And here it is, a sequel of sorts to my other story "So I'm a Little Sister, So What?". I had this idea since I wrote the previous story but never developed it enough, until now that is. Well, it's still really short but it was the best I could do. Every time I wrote my Mahouka fanfic, this story was always in the corner of my mind, "what about me?" so I finally did it and got it off my system.

"Everyone, let's have another wonderful day with another wonderful class! Yay!" Oka exclaimed while raising her fist to the ceiling.
[So we are back to this hell. Shouldn't an alternate future self of mine arrive to at least warn me "Hey, that's hell you're walking into" or something? Come oooon, we already have Oni-kun with his G*te of Bab**lon rip-off, surely we could have afforded another one.]
"Sensei, doing that at your age…" Shun scratched his cheek as always.
"Shun, Oka-chan is still young. Though I do agree that seeing our teacher doing a 'Yay' is a little…" Kanata spoke.
"Heey! I will increase your homework! Sensei is still at her prime! And you shouldn't call your teacher with 'chan'!" Oka angrily said.
"My bad, Sensei." Shun apologized.
Oka's childish personality and behavior were nothing new to the students but they were still surprised by her from time to time. Shun was pretty sure that Oka got some of her quirks from mangas but he couldn't fathom where she got the courage to display them in front of her students. Kanata correctly guessed that it was an attempt to get close to her students but he also couldn't understand why Oka would go so far.
"Haha! You should change your behavior to match your age, Oka-chan!" Kengo mocked in laughter.
"Natsume-kun!" Sachi reprimanded.
Kengo was the kind of guy that was the center of the boys but he could be pretty rude without meaning to. He was easy to dislike but difficult to hate, to put it simply. Sachi was aware that he didn't mean anything bad but she had her duty as the class rep to fulfill. Well, not exactly her duty but she felt the need to stop him from going too far in front of their teacher.
[This punk! Don't talk like that to Sensei! I will force-feed you some poisonous frogs so you can see what's good!] Shiro cursed in her mind.
"..." Hiiro remained silent.
"Seeing the twin goddesses… I feel so blessed!" Shinobu said to no one.
"Kusama-kun, sometimes I wonder if we should take you to the hospital." Asaka remarked beside him.
Though she said so, Asaka understood how he felt a little. Hiiro by herself was already a stunning beauty but now that her twin was here as well… It was like an image straight out of a painting when the two were side by side, even more since, like a picture, there was no sound at all due to their constant silence.
[Why is this even happening again you ask? Well, I could go with that movie thing of "Yeah, that's me. You may be wondering how I got myself in this situation" but that's too tiresome. I'll just use a good old fashioned flashback. Just to make it easier, not because I'm too lazy to explain it, no sir.]
~Flashback time~
"We will be doing it again." D suddenly said.
"What?" Shiro asked, trying hard not to lose focus on their Deadly Battle (Mortal Kombat parody) match.
"We will be going back to school."
[Again?! Wasn't just one time enough?! Couldn't you let that remain as a one-shot or whatever?]
Shiro couldn't avoid turning her head towards D. As it was too sudden, she also forgot to use her skill to keep her eyes on the screen.
"It is a one-shot. It just got second-shot as a sequel." D said, taking her chance.
[Wah! Don't use this chance to catch me off-guard! At least let me pause the game!]
"It's your fault for letting your guard down. Deal with the consequences." D irresponsibly said.
[Are you saying I run from my obligations or something?! And you are one to talk!]
"That little subordinate of yours (Felmina) should have the answer." D ignored Shiro's retort at the end.
[That's called chain of command! I'm at the top so it's only natural I get to give some work to my subordinates! That's not shifting the responsibilities at all! Hahaha!]
"So, since I am above you in the chain, I get to give you some work too, don't I?"
[D-Don't turn this on me! This is this and that is that!]
"Anyway, we will be going back tomorrow so look forward to it, okay? We will be taking this a step further this time."
[What does that even mean?! You are not turning into a Super Saiyan 3 so don't take this further! And stop distracting me from the game with talk! You evil goood!]
Needless to say, Shiro ended that day without winning a single match.

