A few notes: So I've actually been trying to write this story since August 2022, but I got hella blocked, so yeah. I also got some other ideas in my head, so that's why you see 8 other stories on my page. This was actually supposed to be an alternative idea for "Danger Force: Where are they Now?" Also, this story is Rated M for a reason! And no, it's not smut! We do NOT support underage sex here! It's because of suicide and murder...and swearing, but that's a T thing.
The day after the reveal; 10am
Danger Force, who are now out of their super suits, were taken to jail by Mika and Miles's aunt: Officer Walnut. They were all locked up in a special cell where it prevented them from using their powers.
Mika: Seriously?!
Dede: Just doing what I gotta do.
Mika: We wouldn't have kidnapped you if you weren't so determined to get Miles and I in trouble for being in Danger Force! Not to mention that you dragged those two [pointing at Chapa and Bose] into the "getting in trouble" thing, and they aren't even related to you!
Dede: You also stole the basketball and science juice from the evidence room!
Mika: HOW CAN YOU NOT UNDERSTAND THAT IT WAS TO PROTECT OUR IDENTITIES!
Dede: From what? All the other bad things you did? Like harming your parents? Or letting the criminals out of prison when you first came along?
Mika: FIRST OFF, I JUST GOT THAT SUPER POWER WHEN I ACCIDENTALLY LET THEM OUT! SECOND OF ALL, THAT WAS ON YOU FOR TRYING TO GET US IN TROUBLE! AM I REALLY THE ONLY ONE WITH COMMON SENSE IN THIS FAMILY!
Miles: Hey!
Mika: ...sorry Miles.
Dede: Doesn't matter. A crime is a crime. Bye!
She leaves them.
Mika: IF SWELLVIEW GOES DOWN IN FLAMES, DON'T CALL US FOR HELP!
Mika then starts to tear up. She goes to a corner in the cell, curls into a ball, and cries in her arms. The other three felt bad for her, but only Bose approached her. He then wraps his arm around her to try to comfort her.
Chapa: Man, why do you two have such a shitty aunt?
Miles: I don't know. She just doesn't like children I guess.
Mika's still crying, but she is still able to say full sentences.
Mika: I'm sorry guys... I shouldn't have gotten so excited after I got the basketball.
Chapa: All good sport. We get it. You were just happy when you were able to get our DNA off the ball.
Miles: Plus, I'm the one who kept on missing the room when I tried to teleport there. Had I actually got in there, I could've gotten the ball, wiped the DNA off, and called it a night.
Chapa: I swear, when I get out of here, I'm gonna shock the LIFE OUTTA THAT CUNT!
Miles: Woah woah woah! Easy there, Chapa!
Chapa: AND DON'T CALL ME...oh wait you said my real name. Nevermind.
Mika: Thanks guys...
Mika stopped crying, but tears were still rolling down her face. Bose wiped them off.
Mika: Thanks Bose.
Bose: You're welcome.
Mika: Of course they take away the best thing that ever happened to me.
Chapa: What do you mean? He's right there.
She was pointing at Bose. Mika ignored her.
Miles: Chapa, now's not the best time for that.
Chapa: Well I gotta have fun somehow. Can't use my powers in here.
Miles went to a corner and gazed into his own universe while Chapa leaned up against a wall looking bored and frustrated. Mika looks up at Bose and sees that he's sad.
Mika: [whispers] Hey, are you okay?
Bose: [distressfully whispers] Yeah...
They whispered this whole conversation.
Mika: You wanna talk about it?
Bose: I do, but I don't think you'll like it.
Mika: What do you mean?
Bose: It's just...
5 seconds of silence.
Mika: It's what?
Bose: ...it's...friendship ending...
Mika: What's that supposed to mean? I'll never stop being friends with you.
Bose: That's just it...I want to stop being friends...
Mika: What? Why? Did I do something?
Bose: I just wanna be...more than friends, I guess. But I understand if you don't want to. The only reason why I said "Ew! No!" instantly to your mom after she asked us if we were kissing was because I didn't think that you'd like that idea of us.
Mika was speechless. She didn't expect that to come out of Bose's mouth.
