Harry Potter and Hermione Granger departed Gringotts in shock over the events that had transpired. They had returned to the goblin bank in order to make amends after the break-in a few months prior and was shocked to learn that Harry was betrothed to both Susan Bones and Daphne Greengrass. While he knew Susan somewhat from his time with the DA, Daphne was a complete unknown to him. He never really saw her all that much throughout the years in Hogwarts, the Slytherin never associated herself with Malfoy's group, nor did she with his group of friends and allies.
'Oh god, I hope Hermione's alright.' Harry thought, dreading the fallout to this entire affair. Their new relationship was just getting off the ground after the explosive breakup between Ron and Hermione two months prior. Ron, who was grieving over Ginny's death in the battle at Hogwarts, lashed out against Hermione, who couldn't take it anymore and broke up with him. Hermione cried on his shoulder the weeks after and long buried feelings surfaced again. The stony look on her face worried Harry to no end.
"Are you alright, 'Mione?" Harry asked hesitantly. Hermione took a deep breath and let out a long sigh.
"Not now, Harry. Let's get home first." She replied. Once they reached the designated apparition point, the duo apparated to Grimmauld Place and entered inside. Hermione collapsed on one of the sofas and let out a scream of frustration. She attempted to say something, but the magnitude of her outrage prevented her from saying anything coherent.
"Do you want to talk about it?" Harry asked. Hermione calmed down enough so she could speak.
"I don't understand. Why is this happening?" She cried. "And right before we return to Hogwarts too. I don't know how I'm going to deal with this."
"How about we read these contracts and try to understand what they entail. I know you spent much of your time reading up on Wizarding Law." Harry offered. "Perhaps this could inspire you to do something. God knows how much Magical Britain needs to change."
Hermione sighed and got up.
"You're right. Let's see what these contracts say." She said. Harry opened the folder containing the documents from Gringotts and handed Hermione the marriage contracts. After a few minutes of careful reading, Hermione let out another long-suffering groan.
"The Greengrass contract was a fairly standard marriage contract drawn up between James Potter and Cyrus Greengrass shortly after Daphne was born. However, because of both wars against Voldemort, all of the Greengrasses on Cyrus's older brother's side were killed, leaving Daphne as the heir to the family. Furthermore, Cyrus Greengrass was rendered sterile, meaning he cannot produce a male heir." Hermione explained. "The contract is now a line continuation contract, meaning any children you have with Daphne will be Greengrasses instead of Potters."
"And the Bones contract?"
"This one has always been a line continuation contract. Drawn up between James and Madam Bones after the deaths of most of the Bones family. Same basic concept as the amended Greengrass contract. Susan's children will carry the Bones name." Hermione said dejectedly. "These contracts are absolutely rock solid and will need to be fulfilled before your 21st birthday, so you at least have time to get to know the two."
The couple sat in silence for a few moments before a thought popped into Harry's head.
"Neither girl would be Lady Potter if I can recall what little I know about the law." Harry said slowly. "Is it really necessary for us to split? I still love you Hermione, no matter what kind of nonsense life throws at us."
Hermione remained quiet as she stared at the marriage contracts in distaste.
"Hey look at me." Harry said, turning Hermione's head to him. Their eyes met as Harry began to talk further.
"Listen, we've been through so much together that other people would find it hard to comprehend. From our very first year at Hogwarts, it's been death-defying adventures and narrow escapes for the both of us. Even Ron hasn't experienced as much as we have together and he seen his fair share of the end-of-year Potter adventure. As far as I know, this is just another Potter adventure, one that I need you for as always. Sure, we may not be exclusive, but us sticking together is far more important, don't you think?" Harry explained. Hermione took a moment to think before hugging Harry.
"You're right, Harry. This is just another one of your crazy Potter adventures." Hermione said. "At least this one isn't nearly as dangerous compared to the others. Susan and Daphne are both nice girls, they'll treat you well."
"Thanks Hermione. Let's get ready for the final year then. We got a lot of work cut out for us ahead." Harry replied. The pair shared a quick kiss before going off to prepare for their last year at Hogwarts.

Harry sat in the Room of Requirement awaiting the arrival of his newly-discovered betrothed. During the first week back at Hogwarts, he sent both Susan and Daphne letters to meet him in the Room of Requirement during the first weekend of the term. The door to the seventh-floor hallway opened, revealing the busty red-head Susan Bones and willowy blonde Daphne Greengrass. Harry showed both girls to the chairs surrounding a small table before taking a seat.