"A-Anyway! We have another surprise for today, everyone!" Oka tried to change the subject, sensing the tension in the air.
[Oh no…] a premonition of trouble arised.
"What? Do we have another transfer student or something?" Mirei said in a nonchalant tone.
"No way, we just got Wakaba-san's sister last week, Mirei." Aiko denied.
"Wha-?! How did you know, Shinohara-san?!" Oka exclaimed, covering her mouth with both hands as if to add drama.
"Eh?" Mirei was puzzled.
"Eeeh?!" the other students were also puzzled.
"Shinohara-san, are you perhaps an esper?" Oka asked again, trying to add more drama.
"Wait, I was actually right on the mark?" Mirei asked, pointing at herself.
[Nooo way! That title belongs to one person only! Oni-kun, don't let her take your place! Fight! It's time to settle once and for all, who's better, Oni or Dragon!]
(...Again. For some reason I feel like I should say something to Wakaba-san (Shiro) yet again… Is there something wrong with me? Maybe I should talk to someone but they will definitely try to tease me about it. I can just see Shun or Kanata saying I have a thing for her or something.)
Shiro remained silent, but she swiftly and momentarily directed her gaze towards Kyouya. It was a blink-and-you-miss-it moment but Kyouya was sure Shiro looked directly at him as if she was expecting something. He never spoke to her since she transferred but he felt… something. From time to time, Kyouya felt Shiro looking at him but more than that, he felt a strange urge to retort, to what he didn't know. It didn't seem to be a coincidence either since this urge started after Shiro transferred. It was almost as if Shiro was thinking something really stupid and wrong and it involved Kyouya.
Another person on the same boat was Negishi Shouko, the so-called Spooky. Sure, there was a transfer student and sure, it was another beauty but overall, Shouko's everyday wasn't really affected. Just, sometimes she could feel something directed at herself. She didn't really believe any of that supernatural stuff but she could just tell that a grudge was forming and she was the target.
(What the hell… Is it a coincidence? Ever since that damn transfer student arrived, I have had goosebumps. It's like someone is planning on assaulting me unfairly… Don't tell me she… Nah, no way. With these looks she must have such a nice life, why would she attack me? Hell, I should be the one to attack her! So unfair!)
[Oh? Vampy is making that "This is unfair!" face again. She must be thinking something really selfish, huh? Then it must be time to punish Vampy (Sophia) for Vampy's (Shouko) mistakes! Hahaha! Justice {Unfairness} will prevail!]
(Hiiih…! It's that feeling of dread again! What the hell is going on?!)
"Wait, Sensei. How come we are getting yet another transfer student? What about the other classes?" Sachi asked.
"Err, well, Sensei is not sure herself! Tehee!" Oka lightly bonked herself in the head while winking and letting her tongue out jokingly.
"Sensei, please stop with the gestures…" Kanata was cringing.
"Even the teacher herself doesn't know what is going on. I'm starting to get worried about our school, I mean, don't we have a system in place or something?" Mirei remarked.
[My poor little bully, err, Shinohara, we don't have a system. We have an Administrator, an evil one to boot. And goddamn, what are you planning this time, D?!]
Shiro looked to that side, her eyes questioning Hiiro's intentions. Hiiro, on the other hand, just stared back sending the message "not gonna tell you". Though Hiiro did smirk a little as if to say "do look forward to it". Again, Hiiro was even more expressionless than Shiro so Shiro just knew that Hiiro smirked on purpose to give her a feeling of dread.
[Damn D! D-amn! Are you sure you are an evil god?! Shouldn't you change your occupation to god of evil?! They are the same thing, you say? As if I care! Don't go trying to correct my internal monologue!]
"So, Sensei, is it yet another Wakaba?" Kengo joked.
"Come on, man. No way that could be possible." Issei said.
"Whaaat! Why is everyone turning into espers?!" Oka exclaimed with exaggerated gestures.
"Eeeeehh?!" [Eeehh?!] everyone screamed, looking at the two Wakabas alternately.
"T-Three Wakabas?" Mirei looked mortified.
[No way! Is there another poor spider that got reincarnated by an evil god and turned into a beautiful powerful god herself?! How could there be another pitiful existence that rebels and moves the world? Hm? I'm using the situation to sing my own praises? Who asked?!]
