* One Month Later *
Naruto groaned as he looked around to find himself inside his mindscape so he looked forward at the Kyuubi and said " Hey, Kyuubi." Naruto saw the fox open one eye then heard " What the hell are you doing here brat?" Naruto just sighed then said " And I'm called dense." Naruto was surprised when he heard a chuckle so he said " Sorry for not coming to visit for the last few days." Naruto didn't see or hear anything from Kyuubi but he just sat down and said " So if I remember the last time you were…" Naruto was interrupted by Kyuubi saying " We didn't talk about anything." Naruto nodded just standing up and said " Well see you tomorrow." Naruto then started to walk off to hear the Kyuubi sigh then heard " Sign the contract." Naruto turns around to hear " You had a shadow clone after you took back Reyo and Reko fixed the seal on the contract and sent the bat home. You have it, sign it." Naruto just sighed heavily, Reyo and Reko entered his mind when he heard " Really sign it." Naruto nodded when he heard knocking so he said " I'm happy that I can hear real world noises."
Naruto groaned as he opened his eyes to see the real world when he heard pounding on his door. Without thinking Naruto just yelled " Give me a fucking minute." Naruto got up and walked over to his door, only wearing sweatpants. Naruto groaned as he opened his three locks then he opened the door to find Hinata standing there soaked in rain. Naruto instantly grabbed Hinata's arm hard making her flinch but he pulled her in. Naruto turned to his left flipping the lights on. Naruto then looked at his girlfriend so he said " Hinata it's three in the morning." Naruto heard some silent sobs then heard " Sorry." Naruto put a hand on Hinata's cheek and lifted her face. Naruto's eyes widened seeing Hinata have a black eye so he moved his thumb over it seeing her flinch so he said " Who did this?" Naruto saw Hinata look down and heard " No…" Naruto interrupted Hinata by stepping closer and said " Hinata, I've kept my mouth shut for one month and no more, who?" Naruto saw Hinata start to shake so he brought her into a hug thinking ' I should have stepped in with Kurenai. I shouldn't have Hinata convince Kurenai to follow.' Naruto just pulled back and said " You're soaked." Naruto saw Hinata nod then heard her say through small sobs " I don't have anything to change into." Naruto nodded, then he guided Hinata to his room and grabbed a shirt and some basketball shorts and after handing it to his girlfriend he left his room and closed his door.
After a few minutes Naruto saw Hinata walk out of his room so he got up off his couch and walked over to her. Naruto stopped in front of Hinata seeing her look down so he said " Hinata." Naruto saw Hinata look up at the black eye still there and he looked up and down making points of the bruises on her legs and arms. Naruto just gave a sad smile then he said " You hungry?" Naruto saw Hinata nod so he nodded himself then he lightly grabbed her hand to then see her flinch which made him mentally frown. Naruto guided Hinata to his couch and sat down then quickly made a clone to cook them something.
Naruto just continued looking at Hinata in silence for only a few minutes so he said " Hinata who did this to you?" Naruto saw Hinata bring her knees up to her chest then heard " No, one." Naruto just sighed then he saw Hinata shaking so he said " Are you cold." Naruto saw Hinata nod not looking at him so he got up and entered his room then exited with the blanket he sleeps with. Naruto sat down next to Hinata as two instant-ramen cups were put in front of them. Naruto just looked at Hinata and said " This is the only blanket I have and ramen is the only thing I have to eat. Naruto saw Hinata nod as she lowered her legs so he put the blanket over her and then he handed her her ramen and ate. They just ate in silence, no one wanting to speak.
After a few minutes they set down their styrofoam cups and he said " Hinata…" Naruto heard Hinata interrupted him saying " I was late training and I just came here." Naruto shook his head then he said " First of all I know you and you would have headed home no matter what." Naruto didn't see or hear Hinata react so he said " Hinata, I won't stop pushing unless I know something." Naruto saw Hinata shake her head then heard " Just leave it be." Naruto sighed then he held out two fingers in front of her " I'll ask two questions and I want you to at least answer one." Naruto saw Hinata nod still nod looking at him so he said " Question one, you said your clan has a technique that shuts down chakra points the main sixty four and a couple weeks ago you told me that at the beginning of this year your father was trying to create a similar technique but to close all three hundred and sixty-one points, right?" Naruto saw Hinata give a small nod so he said " Hinata I remember when you pointed out some of my points on my body and with your size those bruises line up with yours." Naruto let out a sigh then said " I had my thoughts and I know now it's true. So how long has your father been testing the technique on you?" Naruto saw Hinata's whole body stiffen then heard " How…" Naruto just looked at her not caring if she finished her sentence but after a few seconds he saw tears start going down her face.
