"I hate whoever decided we had to do this in front of thousands of people," I said as we were walking out of the tunnel that lead into the stadium, "I don't know who they are but I hate them deeply and I think they should be thrown in jail," Bondo nodded furiously at that.

Whilst I wasn't one to normally be scared in front of people. I had faced worse than a dozen people staring at me before, this was just overkill. Bakugo sneered, "What? To afraid to lose in front of these extra's?" He got chopped by Kendo for that. He quickly recovered and backed away as he rubbed his neck.

I shook my head, "No not really. Its just... nerve-wracking to be in front of these people. They are watching us for their own amusement and it kinda sucks that if we fail they'll laugh at us and hell if we're unlucky we might become a meme," If I walked out of here today and didn't become a meme then I'd consider today a success.

Midoriya nodded shakily, "Yeah... its nerve-wracking,"

We walked out of the tunnel and light entered our vision, "Here we have our lovely hero course students, class 1-A, and 1-B," I noticed Midnight was the one announcing that. Oh great, fuck my life, "Then we have our lovely General education students in 1-C and 1-D," I looked over and saw some gen-ed kids sneering at us. Oh great, "Then we have our wonderful Management and Support classes, 1-E, 1-F, 1-G, and 1-H," Midnight cracked her whip then and pointed toward the announcer booth, "And finally we have our two announcers who will be commentating this wonderful event,"

The crowd cheered and was lively at that. The crowd seemed excited today.

Midnight smiled, "And now our student pledge from first place in the entrance exams. Since we can't be using real names for privacy reasons we will be using their codenames or hero names! Dynamight would you please come to the stage?" Oh no. I prepared to do crowd control right away. What the fuck was that fucking rat was thinking when he allowed Bakugo. Bakugo to do this. I knew Midnight at least had common sense.

Bakugo, with a mask on walked up to the stage and grabbed the microphone and grabbed it roughly. I knew he wasn't going to say something appropriate for the festival. Especially this one. I could practically see his grin, "I pledge," He started, "You extra's," He looked to all of us, "Will lose," He pointed to himself then, "And I'm going to win," He then dropped the Microphone.

Everyone boo'd right away, "These class-A assholes think they're better than us,"

"Yeah they think they're so special,"

"They're probably the reason All Might died,"

"Fuck these brats. I hope they lose,"

"Yeah. What does it say about them if that guy is such a jerk?"

Bakugo just grinned, "Your all mad because you know I'll beat you all!" He laughed to himself then and walked away.

I sighed. This couldn't happen. I looked to my friends and saw some seething(Yoarashi wasn't happy) and others just disappointed. I looked at Midnight and to the microphone. 'Fuck I hate my life. But I need to do this. This is for All Might's memory. We can't have it tainted by Bakubitch being an ass,"

Midnight nodded like she knew what I was thinking and I in an instant grabbed the Microphone. Everyone looked confused. I looked to my friends, "I'm doing what Bakugo should have done, is this allowed Midnight-sensei?" I hoped it was.

Midnight nodded, "Since we planned the time for a long speech you'd have plenty of time," She then turned of the microphone remotely for a second, "Also we can't have this and nobody else is volunteering. So please don't do what he did," I was half tempted to then.

People amongst the crowd were muttering and I gathered the fortitude to speak once more. 'Bakugo so owes me after this one.' I turned the Microphone back on, "Sorry about my classmate. He's an asshole," That got everyone's attention right away, "He shouldn't have been the one to give a whole speech. It was just him making us look bad," Fuck you Bakugo I'm throwing you under the bus, "I expected him to have something good so I didn't really plan shit so I'm just going to say there shouldn't be some grand sense of competition, some sort of hate amongst us. To try and hurt each other and get ahead. What we are supposed to do today is give All Might a show from above and that's what most of us intend to do. This isn't about winning, this is about honoring the man who kept society afloat for so long. And we're going to do that by giving him one final show to prove we are worthy of the society he left behind," I breathed in heavily then, "Plus ultra," I dropped the mic then. The boo's turned into cheers then.

