study program, which Kendo said that she got envious that Yaoyorozu was picked up by Majestic, and she wondered if there is a pro hero who would take interest in her, which Midoriya assured to her that a pro hero would recognize her talent and Quirk.
"Its okay, Kendo. I'm sure a pro hero would take interest in you."
"Really?"
"Yes, really."
"I see. Thanks for trying to cheer me up…"
"I'm sure that a pro hero would scout you. Just be a bit patient."
"Fine."
"So we're good?"
"Yeah."
As the two chatted, they unknowingly held hands, and moments later both blushed upon seeing this and let go, which Midoriya apologize which she said that it is okay, and as the two teens chatted some more, they didn't notice that Todoroki is watching them, and while he is glancing at Midoriya, he started to take interest in Kendo, seeing that while her Quirk may not have the same impact as his or Midoriya's, he recognize that Kendo's Quirk would be a good asset.
There he approached Midoriya and Kendo, and invited them to join him as interns of Endeavor, much to Midoriya and Kendo's surprise, especially as Kendo was taken aback that she was invited by a schoolmate to work with the current number one hero in Japan, and she glanced at Midoriya, who nodded at her as this means that they would get to participate in the upcoming work studies.
"Really?"
"We would get to work with Endeavor?"
"Yes. Since you have nowhere to go, then this is a good opportunity for you guys."
"I guess…"
"Would Endeavor be fine with this, Todoroki?"
"Yes, Midoriya. I'm sure my father won't mind you and Kendo."
"I see…"
"Yeah…"
"Also…there's something else you need to know…"
Todoroki nodded and revealed that he also offered the same to Bakugo, who also accepted, and after that things went on as Midoriya and Kendo informed their respective homeroom teachers about it and both Shota Aizawa and Vlad King began processing the paperwork to begin the processing.
Later, at the Class 1-B dorms, most of Kendo's classmates were surprised by the fact that Kendo would intern with the current number one hero, and were impressed at the current events, which they encouraged her to go for it as this is a chance that she can't ignore.
"For real?"
"Work studies with the current number one hero?"
"Are you really sure, Kendo?"
"Yeah, I am."
"You sure are lucky…"
"Now I feel jealous…"
"Way yo go, Kendo!"
"Thanks…"
Tokage then began teasing Kendo, asking her who would she get closer to – Midoriya or Todoroki, which made Tsunotori and Kodai curious, as they find both Midoriya and Todoroki cute-looking, which a blushing Kendo had to deflect, as she recalled about accidentally holding hands with Midoriya earlier.
"H-hey…! That's not…"
"Ooohhh…so you have interest in Midoriya…"
"I smell romance…"
"So that's why you eagerly accepted…"
"Its not like that!"
"Oh…?"
"Really…?"
"You sure…?"
Awase and Tetsutetsu told the girls to knock it off, saying that Kendo is not the kind of girl who would do something foolish, which Tokage and Tsunotori raised their hands as they said that they are just teasing, and there Monoma complain to Kendo why would she intern with a pro hero which included Midoriya and Todoroki, saying that she would get overshadowed, but Kendo smacked him on the head and said that it doesn't matter, as she expressed gratitude towards Todoroki for inviting her to do work studies with Endeavor and Midoriya for cheering her up and encouraging her.
"Monoma, you idiot!"
"OW-OW-OW-OW-OW!"
"Todoroki and Midoriya are not like that!"
"OW-OW-OW-OW-OW!"
"In fact I'm grateful to Todoroki for inviting me to intern under Endeavor! And I'm grateful towards Midoriya for lifting my spirits, so don't complain about the two going to one-up me because they aren't like that!"
"OW-OW-OW-OW-OW!"
"And not another complain from you!"
"OW-OW-OW-OW-OW!"
The rest of Class 1-B went in between as they urged Kendo to calm down as Monoma laid motionless on the floor.

At the Class 1-A dorms, most of the members were surprised to hear that Midoriya and Bakugo would intern under Endeavor, and at the same time surprised to hear that Kendo would also be joining in with Todoroki, which Yaoyorozu smiled as she believe that Kendo would benefit a lot, though Mineta began berating Midoriya, saying that he gets to work alongside a HOTTIE like Kendo and might use the chance to seduce her, which a blushing Midoriya deny the accusations.
"I knew it! You have a SEXUAL MOTIVE! "
"What? No, I don't!"
"You joined the Endeavor Agency so you can ogle with Kendo…and when the chance comes you would GO ALL THE WAY with her!"
"Its not like that!"
"I'm pretty sure that you're going to stockpile on boxes of condoms!"
"Y-you're wrong!"
"So you admit it? I was right!"
"Mineta!"
This earned the ire of the rest of Class 1-A and berated Mineta for the comment, reminding him that Kendo would be interning under Endeavor, and that Midoriya would never take advantage, as they also pointed out that Todoroki and Bakugo are there as well, hence Midoriya would never try anything that Mineta is implying.
"Mineta!"
"You idiot!"
"Stop that"
"How disgraceful!"
"Stop those perverted insinuations! Kendo is not like that…and neither is Midoriya!"
"So shut up already!"
"And no more perverted comments!"
"We mean it!"
And so the night went on until everyone went to bed, though Midoriya is still up and began to exchange text message with Kendo, which the two schoolmates assured to each other that their upcoming work studies with Endeavor would benefit them while at the same time they expect that they might encounter dangerous villains along the way.

Hope you liked this chapter, as the story kicks off starting with the setting of a work studies similar to the Endeavor Agency arc in the manga and anime but diverges a bit by having Kendo as the 4th intern while teasing a romantic spark between her and Midoriya…
Nevertheless the wheels of fate began to move as the chain of events starts to play out which would affect Midoriya and Kendo…

The next chapter will show Midoriya and Kendo going on an IMPROMPTU mission after starting their work studies under Endeavor…which might lead to an UNEXPECTED SITUATION between the two teens…
