At the end of the fight between Yuma and Vectors, Yuma decided to help Vector up so he could keep living, even though he started many mistakes, but that wouldn't change Yuma's opinion of Vector. He was always his friend. Friend... this was a thought that bothered Vector. After the war between the earth, astral world and barian world, the barians have the possibility to live on earth thanks to the numeron code. However, Astral didn't really go back as thought. He would appear when he is needed or someone will ask for him. In the meantime, he stayed in the astral world, because despite everything, his task on earth was done. But he couldn't completely separate himself from his friends. So he did everything to find a middle ground, that was to allow a gateway to walk between both worlds when needed. He had enough hope and trust in everyone that everything would remain harmonious and free of violence so that nothing happened to either world. He relied not only on Yuma and his friends, but, to his grin, on the former Barian that everything stays fine. The only thing everyone worried about was just one person... Vector himself. And that's exactly what he hated, Vector hated that everyone worried about him even though he was more or less fine. What did everyone expect of him that he needed some time to interact with someone, after all he had made everyone's life hell and tried to take over the 3 worlds, no matter if there were casualties. He was evil, mean, manipulative and even depraved on the inside. Such a person does not turn 180 degrees so quickly. And no one can understand something like that unless they're in their shoes. Not even the other ex-barians could understand. In itself he became harmless, but the twisted thoughts and his crazy and biting personality that he had created as a Barian still remained. Even if he did his best to avoid everyone, there was one who kept coming at him despite everything. And. He. hated. It. Although he sometimes doubts whether it isn't hate itself? Self hate in the sense that it all came about to make me feel this way. He couldn't keep up with this for long. He had to end this feeling of desperation about what was to come next. He couldn't see ahead. But the others did. He was there when they made the promise to Astral by saying this. He was alone with his thinking. Everyone looked forward and hoped for peaceful times... Except for him... Although that's a lie too... partly... his emotions were such a tails that he can't even place what it is now. Fury? Grief? regret? He didn't know anymore. He really had to work at it. He continued to go to school as Rei Shingetsu, so everything was inevitable during class, but nobody saw him after that.

Yes, they all tried to be more careful. Friendships with the Barians quickly began to improve again, with friends improving now that they were no longer enemies, it was easier for anyone to deal with, all it took was apologies and common ground and it was all set. It had been a few weeks since they returned and the rest of them settled into the school like normal children. And everything remained normal for the beginning... until a small action had drastic consequences.

00000000000

It was before school. Everyone was present and doing things to pass the time before school started. Durbe learned. Gilag and Alit were at Tori's chatting, or rather Alit trying to flirt with Tori. Ryouga was with his sister Rio. Mizael talked to Kaito. And Yuma was late again of everyone. Vector was always missing longer than he was and usually he only showed up when everyone was already inside, as if he were just waiting for it.

As soon as Yuma arrived in his hurry, the gong had just gone off, leaving enough time to get her stuff and chat for a bit. So they all went in together. Inside, a huge swarm of students approached them, celebrating Yuma since there was a televised tournament recently and he came out as champion. Better said he and Ryouga had achieved the victory since it was a team tag duel. On Yuma's side, he kept saying that Sharks deserved it. He would never have made it alone without his friend. Ryouga, who was also celebrated, was only too happy to accept the fame, but he would never admit that it was almost too much for him. For the rest of her crew, this had become normal by now, which is why they only smiled at it or even rolled their eyes at the fan-girling. It lasted even until they were in class and sat down, then it died out and continued with autographs until after school, it was always like that. The downside was that this was always a huge distraction for the two and they missed a lot, like the fact that the orange-head hadn't shown up the whole time.

They didn't realize it until later, in a way.

Namely, Ryouga found the Astral Key after the sport, apparently Yuma had lost it again in his locker, and therefore took it with him and attached it to his wrist. He would give it to him afterwards.

When he saw Yuma later, he saw that he still had detentions from previous times, which did not allow him to leave the school class, so he quickly decided to return the key later. He did go out to the others, though, and they spent a while duelling among friends to wait for Yuma to join them. Right now it was Rio fighting Alit, which was for the simple reason that Alit was hitting on his angel and Rio wanted to put an end to it as she knew Tori enough to know when things got uncomfortable. And she herself was the one who noticed all the actions, firstly Tori always told her everything and secondly the rumor mill was a big thing. It was in the middle of it when Ryouga saw Vector appear, casually like nothing happened. He approached the group and stood by silently, without anything and just watching.

When Rio won, so Alit promised, as they had agreed, not to hit on Tori for 3 days or anything like that, but again he didn't really mind. There was another 2 angel for him, which he marveled at. Rio just shook his head at Alit and muttered "What a stupid idiot of a romantic!" She then walked over to Tori and said, "I tried." "Thank you, I really appreciate it!" she said back, with a sincere smile.

