"CASTIEL!" Charlie cornered the angel in the hallway. "I can't take one more minute of her. She gives gingers all over the world a bad name. The singing of ancient druid chants, the down low teasing she keeps aiming my way, the snide remarks...it's all cramping my game." She stepped closer to him batting her eyes. "Is there any way you could just give me ten minutes of alone time to work? I mean take the bitch for a walk. Isn't that what dogs need during the day?" Cas just looked at her. "If I can just get my mojo working, I can tune her out and get this problem solved for all of us. PROMISE!"
Cas just nodded his head. Charlie smiled at him and did a little happy dance. "Go back in the room and I'll take her out for a bit." He then got serious. "But then we have to work together. Maybe I can talk to her." He shook his head as they walked back into the room. Charlie couldn't hide her smile as Cas walked up to Rowena grabbing her chain. "Come on, Rowena. I think you need some time away from the books."
Rowena looked at Cas, then to a smiling Charlie. "That scheming little minx got to you first." She shook her head as she stood up to follow Cas into the other room. "If I would have known that feminine wiles worked on this Heavenly body, I would have worked him over hours ago." Cas jerked on her chain to move her along.
Charlie waits until she hears the door shut to start gathering her stuff up. She walks over to Rowena's table to take scans of all the paperwork one by one sending them straight to her laptop. As she finishes the last one, she starts out the door but stops quick. She picks up the gun and slips it into her laptop bag. "Can't be too safe, C! That badass following you is no joke." She skips out the door of the warehouse just as Cas and Rowena walk back in.
