PRELUDE :
EXCEPTIONAL
Not everyone can be extraordinary. That's the harsh truth that stings harder than anything else. No matter how much you might try, there will always be others out there that are better than you. This is the case for students at Jujutsu High as well. For every Zenin Maki and Inumaki, there are a hundred ordinary, subpar sorcerers. That was the way of life. Not everyone could be a Fushiguro or an Itadori. No, these were known as special cases, the exceptions to the masses. These special cases of sorcerers were leaps and bounds over the others, surpassing easily and putting themselves high above in the 'exceptional' program.
The exceptional program was exactly as it sounded, created for those rare, unique, one-in-a-million students graced by god himself. Exceptional program students had various factors and exceptions that made them who they were, which enabled their gold-star status, and regular jujutsu sorcerer students couldn't even begin to compare. Students in the exceptional program were guaranteed special grade without a doubt and for good reason. What was the infuriating part was that they deserved it. It was a simple fact, plain as day and stark as night. The sky was blue, and the exceptional students were exceptional. But what about the rest? The ones who don't rise to the heights of exceptional students, the ones who fall below the line, down into the cracks and crevices, barely better than non-jujutsu humans - or so jujutsu society would have you believe.
What about the rest of the students at jujutsu high Tokyo branch? Well, according to the jujutsu board, they were average, ordinary sorcerers, not nearly as powerful and 'amazing' as the others. Nevertheless, they followed the standard curriculum in hopes that one day, they could even meet a fourth of the exceptional students' power. But… were they really that ordinary? Weren't they at least some kind of special? Better than average humans, of course, but then why weren't they the exceptional special grades? And what truly makes someone exceptional? Is it particular circumstances, raw technique, inherited abilities, or hard work?
A clear answer was never in the cards, but the board had its own ideals, and that was law. Those who weren't in the exceptional program were lesser, and that's all there was to it. You were either at the top or bottom, there wasn't a concept of in-between, and if you fell into the bottom category, you would never be exceptional.
You would never be extraordinary.
Although the standard curriculum students were out to find a way, and just maybe they will.
JUJUTSU KAISEN : EXTRA-ORDINARY CLASS
Not everyone can be special, be in the top percentile of the exceptional program at Tokyo Jujutsu high, with students like Fushiguro, Inumaki, and Itadori. The special cases are rare, unlike the rest of the population of jujutsu sorcerers that follow the standard curriculum. But that doesn't make you any less of a jujutsu sorcerer, and the 'ordinary' students of Jujutsu High are out to prove that. SYOC.

RULES :
~Please do not, under any circumstances, make your character a crossover from other universes. And also, please try to keep your students as humans. if by chance you want to venture into non-human territory, then please ask me for approval. i will only allow a few exceptions to this rule.
~I'm only accepting high school students as of the moment, of any year.
~You can be related to canon characters within reason, but there are no children from the canon series, considering the story takes place during the same timeline. I do not want basically the same character from canon genderbent or complete copies, so avoid these kinds of predictable tropes.
~Try to be detailed in your submissions. I only know as much about your character as you do, so ensure that I'm well informed by giving me some solid details and description overall.
~Not first come, first serve. I'll be accepting around 10 or more characters, but not in order of submission, so it might take me a few days or longer to pick characters.
~Love interests are optional, but all sexuality and gender is welcome. You can also include my ocs as love interests if you wish. No minors with adults! You cannot have a relationship with a teacher or faculty member, or anything of this inappropriate nature.

INFORMATION :
~This story takes place during the main timeline of the series, so around 2018 school year at Tokyo branch of Jujutsu high, the same year Itadori starts as a first year. Canon characters are still present, although will not be the main focus of this fic. (with a few exceptions of course).
~ Canon students such as Maki, itadori, fushiguro, nobara, yuta, inumaki, panda, and etc are a part of the 'exceptional' program in Tokyo jujutsu high, meaning they do not follow the typical curriculum because they are dubbed as special grade exceptions for various reasons. These are rare cases within jujutsu high, with a low percentile of possible candidates. Instead, OC students follow the regular curriculum, which includes normal high school classes on top of jujutsu lessons, missions and training.
~You can submit as many ocs as you want, as long as you follow the rules.
~I will accept a few exceptions to the humans only rule, only if you have run the idea by me first and it's not too crazy or unbelievable

~grade 2 sorcerers and higher are able to take on individual missions under request. i will accept up to grade 1 sorcerers (Except for first years, their maximum grade ranking to start out is 2), but no special grades considering they are only in the exceptional program. most new first years start at grade 4 before being evaluated for their ranking.

