Chapter 4
Mariner Bay...Mitchell Accident Site...
Ryan arrived at the place her woud carry out part of his watched as the drones dragged the passed out pink lightspeed and red lightspeed ranger and laid them in the sitting position. Ryan watched as Dana began to wake. He walked over and knelt in front of her.
"There we go sis, its okay to wake up". He spoke softly as she opened her eyes. "There we go".
Dana woke to see her brother in front of her with his red eyes. She grunted trying to get could another presence with her.
"Oh don't worry about Carter. You see he tried to play hero but he failed you". Ryan told her checking their binds. Ryan lowered her gag.
"R-Ryan why are we here? where's Finn?" Dana managed. Dana could feel Carter begin to move behind her.
"Oh she is just fine. Tucked away until she is needed". He answered her. "This place is where it all started for me and where your end begins". Ryan walked around as Carter began to wake. Ryan grabbed his legs and began to tie them. "Wakey wakey Carter".
"Ryan? what?" He asked with a groggy voice.
"Carter?"
"Dana? are you okay?" Carter asked feeling her back against his. "Ryan where's Finn?"
"Oh don't worry about her". Ryan told him as he finished tying Carter's ankles. "I would worry about you".
The two of them began to struggle as drones attached a hook to them. "You see i brought you guys here to finish what i started four years ago, since you guys let me fall, i decided to do the same with you two. Once the rope fully burns you will fall to your end".
"Ryan please, i'm your sister! fight this!". Dana pleaded as he knelt in front of her. "Finn is your sister and you love her and vowed to protect her!".
"Your brother is gone". Ryan stated as he pulled her gag up. He walked to Carter's side. "Don't worry Carter it will be quick". Ryan gagged Carter as he motioned to the drones. Zeltrax hit the button. The two of them cried out as they were lifted off the ground. One of the drones put a candle underneath the rope and lift it.
"I'll be back". Ryan went through a portal.
With Finn..
Finn Mitchell, was still leaning against the wall. She was still just as weak. She started at the tomb in front of her. The more she struggled the tighter her binds got. She looked up as Ryan appeared.
"Oh Finn how are we feeling? still can't do much i see". He taunted as he knelt in front of her. "Just the way i need you".
Finn grunted through the cloth on her mouth. She glared at him as he pushed her hair out of her face.
"What's that?" Ryan pulled the cloth down.
"I know you feel it, i know you can feel my power trying to help you". She whispered. "Please Ryan don't fight it".
"So its you doing that". He growled. "Well its all pointless".
"No its not. You know i am reaching you. I can feel you still in there Ryan please fight it from the outside to". She pleaded with him. "You have to remember who you are. Let me help you be free".
Ryan grabbed his head as his gem glowed. He could see him swimming with her and the whales. Ryan turned to see her. "Finn?" He moaned as his eyes flashed white. "Its too hard i can't fight it!".
"Ryan its me, let me go and let me help you!". Finn pleaded with him as she tried to free her legs. Ryan's evil took over as he morphed.
"There that's better." He knelt down. "Now no more of that out of you". Finn cried as he re tied her gag tightly. Finn watched as he walked over to the brick in the wall. That's where they hid the key.
"Its time for my queen to return". He placed the key in the lock. Finn squrimed as hard as she could as the lid started to pop and a purple light erupted. Ryan walked over and picked her up. He laid her down on an altar. "Easy". Ryan secured her to it as he wrapped rope around her belly. "There we go". His suit disappeared. Eyes glowing bright red.
"Don't worry it will be over before you know it". He kissed her cheek. Finn groaned trying to pull away. He patted her cheek as he left through a portal.
Reefside..Dino Lab..
Bill Mitchell sat outside on Tommys porch with nothing but worry. His kids were taken to who knows where. His son was evil.
"Captain Mitchell?"
He looked up to see Hunter. "Hunter".
"Are you okay?"
"No, i just can't believe this is happening again.".
Hunter nodded. "Listen i know i am a stranger to you but i really want you to know how much Finn means to me
Conner startled them as he ran to them. "We know where Finn is".They ran to the lab.
"We found her, Kira said that Ryan needs her as a vessel so i did some digging, she's at the location of the tomb". Hayley pointed out to the camera. It shows a weak Finn on an altar. Bill covered his mouth.
"My baby". He whispered. "Hayley what about Dana?"
"They were seperated from Finn but i tracked Ryan's gem, Bill there at the accident site". She brought up an image of Carter and Dana hanging over the cliff.
"Oh God!" He cried as Tommy steadied him.