"Is it… really possible? Could the holy trinity be real?!" Shinobu prayed.
"Why didn't they just come all together?" Kanata commented.
"They must have their own circumstances." Kyouya said.
"Fufu! I see you are all surprised but fear not! This new Wakaba-san is not Wakaba-sans' sister." Oka laughed haughty.
"No, why would we even be afraid of that, Sensei?" more cheek scratching from Shun.
[So it's not a sister, huh? Maybe a brother? Though calling a brother with "san" instead of "kun" would be a little weird. I don't recall D having anyone else to call here… Maybe she brought Oni-kun or Vampy here? Since the Oni-kun and the Vampy that are present here are just copies based on the real ones, it is possible but not really. The System makes it impossible for them to come here. Anyway, just having them meet their past selves doesn't seem sadistic, err, interesting enough for D. There must be something more to it. Who the hell is it?]
"Since you are all so curious, lo and behold! Come in, Wakaba-san!" Oka spoke looking at the classroom door.
"Ye~s!" came an energetic voice.
[T-This voice! Could it be…?!]
The door opened and through it came in a girl. She had short black hair with a few white strands in the front that strangely didn't look dyed but natural. The girl herself wasn't very tall, the Wakaba sisters were almost a whole head taller. She had red pinkish eyes and a half-confident half-mischievous grin that really suited her overall. The girl was certainly beautiful, just not at the same level as the twins but her face did somewhat resemble Shiro's. {In the web novel, Shiro briefly mentioned that her face had some traits from Ariel's as they are indeed related.}
[No waayy! This is totally completely nai waaaa!]
"Heya! Wakaba Ariel arrives! I like little spiders, naps, good food and playing games! Nice to meet you all! Hey, how are you doing, Shiro-chan? Good to see you too, Hiiro-chan! It's been so long I almost failed to recognise you! My favorite cousins." Ariel exclaimed with a big smile, making a V sign with her hand.
"Wha….." the class was overwhelmed by many things.
"Oooh! It is real after all! She may not be as perfect as the other Wakaba-sans but still nice!" aside from Shinobu.
"Kusama-kun…" Yuika lamented her classmate's weirdness.
[That guy is done for, no salvation in sight for him. But who cares about that ninja?! I have more urgent problems here! Houston, we have a very big problem, bigger than the moon! Anyone read me?!]
Shiro was aware that there was no way for the real Ariel to be here. The System implemented by D in the other world gave skills to its residents by modifying their souls and once that happened, the resident was bound to that world even after death. Only by ridding oneself of all skills and stats would one be able to leave that world as it happened with Shiro when she ascended to godhood. Which meant that D went through the trouble of making a copy of Ariel with her personality and appearance and brought her here as her cousin. She seemed to have the same degree of closeness with Shiro as she has in the other world but since Shiro didn't live her whole life in this fake imitation world created by D, she has no idea what kind of memories she is supposed to have with this Ariel.
"Oh! And who is it that I see over there, Sophia-chan and Wrath-kun!" Ariel said, moving her gaze towards Shouko and Kyouya respectively and waving her hand.
[Eh?]
"Whaat? Were you already acquainted with the transfer student, Kyouya?" Shun asked.
"No, I had no idea she was going to transfer here." Kyouya tried to deny it.
"Keeping it all to yourself, that's dirty!" Shinobu complained in jealousy.
"She already knows Spooky too?" Kengo wondered.
"Tch." Shouko briefly glared at Kengo for saying her nickname.
[I get it that you are angry Vampy but we have bigger problems now! How do you already know the Demon Lord?! And why did she call you by your name in that world?! If it was Oni-kun I could accept it, maybe his "esperness" rubbed off the Demon Lord or something but you, Vampy?! How does it even make sense?! Is the Earth still round?! Was it not flattened by D during her boredom?! Is one plus one still two?! Do gachas still have broken probabilities?!]
Once again, Kyouya felt a strange urge to retort while Shouko felt like she was being dissed. Ariel on the other hand just felt that "Shiro-chan is thinking of something rude and strange again". The situation, however, was not as complex as Shiro imagined.