She's of medium height, slim all around, with a delicate build and long legs. A creamy, milky white complexion and only the minimal ear piercings. CURSE TECHNIQUE & ABILITIES : cursed arms - a technique passed down throughout her family, Chizue is able to construct many cursed arms using cursed energy. The arms strength varies, based on the amount of cursed energy being produced in concentration. The more arms she produces the less strength they have at her current level. Chizue is able to make the arms as large and long as she likes, depending on the amount of cursed energy being used. They function like superhuman arms, much stronger than her own body, and can act as natural limbs to her form, meaning she can use them as if they were a part of her anatomy.

PERSONALITY DESCRIPTION : Chizue fits the consul personality type to a t. One could compare her to a puppy with her disposition, loving, eager, attention-seeking, and loyal. She's outgoing and a people-person, easily approaching others and reaching out. She's happy to get others positive attention, and leans into it eagerly. Easy-going, the type to chill with on the daily, and doesn't often get angry. Her social skills are exceptional, naturally charming and responsive, ready to jump into conversation and steer communication. Chizue is naturally altruistic with lots of empathy. Chizue has a strong sense of doing what's right by the people she gravitates towards. She's a sensitive person at heart, making her compassionate towards others. She's naturally drawn towards others and comfortable making new friends and playing an active role in groups, although not a leader. Chizue is the perfect person to come to with your problems, when you need cheering up, or if you want to share your joy. Throughout any emotion or sentiment, Chizue is easily swayed to match others emotions, ready to be your shoulder to cry on or your hype girl. Chizue is a dependable and reliable, loyal friend to the very end.
Chizue's comfort zone is expansive, she's not afraid to be confident, and approach questionable situations without hesitation. She's not afraid to go outside of what's usual and does so often. Chizue is also obnoxiously playful and boundary-pushing. She likes to tease and mess with everyone in a joking manner. A clingy little shit, Chizue is a terror when she feels like being one, ready to tease and make fun, but will eventually relent if others get angry with her. Long term goals aren't something Chizue is confident with, instead she tends to live in the moment rather than forming self-discipline. The latter doesn't matter as long as things are good in current time. Chizue doesn't extend her enthusiasm to organization.
As one of the mood-makers, or social members of the group, she feels responsible to take charge in social situations, or just liven up the day, unless upset. When others are angry or upset with her, this greatly affects Chizue's disposition, and she'll become mopey and wilt, like a sulking puppy. Another key aspect of Chizue's personality is her restlessness. Because she's so go and go, a flurry of energy, she can put off the energy of being restless or dissatisfied. On the inside, she can feel like things aren't enough, or there's something else she should be doing. There's a constant nagging of restlessness inside, which Chizue usually tries to manage and push down, but occasionally can get the better of her, making her fall into a sulky puppy mood. She can take teasing, even if it's especially harsh, but Chizue is sensitive at heart and does not process criticism well. Again, she'll turn into a kicked puppy. It's pretty ironic because Chizue doesn't mind dealing some pestering and teasing, pushing others to their limits for a joke, but sometimes she doesn't take it well when it's dished back to her.
Chizue, despite being kind and loving, is absolutely annoying and obnoxious at times with her pestering. She wants constant attention from her friends, lives for praise. Chizue is entirely needy and clingy, hardly giving people space. She's always ready to hang off of others, using lots of skinship and cuddling. Loving and warm, she means well but it can be a lot for others to take, especially when you have someone who thrives on your attention. She could as easily lighten a room as annoy it, depending on if she's in the mood or not. A pest, you can imagine being her friend is tough at times if you can't take some insane amount of playful teasing energy. She can cause problems for her amusement, though is usually just harmless and well-meaning. It's all a big joke when she's pushing people to their limits, to make others laugh, or a way of showing her fondness. She finds joy in the moment, and enjoys silly conversations just as much as deep, meaningful bouts. Chizue can find fun and joy in most situations, unless she's having a mood swing, but typically good-natured and approachable with lots of warmth.
Despite her social maturity, and disposition, Chizue is very inflexible to other viewpoints. She doesn't mind listening to someone else's reasoning, but that doesn't mean she will agree. Instead, she has a hard time accepting anything outside of her views of right and wrong, and typically follows society's traditions of justice, making her rather narrow-minded at times. She forgets often that others have their own sense of morals, and that's something she struggles to grasp. Chizue definitely reflects common traits of a puppy. She's a people pleaser, eager for attention and love. Although lacking a timid nature, Chizue is confident and emboldened by her actions, not usually doubting herself or second-guessing actions. She's the type to do things for her friends without being prompted, and thrives on their acceptance and happiness, oftentimes doing things she might not want to just to keep her friends happy, as long as it doesn't break her rigid moral code. Chizue is a balance between spontaneity and order, ready to play at a moment's notice, or uphold responsibilities with enthusiasm. She won't hesitate to help with personal or practical matters and is empathetic to others needs. Chizue doesn't mind following the rules and doesn't often question them or complain, instead happy to please and meet expectations, unless she's ready to mess around and tick others off for some good fun.
