Naruto groaned as he slowly opened his eyes to find himself in darkness. Naruto turned his head to the left to groan in pain when he heard " Don't move, your spin was damaged. Naruto moved his head back as the lights were turned on which made him squint his eyes. After about thirty seconds Naruto's eyes got adjusted to the light and in those seconds Naruto was now sitting up. Naruto tried to look around to grab his neck to hear " I said don't move if you damage your spin." Naruto just nodded looking forward to seeing Hinata walking over to him with a cup of water which he needed. Naruto tried to grab the cup but his arm was sore so he let Hinata put it to his lips and put the drink in his mouth. After swallowing the liquid he just looked at Hinata seeing bruising around her neck so he gestured to it and said " Sorry, for not being able to stop him." Naruto saw Hinata's eyes wide then heard " No, Naruto you have nothing to apologize for. He's Orochimaru and you tried your best." Naruto just nodded with a chuckle to hear " What's so funny?" Naruto smiled then said " I know you have recently stopped calling yourself weak but I kind of figured you would during this fight." Naruto saw Hinata frown which he reacted to. Naruto moved his hand to Hinata's check, grunting in pain then he said " No, Hinata it's a good thing." Naruto saw Hinata look up and give a nod so he nodded and then said " How long have I been out?"
Naruto saw Hinata look at him then heard " Two days." Naruto nodded and then he heard " You don't have your tail anymore if you wanted to know." Naruto's eyes widened but he nodded and was about to speak when he saw the room door open. Naruto saw Hiruzen walk in then heard " Good, you're awake." Naruto then saw Hiruzen look at Hinata then heard Hiruzen say " Hinata, I'll let you be next to him all you want after I talk to him alone." Naruto saw Hinata nod, then stood up and heard " I'll go get something to eat." Naruto nodded, then he watched his girlfriend walk out of the room. Naruto then saw the Hokage close the door and heard " I want to know everything that happened." Naruto nodded, then he said " Team seven and team eight were flying through the air when we were attacked by a huge snake. I flew to a nearby tree with the others nearby. After sending Ruiino my summoning bat back to his world I tried to run. After failing, I had to use Kyuubi's chakra to a point it caused some pain. After doing something to Sasuke and threatening Hinata I got my strength back and attacked. After attacking for a minute Kakashi intervened so I used a jutsu then had Kakashi take everyone as I distracted him." Naruto saw Hiruzen nod and then heard " Lightning clone." Naruto nodded and said " I tried to run and even trap him but it failed. After getting in front of me we went into combat. I used two clones as a diversion to run. Orochimaru pulled me closer with a jutsu then when one of my clones exploded launching to the tower. After that it went dark." Naruto saw Hiruzen nod and heard " That's the report I got." Naruto nodded and then heard " Well, get some rest Naruto." Naruto saw Hiruzen standing so Naruto said " Jiji can we talk?" Naruto saw Hiruzen turn and nod so he said " I know I can lie and convince everyone on team eight and my team beside Hinata." Naruto saw Hiruzen nod so he said " First are you canceling the exams?" Naruto saw Hiruzen shook his head but heard no explanation. Naruto didn't care though and just said " I can lie to team eight and seven and deal with them beside Hinata. She knows I know why I'm hated by the village and she's going to have questions. I know she'll be promoted and I want her to hear it from me." Naruto saw Hiruzen nod then heard " You can tell her but she needs to know what will happen if she tells anyone in your generation and she has to agree to know." Naruto nodded, then he heard " Get some rest first." Naruto nodded, then he saw Hiruzen exit the room. Naruto only got a few minutes of silence when he saw Hinata enter.
Naruto looked at Hinata as she walked over to the chair and sat on it. Naruto just looked at his girlfriend seeing her nervous but he just stayed silent to hear " I know you are entitled to your secrets and I won't push it if you ask me not to but… " Naruto nodded to hear " Why, didn't you tell me about the bats." Naruto sighed then he said " What do you want to know?" Naruto saw Hinata look up then heard " Everything." Naruto nodded and said " It started right after Reko killed himself in front of us. It made me puke but I remembered the bat so I set a clone to the bat. He gave me the contract wet and smudged so I fixed it and then the bat insisted I keep the contract." Naruto let out a sigh then said " I took it not wanting to be in the cave any more but didn't sign it at first. I sighed a month or two later I Don't remember and I started to train with them in secret. I first wanted it to be a surprise but then I more or less kind of forgot all about it." Naruto was now rubbing the back of his head and just said " I forgot you didn't know and just summoned them." Naruto saw Hinata give a nod then heard her say softly " Idiot." Naruto just smiled then heard " And the transformation when you fought Orochimaru." Naruto instantly looked down then said " Hinata, it's something very, very personal and…" Naruto stopped talking just looking down when he heard Hinata say " Ok." Naruto saw Hinata standing then heard " I'm tired and…" Naruto saw Hinata turn and quickly walk out but he said nothing and after the door closed he groaned.
