This is my first official Pokemon Fanfiction with crossover with manga.
Prologue Rise of pokemon

The World of pokemon. A beautiful world in which people and pokemon attempt to live together in peace and harmony. Pokemon are all around us. If you look towards the bright sky, you might see a flock of flying type pokemon chirping. Or perhaps if you looked towards the oceans, you would notice the big groups of water type pokemon, happily swimming away. Maybe if you walked through the tall grass, you would notice numerous creatures come out to challenge you. Pokemon have coexisted with humans for as long as anyone can remember. Some people keep pokemon as pets, others choose to use their pokemon to battle other trainers and overcome challenges, and many others choose to study pokemon and find more about them as their profession. But no matter what, they are an essential part of this world. But the world of Pokemon wasn't always like this. In fact, it was completely opposite of what we see today.

To see the history of the pokemon world, you need to go back to the beginning. A time in which there was nothing. Space and time didn't exist. Neither did matter. The only things that existed were 2 beings. 2 entities of incredible power. Their names were Light and Darkness. They were like brothers. They played together, ate together, laughed and cried together too.

One day, Aura and Darkness got bored of all the emptiness around them. They weren't sure what to do, and then decided to try and use their powers. Using their unimaginable power, Light and Darkness created many things. They created the first planets, and then the first sentient creatures to reside on them. As their knowledge of their powers grew, they started creating new things. Light realized that these beings needed to breathe oxygen to survive. To support these living creatures, Aura's Wind became the air. As time went on Shadow found out that water was a necessity for them as well and his Teardrop became the oceans of this world.

As time went on, Darkness and Light lived in peace with all of their new creations. Creatures from all over came to visit them and brought them their problems and they tried their best to fix them. Both Light and Darkness would do anything to try to help those in need, and everyone loved the creators of this world. But Before That day everything changed.

One night before The Incident of darkness vs Has decide Dark and Him will fall so he Has created a demigod figure called Arecus later known as Pokemon God of Dark knows he and Light will fall he created a Dimension would be known as Ultra Megapolis As Necrozma Was become as Leader of ultra beast and twin Brother to Arecus as lord of dark.

That day comes, darkness woke up and thought, "Hmm. We created this entire world. We should be in total control of it." Darkness thought that being the creator meant that he and Aura should be in total control. He didn't enjoy people coming to them to ask for help. Instead he thought that these creations should be serving them or Perish instead of the other way around. With these thoughts, he went to Light, and tried to convince him to join him in order to bring the world down on their knees.

But Light wouldn't listen to anything Darkness said. Lighy, on the other hand, felt that Shadow was making a big mistake by trying to enslave the population. She wanted everyone, regardless of power and status to live together happily. She didn't think that her creations should be her slaves too. Rather she wanted them all to be her friends. She tried to convince her friend that he was doing the wrong thing, but Shadow could not be persuaded to change his beliefs.

After many failed attempts at convincing his best friend, Darkness got angry and left. He started going from planet to planet, enslaving all living creatures and killing the ones that resisted. Over time, There were only a couple beings left in this world. They all grouped together to decide on how to defeat Darkness.

After many long discussions, they decided that there was only one thing they could do. They would have to seek out Light, and convince Him to help them. Only him would have the power to stop Shadow and return this world to its original state. And so, they started their long journey to seek our Light in darkness hour. After many long years, they finally arrived at HolyHeaven, Aura's home. Here, they met with Light, and asked him for his help to fight this war.

Seeing the state of her creations, Light felt a sense of protectiveness. She knew it was her duty to defend them until her last breath, and agreed to fight Shadow in order to save them. He challenged Darkness and the war began. The war lasted for many long years. Day after day, night after night, Darkness and Light would fight, throwing everything they had at each other. Each one trying to put down the other.

They seemed to be evenly matched, and neither was getting the upper hand, but there was one thing Aura had that Shadow didn't. He wanted to give to other people and help them out, while all Darkness knew was to take. Because of this, Light finally managed to overpower Darkness and stop his evil crimes. But she couldn't bear to kill him. Darkness and Light had been friends since the beginning, and so, in the darkest depths of HolyLand, He Created a Seal if Chosen of darkness And light unite they can Unseal them.

But doing so took a huge toll on her powers, leaving her exhausted. He knew she would have to take a long rest now, but couldn't bear to leave this world in case she was ever needed again, and so, He Decied to Summon his creation and Instruct him to Seal Ultra world . She gave her last instructions to Arceus before falling into a deep sleep.

By Aura's instructions, Arceus created Time and Space, and Matter, but knew that he couldn't handle everything by himself. To support him in his task, he used his powers to create another pokemon, before settling on planet earth Near the HolyLand of resting place of Light.

Using his powers, he Created manny Legends. His first child was Giratina, the embodiment of matter and antimatter. Soon after that, he decided that someone else should handle time and space, and had two more children. They became Dialga, the Pokemon of time, and Palkia, the ruler of space. To keep watch over the sea and the land, he create Kyogre, the ruler of the oceans, and the pokemon of land, Groudon.

This is where something went wrong. Groudon and Kyogre would spend most of their time fighting with each other in order to try to expand their domains. Watching these battles destroy the planet that he called his home, Arceus created another pokemon. This pokemon was called Rayquaza, and he decided to take over the air. He spent most of his time in the ozone layer watching over the world, and was given the task of preventing Groudon and Kyogre from fighting.

While Necrozma use his light til he become a shell of former self Created Ultra beast but he Made Cosmog the progenitor of Ultra space as Later cosmog evolve to Solgaleo and Necrozma and lunal and solgaleo Was known as Guardian 3 of Darkened Light

Over time, Arceus created many more pokemon, before retreating back into the hall of Origin. This was the creation of this world. The beginning of the World of the sametime Pokelantis was created.