I walked away and Bakugo seethed, "WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT? I WAS THE ONE GIVING THE SPEECH NOT YOU," Kendo shut him up with a chop as everyone else was talking about Class 1-A not being filled with irredeemable pricks.

I grinned, "You didn't give a speech. You called for a war. I just brought us peace because not everyone wants a target on their back. You got your wish I got mine," I then saluted Kendo, "Thank you for your service," Bakugo then was about to shout.

I ignored Bakugo in favor of listening to Midnight, "Thank you Bakuhatsu for the speech. Since Dynamight's uh "speech" wasn't satisfactory we will ignore that wasn't allowed. Now onto the first event of the sports festival!" She span a wheel and it landed on the obstacle course, "Ding, Ding, Ding! We have the obstacle course now,"

Suddenly my ears died as Presentation Micheal spoke, "ALRIGHT! The obstacle course is a fan favorite. It'll surely be good this year with some powerhouses and some schemers we have in these classes," He was loud. I could hear Eraserhead groan in agreement with my thoughts.

Midnight smiled, "Exactly. The rules are simple. All classes must race throughout the four kilometer track around the arena. Said track is filled with obstacles like the Robo- oops I don't want to spoil that now do I?" She chuckled, "Students are permitted to use their quirks however they like as long as they don't attack another student," I saw quite a few of my classmates look disappointed. I saw a majority of the crowd look disappointed too, "Students can use their quirk to trap other students as well to keep things interesting. And no leaving the track," She cracked her whip," Now you all have to get to the start of the track!" She said that as part of the stadium opened up, revealing the track.

Okay this was still nerve-wracking as hell. The race started with Midnights count down. Right away Todoroki froze the ground as he slid across the ice. Yoarashi began propelling himself forward with his wind. Bakugo launched himself with his explosions. Midoriya began running with full cowling. Everyone else began using their quirks to give them advantageous positions. Only the top 42 would make it in.

I didn't go right away. I needed to make a C2. I had managed to convince Nezu to allow me both the clay and my other support Items. I planned to unveil those later. The rat decided it'd be a wonderful surprise and allowed me enough clay to make roughly five C2.

"Woah Frosttorch rockets into the lead with Dynamight, Galeforce, and Dekiru following close behind. Will they catch up or will they fail to rise to the challenge? Oh whats this? It looks like Bakuhatsu's staying behind. What does he have up his sleeve?" Present Mic asked the crowd and his Coannouncer.

Eraserhead groaned, "He's likely preparing his method of travel which takes time to prepare," Bingo, "So he's staying behind as for it to not get destroyed to early or at all," The man probably went back to sleep then.

I grinned, "Bingo," I then hopped on my C2 dragon, "And away we go!" False bravado and confidence was what I was built off of. Why stop using it now?

I began flying at high speeds right away. It was time to catch up. And then I saw robots.

Todoroki blasted through some robots with his ice, freezing them into position, "Out of my way," He then slid past them with ease.

"It looks like Frosttorch freezes the robots with ease! Lets see how the other competitors handle this," Everyone in the crowd was confused by this. The robots then began falling as Kirishima and Tetsutetsu were under them, "It looks like Red Riot and Reel Steel are in some trouble now. Lets see what they do!"

The robots fell on the two boys seemingly crushing them but the two boys emerged unscathed, "Alright! That was manly as hell!" Tetsutetsu shouted as he appeared. More people began overtaking them with Bakugo flying over them, Yoarashi flying past them, and Midoriya running past them.

Kirishima didn't care though, "Yeah! Lets do it again!" He got out of the robot and so did Tetsutetsu. They began running to another robot right away.

Eraserhead groaned, "Idiots,"

Present Mic just smiled from behind his microphone, "It looks like the clone duo survived that. But can they survive the next pair of robots?" They did. The crowd cheered and whistled. They were all so excited.