"Hello Harry." Susan said as she gave the boy a shy smile. Daphne remained impassive as she took the seat to Susan's left.
"Potter."
"Before I get into the topic at hand, I need you two to understand that I was raised in the muggle world without any wizarding knowledge until I was eleven. As such, there are a lot of things that I did not know then and still don't know now, so please bear in mind with what I'm about to say." Harry started. "I'm also including the fact that before Voldemort's defeat, I had spent every year trying to survive all the nonsense that was thrown at me and it is reasonable to assume that unimportant things such as the future and romance were put aside in favor of trying not to die."
Daphne raised an incredulous eyebrow while Susan nodded in understanding.
"Those crazy adventures I've been hearing about are true?! I thought it was typical Gryffindor embellishment." Daphne said, a bit disturbed.
"Whatever you heard, it's likely true." Harry said. "I'll fill you in on the details later, but now, I have a more pressing topic at hand."
Harry paused for a moment before gathering himself. Both girls waited in anticipation on what he would say next.
"Last week, I went to Gringotts to make amends and I discovered that I am contracted to both of you. I'm very sorry." He said finally. Susan gasped while Daphne sighed.
"It's about time you noticed, Potter." Daphne said. "I was wondering if that silly Slytherin antipathy was making you more stupid than usual."
"You knew?" Harry asked incredulously.
"Of course, I did. Astoria never lets me forget." Daphne snarked.
"Why didn't you say anything?"
"Well, that wouldn't be proper of course, the male always has to approach the female. I'd say something disparaging about your lack of pureblood etiquette, but even I am smart enough to know that we aren't spending the time and effort to educate people like you about such things." Daphne replied. "Oh Merlin, I'll have to be spending ages getting you caught up."
"Yeah, I didn't quite understand the rationale behind line continuation contracts even after Hermione researched them." Harry said. "They sound a bit contrived to be honest."
Susan finally got a look of understanding.
"Auntie Amelia was meant to have told me, but she died before she could. And by the time I was told about the contract, the war was in full swing." She said. "I suppose that saves me the trouble of trying to settle for a wizard who doesn't mind shedding their last name. Besides, I always did have a bit of a crush on you."
"Half of Hogwarts did, Susan." Daphne replied. "Even despite Astoria's best efforts…"
Both girls proceeded to giggle.
"Right…" Harry said tentatively. "I do have to let you know that me and Hermione got together over the summer."
"Oh my, I can't imagine she's happy about that." Susan said. "She doesn't strike me as the sharing type."
"Well, Potter does have his duty to his family like we have ours." Daphne mused. "Granger's smart if she made the effort to know our laws. She'll understand the situation."
"She was very upset after that discovery, but I somehow managed to convince her not to break up with me then and there." Harry replied. "She's still a bit sensitive about this situation we're in, but I believe that it would be a very good idea if we spent the year getting to know each other better. After all, we will be spending the rest of our lives together, at least the three of us if Hermione can't continue after all."
"I agree. After all, you don't know me at all and you only knew Susan for a year or so and not very well." Daphne said.
"So, it's settled." Harry finished, standing up. "I'm famished, let's go get some lunch then. We should start sitting together if we are to know each other."
"I'd like that." Susan said. The two girls followed Harry as he went to the Great Hall.

Daphne Greengrass reviewed her extensive collection of notes, arithmantic equations, and diagrams for the third time as she prepared to make the trip from the Department of Mysteries to Malfoy Manor. It's now or never when it comes to her mission. 12 years of hard work is now at its final culmination.
Draco silently led the Unspeakable to the master bedroom, where Astoria Malfoy, nee Greengrass, lay in bed, attended to by Harry Potter, now one of St. Mungo's top healers. The Greengrass blood curse had once again appeared to the horror of the Greengrasses and Draco Malfoy, who had fallen in love with the younger Greengrass sister a couple years after she graduated from Hogwarts. The curse appeared not long after the two wed, gradually sapping Astoria of her strength. The birth of the pair's only son, Scorpius, did not help matters. Only the hope of Daphne's research with the Department of Mysteries could Astoria hope to be rid of the blood curse, which is now in its advanced stage.
"How's Tori doing now?" Daphne said, trying to hide her anxiety from her voice. Harry sighed.
"My estimations don't see her surviving to New Year's." He said solemnly. "I hope you got something planned."
