Miley is at her house, watching Arthur on TV.
"I love this show. I wish I could meet Arthur," says Miley.
A portal comes out of the TV. Miley sees the portal.
"What is that?" asks Miley.
Miley gets sucked into the portal. When she comes out, she is in Elwood City.
"Where am I?" asks Miley.
Miley looks around and realizes she is in Elwood City.
"Yay! I'm in Elwood City! I'm going to have lots of fun and make lots of new friends!" says Miley.