* Hours Later *
Hinata was sitting on the top of the tower looking at the sun as it went behind the trees when she heard " Hey." Hinata turned around, her eyes going wide to see Naruto standing there with crutches. Hinata got up and said to Naruto, " You should be in bed." Hinata saw Naruto smile weakly then heard " We should talk." Hinata shook her head to hear Naruto say loudly " Hinata, we need to." Hinata nodded, then she helped Naruto over to the edge then helped him sit. Hinata just sighed as she sat by herself to hear " Hinata I…" Hinata interrupted her boyfriend by saying " Naruto it's ok if you don't trust me." Hinata then looks away hugging herself to hear " It's I don't trust it. It's just that what you ask will make you think differently to me." Hinata looked at Naruto to see him looking forward, grabbing his stomach. Hinata just looked forward to hearing " Hinata you need to know what I'm going to tell you is a S-rank secret and you can't tell anyone in your generation or you'll be executed. It's your choice." Hinata just nodded to hear " Tell me what happened on October tenth fourteen years ago." Hinata nodded, then said " The Kyuubi No Kitsune attacked Konoha. The fourth Hokage fought the demon and killed the Kyuubi."
Hinata saw Naruto nod and then heard " Yep, that was what you were taught." Hinata was surprised by this and then heard " The Kyuubi No Kitsune is a Biju one of nine. They are made out of chakra and when defeated they don't die more like their chakra spreads through the world and after a few decades they reform." Hinata nodded and then heard " The fourth knew that and knew it was pointless to try and kill the Kyuubi which he couldn't." Hinata heard a sigh from Naruto then heard " Instead the fourth decided to seal it away." Hinata nodded to hear " The nine tails is the strongest one of the nine Biju in doing so he can only be sealed into a new born baby." Hinata's eyes widened to hear " He was sealed into me." Hinata just nodded and then heard " I understand if you hate me and I'll leave you alone." Hinata just looked at Naruto seeing him try to stand so she grabbed his wrist. Hinata saw Naruto look at her so she got closer and just kissed her boyfriend. After a few seconds she pulled back to hear " You don't hate me?" Hinata shook her head and said " No, just that demon for what life he caused you." Hinata saw Naruto look down then heard " Hinata, I talk to Kyuubi and…" Hinata's eyes widened to hear " He's not the reason my life was a hell, it was the fourth's fault. Kyuubi isn't a demon and I'll end us if you call him a demon. I don't care if you think he's a demon, just don't call him a demon." Hinata saw Naruto was about to cry but she smiled and said " Ok." Hinata saw Naruto look up in surprise so she said " Only, you would defend the Kyuubi." Hinata saw Naruto smile then saw him about to speak so she said " Hey, I don't trust the fox but I trust you." Hinata saw Naruto smiled and nodded so she said" Who else knows?" Hinata heard a sigh from Naruto then heard Naruto say " Everyone beside our generation. Kurenai, Kakashi, Iruka just to name a few out of thousands."
Naruto just looked at Hinata with a smile then he looked forward to the falling sun and said " You know we have three days until the exam ends?" Naruto looked back at his girlfriend so he gave a goofy smile and said " So, you get the food and I'll make the seal and we can lock ourselves in a room and just make out." Naruto saw Hinata's face turn tomato red then heard her say " O-oh." Naruto chuckled then said scutting closer " I'm joking, to an extent." Naruto saw Hinata nod but her face was still red so he grabbed her hand and said " Hinata." Naruto saw Hinata look at him so he moved his hand from her hand to her cheek and said " You're the reason I'm here right now." Naruto saw Hinata smile then heard " You probably would have been fine." Naruto shook his head and said " You know some parts of my life that I wouldn't tell anyone else, not even Iruka. Without you as my friend as just someone to be around I don't think I could have lasted." Naruto then gave a big smile and said " My Blind Princess." Naruto saw Hinata's eyes widened then heard " You remember that day?" Naruto just nodded and said " Yep, I do." Naruto then moved hand to the back of his head and said looking forward " I mean I forgot for a long time but when we met in that training ground your face made me remember." Naruto heard a soft chuckle then heard " At least you remember."