Bose: Not to mention that I got so anxious around you when we were alone the night we were trying to get Chapa back. Out of all the things I could've said, I said "Do you like food?" Also, I only ever watch Dog Bachelor with you because that's our special thing. Even though I said many dumb things and I'll probably keep saying them, you still support me. Plus, you heard my stepdad at the play we had. He thinks I'm a disappointment and he tries to get away from me as much as possible. My mom feels neutral about me, but I still feel like it's closer to dislike than like. Danger Force missions and school aside, you're the only one I hang out with, and I wouldn't trade it for anything else in the world. Long story short, I like li- no, I LOVE you Mika.
Mika had no idea how to respond to that. She started to tear up again. Bose let her cry on his chest. Somehow, Chapa didn't seem to notice. Aside from that, there was 5 minutes of silence. Then, Mika finally whispered back.
Mika: I love you too! I honestly felt the same way about you. I just needed to find a way to hide it because I didn't think you'd feel the same way, and Swellview Junior High was the best place to do it at, especially when I saw Micah, but then he spoke in the chipmunk voice and I was back in square 1: hiding my feelings for you, thinking you wouldn't love me back. Of course my mom hates the idea of us dating, but I don't give a fuck! She decided to take one of the best things in my life away from me and I'm not letting her take away another!
They stare into each other's eyes as if they were waiting to see who would make the first move. Meanwhile, Chapa was starting to lose her mind.
Chapa: This is so BORING! I'D CRACK THAT BITCH'S SKULL IF I WASN'T IN THIS...
As she was saying those last few words, she looked at Mika and Bose staring into each other's eyes. 'I want to say something so bad...' But she didn't say anything. She saw Mika lean in, followed by Bose. They finally touch lips and they start kissing. Chapa is internally fighting herself to resist the urge to clap for them during their kiss. After what felt like forever, Mika and Bose pull away.
Mika: Dov'รจ stata tutta la mia vita?(Where has this been all my life?)
Bose: Non lo so, ma abbiamo l'un l'altro fino al giorno in cui moriremo. (I don't know, but we have each other until the day we die.)
They giggle angelically. Italian is forever their foreign language. Chapa was about to burst in excitement...she couldn't hold it back anymore. She ended up applauding Mika and Bose.
Chapa: YES! YOU TWO FINALLY DID IT!
Miles quickly opens his eyes and stands up after sitting in a corner in his own universe.
Miles: WAZAT? WHAT HAPPENED?
Chapa: THEY DID THE THING!
Miles: ...did you pressure them?
Mika: Thanks Miles, but we did it willingly. Turns out Bose did have feelings for me.
Miles: But what about Mom? You know she-
Mika: YOU THINK I GIVE A FUCK!?
Miles and Chapa stood there, frightened by Mika. If Chapa was scared, everyone else should be.
Mika: SHE WANTED TO TAKE ME OUT OF DANGER FORCE, SO SHE CAN KISS MY ASS! I'M GONNA DATE BOSE AND NO ONE CAN STOP ME!
Chapa resisted the urge to say "You know I won't." But it was mainly because she was still frightened by Mika and her words. Bose goes up to hug her and lean his head on top of hers.
Bose: Mika, please calm down. I understand that you don't want anything to do with her, but look around. Is she here? No. We shouldn't be spending our time being pissed off at our families. If anything, we'll all turn into villains if we keep thinking negatively of them most of the time. [to Chapa] That goes to you too.
He takes his head off of Mika's, grabs her hands, and they stare into each other's eyes. Mika's look went from angered to frightened, realizing that he was right and what she could've became.
Bose: They might not like it when we get out, but that shouldn't be our main concern right now. We just need to wait patiently until they let us free. Until then, you and I can cuddle for a long time. [to everyone] Of course, until then, we still have to train in here. I say we do some...
Miles: NO! I'M NOT DOING YOGA! I DON'T EVEN HAVE MY YOGA PANTS!
Bose: ...pushups and curl ups.
Miles: Oh.
Mika: You're right. Let's get to tra-
Suddenly, the cell door opens. They all turn around in shock.
???: Don't worry. I'm busting you out of here.
Meanwhile at the De Silva household, Alejandra, Alejandro, Angela, Herman, Celia, and Vice Mayor Willard are all in the living room having a chat with each other.
Alejandro: So that's why this house was messy?
Alejandra: Indeed.
Angela: Oh, Alejandra, I've been trying to ask you, but we were being kidnapped by our own kids. Do you have any advice on how to deal with your daughter when she's on her kissing boys stage?
Herman: WHAT?!
