Victor is sitting at the dinner table with his paternal Aunt Josephine "Joey" and Uncle Marc Cortez as they're eating spaghetti together. He is clearly bothered by something.

"Something wrong, Victor?" asked Aunt Joey.

"Sorta." answered Victor.

"Well, what is it, buddy?" asked Uncle Marc.

"So, Maddy and I are now open about our relationship to her twin brother and their friends. But her Dad still can't know about it."

"You mentioned that yesterday." Aunt Joey reminded him. "It's just now bothering you?"

"It's not so much as that as what is happening right now at Maddy's house."

"What's going on at Maddy's house?" asked Aunt Joey.

"Maddy and her friends are having dinner at her place and watching a movie together and..."

They realize what he's talking about.

"You wish you were to be with her." Uncle Marc guessed.

"Yeah." Victor confirmed.

"I'm so sorry, sweetheart." expressed Aunt Joey.

All Victor can do is shake his head.

"Dad had to go and be a fucking criminal and ruining our family's name. As a result, Maddy's father doesn't allow her to associate with people like me. Because I don't come from a wealthy family with a high status job like her father's. Her father is a judge. My Dad is a criminal. I'm pretty sure her father presided over some of Dad's cases. Dad ruined me with his shit. And now he's not even here to face the music. He's hiding like a fucking coward."

Victor gets up from the table and storms into his bedroom. Joey and Marc hear his door slamming from the dining room. They are both upset over the pain that their nephew is going through.

"I wish we could do more for him." said Joey.

"We're doing everything that we can." Marc reminds his wife.

A very unhappy Victor is lying in his bed. He's thinking about Maddy and all that he would like to do with her without having to hide from her father. He just wishes that Judge Monroe could accept him for who he is and allow his daughter to be with him. Victor is not a bad guy just because his father is a known criminal. Why should Jason McQueen's criminal history mark his innocent son?

Victor picks up his phone and proceeds to text Maddy:

Hey!

At the Monroe house, Maddy and the group are sitting around the basement rec room with James and Calvin and talking about school. Maddy receives the text from Victor and smiles over it.

"Who is that?" asked a curious James.

Everyone turns to her, knowing exactly who is texting her except for James.

"Oh, it's...uh...my friend...Vic...toria. Victoria McKing. I'm helping her with her science project." stated Maddy, obviously lying. But James is none the wiser.

"Oh, good for you." James complimented his daughter.

But everyone else knows who she's really talking about. Even Calvin gives her a wink for coming up with a nice cover. Maddy proceeds to reply to Victor's text message:

Hey! What's up?

Victor texts back:

Just laying down in my bed. Thinkin about U!

Maddy smiles over this and texts back.

Awww! 3

Then she sends him another message:

I wish you were here.

Victor replies:

I wish I was there too. I miss U.

Maddy replies:

I miss you too.

The Monroe Family and Maddy's group are sitting at the table and eating steaks, potatoes, and corn that Calvin cooked for everyone.

"How are the steaks?" asked Calvin.

"Very good, Calvin." complimented Zachary.

"I love it!" said Veronica.

"Delicious!" stated Rachel.

"Yeah. It's awesome." said Finn.

"Just about the best steak that I've ever had." admitted Aria.

"You're a really good cook, Calvin." Maddy complimented her brother.

"Thank you, Maddy."

"Yes. Very good, son." said James.

"Thank you, Dad."

"Say, Calvin, are you going to watch the movie with us?" asked Rachel.

"I can't." replied Calvin. "I promised my girlfriend that I'd come over to help her with her video assignment. She's in film school."

After dinner, Calvin left to help his girlfriend, James is sitting in his office and reading a book, while Maddy and the group are all down in the family rec room and watching a movie. Zachary and Aria are making out, not even paying attention to the movie. Finn and Rachel are cuddling and enjoying their romantic company together. Aria is texting some guy she plans to hook up with tonight and Maddy is just watching the movie while thinking about her own boyfriend. Aria notices the expression on her face and knows exactly what is on her mind.

"Thinking about Victor?" asked Aria.

"Yeah." answered Maddy.

"Wishing that he was here?"

"Most definitely."

"You're a lucky lady, Madison Monroe."

"Oh, yeah?"

"Yeah. You've got like the hottest guy in school. Hell, I'd sleep with him."

"He's off limits to you, Aria." Maddy joked.

"You'll be surprised, Maddy. I may sleep around but I'm not as slutty as I come out to be. I actually have morals and standards when it comes to the people who I sleep with. And my friends' boyfriends and girlfriends are off limits. I'm not..."

"I know. You're a good person, Aria." Maddy assures her friend. "Nobody here actually thinks that you're a slut."

"I know. Veronica just jokes about it and I go along with it for the hell of it."

"I hope that somebody you do find a guy or girl you can settle with in a meaningful relationship."

"Maybe someday."

Aria's phone beeps. She checks on the phone and becomes upset by what she sees.

"What?!" exclaimed a confused and irritated Aria. "How is my phone dying already? It was just fifty percent a moment ago."

"That's weird." stated Maddy. "I've never seen a phone go from fifty to zero before."

"Cheap ass, phone." scoffed Aria.

Aria groans in frustration as she gets up from the couch.

"I'll be right back. I'm going to get my charger from my car." Aria informs the group.

"Okay." Maddy acknowledged.

Aria gets up and leaves the rec room. Rachel pulls out her phone and begins texting. Finn turns to her and notices the texting.

"Secret boyfriend?" Finn jokingly asked.

"No. Just letting my parents know that I'll be home within the hour after the movie."

"Ah."

"You don't have to worry, Finn. You're my man. I would never hurt you like that." Rachel assures him.

"I know, Rachel." replied Finn.

The two smile at each other before making out again.

"Get a room!" Maddy jokingly demanded.

Finn stops to point out Zachary and Veronica, who are also making out.

"What about them?" asked Finn.

"They're not my twin brother sucking face." replied a joking Maddy.

Zachary stops making out with Veronica to give Maddy a thumbs up.

"Right on!" said Zachary.

Veronica chuckles before they get back to making out.
