The next morning Peter opened his eyes to find MariJane smiling down at him or more accurately at Emma curled against his chest after the bonding was completed he untied her and then they went another round before going to sleep. "One down and probably about 20 to go." Peter hoped she was joking but the subject of his harem it was hard to say. Peter discovered out to use fire magic to heat water in shower like object and when he left truly felt clean of the grim of the road and the enjoyment of being able to take a real shower again. Emma was up now and before going into the shower herself she gave Peter a kiss. "On behalf of the people of Krakoa, Thank you Peter."

"You're welcome." Said Peter smiling as he watch the blonde go into the washroom. A amused snort made him look at MariJane. "So who else earned your blessing?" Peter asked. "Some will need to earn it before they can even have a chance." She said handing him his clothes. "While some that do will need to gather their courage to act on it." Peter mind immediately turned to Sue.

Noticing his look MariJane stepping up to Peter and touching his face. "Let her come to you alright?" He nodded and smiled before kissing her. "I love you MJ." Peter said as he gazed into her full green eyes. "I love you too Tiger." MariJane said running her hands through his hair. "As does so many other including the woman behind you with begging eyes. Peter looked and saw Emma redress gazing at him with hungry eyes.

Smiling Peter shot a web at Emma's hand and yanked her forward catching her before she could fall giving her a kiss of domination but also with a hint of love that the blonde accepted and returned with passion. Soon they were heading downstairs to breakfast where the others were waiting. The Thing immediately recognizing the idiotic grins on their faces. "Sleep well?"

"Very well thank you Sir Grimm." Said Emma bowing. "Please Emma it's just Ben." Said The Thing. "We're not just comrades but friends as well." Emma blinked in surprise as if being called a friend was alien to her. But then she smiled as they sat down. "So what do we know about the Skeleton King?" Asked Peter as they ate. "According to records we found he was once name Prince Arthas who was a champion of the light until madness took him. He was killed by those closes to him to stop his murderous and evil rein. He became the Skeleton King and was sealed away until now." Said MariJane look at an open book next to her. "According to what's written here. The key to defeat him is his old crown which was broken in two and hidden. But doesn't say where it is and sadly all records about that time were in Old Stanford before it got destroyed."

"So a scavenger hunt it is." Said Johnny as he took a bite of his eggs. "There must be more records about that time?" Asked Peter. "Isn't there something like library that stores all information?" Silence followed that question except for Skulk who just kept eating.

"What did I say?" Asked Peter his voice full of concern. "There is a place like that which could have the information we need…" The blonde hands clutched the table. Peter waited watching Sue as her eyes turned dark.

"You don't need to go if you don't want to?" Said Ben and Sue just sighed. "First part is finding it. But It would be Peter best chance of survival if I go with him. You should all continue looking for the location of the other piece as well keep fighting the undead." Everyone except for Peter were nodding. "Um is this place what I think it is?" He asked and again Sue sighed. "It's where my ex husband spends all his time in the Baxter land that he supposedly Reed. In the Iron."

Two horses were soon ready as was Peter who was about to ride to the Divide Land boarder nearest to the kingdom of Baxter. He and Sue could hopefully get in contact with someone to help find a way into the library.

His only companions was Sue dress in regular clothes with a cloak that had a hood instead of her armor as was Peter in order to stay under the radar. Which also meant their weapons were hidden.

MariJane before giving Peter a final kiss said. "Just come back to me Tiger." He nodded and gave a reinsure smile. "I plan to." Peter then got on to his horde next to Sue and Blink through one of those teleportation daggers she used which opened on to a swampy looking land and they rode through. Peter keeping an eye on the others as he entered the portal into a quite different climate the New Stanford was in.

Looking around saw a land that looked to be haft lovely forest and haft swamp land. It was beautiful yet also gloomy at the same time as the horses clopped down a dirt road. "Come." Said Sue to Peter. "Iron Portal Detector would have pick us up and we don't want to be here when the investigators arrive." Peter nodded and followed the blonde down the road. After a while of silence Sue broke it. "You can ask."