However, Alit walked in front of Tori and took her hand and said full of determination "Now my angel don't worry, after my deadline I will come back, rest assured. If you will excuse me, I have to think of my angel and see if my dear something is missing!" then he ran into the school. The theater was always audible for everyone, which is why everyone gave the same reaction of sweat droplets appearing in anime style while they think oh man!

At Vector his being stirred, he decided he had seen enough for today and took a deep breath to get on his socks to disappear again. Unfortunately, to his regret, he still heard enough to catch snitch who were getting close again around Ryouga. His vein burst. He was annoyed when he thought about why his ex-barian got so much attention. Even when he betrayed everyone and switched sides, everyone forgave him, why doesn't anyone care about all these misdeeds? He saw and heard it over and over again. And it annoyed him to death. For him, none deserved this fame. And that was the trigger point, which is why there was an argument with Vector and Ryouga after school. For them there was no good reason for quarrels at the moment, when vector was involved you felt like you could complain about anything, no matter how stupid it was.

The monologue, or rather the argument and battle, got out of hand. They overshadowed everyone close, which was mostly just friends anyway. Rio at least tried to calm both of them down, or at least make them yell quieter at each other since they were still in public. Right at the forefront of the battle, unknowingly for everyone, Yuma emerged from the background and with him was Alit who reacted immediately when he saw his angel with that downcast face when he heard the worst in his eyes "You know, I need no friends or anyone, not you, not any of you, not even the good-natured Yuma. And you know what, what's wrong here. Nobody deserves that. None of you. Not even you. Not a former barian, not a hero either I." Everything became quiet immediately after this statement. Ryouga and the others just stayed silent, silent. Vector tried to recover somewhat to keep going, to keep screaming, but he also saw the descendant and damn it, he felt anger again. But, to his admission, at the moment he didn't care if the youngster got wet. Really, he hates all emotions right now. It was just one tear, then two, and then more and more, but he saw that he was trying to hide it as best he could. He was the lucky one and Yuma hadn't always cared what happened to him, everyone else had only counted in the first place. So his next move wasn't surprising, walking tenderly and standing in front of him and giving Rei a tender hug...or he tried. However, Vector knocked Yuma aside and Vector steeled his gaze "I wish you knew what it's like to be in my shoes. But you can't and never will. Especially you, you supposed heroes." Yuma then got a depressed look again, he took it very personally, especially the last sentence because he knew it was aimed at him. He just wanted to be a friend for vector, but apparently it's harder than he thought and that alone makes him sad. How come? Doesn't he trust me? Is he not well? Or does he still have to process everything? I just want to help him! But why doesn't he want help? Shingetsu...what happened to you!? Yuma thought to himself as he held his swatted hand and looked at Rei with sadness.

Ryouga alone could only shake his head as he saw Vector walking away "Really!" he turned to look at his friend whose expression he didn't like "Yuma? Are you alright?" But Yuma got up happily again, which was a lie and quickly looked for an explanation to leave. The atmosphere had just gotten too disgusting.

Alit made the next move and said goodbye to his angel to want to go after the other angel, but his friend Gilag and Rio stopped him. "I think he needs a moment alone," Tori said to the tanned man.

Everyone went home and Ryouga still had the key. He did a mental flashback, hoping that Vector wouldn't do anything stupid and Yuma on the other hand would soon feel better while playing around with the key in his hand. He looked over at his sister and decided to get ready like her.

As Ryouga stood by the window this time fully dressed, he looked out grimly this time, but also with concern in the back of his mind. He'd noticed it before, but also ignored it, thinking it was his imagination, but now he knows that's not the case anymore. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a pendant that was Yuma's, the Astral Key. In fact, he saw the astral pendant light up briefly while he was playing around earlier. He now stretched it out more toward the night sky so that the pendant would remain more covered in the moonlight. However, it graced it with a blanket of astral blue paint wrapping around the key. It swayed back and forth from a faint to a strong blue, but the result remained the same. After that, the pendant no longer radiated, but instead a certain alarm sound emanated from it, which can be compared to a sound bell. Shark sighed and put the pendant in the bedside table and laid himself down to sleep. But even with his eyes closed, he had received a surprising shock when the blue spirit stood in front of his eyes and then they both stared at each other questioningly.

"Astral?"

"...Ryouga? What's going on? Did something happen?"

"Why do you ask?"

"I sense something powerful. Powerful magic around here. Be careful, Ryouga!" Ryouga opens his eyes again and no longer sees Astral, but instead his gaze looks toward the window out into the sky to the stars.