Angela: Yeah! She was kissing a guy in her bedroom! I'm pretty sure it was that Bose guy they went to the fake school with.
Herman: THE SCHOOL WAS FA- Wait, you mean the kid that liked my saddle?
Angela: ['You've gotta be fucking kidding me...'] Yes... Why?
Herman: Angela, he's a nice kid.
Celia: Who kidnapped me!
Herman: Still one of the very few people who appreciates my saddle.
Angela: UUUGGGGGGGGGHHHHH!
Alejandra: I'm sorry Angela, but Chapa's never been on the kissing phase of her life yet, and she's my oldest. I have nothing to tell you.
Herman: Let her date him!
Angela: WHAT?! HERMAN, ARE YOU CRAZY?!
Vice Mayor Willard: I mean, it makes Bose a lot less disappointing. Not to mention that he was Brainstorm, so my respect for him has gone up.
Herman: You're calling your own stepson a disappointment before you heard that he was Brainstorm and scored a girl?
Angela: You only like him because he appreciates your damn saddle!
Herman: AND he's funny as well!
Celia: He's dumb though!
???: So are you!
They turn around. Turns out it was Ray.
Ray: I mean, hey, you're hot too, but why you gotta diss my favorite member of Danger Force?
Vice Mayor Willard: Really man? You know she's my wife! Or are you dumb as well?
Herman: We're all dumb! We heard them talk in their Danger Force uniforms and we didn't even think for a SECOND! They LITERALLY had the same voices and we ignored the similarities! Two years. TWO. YEARS. The lying, the family picture, the ghost that came out of Miles, the play that Frankini turned into a musical...
Alejandro: The time Captain Man came into our house and tried to pull Chapa out...
Alejandra: The others helping him...
Celia: The cat...
Herman: EXACTLY! THE EVIDENCE WAS RIGHT IN FRONT OF US AND WE DIDN'T EVEN THINK ABOUT OUR KIDS!
Ray: [to Herman and Angela] And you two didn't even notice that Miles was gone! Plot twist: Mika was the one that was gone, but Miles pretended to be her!
The parents (except the Vice Mayor) looked at each other and realized how bad they were at parenting.
Ray: Meanwhile, the kids were actually having a good time on Danger Force. Aside from the power mishap, the first time they fought crime, and kidnapping us, they didn't do anything bad! If anything, they were holding me back from committing crimes myself! Chapa was the powerhouse, Miles was the quick transportation, Bose was the funny one and Mika was the smart one! And even though I hate to admit it, they're all better heroes than I am! So if anything, you all ma- Actually... [to Angela] YOUR SISTER WAS THE ONE WHO SCREWED UP! NOW I HAVE TO FIGHT CRIME BY MYSELF AGAIN AND IT'S MY FIRST TIME WITHOUT A SIDEKICK IN 8 YEARS!
Angela: You put our kids in danger!
Ray: THEY PUT THEMSELVES IN DANGER! KID DANGER TOLD CHAPA AND THE TWINS TO GO HOME AND THEY DIDN'T! THEY WERE DETERMINED TO TAKE DREX DOWN! [to Celia] AND YOU BETTER NOT SAY ANYTHING! YOU AND THE VICE MAYOR MADE BOSE MY RESPONSIBILITY! DREX TIED ME UP SO I COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! Oh, and speaking of the Vice Mayor, YOU WERE SO DESPERATE TO GO OUT WITH HIM, YOU DRAGGED BOSE OUT OF DUKE E. DAWGS WITHOUT LETTING HIM GIVE CHAPA HER PHONE BACK! SO YOU'RE RESPONSIBLE FOR TWO PEOPLE JOINING, AND YOU'RE ONLY RELATED TO ONE OF THEM!
Alejandro: [to Celia] Wait, YOU made Chapa lose her innocence?
Alejandra: Wait... SHE IS!
Celia: [sarcastically] Well EXCUSE ME for wanting to date a vice mayor! Bose should've told me that he wa-
Ray: HE DID!
Alejandro: Honestly Honey, you already confirmed Sage to be your favorite, so why not let Chapa stay on Danger Force? She's got it going for her and you can spend more time with Sage.
Alejandra: Yeah, I guess that's true...okay.
Ray: But they need to get out of jail first.
Suddenly, an orange flash, much like Miles's yellow, appeared in front of them. It was some guy with Chapa, Miles, Bose and Mika.