"Shiro-chan, you are making that face of 'who done it and how' but it's real simple, ya know?"
"Was she making a face now…? I couldn't see any change." Kunihiko whispered.
"It's that thing, family can understand one another well. For us, normal folk, we would need a microscope to see any change in her expression." Asaka whispered back.
[I can hear you two, childhood sweethearts in denial! Go do your flirting somewhere else! Like your village, wait, I kinda ordered Merazophis to destroy their village and force them to leave, didn't I? Well, do it elsewhere! Your village was going to be destroyed by the elves sooner or later so I kinda did you guys a favor, didn't I?! {Obviously not} Anyway, I know you weren't flirting at all but who cares?!]
"Shiro-chan, remember that we played that game together just last week? The fellas we partied with were them." Ariel explained while pointing at Shouko and Kyouya.
[How am I even supposed to remember something that never happened?! This is all fake, I'm trapped in an endless genjutsu, maybe even the moon looks like a giant red eye with black symbols in it!]
Before Shiro got lost in her own nonsensical thoughts, Hiiro poked her from the side. Shiro was startled and when she looked at Hiiro…
"We had a lot of fun, didn't we, Shiro?" Hiiro said in a deadpan tone.
[...So this is your game, huh? You want to make me play along even though I don't know the context, huh? Is that it? Are you the kind of teacher that gives a surprise quiz about a subject you never taught? Nai waa. Absolutely nai waa.]
"So it really was Wakaba-san in the game?" Kyouya looked like he couldn't believe it.
(So for all her silence in school, she types like there's no tomorrow when she plays games, huh? She is such a two-faced girl.) Shouko rudely thought to herself.
Hiiro used to play online games under the nickname "Bald". In this case, she made fake memories of herself, Shiro, Shouko, Kyouya and Ariel playing together and becoming friends. Shouko and Kyouya never even questioned the fact that they don't usually play games, much less introduce themselves to strangers on the internet and yet, they gave their names to Ariel. By the way, their nicknames in-game were as follows: Sophia for Shouko, Wrath for Kyouya, Kumoko for Shiro and Demon Lord for Ariel. According to their memories, Shiro talks a lot in-game. Similar to the transition from when she was a spider to when she got a human form, real life (human form) is silent while in-game (spider form) is a load of words.
"Oh! So you were already acquainted with Sasajima-kun and Negishi-san. That's excellent!" Oka happily commented.
"Sorry to take your time, Sensei!" Ariel apologized.
"No, not at all! It sure is nice to have such a spirited introduction!" Oka said, remembering how Shiro's introduction was short.
[Argh! I'm sorry Sensei! But we, introverts, have our own limits! There's no 'extrovert' skill either so it's totally nai waa!]
"Still, we don't have any tasks left for today so let's get to bond with our new classmate!" Oka announced.
"Ooh!" the class (most of it anyway) celebrated.
[Not agaaain! Nai waaa!]
Since Ariel was clearly more friendly and outspoken than Shiro, her reception was more lively too. Overall the questions were the same as usual, previous school, relationship status, dislikes but at times, Shouko, Kyouya and Shiro were also dragged to the spotlight.
"You guys were playing together?" Kanata asked.
"Yup, all five of us! We are like the Fantastic Five!" Ariel exclaimed.
"That's the wrong name…" Kanata deadpanned.
"What game were you playing?" Shun asked.
"We played Labyrinths & Spiders." {quick Dungeons and Dragons parody}
"Can I join you sometime?" Shun was interested.
"Sure you can! The more the merrier." Ariel gave a thumbs up.
"M-Me too!" Shinobu tried to join in.
"But there's far and too far." Ariel shook her head left and right.
"Urg! Rejected! But that's also fine!" Shinobu fell to his knees.
"Is your hair natural, Wakaba-san?" Yuika asked.
"Big time. This white speck is like my trademark." Ariel pointed her thumb at her hair.
"You have the same family name as the other Wakaba-sans but your given name is not japanese. Where are you from?" Asaka questioned.
"Ahaha. From here and there. A woman gotta have a few secrets of her own, right?" Ariel gave a smug smile.
"I agree!" Oka raised her hand.