"Look the only way we can pull this off is if we split up, Me and Hunter will get Finn, Conner you and Ethan get Dana and Carter" Tommy advised them. "Kira your still too weak". Kira nodded from the bed.
"Here". Hayley passed him the mask he found earlier. "You use this on him and you bring him here". Tommy nodded. "Look we can do this".
"Tommy let me go with you, i got through to him before let me try again, their my kids". Bill pleaded. "I won't get in the way".
"Okay fine". The morphed as headed out. Hayley walked over to Kira.
With Finn...
Finn grunted as she pulled her ropes. She noticed she was getting stronger and it seems the spell on the ropes had disappeared. She growled as she twisted her wrists, she almost had one free, She could see the lid to the tomb glowing purple as a cloud was coming from it.
"Finn!" She turned heard head to a voice. She could hear Tommy calling out. She cried under her gag as she managed to get one hand reached up to her mouth and pulled the cloth away. She smiled as she got the other free. She managed to get up enough to reach her ankles.
"Oh no you don't!" A voice from behind her growled as a hand covered her mouth. She brought her free hands up to try and pull it away. She still had binds round her chest so her movemnets were still minimal.
"Hmmf!" She grunted as she tried to twist and turn. She could see Hunter through a crack in the wall. She felt herself being dragged off the altar and onto the ground. Ryan was struggling to hold her. Both her hands were grabbing his. Whatever Elsa gave her was wearing off.
"Calm down!" Ryan smiled as Zeltrax along with Elsa and drones appeared. "Elsa hurry i can't hold her!". Ryan could see Tommy through a small window. He pulled a grunting Finn to her feet and pressed his back against the corner wall. Finn lifted her bound legs and kicked a drone who went to hold them. Finn went to do it agan but Zeltrax managed to grab them.
"Finn stop!" Ryan begged as she elbowed him in the ribs. "Elsa i need my hands!, i need her quiet!". Finn grabbed the white moprher knocking a piece to the ground.
Elsa walked over. Finn froze solid as she felt the Elsa stick something into her arm. "Now Ryan is going to remove his hand and you will not make a sound, but you won't be able to". Ryan lowered her into the sitting position as he knees started to buckle. He removed his hand from her mouth.
"What did you do to me?" She asked as her body began to get warm. She tried to free her wrists as Ryan pulled them behind her.
"Oh you should remember, just something to calm you down like before, won't take long". She spoke sitting on her tied legs as Zeltrax re tied them.
Finn grunted as Ryan pulled the rope tight around them. Elsa stroked her cheek as Ryan looped her binds around her stomach. "Not so tough now are we". He taunted into her ear. Elsa could feel her kick her legs underneath her.
Elsa took the metal can from the drones. Finn began to squirm even though her body was getting heavy. "My dear little sister you must be exhausted but this will help you"
Ryan placed the cannister and hovered it over her face as he held her to his chest. Elsa cackled as she was about to place the cloth back over her mouth.
Ryan blinked as he heard a voice in his head."I love you big brother".
He nodded to Elsa who tied the cloth tightly around Finn's face. "Sweet dreams sweetheart". Finn locked eyes with him as he placed the mask firmly. Finn began to twist her body as she heard the familar hiss.
"Mmff". She grunted trying to move her head but Ryan held it in place. Her legs began to still under Elsa. "Mmfff".
"There we go nice and easy, its almost done". Ryan cooed into her ear as she began to still. Ryan could feel her grip on his jacket from her tied wrists let go. Her eyes closed once again. Ryan picked her up and placed her back on the altar. He made sure she was secure. Drones surrrounded it guarding her.
Ryan watched as is gem began to glow. He couldn't get her voice out of his head.
"Finn!". Ryan turned at Tommy's voice as they crashed through the door.
"Ryan get away from her!". Hunter growled revealing his ninja suit. The purple cloud began to howl.
"Tommy promise me whatever happens you get her out of here".
"Don't worry i will". Tommy summoned his morpher and key. "Dino Thunder Power up!".
Ryan tried to summon his but it dodn't work. "What?"
"Looking for this." Tommy was holding up a broken piece. "I guess Finn is smart, seems she broke the button that makes your morph."
Ryan growled. "No worries i am just as strong". Both of them ran and jumped in the air grasping each other's arms. "Oh Tommy your too old for this". They twisted in the air landing on their feet.
Hunter looked at four drones surround him. "Sorry this is not duck duck goose" He jumped twisting in the air sending bolts to the drones causing them to crash to the ground.
The cloud began to take form of Queen Bansheera. It began to lower down into Finn's body.
