In Roger's house; Roger walked into the basement and looked all over the place.
He sighed.
"Finally." said Roger.
He walked over to the TV and turned it on followed by the Nintendo Switch before sitting down on the chair and grabbed the Switch controls.
"I've been looking forward to Metroid Fusion on Switch with no interruptions all week." said Roger.
He got ready to play the game only for Viney to appear behind him.
"Hello roomie." said Viney.
Roger shrieked in shock as a laugh track was heard.
The meerkat groaned.
"Viney, you know how much I hate that." said Roger.
The laugh track played out again as Viney chuckled.
"I couldn't help it, you jumping like that is always a hoot." said Viney.
Roger groaned.
"That's not the only thing about me that's a hoot." Said Roger.
Another laugh track was heard.
A knocking sound was heard at the front door.
"I'LL GET IT!" yelled Hunter's voice.
The Grimwalker walked to the front door and opened it up to see Sonic on the other side of the door.
"Hey Sonic." said Hunter.
A loud applauding sound was heard, confusing Sonic.
"Where is that coming from?" He asked
"Where's what coming from?" said Hunter.
"You don't hear that laughter?" said Sonic.
"What laughter?" said Hunter.
Sonic shook his head and did some thinking.
"Question, why did the chicken cross the road?" said Sonic.
"To get to the other side?" said Hunter.
A laugh track was heard.
"You seriously don't hear a laugh track playing out?" said Sonic.
"What laugh track?" said Hunter.
"Eh nevermind." said Sonic.
Willow appeared and walked by Sonic.
"Excuse me Sonic." said Willow.
She turned to Hunter with a smile.
"Hey Hunter Honey Bunny." said Willow.
She and Hunter kissed each other as Sonic became confused.
"Hunter Honey Bunny?" said Sonic.
He chuckled.
"Sure beats Lori's nickname for her Bobby Boo Boo Bear." said Sonic.
With Lori; she was in a golf course about to hit a putt when a cracking sound was heard and she dropped her putter before groaning in pain.
"OOOOOOOOOOOH, MY BACK!" yelled Lori.
She groaned again.
"And I'm just a young adult." said Lori.
Back at Roger's house; Sonic was walking away from Roger's house.
He was shocked.
"This is one very strange day. Go on a Smash Bros related mission in Hyrule, and come back to find that people don't know what's going on." said Sonic.
He sighed.
"Can things get any more crazy?" said Sonic.
Little did he know was that Henchman was spying on him.
"Oh they can." said Henchman, "Demonites, attack."
The Demonites appeared and ran towards Sonic.
The hedgehog noticed them and got into a fighting stance before he began fighting them off one by one.
"Come on." said Sonic.
He continued fighting the Demonites off.
He then did a Cyclone Kick on several Demonites.
They fell and exploded.
Sonic landed on the ground.
"There, takes care of those things." said Sonic.
He did some thinking.
"But if there were Demonites attacking, then it can only mean that the Devil had something to do with what's happening. I just hope that there are others who didn't suffer the same fate." said Sonic.
He pulled out his Smash Bros badge and pressed a button on it.
"Sonic the Hedgehog calling all Smash Bros. I'm experiencing a serious situation in Toon City. Everyone in this city seems to have no recollection of what's happening around them and seem to not know that they're living the lives of famous TV shows. If there's anyone in the Smash Bros who hasn't been affected yet, please respond." said Sonic.
A split screen appeared and a R.O.B unit was at a computer.
"R.O.B unit responding." said R.O.B.
Sonic sighed.
"Oh thank goodness." said Sonic.
Interview Gag
Sonic was in there and smiled.
"Thank goodness there's people who still know who I am." Said Sonic.
End Interview Gag
"R.O.B, I am in need of some help. If there's anyone else in the Smash Bros, can you send them over to the location where the McDuck Mall is at? There's something strange going on, and I need to find out what." Said Sonic.
R.O.B did some work on the computer.
"Okay, Mega Man is in the future, Samus is returning from a mission off planet, Mr Game and Watch is just returning from a mission with the Duck Hunt dog and duck, I'll make contact with them and send them to your requested location." said R.O.B.
Sonic smiled.
"Okay." said Sonic.
He turned off the badge and put it away.
"I'd better head for the McDuck Mall. Hopefully it didn't get the same strange treatment like it became a fort you see in western movies and TV shows." said Sonic.
He ran off.