Naruto nodded and then heard " But you're no longer my Blind Princess." Naruto then looked back at Hinata seeing her look down but he smiled and said " See a princess needs to be saved but you don't. You're strong and vicious but kind like a rabbit." Naruto saw Hinata look up so he said " Yea, my Blind Rabbit." Naruto saw Hinata smile then heard another chuckle so he looked forward and said " Ok, we've talked and we are good so let's head in." Naruto tried to get up to see Hinata get up and then he felt Hinata help him up. Naruto chuckled as he felt Hinata put his arm around her neck so he said " I'm meant to help you, not the other way around." Naruto heard Hinata chuckle once again then heard " Like I said I'm not a princess and you're my fox." Naruto chuckled then he said as they started walking " You know Kyuubi is grumpy and can be a dick but he's helpful. I only use his power as a last resort." Naruto saw Hinata nod as they got to the door so he said " If there's a way I would like you to meet him." Naruto saw Hinata nod then heard her say " So how exactly do you talk to him? I mean you have to give him some respect." Naruto nodded as they walked down the stairs and said " Yea, I say thanks when needed and I'll treat him nice but if he gets under my skin I'll go off on him." Naruto heard another chuckle then said " Of course you would. You're the only person who has the balls to try and make a friend from a Biju and yet yell at him." Naruto smiled but nodded as they landed on the seventh floor for the both of them to hear " Naruto, you should be in bed." Naruto, with Hinata's help turned and looked at Iruka and he just said " I'm going, I'm going. Just need to tell her a few things." Naruto saw Iruka nod and heard " Me too and I'm assuming the bats." Naruto nodded as they walked over to the other stairs and right after they passed Iruka he said " And of course Kyuubi says hi." Naruto chuckled as he looked behind him seeing Iruka looking at them in shock then heard " She knows." Naruto nodded then said after kissing her cheek " Yea, and she knows what will happen if she tells our generations and I assume you'll keep my secrets including her." Naruto saw Iruka nod when he heard Hinata say " I know we wanted to keep it a secret but why tell him." Naruto smiled and said ' The same reason I told you I want to hold " I trust you with my life."
* Next Day *
Naruto was walking through a hallway with his crouches and Hinata. Naruto just looked around in silence to hear " You wanted to talk to me about something." Naruto nodded and then said " Yea, do you remember that Suna ninja with red hair and has a gorge on his back?" Naruto saw Hinata nod so he nodded and then said " Hinata, he's like me and holds the one tail Ichibi." Naruto saw Hinata nod then heard " Ok." Naruto nodded and said " I know the third round like you do and I want you…" Naruto heard Hinata interrupt himself by saying " I know, quit." Naruto shook his head and said " Not exactly. I don't care if you win or you don't show your skill if he's over powering you. I want you to quit the match then. The Ichibi isn't crazy but the Suna ninja seal is weak and the Ichibi is taking advantage by driving the ninja crazy. I just want you to be careful about including giving up the chance to be promoted." Naruto saw Hinata nod sadly so he said " Hinata." Naruto stopped and then watched her stop so he said " I'm not asking you to instantly quit, I'm just asking you to put you above everything else." Naruto saw Hinata nod with a sad smile then heard " I understand and I'm sad but you just care and want me to be safe." Naruto nodded as they started walking to then hear Hinata say " I was wondering if you could help me with something?" Naruto nodded as they continued walking to hear " To learn the Shadow Clone Jutsu."
Naruto stopped dead in his tracks and said " Hinata do you know the rupacation with the jutsu?" Naruto saw Hinata nod and heard " I figured from watching you that when you create a clone you split your chakra. The more you split it the the less you have and each." Naruto nodded then said " Also I think you gain their physical stress or something like that." Naruto looked at Hinata in confusion to hear " Like if you and a clone both trained for an hour each in taijutsu then you dispel the clone you get two hours of taijutsu training." Naruto nodded in understanding to hear " I think I got the chakra reserves to make one and only one." Naruto nodded then said " Hinata, it's just about making one but being able to make a clone and move. You might be able to split your chakra but you should still be able to cast a jutsu as well. We only have two days but let's see what we can do." Naruto saw Hinata smile so he did as they continued walking.