He saw something yellow flash abruptly in the sky "A wishing star? Well why not. I wish... that everyone gets what they deserve, be happy and fair to each other and no more fighting!" After this he went to sleep and when he woke up the next time he found himself in a big place that shines much too brightly for his half-tiredness, everything was just white, otherwise there were no colors. As his eyes began to adjust, he looked around and saw a few of his friends and associates lying there as well as he was a second ago. They were 2 of the Arclights brothers IV and V. The 3 of the 7 former Barians Ryouga, Alit and Vector. Instinctively he went to everyone and helped them up. One of the friends asked where they were and what ''here'' is. Another asked while helping him, at the same time how they got here in the first place. However, everyone agreed that after everyone went to sleep at some point, they were suddenly here for no apparent reason. Ryouga had a strange feeling in the back of his mind and got the urge to look for the key and yes it was there and felt little or no astral energy, just like before. "Okay how do we get out of here? I was busy and..." Alit started but was interrupted by another voice. "Nobody goes here as long as the call is not followed!" said this monotonously.

In front of them appeared a consumption of a man rapidly assuming form. She introduced himself as a keeper and that he had no name but he represented the bad so you could call him Yin. After that, a look-a-like appeared in a female version. She introduced herself as another Guardian and that she also had no name but she represented good so you could call her yang. "What do you mean don't go and answer the call? Is it you why we're here?" "Like I said, I can't let you go! You all called us! Your wishes were deeply rooted and deeply impressed. That is something that in our case cannot be ignored! We are Guardians and responsible for maintaining the balance. We have all watched you long enough to judge!"

"Fix what?" asked V

"Wait are you kidding me?" spat IV

"Ehhhhh?" Ryouga asked confused "But how is that possible..." and points to the two of them.

"Maybe it's like magic or something... I mean, we weren't exactly normal either..." Alit said.

"Yea...right...but that was still weird," IV said in reference to Alit's comment.

"Oh great, more magic... paranormal stuff..." V muttered to himself.

Yin spoke up, "People, you have expressed your wish at a star fire. Those who are here will now have yours fulfilled. But also under certain circumstances."

"What's he talking about?" whispered IV

Yang spoke a little clearer "What my brother is trying to say is that in the evening each of you expressed a wish and or even a need at the hour of the event taking place in the sky sea. On that night to which your wish was directed, the star fire appeared. A rare star of the of great importance to us. He knows the one for those who need it and we both are his guardians and servants. If humans consider shooting stars as a source of desire then the origin is from the star fire. Humans, you have been honored to have your wish fulfilled . However, the wish is only possible to a limited extent. Most of you would have a cross-reaction if all wishes were made and some simply contradicted each other. Think like that, children, and tell me what you desire with the consensus of all." Everyone listened carefully and processed it at the end, everyone blinked at all the information and tried to figure it out. Yang made a magic sphere appear in her hands, filled with data and code. "This will be yours. Use it when you're ready and the rest will happen in the background." Ryouga approached her and picked up the orb. "One wish... and one user..."

"Ryouga!" the addressed turned to the voice "I think I have an idea!"

It took them a while until everyone told their own story and finally came to the conclusion "Okay, I think we have almost all of them and a solution. Okay, just one more thing...Vector?!"

"Oh you really want to know what I want, don't you? Well how about this..." Vector trailed off "Spit it out Vector!" Ryouga rolled his eyes. Vector clenched his fist and said in a darker tone "I wish all so called heroes knew what it's like to be me!"

"EHHHHHHHHHHH!?" Everyone widened their eyes and was speechless. How should you combine something like that with your rather harmless wishes since everyone had to agree?

"Really Vector what the hell are you talking about, you can't be serious!"

He got angry "Yes it is! I wish every inevitable good was bad and he was seen as the villain that you experience what it's like on the other side, on the dark side. YES. That's exactly what I want, if it You like it or not! And nothing can change my mind about it." Vector's anger became brutal, you could tell he had a freak out, but it was strange that the level around them slowly began to tremble.

Yin interrupted them and warned that their time was up and that people should quickly decide what they are."Okay I'll do it" Ryouga said and threw one last hard look at the other. "And how does that work then, mister?" "I will use magic to grant the wish. I will adjust the being as the wish wished, the only ones who can remember everything will be the wish itself, the rest of those affected by the wish will be sent onwards ignorant." Yang continued, "However, remember, once used, there is no going back. Do you want to embark on this journey?" They nodded to each other. Ryouga went ahead and voiced the wish adjusted to how everyone would like it. Vector just not included. He already started the sentence but he noticed how he moved to the side and a voice...which he knew only too well...continued where he left off. In the end everything was shone in a bright light so that everyone had to shade their eyes and everyone was pushed away from each other by a violent gust of wind and they landed on the ground, all even unconscious.

