Hello again everyone! Usually chapters won't come out as fast as these two, but I had started to write this chapter as part of chapter 1. But I had decided to split them up because the first chapter was getting too long for my liking like I had said. Please read and review!

"Alright class, since it's the first day of the final semester the rankings from the last 2 years mean absolutely nothing now. This semester, the rankings are determined by two things, your Jutsu, and the amount of physical conditioning you've maintained through the Academy. This is not to say you should slack off on your academics, I will be conducting random tests to see if you've retained the knowledge I have bestowed on you," Iruka lectures the class, most of them are excited. Likewise I was as well, I hadn't observed the class yet, but there was more than enough time to do so while we're still students.

"As the rankings are currently the same, we're going to hold a Taijutsu tournament, followed by Shurikenjutsu, an obstacle course, and finally Ninjutsu. Your placement in these will determine your starting class ranking, but these will shift daily as you perform better or worse. So I will be expecting you to continue your training. You're extremely close to graduation, and slacking off is not encouraged," Iruka continued.

"Alright class, head to the training grounds and we'll get started. Once everyone has been placed in the rankings class will be dismissed for the day. I hope each and everyone one of you gives it the…" Iruka began saying before a tornado of chaos entered the room.

Said chaos was Naruto, I watched as they entered the room with fury. The sliding door was slammed open while she was thrown into the room by an old man. I instantly recognized the old man as the third Hokage. He stroked his beard while smiling in a grandfatherly fashion. "Pardon the interruption Iruka, Naruto-chan slept in. Have a wonderful day everyone, and I hope you do well in your exams." He smiled at all of us before departing.

"NARUTO! I TOLD EVERYONE THEY NEEDED TO BE ON TIME TODAY!" Iruka's head expanded rapidly while screaming at her. She sat up while rubbing the back of her head. "Sorry, Iruka-sensei. I was having a dream where the ramen betrayed me!" She proclaimed while grinning.

Everyone sighed, this was her excuse every time she overslept. They then got up and headed to the field. I followed behind them while Iruka admonished her more while explaining what was going on today. I wondered if I could even defeat anyone with that highly flexible perk I had, it made the traditional gentle fist harder for me to master despite my bonus to it as the heiress. I slightly shivered, that would take a lot to get used to. I was uncomfortable with a lot of things with this new body, but still it felt like the body I should have had since birth, as well as all of my aches and pains having vanished. It honestly felt refreshing, I didn't have to worry about chronic knee or back pain for a long while.

Everyone got to the training field in order to start the tournament. Iruka arrived a few minutes later with Naruto. Ino was chatting with Naruto like they were the best of friends, that was nice for them. It seemed as though Ino, Naruto and I were friends because they kept trying to include me. I quickly learned the reason why we were friends. Naruto and I were not members of the Uchiha fanclub.

From my observations of Sasuke, he wasn't anything special aside from slightly higher chakra levels.

[Skill Discovered!

Observe: With this nifty skill you are able to observe anyone's stats

as if they were a part of your system! Congrats, one discovering

one of the most broken skills in 'The Gamer'!

Level 1

EXP: 1/25

Current: Max Health, Max Chakra, Max Stamina, and Name]

Well that was a nice skill to have. It probably will be very hard to level up. It also seemed as though I got one point in a skill every time I used it. I hope that wasn't the case and I got more EXP for skills when I use them in combat.

"Alright class, I've created brackets for the tournament. Unlike previous years everyone will be facing off against everyone in class. Which means there is no division between genders," Iruka said while pulling out a scroll. Unsealing a chalk board with the fights on them we could all see who was fighting who.

Fight 4: Shikamaru vs Naruto

Fight 6: Yakumo vs Random Civilian

Fight 7: Choji vs Random Civilian

Fight 8: Shino vs Random Civilian

Fight 10: Sakura vs Random Civilian

Fight 11: Hinata vs Random Civilian

Fight 13: Kiba vs Random Civilian

Fight 14: Sasuke vs winner of Fight 1

Fight: 20: Ino vs winner of Fight 11

And then there were a bunch of random civilians. There were 13 fights in the first round, which people placed automatically in the second round. "Alright class, I know the rounds are uneven. The reason for this is sometimes you'll be returning from a mission, and you'll be ambushed on your way back to the village. This is to simulate that, sometimes you'll be exhausted and you'll still have to fight," Iruka told his class with a this is just life voice. "This has happened to me numerous times in the field. I want to prepare you guys for when this happens in your careers," He continued the explanation.