"Ask what?" Said Peter actually confused by Sue's words. "Ask that if only Reed remembered I would be by his side now in ruling this land as his queen as I'm supposed to be." Her head was bowed and she wasn't looking at him. "That question can only be answered by answering this one." Said Peter. "If he or Tony did or will remember as we do. Would they rule with iron fists as I keep hearing they're doing." Sue didn't answer and Peter looked between his horses ears.

"They're good men there's no doubt about that and how we feel about them was part of the reason we sided with them on the SHRA. As well we wanted to believe their words about a better future, wanted to believed the logic they say was absolute, believed that we were doing the right thing and the others weren't." Peter's hands clenched. "Yet you and I saw the warning signs. Felt the unease of what we were doing. Thought things couldn't bad. Until-."

"Goliath." Said Sue her voice cold. "Killed by that abomination Stark and Reed made." Peter nodded. "The start of the turning point in us-." His left hand pulse with green energy suddenly as boom rolled over the area along with Cries and screams pierced the air to their left. The loudest was a woman's Screamed full of fear. Immediately Peter and Sue kicked their horses sides to spur them faster heading towards the screaming. Bursting through an underbrush blocking their path Peter saw a group doing battle.

One was beautiful elf with eyes like MariJane but light blue with pointed ears sticking out of her white hair which was the same color as her skin making her also like a flesh and blood ghost. She dress in black outfits the top front part had a long v neck going down to where her bellybutton should be with a red perhaps under shirt underneath covering the shape but there was still plenty of cleavage to be seen. She wore black skin tight pants adorned by a belt with a sword sheath inlay with gold and red gem link belt bulkier. Black boots, black shoulder pad on the left shoulder and black gauntlets over her arms at the wrists the pale woman was beautiful as she welded a black sword with glowing lines and runes along the blade and a gold skull emblem on the crossguard in one hand and a one hand scythe that also had runes along the curve blade. And Peter couldn't help feel that this woman was as familiar to him as MariJane was.

The rest were excepted for one were clearly Iron Judges mostly in red and gold armor in a medieval iron man armor style though with line going across where the eyebrows would be but going down to make them look angry and ending in a X where the nose was. (Dredd movie helmet red line design.) except for the leader who was tall, green and smashing a hammer into the green monsters that were coming from a portal which pulse in tune with Peter's mark. "You need to close the breach!" Said Sue drawing her mace out of nowhere. "Or they'll just keep coming!"

Peter nodded and leaped off his horse and took off into the trees leaping from branch to branch moving towards the green portal which green color hellhounds were coming through. Then Peter saw the white hair woman about to get overwhelmed ahead of him and without thinking he fired a web at a branch swung down and grabbed the woman. Who luckily didn't hack Peter to pieces with her weapons though didn't seem shocked as if she recognized him.

Then Peter said as he swung them through the air towards the portal. "Hope I need you to cover me while I'll close the Portal!" Immediately she nodded and when they landed started keeping the Hellhounds away from Peter.

From the corner of his eye Peter saw the Iron Judges getting over whelm despite their best efforts in fighting back which meant they weren't ready for this fight as one by one a fallen soldier got encase in purple crystal before vanishing hopefully to safety but left the others to deal with the hounds that killed their buddy.

'I need to end this now!' Peter thought as he look at the mark on his hand remembering what MariJane and Emma told him about using it to close portals into the Fell. Holding out his hand towards the portal Peter concentrated and a beam of green shot from his hand at the portal which started to grow smaller and seem to becoming a spiking green crystalline shard ball with the pulsing portal in the center. And which was sucking up first the closed demon dogs turning them into green black dust which also happened to the ones the other slew as well.

The portal grew smaller and smaller until the spike ball was all that was left and finally Peter put a little more energy into it and the spike crystal ball shattered leaving nothing behind. Peter slumped against a tree he was on breathing hard. That took a bit out of him. "Peter!" Called Hope's and Sue's voices full of concern. "I'm fine." He called back before looking to the others. There was only two Iron warriors left one including the tall green leader whose armor was purple and white, the other was the last Iron Judge. Yet Sue wasn't anywhere to be seen.