Vector didn't admit it, but he knew he'd heard a deep voice inside that he agreed, "The universe is always about balance. No one is born bad, they're made bad. The good guys are heroes for a reason." the code had warned him before it would go away and all would fall into darkness and at the same time he knew that ryouga did it too since no one else was awake as soon as the light went away everyone was there as before when they were brought to this place. He thought to himself "tch so everything's still the same tomorrow I'll take care of this ryouga!" and lies down knowing nothing of what may come.

In the morning he felt rested and ready to go to school with his sister as usual and hoping to find things better if what he remembered from the night was to be. Something itched inside him that said something felt different...okay not exactly different but at least something was going to happen. It later turned out that something really wasn't the way it was supposed to be. They all met in front of the school but everything was normal, Vector also came when he wanted and Yuma much too late, but later in the first break the first one started to act like he had changed. It happened so suddenly that nobody reacted in the first second or really questioned. It was when they all sat at the table and did their thing while eating that the first headache started to set in. It was Yuma, but when Alit asked if everything was okay, he nodded and it continued. Yuma didn't let on that he wasn't feeling well...he felt different and the more time passed, he felt weirder and not just in his head, but he didn't tell anyone so that nobody would worry. Tori chimed in when she saw how bad he was. Also, Alit, who idolizes both characters, just turned his attention to Yuma by just staring at him, but unlike what you're used to, it was more...protective followed by love. And when he intervened, he completely ignored Tori, his angel.

When Vector joins them in the next break he seems shy even to everyone and the connection between everyone seems strained, even ducking as if avoiding them. Okay that in itself isn't really anything new because when he was pissed off there was that or they fight and fight back with words but this felt different.

Tori stayed and only talked to Yuma all day or maybe Alit, but other than that she wasn't interested, she acted more chick-like. Something uncharacteristic of the girl. Even as they all headed home away, Tori was the clingy one and pulled Yuma. She snorted and gave the others an angry glare as yuma decided for the others to go along. Instead of going with her alone. Tori snorted at his decision but let go and angrily dragged Alit with him.

It was getting late for everyone to go home, since all the barians were staying with Ryouga, he also took the lead. That would mean all accompanied yuma and then III before the rest vanished.

/ time skip + (?)POV/

A brown haired man frowned at the unfolded piece of paper he was being given in his hand."Is that all there was to the message?" he asked, holding out the piece of paper to his colleague. He shrugged his shoulders. "That's it. The boy took off before I could get anything else out of him.""And you didn't recognize him?" the Brown man raised an eyebrow"Nope. I've never seen him here before." The blond said and squinted into the sunlight. "What do you think?""I don't know," said the Brown haared man. "It's all very vague. One line and nothing else. Just a place and a name.""Could be a trap," his buddy suggested. "Maybe I should come with you."The brunette man shook his head. "It says to come alone."The blond rolled his eyes. "Since when have you ever done what anyone says?"His colleague smiled. "Neither do you! But I have to admit, they piqued my curiosity." he folded the paper again. "I'll go alone, but you stay close.!"

The brown-haired boy entered the place but his buddy was waiting in front of the door because they know that their client could react dangerously to it. In the room, he kicked the chair away from the table, turned it, and straddled it, carefully examining the man across from him. "You summoned me?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. The older and taller man leaned back in his chair. "I heard you're someone with certain abilities. An ability I might find useful."

He bowed his head slightly. "It is possible." he patiently waited for the man to elaborate on what he wanted from him. He stared at it steadily, as if measuring it. "I need someone to infiltrate a small group of travelers on Earth. They managed to steal something important I was working on and are now trying to derail it, and so far they've managed to evade me as well. I need someone inside to let me know."

"And you think who is someone I am?"

"Possibly." The man's steely eyes bored into him, but he knew that kind of look berets so he didn't mind. After all, he is friends with his son who shows similar traits. Without batting an eyelid, he only showed a slightly bored demeanor.

"What's in it for me?" he asked.

"You will be well compensated," the older man said reasonably. "And you won't be in much danger. The group is hardly a threat to any of us. They may be rebels, but that's nothing they can't handle, am I right?"

"Well anyway. I need information and I need you as my ears."

"Why can't one of the others do it? You hardly stand out on earth thanks to your ability?"

"I've considered that. But they're not there yet. But as soon as I or you realize that my plan is in jeopardy, you will of course receive support."

"And then what?"

"And then I can finish what I started."The older man started to smile, a cold smile that stopped before it reached his eyes. "There's more," he said. He paused, but just looked bored."These people – the ones you are so familiar with. Rumor has it they know where he is."

"It better not be her EGO talking."The man looked up at him and his eyes narrowed."There know," he assured. "And they can lead you straight to him and something that can end him brown haired boy stood and placed one booted foot on the chair and leaned forward to rest against the man's face."I want your guarantee," he growled. "Do what you want with the others, but he's mine."

"I have no quarrel with him. He is all yours."

"No strings attached?"

"Beyond the information you will provide me? No."