"I've checked my work with the help of several experts multiple times over, this should work." Daphne said. "We'll need Hermione and Susan to help, this solution takes five to do."
"I'll contact them." Draco said. "Stay strong Astoria."
The blonde man left the bedroom, leaving Harry and Daphne alone with Astoria, who was resting in a medically induced coma. A few minutes later, Hermione, now the Minister of Magic, and Susan, the Head of the DMLE, stepped through.
"Thanks for coming you two." Daphne said.
"Anything for family." Susan said. Hermione nodded with her.
"We will need to take Astoria to the ritual room." Daphne said. "Draco, if you will."
Draco nodded and levitated his wife from her bed. The group made their way to the cellar, which had been prepared for the ritual Daphne invented for the purpose of curing the blood malediction.
"Place her in the center of the ritual circle." Daphne ordered. Draco moved Astoria over the center of the ritual circle before gently lowering her down. Motioning the other four around the ritual circle, the group surrounded Astoria, wands out.
"Now we begin."
Daphne began chanting as the other four's wands began to glow. Daphne's wand also began to glow, but unlike the others, her wand left a light trail behind. She began to walk around the ritual circle, letting her wand leave a trail of light as she touched the tip of her wand to the tips of her companions' wands. Soon, the light circle was complete and it began shrinking towards Astoria.
"Add magical power." Daphne said. The circle glowed brightly as it shrank until it was nothing more than a glowing ball. The ball sank down into Astoria's body, which started to glow red before the light ball emerged from body, now colored in a burning orange. A final burst of magic prompted the ball to explode, showering orange sparks everywhere before everything went dark.
After a few moments, Harry stepped forward, sure that everything has settled down. He waved his holly wand over Astoria and casted a few diagnostic charms. He let out a sigh of relief.
"The blood curse is gone. Astoria will live." He stated. "To assist in her recovery, I will assign a regiment of nutrition potions so Astoria can regain her full strength in a matter of weeks. I will keep you posted, Draco."
Daphne collapsed onto her knee, emotionally overwhelmed, as Hermione and Susan rushed to hug her, squealing with joy. Draco hugged Astoria in relief before picking her up and taking her back to bed.
"Thank you so much!" He said as he walked away.
"I've done it! I can't believe I've done it." Daphne exclaimed.
"This calls for a celebration." Susan said. "Off we go to Diagon Alley."
The married group Flooed out of Malfoy Manor and into Diagon Alley. Just as they started heading to Fortescue's Ice Cream Parlour, all four heard a commotion coming from the nearby apothecary. Harry decided to investigate, his wives following closely behind as they bypassed on-lookers and entered the shop. Two men were scuffling at the back of the shop, right inside the door that led to the potions lab. Susan rushed forward, raising her wand to subdue the two men, but before she could open her mouth, the man who was attempting to enter the potions lab strongly shoved his opponent, now identified as the shop owner, inside.
The shop owner stumbled backwards before crashing into a bookshelf containing various completed potions. The shelf fell backwards, collapsing onto one of the active labs containing a cauldron with a half-finished potion. Some of the completed potions fell into the cauldron, causing the cauldron to start bubbling violently. Susan, who followed the intruder inside the potions lab with her lovers, fired a quick stunner at the intruder. The man, who was rifling through the other shelves for potions, noticed the spell and quickly ducked underneath the table with the bubbling cauldron. Daphne spotted the danger just as Susan began to speak her next spell.
"Susan, wait!"
But it was too late. The DMLE Head fired another stunner at the criminal, which flew right at the bubbling cauldron. Outside, spectators watched as a brilliant explosion engulfed the apothecary, blowing out the windows and sending the closest on-lookers flying. A nearby auror rushed into the shop, hoping to find Harry and his wives, but to his dismay and bewilderment, there were no bodies among the wreckage. He searched high and low for a few minutes before rushing out the shop before the flames could overwhelm him. A crowd had formed around the apothecary, looking at the auror with fear and sadness as his facial expression told all.
Harry Potter, Hermione Potter, Susan Bones, and Daphne Greengrass were gone.
Geonosis 22BBY
The rumblings of explosions outside roused Harry to consciousness. His body hurt like hell, a sensation he hasn't felt in a long time, but one he is intimately familiar with. Looking around, he found himself just inside a sandstone structure, his wives sprawled all around him. Harry stood up and quickly took diagnostics of each of the three, hoping they weren't hurt or, Merlin forbid, dead.