More students destroyed the robots or simply dodged them. One released a giant shadow bird and destroyed the robot, another kid, from gen-ed short circuited multiple and had to be helped by a blue haired gen-ed girl. Another who looked frog-like bounced around and over the robots with ease.

The crowd was going wild as they watched this on screen.

Suddenly a dragon made of clay appeared, flying past the top thirty and heading into the top ten, "It seems Bakuhatsu has caught up and exploded ahead. Lets see how he and the top ten handle the fall!"

Todoroki, Bakugo, and Yoarashi flew past it with ease it seems as they paid the obstacle course no mind. Midoriya, Tokoyami, Hatsume, Asui, Iida, and Nendo used their quirks to get past it. With the last flying over it with a dragon made of clay like he did in the last obstacle. He overtook all but Tokoyami and Midoriya then and there.

"Wowsers! It seems the top ten skyrocketed past the fall! Lets see how they do against the final obstacle of the course, the minefield," The minefield was literally a kilometer long minefield. Bakugo and Todoroki were slowing down because of said minefield. They needed to be careful.

This gave time for Midoriya to catch up as well as Yoarashi soaring ahead. Shiozaki, Honenuki, Nendo, and Tokoyami catching up.

Present Mic couldn't believe it, "It looks like the rest of the top ten aren't far behind. Galeforce is gunning for first with Dekiru catching up with what looks like great pain. Lets see how the rest of these students deal with the minefield!"

Yoarashi took first then.

"AND GALEFORCE TAKES FIRST! DEKIRU TAKES SECOND. LETS SEE WHO TAKES THIRD!" I heard Present Mic all out and I knew I needed to do something big then. I couldn't let Bakugo or Todoroki show me up couldn't I?

'I'll be sore after this but I'll be able to continue thankfully,' I knew I wouldn't be anywhere last but I could hear people behind me whoever they were, begin to catch up. We trained with class 1-B during the last month but I didn't really train with a lot of people. I just knew people were behind me and they weren't from my class. I then saw a vine-haired girl exceed me. I knew then I had to jump.

I tilted my C2 and blew it up as I jumped. Sending me toward the finish line at a very high speed. I felt pain in my lower body but not anything other than impact damage and heat. I could tell that my pants were in tatters from the knee's down.

"AND BAKUHATSU TAKES THIRD WITH A QUICK ACT OF DESTROYING HIS OWN DRAGON!" Yay me. I then saw an angry Todoroki and Bakugo crossing the finish line, "FROSTTORCH TAKES FOURTH, JUST SLIGHTLY AFTER DYNAMIGHT WHO TAKES FITH!" Very helpful.

Bakugo seethed, "WHAT THE FUCK?! I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FIRST! I CALL BULLSHIT!"

I tuned out Bakugo and Present Mick before they shouted again and I began limping away. I felt a hand on my shoulder and looked to see Midoriya, "Hey I think you need to goto Recovery Girl. Your limping," I saw the Midoriy was too, "You probably pulled a muscle,"

I grinned, "You did too. Your not the only one who knows what a limp looks like," Midoriya then put my arm over his shoulder, "Your coming with me though," Midoriya nodded and we began to walk to our doom.

As Hagakure crossed the line we reached the final person for the event and Midnight cracked her whip, "And that's 42 people! Now onto the next event!" She span a wheel, "A calvary race! Our top 42 contestants will be getting a headband, it will be worth five times the equivalent of last so for example if you got tenth you'd have 160 points! But there's a twist. First place is worth Ten million points!" Everyone looked to Yoarashi who grinned and laughed, "You will all have ten minutes to form teams of up to four members. Good luck and have fun. Anything goes except fatal attacks and excessive force!" Midnight walked away then but before she was out of sight completely, "Oh yeah the teammates will carry the horse and the horse can't touch the ground, so good luck!" She then disappeared completely. We were handed headbands by robots and I got mine.