I knew that this was going to take a while while we waited, but at the very least I was in the third bracket and it'll be 8 fights between my first fight and second one. "Alright class rules for the tournament are thus: Rule 1, you will make the seals of confrontation and reconciliation before and after each fight. Rule 2, you will only use Taijutsu. Rule 3, if you leave the circle you forfeit. Rule 4, you cannot verbally forfeit without a reason such as injuries from previous fights or the current fight," Iruka told us seriously. While saying that last rule, he looks over at Shikamaru, as if Shikamaru always forfeits before even fighting There weren't any rules against fighting dirty, just the seals and the taijutsu only. Meaning if we needed to we could fight dirty.

[For realizing a flaw in the rules,

you have gained 1 WIS!]

And before I could acknowledge the stat increase, another window popped up.

Top 4: 100 EXP 30 両

Winner: 300 EXP 100 両

Failure: 20 EXP

Naturally, I hit the yes button while somewhat drooling from the potential rewards from winning. I knew they probably wouldn't stack, but the potential 650 EXP would make me level 6. While waiting for my turn, I observed my entire class bringing observe up to level 2. The only upgrade was telling me the remainder of the target's current HP.

The only threats I had to worry about were Naruto, Shikamaru, Sasuke, Shino, Kiba, Yakumo, and Choji. The rest of the class were either level 1 or 2, like they weren't training as much as these seven. Ino was level 3, but she wasn't that much of a threat. But I did have the highest stats I could see out of everyone, and I did possess the Gentle Fist, hopefully it would allow me to pull through the tournament.

While waiting for my turn my mind wandered to dungeons, I wondered what they were like. Hopefully I'd be fully healed once I found one and could clear the first level with ease. But knowing myself, I wouldn't make it easy for me. Watching the fights, I saw that all of the civilian kids were pathetic, the only people of note were the people that I thought were threats before the fighting began. Naruto, Yakumo, Choji, Shino, and Sakura were the ones to move on.

Sighing as I'm finally called up, I knew it was going to be one of the civilians, not much of a threat.

I used Hinata's muscle memory to make the seal of confrontation, before continuing into the standard Gentle Fist stance. I let Hinata's muscle memory continue to take over without thinking about it. I did this because I knew I had Hinata's level with the Byakugan, so I should also have her level with the Gentle Fist.

A window popped up to let me know that my assumption was correct and that I gained a point in WIS for it. Once Iruka asked us if we were ready, we both nodded with the Civilian kid looking nervous about the spar. After the announcement that we could begin, I activated my Byakugan.

I didn't give any hesitation, I took another stance that seemed completely natural. "You are within the realm of my Divination," I say before bursting forward, "Eight Trigrams Sixteen Palms." I surged forward and made my strikes against the civilian kid before he could react to what appeared as though I teleported in front of him from his perspective. "Two Palms, Four Palms, Eight Palms, Sixteen Palms," I say with a flurry of motion, striking the 16 chakra points that I proclaimed.

He dropped like a sack of flour, knocked out from me forcibly sealing off his chakra points. After Iruka proclaimed that I was the winner, I made the seal of reconciliation before heading back to my seat. Everyone was looking at me with a bit of fear since usually it would've taken Hinata a lot longer to win, and they never saw Hinata use the 16 palms before.

"Why didn't you give him a chance to win?" Naruto asked me at my side. I looked over into her inquisitive blue eyes. "Iruka-sensei told us to take the tournament seriously. If he couldn't keep up, he shouldn't have made it this far in the academy," I said matter of factly, "I'm also a bit tired of people underestimating me. I hope you put up a better spar against me Ino-chan. I won't be holding back," I continued with a small smile.

