Katie groaned as she stirred out of her unconscious state. What a strange dream she had. She had dreamed that the toy ship and penguin figurines were alive...and she had been shrunken down and brought aboard. She could still hear sounds as she began to wake up, but her muddled mind was still not entirely there yet, so she didn't exactly know what was going on yet.

Katie shook her head as she rolled over in her bed, which felt more...Inflatable for some odd reason. "Jason? Michelle? I think your games are starting to get to me. I actually thought that the penguins were alive...and they brought me aboard the spaceship, and I got shrunken to the size of a doll" she muttered. However, instead of the familiar sounds of her two cousins, she was instead met with the loud roar of an engine.

That got her to open her eyes, and her pupils shrunk when she didn't see the familar walls of Grandmum's cottage, but rather the metal hull of a spaceship. Katie's jaw dropped. It wasn't a dream that she had, it had actually happened.

She was now in a working spaceship, the size of a toy.

"Its about time you woke up cadet. We have a Mission to get to." Said the same penguin that spoke to her the first time. Katie almost felt like fainting again, her knees getting weak, when another pair of hands hoisted her up to prevent her from hitting the ground "Easy now. Let's not faint again." a much larger pengin said above her.

'H-How is this possible?!' Katie thought. She knew that Jason and Michelle had told her about them getting shrunken down and getting blasted into space, but it didn't look like they had left the cottage yet. This however didn't bring Katie any comfort as she was still the size of a doll. "Um...Jason and Michelle didn't do this...right?" she asked.

"They did. They just didn't faint on board." a much smaller penguin informed her "Of course, Michelle doesn't like bringing her glasses on board." the lanky penguin that had grabbed her said. "We can explain later, right now we have a mission to accomplish." the first penguin said. "RIGHT!" The other pengins replied before running to their stations.

Katie looked around her, and watched as the smaller penguin took up the cockpit, before revving the engine and blasting off into space. Looking out a nearby window, she paled as she saw the endless sea of stars surrounding them. She definitely wasn't on Earth anymore.

The 12 year groaned, she just wanted to read a book in a comfy chair with a plate of cookies...Not be shot into space on a mission to who knows where...But that did get her thinking about something...

What exactly WAS this mission?