Okay I'd stay the fuck away from Yoarashi with a twenty foot pole if I could help it. I saw Hatsume look at him hungrily. Eyeing the headband. But she then walked to me, "I'm joining your team Blasty and we're getting that ten million headband," Okay fair enough, "Besides Im sure you want this as an opportunity to reveal the baby made for this event. And I can make sure your clay dragons are blown up quickly," She pulled out a miniature air pump like she planned for this.

She had me there, "Alright. Is there anyone else we want to join our team though?" I then felt someone tap on my shoulder.

I turned around and saw Kodai and Pony, "We'll join your team,"

Hatsume grinned, "Alright that makes four! Lets do this then!"

Midnight reappeared, "Alright. The teams have been formed. There are eleven teams. Team Froppy, Team Dekiru, Team Bakuhatsu Team Frosttorch, Team Dynamight, Team Invisible girl, Team Mudman, Team Phantom thief, Team Cellophane, Team Mindhack, and Team Grape Juice. They are listed from most points to least points. Now Begin!"

Me, Tsunotori, Kodai, And Hatsume began riding a giant horn with shitloads of support items on it. Mainly rocket boosters the Hatsume somehow had. I elected to not question it and just went along with it. She also gave Kodai some nails and bolts to use in our defense. Tsunotori's job was to focus on keeping the horn up. Kodai on offense. Hatsume on support, And me on Defense. We were gunning for first but we were going to be smart about it. I held the headband on my neck with pride. We had a total of 660 points. Which was great.

I noticed Todoroki's team, Bakugo's team, and Midoriya's team go for Yoarashi right away. Todoroki had A blond I didn't recognise, Class B's rep, and Iida. Bakugo had Kirishima, Ashido, and Tetsutetsu, on his team. And Midoriya had Uraraka, Tokoyami, and Kendo. Solid team. Tokoyami and Kendo for offense, Uraraka for making them weightless when needed, and Midoriya as the rider/defense. Yorashi had Asui as the rider, He was the horse, and a Gen-ed girl.

I saw Yoarashi ignore them and he was rocketing toward us. Oh fuck. He seemed to want to fight me. He was grinning too, "Prepare for impact!" He sent wind toward us as the only other truly airborne team and the horn dodged with speed thanks to Hatsume's support items. I held onto my headband as Asui tried to take it. I grabbed her tongue with my other hand, "Sorry Asui but all's fair in war!" I activated a small explosion making the girl recoil in shock and pain.

Another wind blast was sent toward us, "I'm already having trouble this," Pony needed to keep focus or I'd need to use a C2 which was our last resort. I then froze before I could attack. I saw the Gen-ed girl look at me then. Her quirk.

As Yoarashi prepared to attack once more as the living horse I was now paralysed. I glared at the Gen-ed girl as I couldn't even speak, "Sorry but we plan on sweeping this entire thing. We want every last point," She said in a sickly sweet voice.

'Oh fuck no. I'm not going to allow this,' I wanted to avoid Yoarashi for as long as possible but fuck it. I'd unveil my new toys now. It felt like I was fighting against something in my mind. But I won. Just in time too as another blast of wind was sent toward us as we approached Bakugo and Todoroki's teams. Soon we were above them and Yoarashi came skyrocketing to us with his teammates on his back, "GALESHOT; TEMPEST WINDS!"

Arrows of wind were sent toward us and Hatsume handed Kodai a slingshot, "It'll do the aiming for you. Use your quirk at the last second," She grinned, "Time to see what the first of my attack babies can do!" Kodai nodded and loaded three lug nuts into the sling shot. She shot them and they all were heading toward the arrows. Suddenly they grew in size and canceled out the arrows.

"Heaven piercing ice wall!" We heard from below us and A large spikey wall of ice separated us from Yoarashi. They also separated Tetsutetsu from Bakugo's team. Nice. Less defence for Bakugo.

I looked down to Todoroki who just noticed us, "Thanks dude!" I waved as I sent down a tiny clay dove at Bakugo as a gift. We nearly got ice walled ourself but Hatsume and Pony stopped it with speed, "Okay fuck you!"

