Small Mammal District
Within a rundown apartment, a Honey Badger was lazing about on his side as he was surfing through channels on his cheap looking television set on a wooden crate. The small mammal had a plain looking face with a simple red hoodie on, the Honey Badger yawned widely while skimming through a few more channels using the remote he had in his paw. His plain looking expression soon perked up when he landed on a news channel that was broadcasting a live feed of an ongoing incident nearby with a Rhinoceros and Elephant, apparently the two got into a spat between each other and now their fight spilled out into his district area for small mammals. With a serious look in his eyes now and promptly getting up from his lounging, the Honey Badger waltzed to his nearby closet to put on his suit and cape. With his gloves being the last thing to fasten on, the small mammal opened his door up and exited out of his apartment with an excited but serious look on his face; his cape flapped as he left his home, "Let's go!" he simply said, before he left the apartment building, before he vanished into thin air with a minor after image of him once standing outside his home.
At the fight at hand between the Rhino and Elephant, they were making a mess of things in their spat between each other; the two large mammals were pushing, shoving, and punching each other as they were arguing over a bet they had on a sports game. The Rhinoceros was the one to get an edge over the Elephant by using a nearby small mammal vehicle and threw it at the Elephant, said Elephant blew out an angry snort from his long nose trunk and used it to whack it aside out of his way; The Rhino capitalized on the small distraction by following after the thrown car, once the Elephant smacked the small vehicle aside, he was caught off guard by the immediate shoulder tackle from the Rhino.
The tackle by the Rhino sent the Elephant stumbling backwards until he crashed into a nearby brick building, causing it to crack and buckle from his weight; Just as the Elephant stood up to get back to fighting the Rhinoceros, who was in mid charge attack, a small fist was planted into the face of the rhino; With a loud 'thwack', the opponent of the Elephant was seen flying off to the side, and crashed into a far off building down the street. The Elephant turned his head to see where the Rhino was, and saw that he was out cold with the building he crashed into crumbled down around him.
"You know, it's not very nice when you large animals take out your aggression on each other in the smaller mammal communities, you know." A plain bored voice spoke up nearby, the Elephant turned his head to look where the voice was coming from, and had to look down to see a Honey Badger of all mammals; Said Mammal was looking up at him with a plain bored face, and in a hero suit of all things while crossing his arms as if he was waiting for the Elephant to respond.
The Elephant narrowed his eyes as he stood up to stand over the small mammal and intimidate him with his size, "And who are you, to think you can talk down to me like that? I have several feet over you!" he pointed out with an annoyed tone and incredulous look on his face, only to earn a simple blinking look from the small mammal.
The Honey Badger shrugged with his arms crossed, "Saitama…A hero for fun." he simply offered with a plain smile.
With a twitching eye of annoyance, the elephant blew a loud angered noise from his trunk, "You think this is a game? Get real punk! How can you be a hero with your pitiful size!?" he yelled with building anger as he stormed towards the small mammal that interrupted his fight he had with the Rhino.
Saitama continued to smile and angle his head to look up at the towering size of the Elephant, "Well…I always wanted to be a hero, so…here I am to save the day for the small mammal community." the Heroic Honey Badger answered with an expectant look on his face as he faced off against the Elephant.
The large Mammal released a loud angered snarl from his trunk, and threw a punch at the wanna-be hero with his hoof directed at the Honey Badger's body. "Learn to pick on someone your own size! You'll survive longer!" the Elephant yelled out in fury towards the Honey Badger.
What the Elephant didn't expect, was for his hoof to be stopped in place by the small mammal before it could reach the body of the Honey Badger; Saitama had somehow in the Elephant's eyes, stopped his punch directed at the small mammal, and all the Honey Badger was using was a single paw. Saitama in the meanwhile was looking up at the surprised face of the elephant, "Not bad." he said with a plain smile, before his face became serious looking. "Now's my turn." he followed up saying, before he shoved the Elephant's hoof away from him, causing the elephant to stumble back in surprise.
"What!" The large mammal cried out in shock as Saitama walked towards him with his arm raised back, "What are you?" he asked incredulously, "How'd you stop my punch so easily?" the Elephanted continued to ask the small mammal hero.
"You wouldn't believe me if I told you." Saitama simply offered, before his punched his fist upwards into the stomach of the Elephant; With a loud shrill exiting out from the elephant's trunk, its gut became concave from the Honey Badger's fist planted into it, and soon the large mammal was sent flying off into the distance, after several seconds the elephant landed back down atop the unconscious Rhino down the street.
With the coat soon cleared for the small mammals in hiding to come out, the scene goes back to Saitama with a depressed look directed at his fist. "Only one punch again!" he cried out, before collapsing to his knees in despair. "Damn it!" he yelled out, while the sun above shone on his bald scalp. Many small mammals clamored to Saitama and gave their thanks for being their hero, and all he could do was stand up with a smile; but inside he was despairing at another one shot fight.