But before Peter could start fearing for his companion the blue eye white hair pale woman was immediately in front of him. "Oh thank you. You saved my lives." Peter gave a weak smile as he gazed into her blue eyes needing to resist the urge to kiss her which was nuts. "All in the days work of a hero-." Peter stopped because the other remaining Iron Judges approached them. "Don't call me Hope." Hope whispered quietly before the Iron Judge had his mace in the shape of a golden eagle tip pointing close to his head. "Surrender criminals! You're under arrest!" Peter looked at the soldier. "Seriously for what?"

"You're not Registered!" Then the soldier try attacking Peter but before the mace could get brought down it was yanked out of his hand by the all to familiar form of Jennifer Walter aka She-Hulk who was dress similar to a barbarian like Skulk and then the red armor one found a scythe blade press against his throat and Lady Death's eyes glowing brighter with anger.

"Did I give you permission to past judgement Rookie!" Jennifer stepped around the soldier to face Peter. "Lady Jennifer Walter of the Iron Kingdom. Thank you for lending your aid against those demons."

Jennifer held out her hand and after a moment of hesitation Peter shook it. "Peter Parker of the Divide Lands. So it seem that the rumors of bloodthirsty Iron Judges are true." Jennifer glared at the Iron Soldier. "Unfortunately in many cases like the Rookie here those rumors are true. But I hope we can show that we're all not monsters like the rest of the world say we are."

Peter raised an eyebrow and Jennifer sighed. "Even though we say the same thing about them. You were able to close the demon portal which means you can be good ally to have. This lovely warrior is name Lady Death."

'Then why.-…' Thought Peter. But then the Iron Judges brought Peter back to the present by saying very loudly. "Why are we acting as if we're friends. Our ord-." He was shut up by Sue appearing visible behind the Iron Judge and swinging her mace into his head sending him flying sideways before being encased in purple crystal and disappearing in a flash.

"Sorry about that." Sue said her face red and hers eyes had a brief look of fear in them. "Don't Susan." Said Jennifer. "So what brings you two here?" She looked at Peter as did the others and despite having just meet, or old grudges Peter decided that honesty would be more helpful. "We need access to the Baxter's library in order to find the location of the two pieces of the Skeleton King's crown."

The others eyes except for Sue widen. "Well that's not good." Said Jennifer grimly before her face brightened. "Fortunately I have access to the records you seek." "Then you'll help?" Peter asked with a raised eyebrow. "Even if she wouldn't I would." Said Lady Death stepping up to Peter gazing at him with a hint a longing. "You saved my life. So I owe you a left debt." She then knelt before Peter in the traditional knight kneeling with her sword tip in the ground. "I'm your woman, your hand, your blade, your hammer. This I swear on my honor and my sword Deathbringer which is yours to use."

Peter should have been shocked and stunned but actually wasn't. He just nodded in acceptance. Hope rose and sheathed her weapons ignoring the other women stares.

"Getting into the Library will be easy. But getting you into the city…" Jennifer then frowned. "That's going be tricky."

"But it's probably best if we get moving before it gets dark." Said Sue said impatiently. The others agreed and were soon riding down the road. Hope riding a white horse with horns on either side name Vassago and despite the scary appearance and the glowing red eyes Peter thought the horse was magnificent.

Peter looked at Jennifer who rode next to him. "So any reason you're not arresting me and Sue. After all we did use our powers to save you without permission from The Iron's laws?" Jennifer look at him. "And how do know I believe in those Iron Laws?"

"You're a lawyer shouldn't you follow the law even when they're unjust?" They stared at each other. "Just because I chose to follow the SHRA doesn't mean I liked it. In fact none of us like what it was making us do." Peter's eyes narrowed. "Yet you see as a criminal for choosing to switch sides." Jennifer shook her head. "Actually l'd admire you for it." Peter blinked and she explained. "Everyone one of us who remembers had 6 years to reflect on our choices of that war and how the Blue Alliance and the Iron Kingdom reflex what both sides were and could become. Who to say that in another reality there isn't a Blue and Iron in a split in haft America." Jennifer ducked under a branch and distance smokes indicated that a village was up ahead.