???: Already took care of that. I'm Teddy Jak. I train Henry, Charlotte and Jasper down in Dystopia.
Ray: Nice!
Angela: Mika, you better not kiss Bose!
Mika: Then let me back in Danger Force!
Angela: NO!
Angela was always a strict parent. Sometimes, she'd make stubborn decisions like this one.
Mika: Fine then!
Mika grabs Bose by the shirt collar and makes out with him. Everyone just looked at them in shock. Yes, Mika was the kind of person to stand her ground, but she wasn't one to defy her parents in front of everyone. Mika released herself from the kiss and looked at her mom. Both were angry.
Mika: What now!
Miles: Oh no...
Angela was fuming.
Angela: MIKA EUREKA MACKLIN! YOU ARE GROUNDED FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!
Teddy didn't want anything to do with what Angela was about to do to Mika, but he also didn't want her to get hurt.
Teddy: Nope.
He teleports Bose and Mika out of there.
Alejandra: Now I see why you wanted to talk to me.
Miles: Really Mom? You'd be lucky if she didn't try to kill herself.
He teleports to where Bose, Mika and Teddy are.
???: Yet another example of bad parenting.
Everyone else turns around. It's Schwoz.
Schwoz: They were literally better than Captain Man and you just let them go.
Ray: HEY!
Schwoz: Now who here doesn't mind their children staying in Danger Force?
Celia and Angela: I SURE AS HELL MIND!
The others didn't mind though.
Schwoz: Very well then.
He pulls out the memory wiper. Turns out Ray told him the situation with the kids and as soon as he heard the news, he instantly went to rebuild it.
Celia: Really? The truth ray?
Schwoz erases Celia's and Angela's memories from the last 24 hours, which was enough for Angela to forget the fake kissing scene she saw between Bose and Mika.
Alejandra: What just happened?
Schwoz: They don't know who the heroes are anymore. Later!
He and Ray exit.
Chapa: Don't worry. It's harmless.
She catches up to them.
Herman: Well, I'm going home. I think we've seen enough.
He lifts an unconscious Angela up bridal style and exits the house.
Alejandra: Agreed.
???: Is everything okay down here?
Alejandra, Alejandro and Vice Mayor Willard turn around. Sage looked worried.
Sage: I heard a lot of yelling. What happened?
Alejandro: Everything's okay sweetie. We have it all sorted out.
Sage: Okay, but who's that lady laying on the ground?
Vice Mayor Willard: That would be my wife. She's very tired right now.
Sage: Oh. Okay.
She goes back up to her room.
Meanwhile, Miles just teleported in Mika's room where Bose and Teddy are trying to hold Mika back.
Miles: WOAH WOAH WOAH! WHAT'S GOING ON HERE?
Teddy: Your sister's not okay. She's trying to...
Teddy and Bose lose control and Mika dives out of the window. She shattered it and hit her head on the ground. Miles, Bose and Teddy stand there in shock. Miles and Bose are about to let tears out; a twin to one, the girl of his life to the other. Teddy slowly walks to the now shattered window. He looks out of it.
Miles: Damn you Mom...I told you...
Teddy looked at Bose and Miles. Even though he didn't know Mika that well, he still had tears rolling.
Teddy: She's...dead.
They all sit on an edge of Mika's bed and put their faces in their arms. As Teddy and Miles look up, Bose is missing too.
Miles: Bose? Where'd you go?
Teddy: Oh no...
He looks out the window again. Bose is dead right next to her. He then turned to Miles.
Teddy: ...the same place Mika went to.
Miles couldn't handle it anymore. He was now furious. His eyes turned yellow. Teddy sat on the bed.
Angela: [from downstairs] MIKA, YOU BETTER NOT BE KISSING BOSE!
Herman accidentally mentioned Bose and Mika's relationship while driving. Herman knew Angela was gonna go bat shit crazy, so he drove away. Angela came inside the house alone.
Teddy: If only you knew Angela. No taste, amiright?
He turns to Miles, only to see that he's missing too.
Teddy: WHAT?!
He looks outside the window again, and thankfully, Miles wasn't there. He then power scans for Miles. He's in his room right now.
Teddy: Phew, that's good.
He sat on the bed, thinking about what just happened.
Teddy: I didn't think she was that slippery... I can't believe this is the second and third time I just unintentionally let it happen.
Angela enters the room.
Angela: You're not Bose, but you're still a guy that's not Miles! So what's your deal?