Thankfully, everyone was alright. Strange. The last thing Harry remembered was the explosion in the Diagon Alley apothecary. What happened to him and his loves? They're obviously not dead when the explosion should've killed them, but considering his surroundings, they're probably not in England anymore. It reminded Harry of North Africa, where he took a six-month mission before Desmond and Edmund, his fourteen-year-old twin Greengrass sons, were born. Oh shite! The children!
His wives began to walk up just as Harry started to panic. Hermione immediately came to his side and hugged him tightly, attempting to comfort him.
"Hey, easy now." She said. "What's wrong?"
"What's going to happen to our children? We're essentially dead considering the explosion we got caught up in." Harry cried. All three of his lovers froze briefly before Susan got an epiphany.
"Wait, the Lordship rings." She said. Daphne and Harry willed their rings to appear and thankfully their respective family rings showed up. Susan did the same.
"Oh good. At least we shouldn't be declared dead back home." Harry mused.
"At least all the kids are at Hogwarts now. That should give Father enough time to prepare living arrangements for everyone." Daphne replied. Ever since Helena Greengrass, Cyrus's wife, passed away a few years ago, Cyrus stayed inside Greengrass Manor alone. He retired from his lordship duties and passed down the Head of House to Daphne, opting to stay out of the public eye for the foreseeable future and instead focus on helping family. With all the work the adults have to do, taking care of Daphne's twin sons as well as the three Potter children and two Bones children was the least he could do to ease their burden.
"Harry, do you think you could contact Ginny using the mirrors you got from Sirius?" Hermione asked. Ginny was the oldest of the Potter children, a 5th year Ravenclaw girl, followed by the middle son Dan, 3rd year Gryffindor, and youngest daughter Helena, 1st year Slytherin. When Ginny first started Hogwarts, she was given one of the enchanted mirrors so Harry could keep in touch with all of his children, including the Greengrass twins, who are 4th year Gryffindors, and the Bones children, James and Rose, who were Hufflepuffs in 4th and 2nd years respectively. Harry took out his communication mirror and called out his oldest daughter's name.
The opposite mirror answered, but to everyone's surprise, the mirror call was very choppy and unstable, as if an equivalent phone call was being taken in an area of spotty internet service. The image was very difficult to discern, except for the flash of green that was Ginny's eyes.
"Dad? Where…. How…. Dead…. Us?"
The eldest Potter daughter was speaking, but no one could discern what she was trying to say. Her voice was cut off between communication chops and was garbled to boot.
"We're alive. We're alive. We're alive. Talk to Cyrus. Talk to Cyrus. Talk to Cyrus." Harry replied. Reckoning that any complicated message would be lost, he repeated two simple sentences in hopes that Ginny got the message.
"Where…. You?….. are…. You?" Came the reply. Harry and Hermione were relieved and proud that their daughter had evidently understood what her father was trying to do.
"Unknown. Unknown. Unknown. Later. Later. Later."
The mirror call ended just before the room the four were in trembled. The women started to look concerned.
"Merlin, where the fuck are we?" Harry asked to no one in particular. "Let's get moving and gain our bearings. It sounds like a warzone outside here."
The wizard and witches left the chamber they were in and walked down the hallway. The sounds of battle drew closer to the group as they proceeded, though these sounds weren't like the sound of firearms or spells. The hallway reached an intersection and off to the right was a small, strange-looking door. Harry took out the Elder Wand and pointed it at the strange metal door, casting an unlocking charm. The door hissed as it moved up, revealing a battlefield in the middle of what was now apparent to be an arena of sorts. Brown robed men, women, and aliens fought against robots and giant insects armed with guns firing laser bolts at them. The magicals quickly ducked back into the hallway as they looked at each other in shock.
"What on Earth is happening out there?" Hermione asked incredulously.
"I don't think we're on Earth, 'Mione." Harry replied. "There are people that don't look human. Those robots don't look like anything the Muggles could build."
"Wonderful." Daphne said sarcastically. "Looks like we've just started another Potter adventure, this time heavily leaning on sci-fi elements."
"In any case," Susan interrupted. "The fact that we're not dead and our children are waiting for us to return home means that we need to get more information about where we are, how we get home, and what do we do in the meantime."
"Let's wait for the battle outside to conclude." Harry declared. "I don't know who's friendly out there and frankly, I had enough of fighting in a war for nonsense reasons."
