Izuku finally solved the Puzzle after recovering from the Drug that Momo/Lady Creati have injected him with but gets information from some mysterious Dark Knight. Plus sees what happened to the Momo's Yaoyorozu Parents after he pays them a visit.

Izuku wakes up in the Hospital after blacking out from the drug that Momo injected him with right before revealing she is really Lady Creati while also trying resist going berserk, "how you doing Izuku Midoriya?" A stranger in Black Dark Knight armor ask him.
"Oh no need for you to be alarmed, I'm not your enemy here, but you should know my knowledge on Momo Yaoyorozu", Dark Knight offers to tell his knowledge about Momo Yaoyorozu.
"Okay then tell me because I want to know her agenda for Musutafu City", Izuku will take the offer and knowledge from Dark Knight.

"Very well if your going into a collision course with her, Momo is actually the daughter of the Family who built and ran that Asylum outside Musutafu City but I don't know her real family name because all records have been erased and I don't think she will answer if you asked her yourself. Yaoyorozu is her adopted Family name, Momo seeks retribution and revenge for the murder of her real parents which was order by your father Hisashi Midoriya to keep them from revealing is illegal activities with the League of Villains and the Shie Hassaikai", Dark Knight reveals every thing he knows about Momo's past and what's her agenda.
"Oh and a piece of advice, ask the Yaoyorozus, because they may have done something to Momo that made her break aside from losing her real parents at the hands of your father", Dark Knight advices Izuku to speak with he Yaoyorozus and see what they have done to Momo that made her what she is right now.

Izuku's POV
"After seeing Dark Knight leave, I get a visit from Lena, Orsola, All Might and many of the Pro-Heroes including those from UA. I told them what Dark Knight has told me and said that Momo is really Lady Creati who wants revenge on my family for the deaths of her parents which was done by my father just to conceal his illegal activities with the League of Villains and Shi Hassaikai and the Yaoyorozu Family is her adopted family. All Might and the others offer to help stop Momo but I advice them not too and let Azrael deal with Momo and they should deal with the rest of the Children of Creati. I also told them that they are all just victims of my father and they all understand that they are not quite Villains, just victims mad at my family."
"I also ask where is Tomura Shigaraki and All Might said that he is leading the League of Villains right now."

Yaoyorozu Residences
"Okay Yaoyorozu, we are going to see what was done", Izuku as Azrael once more arrives at the Yaoyorozu Residences this evening but for some reason it looks quiet there, plus no lights at all.

When he enters he draws out his Sword of Sin just encase Momo is about to ambush him but instead finds the dead bodie of Mrs. Yaoyorozu and did look like she made a struggle or a fight, "Momo killed her adopted parents, but the looks of it Momo beated her adopted mother to death with a steel pole of some sort", Azrael commented before finding Mr. Yaoyorozu hung in a pantry by his belt, "yeah she did kill her parents, but how can get any information out of them if they are already dead, plus why did Momo kill them both?" Azrael then gets a call from Tenya Lida/Ingenium who offers to be eyes in the sky.
"Yeah."
"Azrael, I figure Momo Yaoyorozu's Quirk it's called Creation Quirk, so that means she create anything she wants", Tenya reveals what Momo's Quirk is.
"Well that can explain on how she killed her parents, most likely she created a blunt weapon that's made out of metal with her Quirk and used it to kill them both", Azrael said next on she could have killed them both.
"Also the Yaoyorozu Family own a Chemical Water company which might be how she was able create that Berserk Serum", Tenya reveal some more information about the Yaoyorozu and how did Momo created that Berserk Serum.
"But her quest revenge will still continue, plus the only thing that will get in her way is Azrael", Izuku/Azrael said that he will be the only that will stand in her way.
"You don't plan on unmasking in front of her are you?"
"If it comes to that then I have too, also if I can't get through to her I have to kill her."
"We all understand that Azrael, she will just hurt more people if she can't be reasoned with and won't stop", Tenya understands if there is no stopping or reasoning with a Villain then they need to resort to killing.

Notes: This Dark Knight was antagonist that appears in All-Star Batman Volume 1 #11 Comic, this was a Clone of Alfred Pennyworth, but in this Fanfic it's not.