They both stared at me with wide eyes because I didn't stutter and they knew Ino wasn't going to make it to the next round after that. While looking forward I acknowledged the two windows that had appeared after the fight.

Well that confirms that I did indeed gain reduced gains with the Gentle Fist from my perk. I really needed to get started on creating my own version of the Gentle fist. My next fight was Ino, and the fight after that was going to be Kiba. Kiba looked like a physical power house to me, so I would be carefully observing his fight to make sure I could potentially win against him.

He dominated his opponent and moved on as well. I continued to carefully watch the fights, the next fight was Sasuke using his clan taijutsu to beat down a civilian girl and moving into the top 8. I really hoped that Naruto would be able to beat his smug ass. For some reason I had an intense hate towards him. I wondered where that came from as I watched the fights. I shouldn't know any of the potential futures of these people, but something is telling me to put him down hard and not to let him get up.

I shrug off the feeling of hatred towards him, knowing he's going to be up against another civilian. While watching the fights I knew I wasn't going to be at my best since even though I didn't get hit, I did use some chakra and stamina in my last fight. I wondered if I should go easy on Ino and not win within a few seconds against her. Let her show off her Taijutsu a bit, but on second thought I do need to save chakra and stamina for the later fights, especially since after Ino, I'd be facing off against Kiba.

Kiba getting into the third round and top 8 was a guarantee. That fight is going to be one of the hardest fights for me in the tournament, just after or before either Naruto or Sasuke. But I'm getting ahead of myself, the next person that advanced was a random civilian. Before my next fight Naruto, Choji, Shino, and Sakura all advanced.

I walked forward with Ino, who looked nervous and scared even before getting into the circle with me. I stared at her while making the seal of confrontation, she mimicked the seal while getting into what I assumed was the basic academy stance. I activated my Gentle Fist taijutsu skill, while using the Byakugan.

Iruka studied the both of us while I used Observe on Ino to confirm her stats.

[Yamanaka Ino

Health: 30/30

Chakra: 61

Stamina: 38]

I didn't look at it for long before mentally dismissing the window. I knew Ino didn't stand a chance, I wasn't going to injure her pride by taking it easy on her, because she'd know if I did take it easy on her.

"Ino-chan, I hope you're ready," I say while shifting my stance. Iruka began the match. I rushed forward and struck her twice in two separate chakra points. One in her left shoulder, and right hip. This way she couldn't get up or fight, the two strikes knocked her out. I did take it easier on her than the civilian, but not enough to let her have a chance of winning.

Deactivating the skills, I went back to sit down while Ino, like the civilian boy before, was taken to the nurse's office to get her chakra points reopened and healed. "You could've taken it easier on her," Naruto frowned at me with her cheeks puffed out. I poked her in the stomach lightly. "I did take it easy on her, hopefully she'll train harder and stop fangirling over the Uchiha," I said simply while relaxing with Naruto.

[For winning a 'Spar' gain 10 EXP]

I still had plenty of Chakra and Stamina left after my two fights, hopefully the fights lasted longer so I could recover them a bit more before my fight with Kiba, who just thrashed his opponent. Meaning it was Sasuke against a civilian boy next. Hopefully, we had a break before we continued.

"Alright, class we're going to take a 10 minute break so the Top 8 finalists can rest a bit before they continue the tournament. For those who have lost better luck next time, we're holding this tournament once a month until the final exam," Iruka said conveniently while I sighed in relief. I had potentially twenty minutes to recover. I knew my chakra wouldn't completely recover due to the cost of my Byakugan, my Stamina on the other hand should hopefully recover by the time I fight again.

Judging by the percentage I recover every 10 minutes, I wouldn't be at the top of my game. I used 30 Stamina during my two fights from activating the Gentle Fist skill and using the 16 palm technique. I'd only recovered around 7 stamina in that time. I wonder if there were recovery items that I could take advantage of before the next fight. I got up while stretching my legs a bit. Naruto looked at me inquisitively, and I told her that I was going to be back soon, and that I should be back before the 10 minutes were up.