The Next thing Naruto saw and felt was Hinata basically tackling him onto his bag, her arms wrapped around him with her pushing her head into his chest. Naruto just wrapped his arms around Hinata and whispered " Hinata, what has been going on with you and your father?" Naruto didn't hear anything and he wasn't surprised to the least but he was going to find out after he comforted his girlfriend.
After a few minutes Naruto felt Hinata pull herself back and he let her. Naruto saw Hinata look at him and he just gave a small smile but was thinking ' I'm going to kill your fucking father Hinata.' Naruto saw Hinata just lower herself and continued to hug him then heard " ever since I became a ninja." Naruto didn't react or speak but instead just put a hand on her back to hear her say through small sobs " He would make me spar with him and he would always use that technique. He…" Naruto just rubbed Hinata's back as he heard her just sob and after about a minute of silence heard " He would make me stay up all night and spar then if he deemed it he would let me eat or not." Naruto's eyes widened but he just continued rubbing his back as he heard her sobs get louder and then heard her say to them " He has deemed me a failure and in two days I have to fight my cousin." Naruto gave a slight nod then he heard the sobbing get louder and heard " If I lose I'm banished." Naruto's eyes grew wide again and anger rose but he just let out a heavy breath then said " Ok." Naruto then as lightly as he could pushed Hinata closer to him hoping that his body can help heat up her cold skin. Naruto felt Hinata move a little then he heard a sniffle then heard " I don't want to be weak but I am. Naruto I'm scared to just see him." Naruto just continued to lay there and after only a few minutes he pushed himself to sit up. Naruto looked at Hinata who was using an arm to prop herself up so as lightly as he could he brought her closer and rested her head back on his chest. Naruto could feel the tears run down his bare chest but he didn't care and said " It's your choice for people to know but Kurenai is definitely knowing. She's cared for you for years and she deserves it." Naruto just heard her silently sob for a second then heard " It doesn't matter, it's public." Naruto just gave a slight nod to hear " I want you there during this fight but my father doesn't like you." Naruto nodded and said " Let me handle that you need to rest up and tomorrow I'm grabbing my team, yours and team ten and we have a lot of work tomorrow." Naruto felt Hinata wrap her arms around him and push her head against his chest so he said " You should get some rest, you can use my bed." Naruto felt Hinata shake her head and heard " No, I don't want to be alone." Naruto sighed and was about to speak when he heard " Please." Naruto nodded as he formed a clone to turn off the lights then he lowered himself to lay down with Hinata moving but not letting go. Naruto just layed there in the dark for a few minutes with a blush on his face laying on his hands. Naruto just smiled feeling Hinata sleep so he placed a hand on her back and closed his eyes and instantly took him.
* Two Days Later *
Naruto sighed as he stood in front of the Hyuga compound in his full ninja gear. Naruto just looked around when he heard " Don't kill anyone." Naruto looked to his left at Hiruzen Sarutobi and just said " Hey, I'm only going to kill Haishi if I get pist off." Naruto saw Hiruzen give a small smirk when he heard " Naruto." Naruto looked to his right at Iruka and Kurenai. Naruto just nodded then he started walking up. As they walked, Naruto heard Hiruzen say " What did you do with her yesterday." Naruto sighed then said " Really nothing, those bruises were causing a huge problem and she refused to go to the hospital so I used some of her ointment but it really didn't do a lot." Naruto sighed when he heard " Do you think she'll lose?" Naruto shrugged and said, " Hinata's strong. " I know that but I've heard stories of Neji and he's good from what I heard." Naruto nodded and then said " Jiji, I need you to make me call the match between Neji and Hinata and don't ask questions." Naruto saw Hiruzen nod so he stayed silent as they walked up. After getting to the door they were welcomed in by a branch member and taken to the courtyard.