Yoarashi reappeared and sent more wind at us, "He's persistent. At this rate we'd never get close, Blasty release the cannons!" Hatsume pointed at my support items on my arms, "We need to send a message!" I agreed.

Kodai nodded and Pony grinned, "Yeah we need this to do so we can prove we're the best!"

I grinned as Yoarashi attacked, "Well prepare and hold on you three!" I pointed my arm at Yoarashi now. 'Okay a C2 should be enough.'

Yoarashi saw me preparing an attack, "LETS FINISH THIS WITH ONE PASSIONATE ATTACK! GALESHOT: TEMPEST HURICANE!" Oh shit. He gathered wind in his hand and made it spiral. Like a Rasengan from Naruto. He then thrwew it and it unfurled into a hurricane esque force.

'Oh shit. I'll need to go for a C0. That'll break my arm though. Oh fuck it I'll still have an arm,' I raised my arm and forced out all of the nitroglycerin I could, " FINE YOU WANT A FINAL ATTACK. I'LL GIVE YOU MY BEST ONE," I cocked my fist back, "C-0 IMPACT!" I punched the air and the horn was sent to the ground as I felt my arm break and tremendous force hit the air. The hurricane ignited into a giant inferno.

*BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!*

I groaned as I sat up. Our headband was safe and I was being held by something already, "HOLY SHIT THAT WAS INCREDIBLE!" I heard Pony shout in English before she turned to me, "HOLY SHIT YOUR ARM LOOKS HORRIBLE!" I looked at my now purple arm and it looked almost exactly how Midoriya's did in the entrance exams. 'And I didn't even have as much power. From my best estimates that would have been around 35% of it maybe?' No. Probably less. 20 at most, most likely. I chuckled dryly, 'Fuck though. That had to be the most painful thing I've ever experienced' I tried to move my other arm only to discovered it was broken too. I landed on it funnily. Luckily my support item wasn't! Only my arm!

I grinned, "Its not over yet," I looked over to the dazed Yoarashi, Asui, and Gen-ed girl. All that were Nearby were also dazed or on the ground. 'Fuck though that hurt. It still does. It was worth it though' I still had my headbands. We were good.

A whipped cracked and Midnight appeared, "Actually yes it is! Quite a fine attack if I say so myself. It was so powerful that it knocked out the speakers for the event. Your team is in fourth, Todoroki's team got fifth because your attack knocked off their headbands in time. So congrats you and your team made it in!" She cracked her whip again, "Also the mic is off right now since... Yeah it'll take time for that to come back online because of that heatwave. Anyways you need to go to recovery girl whilst team Todoroki decides who goes into the final spot," She walked away then. Likely to console another poor bastard who lost or got injured.

I stood up shakily, "Well we're going to the next event at least! Also sorry about the fall and me breaking my support item on my left arm,"

Hatsume only grinned, "I don't care about that right now. I'll be mad later. You just made that entire inferno possible with my baby! That was incredible!" She then looked at my arm, "Alright now lets get you to Recovery Girl," I tried to walk by myself but I fell down

Pony then helped me up, "Here we'll help," She slung my broken arm over her shoulder, "This feels weird," Kodai slung my other arm over her shoulder and we began walking to Recovery Girl's office.

Hatsume waved us off, "Bye it was nice working with you three,"

Then we kept walking to my doom.

Well that happened. So I decided to reveal Katsu's supermove early. It just wrote itself that way. I planned on him only using C-3 Impact but I decided why not show out MC doom for the second time that day? Poor bastard can't get a break. So yeah those are what his support items are. They take a lot of the impact when he punches with his explosives. I don't plan on this being his main move set. He is supposed to be Deidara after all but he's just getting some options that aren't long range too.

Anyways I decided to make these short because I wanted to. I want to focus more on the fights next chapter. Anyways thanks for reading!