"But if you took away the politics, egos, and public opinions. Steve was fighting against an unjust law that was taking the freedom right of America. And Iron Man broke several laws, unjustly imprisoned people without trails, and was willing to commit immoral things like murder to get his way." Peter snorted. "Look like he still doing that given that Iron Judge didn't even try to find out if I was Registered before trying to cave in my skull." Jennifer hands tightened. "Yes at least the Punishers wait to get the facts before passing judgement. Even with my Firm trying to a stabiles an actual justice system."

They were silent for a while Peter could see Jennifer teeth clenched. Finally she unclenched and sighed. "I never saw you as a criminal Peter. Even when you joined Steve. You were doing what you believed was the right thing and that's all you ever done. And it's really good to see you again." Peter returned Jennifer smiled. "You to. Even though you were going ambushed me and Sue before those demons showed up to ambush you instead." Again the green skin She-Hulk sighed and chuckled. "Always able to smell bullshit. Yes the plan was to have Lady Death summon a group of undead to ambush you and then we would come to the rescue insuring you will know who the good guys. Me and Lady Death volunteered to join to keep the Iron Jughead from doing something really stupid." The village appeared in front of them which if Peter remembered correctly was called Holliway.

'Of course that would be Stark's plan pretend to do good while not.' Peter thought as they entered the village. 'Perhaps I should thank those demons for doing their own ambush.' Stopping at the tavern they order food with Peter noticing the weary glances people were giving them. Mostly Jennifer. "I take it that people aren't thrill to see their heroes?" His voice was low and Lady Death nodded. "I'm not associated with Stark unless it suits me and now if it suits you. But the heroes of the old world who are charge with protecting the Iron Kingdom are seen in the same light as the Iron Judges and only after proving them wrong do people realized they were mistaken."

"I know what that's like." Muttered Peter into his stew remembering how people would agree with Jameson's words before realizing he was full of hot air.

Time Skip

Peter was about to walk out of the bathroom when a whispered his made him look down to see a skeletal mouse with glowing blue eyes staring at him. Peter held his palm out and the mouse leaped on to it. Bringing it up to his ear the mouse whispered in Hope's voice into it so only he could hear and what he heard sent chills down his spin. Finally the mouse finished and leaped off his hand into a mouse hole. Peter managed to return to the others despite the stone that dropped in the pit of his stomach.

Later

Peter heard Sue entered their room and the door closed behind her. "What's up Peter?" Came her beautiful voice but Peter continued to stare out the window. "We'll save them Sue." He finally said and saw in the slightly blur reflection the blonde raised an eyebrow. "Saved who?" Sue asked. "The children." Peter answered and heard Sue suck in a breath. "You were pregnant with twin when the world changed and they appeared in this world as full babies. And Reed been using them to gain leverage on you." Sue gave a chocking sound. "P… Peter I… I'm…"

"It's alright Sue." Said Peter turning to face the blonde. "You don't need to apologize." Sue shook her head. "How can you say that? I lied to bring you here to get ambush in the forest. To hand you into the clutches of Stark." Her body was shaking and tears were rolling down her cheeks. "Betraying You the only other man who haves my heart and who haven't broken it! Why?!" Peter stepped forward to hug Sue against him. "Because your reasons were ones of selfishness but of love. Just tell me. Are they mine?" Sue buried her head into his chest. "The boy is name Franklin Richards, he's Reed's. And Valeria Parker she's yours."

"Beautiful names." Said Peter stroking Sue's blonde hair. "But how are we going to save them from Reed?" Sue asked as she pulled back to look at Peter. "With this." He said raising his hand up to show her then explained what the skeleton mouse control by Hope told him. "Who is she?" Sue asked and Peter shrugged. "I don't know. Just that I see her as MariJane equal as if they're two haft of the same coin." She gave a nod. "So what's the plan?"