"Finn! No! Finn wake up!" Tommy cried as Ryan kicked bim into a wall. He could see her fingers twitch.
"Arise my queen and behold your new form!" Ryan screamed out. He smiled as Bsnsheera's face formed. Lasers fired from her eyes hitting Tommy i the chest creating sparks from his suit.
Hunter cried out as Zeltrax blasted him to the ground. "Tommy the tomb! destroy it!" He cried as Zeltrax kicked him in the stomach. "Tommy get Finn!"
Tommy turned towards Hunter's cries as Ryan had him pinned to a beam. What came next made them hear nothing. Kira stood there sending a sonic yellow cone towards the tomb. It knocked Tommy and Ryan back. Ryan grunted as his head made contact with the wall knocking him out.
"Ugh, Kira i told you to stay at the lab". Tommy groaned holding his helmet. He steadied her.
"Kira! you with me?" Hunter held out his hand. "Do you trust me?"
"Of course". Kira told him grabbing his hand.
"Kira when i tell you i want you to scream". Hunter conjured lightning around them, "Now"
Kira screamed a yellow cone as Hunter wrapped it in lightning and watched as it crashed into the tomb causing it to explode. The purple cloud that hovered above them screamed in agony as it broke apart. Kira would have fell down only for Hunter catching her. "Hey sit down, you were great."
Tommy nodded as he ran over to Finn. Hunter motioned for Bill to come inside as they both went to Ryan who was still knocked out.
"Finn? hey girl come on". Tommy begged as he untied her feet. He moved up and released her chest. He watched as Kira freed her wrists. "Finn?". He tapped her cheek as he removed her gag. "Thats it, its alright". He told her as she opened her blue eyes. "Its okay your safe its over." Tommy felt her grip his shirt as he lifted her. "Come on, easy. Kira stay with her".
Kira wrapped an arm around the weak girl. Tommy walked over to Hunter and Bill.
"She's okay, she's weak but she is going to be alright". Tommy assured the two men. Hunter bent down and tied Ryan's ankles together.
"Blll we need to get him back to the lab". Tommy told him as he pinned Ryan's arms behind him. "Whoa easy fella". Ryan suddenly jerked awake.
"You destroyed her, you will pay for this". He hissed. Tommy was able to hold him. Tommy shifted allowing Hunter to tie Ryan's wrists and chest. Tommy let him go once he knew it was okay to,
Hunter walked over to Finn. "Come on, let me help you". Finn's eyes were heavy as she wrapped her arms around his neck as he lfted her up. "I got you". Hunter walked over to the men. Bill kissed his daughter on the cheek.
"You know, she tried to hard to reach me but it was pointless". Ryan taunted. Bill took the silver can from Tommy. Ryan tried to turn as Bill walked behind him. Bill kept his eyes on his weak daughter in Hunter's loving arms.
"I'm sorry son but this is the only way to save you.". Tommy held Ryan;s legs as Blll wrapped his arm around Ryan's neck to keep him still. Ryan moved as hard as he could as Bill placed the mask over his face. Ryan tried to pull away as the gas entered his nose. "Pease son just breathe, don't fight me". Bill closed his eyes as Ryan was forced to breathe it in. "its okay Ryan".
Ryan felt his body become heavy, before his eyes closed they locked with his baby sister. Bill guided him to the ground. "Easy does it". Tommy threw the mask away. "Tommy there is a trail in the woods we used to use to get to Reefside if you want to drive that way".
Tommy grabbed onto Ryan as he and Bill dragged him to his jeep.
"Kira if you want you can hold on to me and i can ninja streak you and Finn back to the lab". Hunter offered noticing Finn fell asleep in his arms.
"Sure". Kira grabbed on to his waist as they headed back. Unknown to them a black gloved hand pick up the silver can and laughed.
"This is not over ". Zeltrax spoke silently.
Dino Lab..
Hayley was checking over Carter and Dana once Conner and Ethan got them safe. Hayley huffed as Hunter arrived with rush of air. "Hunter do ou know how to stop when you enter?'
"Sorry".
"Finn!" Dana cried seeing her little sister in his arms. "Hunter is she okay?"
"Yeah, she just needs to sleep it off". He assured her as Kira went with Hayley. "Dana trust me she's fine". Hunter laid her down on one of the many medical beds in the lab.
"Ryan!" Carter shouted as Tommy and Bill dragged him in.
"Dad!" Dana shouted running to hug him. "Is he okay?"
"Yeah he is just asleep".
