Hi all!
Before starting, I want to say that this is my first story and English is not my native language, so there may be errors.
Constructive criticism is accepted!
I don't have Ben 10 or RWBY.
Null Void!
This dimension is a prison for especially dangerous criminals from all over the galaxy who, for one reason or another, cannot be kept in a regular prison.
But there were also those who did not fit into this category: the Settler, people illegally convicted and people who were in the wrong place at the wrong time.
WHOOSH*
The last category also includes our protagonist!
His name is Benjamin "Ben" Kirby Tennyson! By the way, he just flew by.
But now he was not in his original form. He now appeared as a red humanoid manta ray-like alien with green eyes, black outlines on his face, yellow horns coming out of his nose, gills under his arms, a yellow patagia that he uses to fly and glide through water, and two black lightning-like stripes descending from his shoulders to a white and gray hourglass symbol on a metal disc on his chest.
He is now flying with a bag in his hands.
"Finally, I was able to get kormit to feed the interdimensional teleporter, soon I will be able to return home."
By the way, the hourglass symbol on his chest is the Omnitrix.
The Omnitrix is a watch-like device - but it is not visible now - that stores the DNA of extraterrestrial life forms, well, or aliens. The Omnitrix also allows the user to transform into one of these aliens.
While I was telling you this, Ben arrived at his destination, on a large rock where his house was located.
He landed near the house and there was a bright flash of green light, in which he transformed into his true form.
Now we could see a teenager of 13 years old with green eyes, chestnut untidy and regrown hair. Also, Ben was a little pale due to the lack of sunlight in null void. Now he wore a hand-sewn shirt from the skin of the local wild vulpimancers, and the same pants. We can now see the true form of the Omnitrix, which is on Ben's left wrist.
Omnitrix looked like a large wristwatch, primarily black and grey in color, with a grey dial in the middle which has a green hourglass shape on it.It has a circular tube. When Ben selects his aliens, it shows the alien's silhouette.
Ben hurried into the house, pressed a combination of buttons and levers, and there was a rumble from outside the house.
He left the house and saw that the ground next to the house began to move to the sides, releasing a massive device from under it.
Ben walked over to the device, typed something into the terminal, and walked over to what looked like BIG battery cells. Opening the lid, Ben took out some kormit crystals and placed them in the slots, then closed the lid.
"Finally, after three years in this hellish place, I will get out of here. Thanks to Greymutter and Brainstorm, with the help of their knowledge I was able to build this interdimensional teleporter."
He started typing something into the terminal again, looking forward to returning home.
He finished typing something and excitedly pressed the "Start" button.
He began to smile as he saw a small red swirling portal open.
But happiness did not last long, as the device began to sparkle and the portal destabilized.
"No no no no no, what happened, it was still good."
When Ben approached him, the device turned off and smoke began to come out of one part of it.
Ben walked over to the part where the smoke was coming from and began to inspect the device.
"Damn, the quantum stabilizer burned out"
He cursed.
"It will take at least a few days to find a new one. I'll start searching tomorrow."
Ben walked into the house with a drooping look, disguised the interdimensional teleporter, lay down on the bed and began to fall asleep.
The next morning, in fact, it was impossible to tell if it was morning or night, because there is no sun in the null void, as mentioned above.
When he woke up, Ben ate local vegetables grown by local settler farmers. Ben often helps them get rid of Null Guardians. And in return they give him a part of the grown vegetables, fruits, etc.
After that, he immediately transformed into a jetray and went in search of a quantum stabilizer.
This went on for a whole week, until Argit said that he had a quantum stabilizer.
But Ben doubted whether to go or not, because this alien rat cannot be trusted, he had already deceived Ben several times.
But Ben had no other choice, because the sooner he gets this part, the faster he gets out of here. So he decided to still go to Argit.
Ben, in the form of Jetray, landed next to a building that looked like an alien diner. He decided to play it safe and not transform into his human form, instead he transformed into a Methanosian, or as Ben calls him, Swampfire.
Swampfire is a humanoid, plant-like alien that has an overall green and black colored body encrusted with muck, mostly with a red flame-patterned head and root-like feet, seemingly holding black rocks. His eyes are oval-shaped with points at each end with pupils copying the shape but are smaller. Also, his shoulders and head have red petals and his elbows and legs have green frills sticking out. Swampfire is taller than an average human and has a distinct rotten stench that worsens with heat.
He wears black pants with a green belt in the center of which is the symbol of the Omnitrix.