Teddy was furious. He tried to save her daughter, but she was yelling at him because he has a penis.
Teddy: Oh, quit acting like you're in the right here!
Angela: Uh, I am!
Teddy: You sure about that?
Angela: Yes! No boys! OUT!
Teddy: A pity. You're worse at parenting than I thought.
Angela: How so?
Teddy: Look outside.
Angela looks outside to see the corpses of Mika and Bose. She gasps and starts to tear up.
Teddy: See? All because you didn't give her a choice between Bose and Danger Force. They both made a positive impact on her life. Mika felt like a true leader in Danger Force and you assumed Bose was a jock. The truth is, Bose is kindhearted. He followed Mika to the afterlife. We tried to stop her. A shame you couldn't have prevented this from happening. Oh wait, you could've.
Angela went to the other side of the room. She couldn't believe that Mika was dead and that she was the cause of it. She then looked at Teddy. Before she could say anything, she opened her eyes widely. After 5 seconds, she falls to the floor. She had a knife in the back of her head. Miles, who still had the angry, yellow eyed look on his face, was behind her.
Miles: Job's done.
His eyes go back to normal. Teddy just looks at him in shock. Even though he's indestructible, he was scared shitless.
Teddy: Miles, did you just...
Miles: Yes.
He takes the knife out of Angela's head.
Miles: Now help me get rid of the evidence.
Teddy: WHAT THE FUCK!
Miles teleports out of the house with Angela's corpse.
Still traumatized by what Miles just did, Teddy cleans up the blood on the floor.
Teddy: Man, I've seen enough shit in Dystopia. Can't I get a year without having to deal with murder? I'm just glad Henry, Charlotte, and Jasper are still alive.
Miles came back and cleaned the knife.
Teddy: Don't you think that was too far?
Miles: It wasn't far enough.
Teddy: Say what now?
Miles teleports Teddy to where he hid the body, but...
Teddy: WHAT! MILES ARE YOU INSANE!
...Officer Walnut's corpse was next to Angela's.
Miles: They shouldn't have messed with my sister and best friend.
He teleports away.
Teddy: Oh damn...I was not expecting that to happen.
Narrator Teddy: Or, at least, that's what would've happened if I didn't do one thing that would make those 20 minutes of suicide and murder nonexistent. Let's go back to the beginning of the attempt.
Meanwhile, Miles just teleported in Mika's room where Bose and Teddy are trying to hold Mika back.
Miles: WOAH WOAH WOAH! WHAT'S GOING ON HERE?
Teddy: Your sister's not okay. She's trying to...
Teddy and Bose lose control and Mika dives out of the window. She shattered it and hit her head on the ground. Miles, Bose and Teddy stand there in shock. Miles and Bose are about to let tears out; a twin to one, the girl of his life to the other. Teddy slowly walks to the now shattered window. He looks out of it.
Miles: Damn you Mom...
Teddy: [excitedly] IT WORKED!
Miles and Bose: DUDE!
Teddy teleports down to Mika and teleported her back to her room. She's alive! AND unharmed!
Miles and Bose: MIKAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
They hug Mika hard, but she still had a saddened look on her face.
Bose: But how did you...
Teddy: ...become indestructible?
He grinned.
Miles and Bose: You made my [insert relation to Mika here] indestructible?
Teddy: I dealt with a lot of slippery people. Mainly bad guys, but with good guys, I know how to handle them. If they try to commit suicide, I make them indestructible. That's what I did with Mika. Actually, now that I think about it...
He approached Bose and punched him.
Mika: BOSE!
Bose: Ow! Wait, what? How come...
Teddy: I made her indestructible while we were holding on to her, so I guess it passed on to you too.
Miles' phone rings. It's Schwoz. He answers.
Miles: WAZAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAP!
Schwoz: WAZAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAP! So your mom and Bose's mom don't remember anything from the last 24 hours. Everyone else, including your father and the vice mayor, accepted not just you guys being in Danger Force, but also Mika and Bose dating.
Author's Note: In this ending, for story convenience, Herman didn't tell Angela about Bose and Mika.
Miles: Nice! I'll tell them now.
He hangs up. Even though he only received good news, he still gave Mika a saddened look.
Miles: I can't believe you Mika.
Mika: But our Mom...
Teddy: ...doesn't remember anything.
Miles: What the... How did...
Teddy: Got bored. I decided to listen into the conversation.