"Not you too, Sensei. And I'm pretty sure that's a line from a manga." Kanata sighed.
Those questions flew around and most of the time, Hiiro and Ariel tried to make Shiro answer them. Ariel was moved by a desire to make her cousin grow as a person while Hiiro was moved by, well, sadism and interest. Shouko wasn't avoiding answering as much as possible since she disliked receiving attention that could turn negative at any moment due to her looks. Kyouya was just doing as usual, answering when asked a question and throwing lifeboats to Shiro every now and then.
[Vampy, leaving me to the wolves, vengeance will be mine! And GJ, Oni-kun! I knew I could count on you! Also, Demon Lord, I didn't ask for a self-improvement crash course! Don't do unnecessary stuff! Dibs on the next set of krikta fruits we get our hands on, I won't accept any complaints!]
Shiro struggled till the end… the end of the class that is, then came lunch time. Ariel immediately kidnapped Shouko and Kyouya to her desk that was already glued to Shiro and Hiiro's desks. Kyouya just sent a silent nod to Shun and Kanata saying "sorry, doesn't look like I will be able to eat with you today". Shouko sent an inaudible grumble to Ariel but was also forced to eat together anyway. Of course, inside, they were both feeling a little weird.
(Somehow, there is something peculiar about this group. I never personally interacted with Wakaba-san, either of them, nor did I interact with Negishi-san and I only played a little with Ariel-san. And yet, why do I feel like there's nothing strange about being with them? I don't think it has to do with our time together playing that game. How strange. Even though it has been just a short while I really feel that they are my friends.)
(How did I get dragged into this mess? It seems Sasajima also got dragged but that's not the issue! I'm here face to face with the three Wakabas! It's like they are trying to make me look uglier by sitting right beside me! That Ariel-san definitely did it on purpose… no, why do I get the feeling she's not that kind of person? I just met her, so why do I have such a positive view on her? And why am I referring to her with honorifics?)
Ariel had just said that they could call her by her given name to avoid mistaking her for her cousins. Kyouya and Shouko both felt weird that they adapted so well to her sudden suggestion. They just felt like that group, Hiiro aside, was something natural, unaware that it was because they were together as a group in the other world. Well, something that did not happen in the other world was…
"That Sasajima, when did he get so close to them?" Issei envied.
"Sasajima got some guts." Kengo whistled.
"Sasajimaaa! You bastard! Hogging all three goddesses to yourself!" Shinobu raged.
"No, I mean, Kyouya is not that kind of guy." Shun tried to defend.
"We know, but his current position is so suspicious. Even if he was just dragged away." Yuika commented.
"I thought he was going to look uncomfortable but he seems to be doing surprisingly fine." Kanata was impressed.
"Hmpf!" Mirei didn't say anything but her dislike for the Wakabas was evident.
Not just their classmates but students from other classes also visited their classroom to take a peek at the newest addition to the Wakaba sisters. Though she was supposedly their cousin, she acted really close to them and they really looked like sisters. Ariel was clearly the one who brought life to the party, Shiro and Hiiro were silent but answered when asked, Kyouya was the middleman and Shouko was the one who looked unwilling but was also part of the group. From that moment, they were the talk of the school.
"There was a third Wakaba-san!"
"She is also really pretty, although a little short! Is it something that runs in the family?"
"Why is Spooky there? Were they pitying her?"
"Strangely she looks like she is fitting in with them."
"Who is that guy alone with the four girls?"
"That isn't a harem, is it?"
"Grr! So jealous! Spooky aside, I'm so damn jealous!"
(They are definitely getting the wrong idea… How do I even defend myself?) Kyouya saw his future darken.
And like that, Shiro went through yet another hellish experience. She wasn't harmed physically but her mind was drained to the limit. She returned home praying that D wouldn't get any more ideas to apply to that fake school.
And, of course, She gave the proper retribution to her friends back at the other world. In the form of a round kick to the waist to a certain vampire, a delicious looking apple to a certain oni and a punch to the face to a certain demon lord. As it looked like pursuing it wasn't going to bring about any results, the parties involved wisely decided to let it go. And thus, another exhausting day ended for Shiro.