He went inside the diner and looked around for some kind of alien rat.
Ben found him sitting at the bar.
Argit appears as a giant humanoid porcupine/rat. He is as tall as Ben's chest in his human form, and has large yellow eyes and black feathers for hair.
he wore a black T-shirt with an brown jacket and blue jeans.
"Argit"
Ben walked over to the bar and sat down to Argit's right.
"Who's calling..." Argit wanted to ask before he saw the Omnitrix symbol on the Methanosian's belt, "Ah, Ben, let me guess, you came for the stabilizer?"
"Yes, I came for him, do not torment and say the price, but if you deceived me and you do not have it, then hope that all your feather hair will remain in place" Swampfire said in his vile voice.
"Ahh, Ben, how could you think that I would deceive you" Argit said, feigning offended.
"You will sell your own mother for good money"
"Okay, okay, the price... I'm willing to give you this part for free if you beat someone..."
"Argit, do you owe someone again?"
"By the way, he should be here any minute."
As soon as Argit finished speaking, as if on a signal, the door burst open with a bang.
And a large-looking incursean entered.
He looked around and found his target and walked towards him.
"Hey Argit, do you remember how much you owe me?" He asked sarcastically.
When Argit wanted to answer, Swampfire spoke up - "Sorry buddy, but he owes me one detail, as soon as I take this detail, you can extort all you want from him."
"What? He owes me a lot of money, so get in line."
"I'm sorry, but I don't have time to wait."
Having said this, Swampfire sent the Incursean to one of the tables across the diner.
"Ahh you... You will pay for this!" Having said this, the incursean continued, but already shouting - "Hey, you, a thousand points to whoever takes my side"
After that, all the visitors rose from their seats, drawing their weapons and pointing them at Swampfire and Argit.
"Ben, you should have only beaten him, not brought everyone against us" Argit shouted, hiding under the bar.
At this, Swampfire just chuckled "Just prepare the stabilizer"
Everyone started shooting at Swampfire, but he didn't even move.
Swampfire pulled a handful of grains from his shoulders and threw them at the feet of the visitors, after which vines grew from the grains and wrapped around everyone, not letting anyone move.
After that, he released a small stream of fire from the holes in his right palm into the incursean.
Due to the fact that the incurseans cannot stand the smell of burning, he lost consciousness.
"That's it, Argit, let's stabilizer"
Swampfire said.
Ben successfully returned to his home with the stabilizer.
He replaced the burnt part and prepared to start the device.
"Finally, I will return home" Ben said with even more excitement than the first time. But...
"No, Tennyson, you stay here and I'll go home."
Ben heard a familiar voice and turned to him, his eyes wide in surprise.
"Phill?!"
"Get away from teleporter Tennyson"
Phill pulled out a power blaster and aimed it at Ben, taking aim.
"No, after three years in this place, I won't stay here after I have a ticket home."
In a green flash of light, Ben transformed into a new alien.
He now looked like an monkey-like alien with four arms, two legs, three fingers on each hand and three fingers on each foot, blue fur over a dark blue center, and a tail with two stripes at the end. TheOmnitrix symbol on his chest is now connected to two green sashes worn across his chest.
"Arachnochimp? He won't help you"
Phil started shooting at Ben.
"I actually have a name, and it's Spider Monkey"
Ben, now in his form known as the Spider Monkey, began to dodge Phill's shots, after which he aimed his tail at him and released a web from his tail.
"I don't care, it's you and your cousin that got me here, now you'll pay for it."
Phill kept up with him, also dodging and firing his blaster in response.
"It's Your Own Fault Phil"
CRACK*
They both turned at the sound of crackling electricity.
"NO NO NO NO, the Portal has destabilized, and because you hit the control terminal, it is not shutting down the power supply. At this rate, a black hole will soon appear in the place of the portal… AAAAAHHH"
While Ben was distracted by the teleporter, Phill snapped out of his shock and threw an electric grenade at Spider Monkey's back, knocking him out.
"Goodbye Tennyson"
Phil escaped.
And the last thing Ben saw was a black hole that appeared and began to absorb everything, including Ben.
A few minutes later, the black hole slammed shut, disappearing, and with it the rock with its only inhabitant.
And that concludes the prologue!
And yes, this version of Ben will be more serious.
Oh yes, I forgot to say at the beginning. This story is heavily inspired by Emiyn's "The Huntsman From the Void" story, so yeah, if you see similar scenes, don't throw rotten tomatoes at me.
Constructive criticism is welcome!