Nodding, she waved at me before I wandered off to find a vending machine or something.

As I wandered the halls I came across a vender selling things, knowing what I do about 'The Gamer' I observed their wares and found something interesting.

[Observe!

Coffee Milk

A mixture of coffee and milk with a bit of sugar for a bit

of sweet, usually drunk after bathing in an onsen.

But, academy students drink this to restore a bit

of stamina after training.

Stamina Restore: 10

Price: 2 両]

Smiling, I bought four of them before heading back. When I was sure no one was looking, I stored one of them into my inventory and started to drink one.

Upon returning, I saw we were still on break so I continued to drink the beverage and offered one of them to Naruto. She happily took it before starting to drink, only to spit it out. "What is in this!? Poison?! Why, Hinata-chan?" She asked in exasperation. I gained a small smirk on my face while drinking my coffee milk.

"It's coffee milk, Naruto-chan. It's a beverage for adults, I guess you're not mature enough to enjoy such a refined flavor," I say while unintentionally pranking her. "You're so going to get it," she says while cutely glaring at me. I shrug while finishing the drink, I take the one that she had started to drink. She blushed furiously while screaming, "Why are you drinking that?! I drank from it!" She started to wave erratically.

"I wouldn't want it to go to waste. Besides, it's delicious," I said between large gulps of the slightly bitter liquid. We sat in silence after that, while she continued to blush. I found this side of her to be just cute. "By the way, from what I saw from Choji he isn't mobile. Dodge his attacks, you're much faster than he is. He'll tire himself out eventually," I give her advice about her match up against Choji. "Then you'll face the Uchiha, I don't think you'll beat him, so keep dodging his attacks and counter attack when you can. The only way you can is to get him exhausted from chasing you around," I continued with my observations.

Naruto looked at me still unused to my not stuttering, as well as the good advice I gave her. "Why don't you focus on trying to beat Kiba and then either Shino or Sakura?" She asked me before I pondered a bit. "For Kiba, my way to win would be to prolong the fight. I'm faster and I've seen I can outlast almost anyone here with my amount of stamina. Not to bash Shino and Sakura but I don't see either of them beating Kiba or I. It'll be you or the Uchiha against Kiba or I in the finals." I say while sipping the coffee milk.

[For marvelous insight and advice gain 2 WIS]

I internally sighed at that before dismissing the window. It seemed like I was gaining wisdom left and right, at least it was allowing me to build my chakra up for when I had to actually use it. "Though if I keep dodging Kiba, I could potentially close off his chakra points and disable him," I say as a after thought while finishing the drink.

"Alright class, it's been 10 minutes. The top 8 students should have had enough time to rest before the next couple rounds," Iruka said while calling Sasuke and another random civilian up. Like the last two fights, Sasuke brutally put the civilian down before walking back to where he was sitting. 'How does no one see that he's a sociopathic psycho in the making,' I thought while observing the fights. It seemed as though he was just taking them down as fast as he could to save on stamina.

But I could tell, he enjoyed what he was doing. He might not be saying much but I could tell, he was a sadistic bastard that should be put down hard.

I watched Naruto's fight against Choji, like I had said he hit hard but was slow. It was easy for the more agile Naruto to keep dodging him while counter attacking. Unfortunately for Choji, Naruto led him to the edge of the circle before tripping him outside of the circle forcing Choji's forfeit. I nodded at her strategy, I could use it to beat someone like the Uchiha or Kiba. Those were my two hardest opponents aside from Naruto.

I watched the one sided beatdown of Sakura by Shino, he wanted to end it as fast as he could before he rested. But I could see him breathing a bit hard, unfortunately for him he wouldn't recover fast enough to face either me or Kiba.

"Alright, can I get Kiba and Hinata to the circle," Iruka said while we walked to the circle.

That's the end of this chapter folks! The next chapter will contain the fight between the self insert and Kiba, as well as the last fights of the tournament, the shurikenjutsu segment, and Ninjutsu segment. Hopefully, these won't take too long! Please read and review!
