Let's get this show started.
"I SHALL HAND YOU ANYTHING YOU WISH! YOU WANT NEVADA? IT'S YOURS! DO NOT-!"
"Yeah, that's the thing. I don't want this hellhole. I want you gone. Nigh Night, shithead."
"NOO0O0O00O0O0O0O0O!"
*BLAM*
As Hank fired his massive revolver into the overloaded Improbability Drive, reality cracked and shattered, dropping him, Sanford, Deimos, and the Auditor somewhere they were never meant to be. Somewhere someone had plans for them all.
"Ah shit, my head feels like someone drove a shotgun through it… eh? The hell am I?" Hank questioned as he awoke, noticing he was somewhere that was completely white and featureless.
"This hell? Sure don't feel like it."
Just as those words exited the Nevadian's mouth, a being that was seemingly made of light materialized in front of him, its head adorned by two antlers, its face featureless.
"The hell are you? God or somethin'?"
The beings featureless face did not change, but words began to be spoken.
"Or something. I am the God of Light. My brother, the God of Darkness, is the one responsible for your resurrections in Nevada. I, however, offer you a different chance. I offer you the chance to go to a different reality, with your companions… and the Auditor."
"Ah HELL naw, I ain't done all that crap just for him to get revived with me. Any other options?"
"No. This is the only option I will present to you. If you decline, you will be subjected to what my brother has awaiting you below. Choose."
"Ah, screw it. Fine. What's the deal?"
"You will be sent to a world known as Remnant, a creation of me and my brothers. Here, you will be tasked with the protection of one Ruby Rose. Your friends and the Auditor will be tasked with the protection of the other members of her team, designated team RWBY."
"Yeah? And why's that, hoss? They 'portant or somethin'?"
"Yes, they are important to the future of the world. Do you accept?"
"Yeah, sure."
"Alright then. Allow me to tell you a story. A lon-"
"Save it. I know you god dudes have a form of tele-somethin' that can beam info right into my brain. Do that."
"…Good idea. I'm surprised I didn't think of that. Well, then, let's see if you can handle all the information at once, hmm?"
"I'll be fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii-… Holy crow, that was wack. So lemme get this straight. This guy's ex-wife hates him, so she wants to destroy the world? Crazy."
"In… a manner of speaking, yes. That is the gist of it. Anyways, all of your companions have accepted the deal as well. Also, one more thing. You cannot harm one another. Your strikes will just sail right through each other. And, if you happen to die, I will piece your body back together and resurrect you, albeit much less… sloppily than my brother. Another thing to note is that none of you will be given Auras, neither will you be able to gain them. However, for you, I implanted an Improbability Drive in your chest, however, this one will simply transform you into you MAG Agent form. You may be able to play it off a Semblance, but perhaps not. The others will be much less squishy as well, and will have generally higher stamina and the such too, to compensate for the transition."
"Alright. Let's get this shit."
At those words, the God of Light snapped his fingers, causing a brief flash of light, before Hank was deposited in what appeared to be a dorm room with hastily strung up bunk beds. Instantly after he lands on the ground, Sanford, Deimos, and the Auditor all tumble out, letting out curses, gasps, and grumbles respectively. The lights in the room flicked on, as a small girl with black hair and red tips stared, openmouthed from her bed, at the pile of bodies on the floor. 3 other young women likewise stared. Hank, being the diplomat he is, tried his most civil greeting.
"T'sup, shitheads?"
Madness Combat? Based as hell. RWBY? Less so, but still one of my favorite things to write about. So… yeah. That's where this is coming from, straight from my mind-meat. Anyways, all my stories are still works in progress, and when I feel up to it, I occasionally write on them. This one I'm writing because the idea would NOT leave my head. BTW, this is between Volumes 2 and 3. Also, alternate timeline Madness dudes. Not TOO alternate, a few things ARE changed though. Most notably, Deimos and Sanford never died, and they all confronted the Auditor after killing Jebus and Tricky. Anyways, stay tuned for more. Also, let me know what I should name the Madness Characters Teams, using their names. (Hank J. Wimbleton, Sanford, Deimos, Auditor)
