Epilogue
At Interpol Headquarters in Lyon, the gigantic celebratory dinner is ready to begin and the Loonatics are dressed as formal as possible. Their families were the top of the visitors list and they enjoyed as much time together before the cermony starts.
"Alright, Loonatics. Is everyone ready?" Ace asks.
"More than ready." Lexi says.
"Not nervous." Duck says.
"I think we are all ready." Rev says.
The others nod in approval. Then the stewards arrive
"Are you all ready for the dinner, young masters?" One steward asks.
"100 percent." Ace says with a thumbs up and the others join.
"Very good, young sirs. Please follow us." The steward says.
The Loonatics are brought to the long tables on both sides of the podium where the head of Interpol will be speaking. Ace, Lexi, Duck and Slam are on the left while Tech, Rev and Rip are on the right. After about 20 minutes of hearing all the guests and media arrive, the ceremony begins. The families of the Loonatics are at the front of the crowd. The head of Interpol walks to the podium and begins to speak.
"Very best of evenings to you all." He says. "We are gathered here today to celebrate the capture of Rex Necros, one of the most dangerous criminal masterminds on the planet. It is my great pleasure to introduce the group of teenagers who brought down not only Mr. Necros but his entire operation. Ace Bunny, Lexi Bunny, Damian Duck, Slam Tasmanian, Tech E. Coyote, Rev Runner and Rip Runner."
Each of the Loonatics stands up as they are introduced and they all receive a thunderous applause and the paparazzi snap away. Then they sit back down as the head of Interpol continues.
"This is a major triumph against crime. Saving exotic pieces of art, stopping jewel smugglers, and stopping pearl poachers. And finally, toppling the the head of the black market organization itself. These kids have shown that they possess great intellect and cunning to solve even the toughest challenges and puzzles. And so as Head of Interpol, I hereby extent an invitation to the Loonatics of joining Interpol."
At this, Ace stands up. "Well, sir. As the leader of this team, we are honored with this invitation and we accept."
The other Loonatics rise up and also give their agreement to joining Interpol. With that, they receive another thunderous applause. After the speech, the dinner begins and the party last for at least 6 hours all the way to midnight. Fireworks are exploding in the air and not one guest has left yet. The Loonatics and their families have spent their time telling what they went through during their adventures.
The Loonatics and their families stand on the balcony of the top floor and gaze into the night sky illuminated with fireworks. They enjoy the their new careers as members of the biggest police organization.
It was a magnificent journey and now the Loonatics spend their time in Interpol playing the role as detectives and bringing down several other criminals.