Naruto instantly then kneeled on a sitting pilled pillow with the three others seeing Neji and Hinata one either side of the courtyard. After a couple of minutes Naruto saw Haishi walk up. Naruto saw Haishi bow to the Hokage then he saw Haishi walk up to him. Naruto saw Haishi just looking at him and heard " I need you to remove your sword and give it to one of my members. You'll get it back once you leave." Naruto just gave a smirk and said " Haishi-sama I'm thankful to be in your home but Hinata is my friend and we both know the anger Neji has towards the Main house especially Hinata. I plan not to intervene but I won't be surprised if Neji won't get angry when Hinata starts beating him and I'll intervene when the match is called and if Neji goes for a strike." Naruto saw Haishi nod but he knew Haishi was pist when he heard " Haishi I would like Naruto to call this match." Naruto saw Haishi look at the Hokage then just nod and walk off which made him give a small chuckle. After a couple of minutes and everyone arriving Naruto got up as Hinata and Neji got up facing each other. Naruto smiled as he put a hand out and said in the most Mortal Kombat voice ever " Round One, Fight." Naruto ran over back to his seat and as he got back to his knees heard Kurenai whisper " Really Mortal Kombat."
Hinata just stared at Neji who was in a better stance then she was with a smirk. Naruto saw Neji just charge for a strike but she stepped to the side trying to dodge but she was hit in the shoulder. Hinata stubbled back but got back into her stance to hear " This is pointless Hinata-sama, you don't even have your Bukuykan activated." Hinata's eyes widened, then she did a couple of hand signs and mumbled " Bukuykan." After activating her bloodline Hinata just stumbled back from a couple of strikes from Neji. Hinata tried to get footing but she kept getting strikes over and over and with the bruises from earlier and the new one she is getting she is feeling so much pain. Hinata tried and tried to get her ground but couldn't and after a few more strikes she fell on her back. Hinata looked up at Neji hearing a scoff then heard " Like I said pointless."
Hinata saw Neji turn and walk which made her angry so she got up to her knees quickly doing hand signs then said " Water Style Water Bullet Jutsu." Hinata then shot water out of her mouth in the shape of a bullet but the size of a mace." Hinata saw it hit Neji and he fell face first to the ground so she got into her stance to see Neji already up, charging. Hinata stepped to the side dodging Neji's attack for once then she attacked him in the ribs. Hinata then jumped back and started to do hand signs when she was striked in the stomach. Hinata instantly went to the ground on her hands and knees and started to puck. After a few seconds she whipped her mouth to then be kicked in the stomach which made her fall to her side.
Naruto just looked at Hinata, his hand on his sword handle seeing Neji kick Hinata in the stomach after she puked. Naruto saw Neji smirk then heard him say " Destiny deems me the winner." Naruto saw Hinata start to crawl and Neji let him and after seeing her crawl only a few feet he saw Neji kick her again making her stop then again making her fly back. Naruto tried to move but he felt Hiruzen grab his shoulder so he looked at the Hokage seeing him just look at the fight. Naruto looked at Hinata who yelled hitting a stone pillar. Naruto wanted to move but Hiruzen won't let him and after a few seconds he sighed in relief seeing Hinata start to push up. Naruto saw Hinata use the stone pillar as support. Naruto saw Neji get into his stance and charge when he saw Hinata grab her stomach and flinch. Right as that happened Naruto felt Hiruzen let go of him so he threw a smoke bomb. Naruto charged into the smoke and after a few minutes the smoke dissipated everyone saw Naruto standing in front of Hinata with the Executioner Blade in hand and the top end of the blade against Neji's throat.
Naruto just looked at Neji to hear " This is Hyuga business." Naruto grew angry but just said " Right, yet I don't give to shits." Naruto felt a hand on his back then heard " Naruto." Naruto looked behind him to see Hinata give a weak smile but before she could say anything Naruto saw her pass out onto his back. Naruto just sighed then he moved his blade and slammed it into the ground and using a hand to hold Hinata he used his other to take off his holster. After putting his holster on the ground he put Hinata on his back as he created a clone to carry his stuff. Naruto then looked at Haishi channeling the Kyuubi's chakra and said " I know what goes on her do to this battle and you'll place it on her at the hospital." Naruto then turned and said " If you try anything I don't care what the Hokage says I'll personally kill you." Naruto then jumped to the roof tops then off towards the hospital.