Miles: Okay, but can I tell her?
Teddy: Sure.
Miles: Mom doesn't remember anything from the last 24 hours. That being said, she doesn't remember we are superhero sidekicks. She also doesn't remember any of you and Bose's affectionate encounters. Dad on the other hand accepted both, so he didn't get his memory wiped.
Mika: So that means...
Miles: You can live with "the two best things that happened to you": Danger Force and Bose.
Mika: YES! Miles, Bosey...I'm sorry for attempting to kill myself...
Miles: Hey, I'm just glad you're okay sis.
Bose: Me too.
Bose and Mika hug each other as she cries into his chest for what she almost did.
Mika: And Teddy, thanks for making me indestructible.
Teddy: Don't sweat it kid. Also...
He ends up fixing the window.
Teddy: Nobody will ever know about this. ['Or the other incident. They don't need to know...this is the second time I dealt with something like this. At least it was successful this time.'] Then again, just keep this in mind: You'll probably have to tell your father about this so that if Angela ever does find out, all 4 of you can stop her from getting to Mika and you 3 can stop Mika from doing that again. Mika, Bose, I suggest that you two set a reminder for 12pm next Friday. That's when you two are losing your indestructibility.
Mika: We have a week of being indestructible?
Teddy: Yes ma'am.
He teleports out of the room, and just in time too. Herman enters the room with Angela.
Angela: Why is there a guy in the room?
Mika, Bose, and Herman all look at each other as if they didn't know what to say.
Mika: Because...
Miles: This is our study group. Chapa had some other things to do, so she couldn't make it.
Herman: You don't remember this kid from the family picture at SWAG?
Angela: Oh yeah, that's right! Carry on.
She leaves the room and Herman shuts the door behind her.
Herman: Nice quick thinking Miles. Although I feel like she should know at some point.
Miles: Actually, we need to talk about that.
Herman: What is it?
Miles, Mika, and Bose all look at each other and nodded in agreement.
Miles: She can never know.
Herman: Why not?
Bose: Because after Teddy teleported us here, Mika tried to kill herself. Since her mom said she couldn't have me or Danger Force, she felt like she was nothing, so she jumped out of the window, slipping from Teddy and I's grasp.
Miles: Thankfully, he made her indestructible, so she failed.
Herman looked at Mika. He wasn't mad or disappointed; moreso...unhappy.
Mika: I know...I'm sorry Dad, but I jus-
Herman: Mika, you're loved outside of Danger Force and Bose! You have a caring family...
Mika: If she actually cared, she would let me date Bose.
Herman: And I get that. She just wants to protect you. She never exactly got to know Bose that well, but I trust that he's not a snob or jock.
Mika: I can promise you that he's not.
Miles: I can vouch. Bose can be dumb at times, but his kind heart and humor makes up for it.
Herman: Very well. [to Mika and Bose] I will do as much as I can do you two can remain as a couple. I will also make sure that you three stay in Danger Force. Mika, I suggest you sleep over at Bose's house anytime you two want to have a sleepover.
The good news is, Bose has his own house, and he's considered making it their new meetup spot. Actually, he got a text from the Vice Mayor, who allowed Mika to move in with him so he could at least have some company.
Bose: Actually, can Mika move in with me?
Mika's face brightened up...
Herman: I don't know if Angela would like that.
...and dimmed back down. Angela burst into the room.
Angela: Say what now?
Mika cleared her throat.
Mika: Mom, I know you're not a fan of boys, but I promise you that Bose is one of the sweetest, funniest, compassionate, caring people I know, and I love him. He actually lives alone, and the vice mayor decided to let me live with him, but I only need your permission. Dad already gave me permission, and Bose loved the idea.
Angela stares into Bose's eyes.
Angela: What are your plans with my daughter?
Bose: I just want to spend time with her. She's the most kindhearted person I know, and I'd be stupid to let go of her.
Mika: I can promise you that he'll treat me right.
Angela looked at Herman, and they nodded.
Angela: Very well, but you two better not get into any funny business!
Bose and Mika: Ew, what?
Angela: That's all I needed to hear.
She left the room, and Miles started teleporting Mika's things in an empty room in Bose's house. Once he finished, Mika hugged her dad goodbye and Bose shook his hand before Miles teleported them to her new room and left. This house felt empty, but with Mika in it, Bose truly felt like he's at home.