"he is just more than asleep, guys Ryan's brainwaves are off, the sedative is working its way out of his system, so he should be waking but he's not, its like he is in a coma" Hayley told them sadly. "Right now he is stable though"
Finn slowly opened her eyes. She could feel someone next to her. Hunter looked as she squeezed his hand. "Hey you".
"H-hunter?"
"Hey its okay, your back at Tommy's, Finn your safe its over". He assured her rubbing her cheek. Hunter waved them over. Hunter helped her lean up against him as he wrapped an arm around her waist.
"Finn!". Her Dad cried as he hugged her. "Easy Finn". He handed her some water.
"R-Ryan? where is he?" She croaked. Tommy pointed to where he was laying on the bed next to her. "Is he alright?"
"Hey listen, you need to get your strength back i promise he is okay".Carter told her. Finn relaxed as Hunter helped her lay back.
"Thank you, all of you I know i am still a stranger but thank you". She told all of them.
"Listen your family to" Conner told her squeezing her shoulder. Kira laid down on the other side of her. Finn turned to her side relaxing her back against Hunter's chest. He wrapped his around around her stomach.
"I got you" He whispered as her breathing evened out.
"Hunter we can't thank you enough for what you have done for us". Dana spoke softly.
"It was my pleasure, i am always here to help you." He answered her as she covered them. "Dana?"
"Yeah?"
"Listen i know this isn't the right time but, I, do really care about your sister there is nothing i wouldn't do for her".
Dana smiled at him. She watched as Finn snuggled up to him. "Thank you Hunter".
"Look guys its been a long day, i am going to head and get their morphers back from thier house". Tommy brought up. "Dana do you know if Finn needs a change of clothes?"
"Yeah she usually has an overnight bag always packed, its green with a purple tiger on it". Dana Answered. "Do you want me to go with you?"
"No i'll be fine".
"Okay".
"Tommy" He turned to Hayley. "Kira told me there on the top shelf in the basement in a black box".
"I'll be back, everyone get some rest". He ordered them as he walked out of the lab. He took a glance at his ranger family. He looked at a sleeping Ryan. Bill never moved from his son's side. He quietly left.
As Tommy pulled up to the house it was eerily quiet. He opened the garage door to the basement and walked inside. He looked around. He looked up at the top shelf. "Bingo". He took the morphers out and put them in his pack. He walked upstairs. He walked into what seemed to be Finn's room. He smiled when he saw the bag in her closet.
He began to walk out but an arm reached from under her bed pulling him down. "well monsters really do live under the bed".
Zeltrax appeared blocking the door. "Zeltrax i am not in the mood"
"Sorry to intrude on you this evening". Zeltrax spoke as a herd of drones appeared around him. Tommy fell down as Mesogog send his brain beam towards him.
"Well we meet again, don't think i forgot about you". he hissed a Tommy groaned in pain. He started to see stars. Tommy fell to his back.
"Seize him". He ordered the drones. The drones pulled him up to his knees. Tommy began to try and pull free.
"Sorry Mesogog but there no gems for you this time". He stated. "What do you want know". Tommy tried to pull away as he felt rope go around his wrists. "let go!". He yelled as more wrapped around his chest,
"Oh Doctor Oliver i should praise you for the hard work you did for getting your friends back but you will be what draws them out to your defeat". Mesogog made a black rock appear in his hand. "See these, once the sun comes up in the morning you rangers will be destroyed".
"It won't work Mesogog, haven't you learned by now not to mess with us". Tommy spat pulling from the drones.
Tommy watched in horror as a drone handed Zeltrax something. Tommy pulled frantically as Zeltrax went behind him. "Don't worry , this won't hurt a bit."
"Zeltrax i swear you hurt any of them-".
"Oh you won't be awake or strong enough to stop me".
"Don't worry Tommy this will help you take a nap". Elsa told him."It will only take a few seconds, quick and painless".
Tommy felt Zeltrax grab his face. He felt the mask cover his face. He pulled as hard as he could as he began to get weaker. "No" He whsipered as he felt himself being lowered to the ground.
Tommy felt his eyes close as he kicked one last time. "Sweet Dreams Tommy" was the last thing he heard Elsa speak as he met darkness.
The drones tied his legs. "Nicely done Zeltrax". Elsa praised as she looked at the sleeping black ranger. "Let's Go". They vansished through a green portal taking Tommy with them.
NOTE: I wasn't as evil in this chapter but i need to do the whole rock thing i have planned. Also everytime i wrote the Dana and Carter rescue it turned out horrible so i didn't add it. Also next chapter everything for this part of the battle will end.
