Here is what happened.
Rafal ( Main series Rafal SFGAE ) is not the real Rafal, he is Rhian and he was the one to marry Harmony.
Harmony didn't find out until 200 years later, so she was shocked when he finally told her.
She thought she saw Rafal kill Rhian that night, but it was Rhian disguised as Rafal.
Rhian had switched bodies with his brother.
And that was what she saw.
Now years later, the two are happily married and have been for the last 200 years.
They are everything everyone wants in a couple.
Everyone is envious of them, including Lady Lesso, since she wants Rafal as herself.
But Harmony has no problem putting her in her place.
She has before, but Rafal doesn't like it.
Anyway.
Once Sophie and Agatha come in.
Harmony didn't like it one bit.
As the two were making love, Rafal told her about Sophie and offered her a proposal to be in a poly-relationship with the blonde female.
She agreed of course, but she didn't like it one bit.
So over the school year, Rafal and Harmony try everything in their power to make sure Sophie is theirs and embrace her dark side, her true self.
In the end, it worked.
And the three won and took over both schools.
A few years later, Rafal and Harmony married Sophie and even had a baby with her.
Two children.
One girl and a boy.
Omarae and Issac.
Along with her 6 children and Sophie's two children, the three lived happily ever after.

Except before all of this happens, Rhian's (1 ) spirit came and tried to save the school. But he won only temporarily until Rafal, Sophie, and Harmony loved and pure evilness crushed his spirit.
Harmony shattered Rhian's soul and he is no more, it was like he was never born.
