Note: I don't own anything related to Star Wars, just a Star Wars fan, and a Bo-Katan/Din Djarin shipper. This is my first time writing anything on FanFiction, apologies for any errors, I'm doing this on my phone. Hope you enjoy the read :)

Beskar armor stuck out like a sore thumb in the club, more so with the lights reflecting off of them. Even with the unwanted attention Bo-Katan confidently strode through the crowd with Din Djarin following closely behind.

"Target on the second-floor balcony." Said Bo-Katan over their helmet comms.

They began their ascent up the crowded staircase pushing past the uneasy-looking partygoers. They had been sent on a mission to bring in Man-Am an arms dealer and drug smuggler for the imperialists.

"I spot 3 bodyguards."

"Make that 4." Replied Din Djarin

Bo-Katan groaned over her comms.

Attempting to bring him in alive to be tried for his crimes was going to be tricky. Man-Am didn't look very big on his own but his bodyguards looked well-furnished with the highest end of weapons. This was Bo-Katan's first mission after assuming leadership of Mandalore, it had been almost a year of itching to get out of the council meetings and she was feeling a little rusty.

Man-Am sat in a quieter lounge area playing a private game of sabbac looking quite relaxed as his guards stood firm. Drinks were flowing and everyone at the table was laughing; it even appeared as though Man-Am was indulging in his own products by how dilated his pupils looks.

"We need a word with your boss." Din said to the closest guard.

The guard said nothing but placed a hand on a blaster holstered to his hip.

"Come now! Let the Mandalorians join in!" Yelled Man-Am from the table.

The guard begrudgingly shifted to the side to let Din Djarin and Bo-Katan through.

"Mandalorians! I don't usually mix my business with pleasure but for the two of you, I could make an exception. I've got the best good on the market, I'm sure you have heard." Man-Am said as he sent the individuals at the table away.

"We're not here to purchase weapons. We've been hired to bring you in for your crimes against the republic." Stated Bo-Katan

Man-Am grinned and slicked his hair back and he leaned in his chair. "I'm sure arrangements can be made that would be beneficial to both of us. You see, 'crimes', now that's a strong word, is not how I would define my activities. I'm simply an advocate for artisans, creating some of the system's finest weapons."

"You've sold millions of weapons to the imperialists. Not to mention the illegal substances you have been known to smuggle, that have led to the deaths of many." Said Bo-Katan

The four guards now turned their full attention to Bo-Katan and Din Djarin. "Whoa, now I just simply don't discriminate when it comes to my clientele. Empire or republic, it doesn't matter as long as the credit rolls in. I'm sure bounty hunters have a similar mentality, so you really don't need to act so high and mighty in front of me. Whatever you're getting paid, you know I could double it. Heck, I'll even throw in two of the best blasters I've got into the deal, free of charge of course...from the goodness of my heart." Said Man-Am. For as smoothly as he was talking Bo-Katan could see a ring of heat on the table forming around his palms from how nervous he must be getting.

"We were asked to take you in alive so that you could pay for crimes, but say you struggled and in the heat of it my blaster went off in a flurry and you were hit. Bringing you in dead would still get the job done, it's really up to you how you want to do this." Said Din.

Man-Am's eye slowly went between Din Djarin and Bo-Katan and a small grin twitched into the corner of his mouth. "I'm sorry that our business couldn't have been more productive friends, perhaps in the future you'll reconsider." A small beep could be heard from his chair as the floor opened up below Man-Am and he quickly sunk away before a shot from Bo-Katan's blaster could hit the space where his shoulder used to be. Bo-Katan cursed to herself, her hand had gotten slower after her injury, and although it healed it wasn't the same as it was.

"Shit!" She said over the comms as the guards had them cornered.

"I guess I'll take two and you take two?" Din suggested.

"What a proposition, I'm a little offended you don't think I could take three," Bo-Katan said as she lunged toward one of the guards.

One of the guard's jacket fell to the floor to reveal his four metal arms rapidly spinning large blades. "You can have that one." Bo-Katan said as she kicked the guard over a railing.

The blasts ricocheted off their armor but that didn't mean the hits didn't hurt. Din Djarin got a blast through to another guard to take him down. Bo-Katan was still busy fighting the guard who seemed to have some kind of altered gaderffii stick. Her small shield allowed her to get closer to him to swing a dagger and graze his chest. He didn't seem all that fazed by his wound by how quickly he kicked toward her chest. Bo-Katan took the opportunity to sink her dagger into his ankle and then swiftly yank it out as he howled in pain and plant it into his neck.

Din Djarin had managed to crush one of the guard's mechanical arms with the sabbac table. His rifle seemed to be doing some damage but keeping a distance a distance was a struggle. Din slid to the ground and shot the guard's kneecaps with his blaster when he saw an opening in the rhythm of the spinning blades. The guard was on the ground finally.

"Come on, if we go through that same hole in the ground we might be able to catch up to him." Din said with labored breaths.

"Watch out!" Bo-Katan yelled as she tackled Din to the ground. The guard was not done yet, his arms may not have been spinning as quickly but they were still going. Din Djarin pulled Bo-Karan's head down into his chest and fired off his rifle several more times before the guard completely stopped moving.

"Are you alright?" Ask Din Djarin.

He heard Bo-Katan suck a breath of air through her teeth in pain. "I think I got nicked by the blades a bit but I'll live." With the lighting of the club Din Djarin couldn't quite make out where the blade made contact with her.

"Are you able to run?" He asked as he felt her shift her weight off of him. "I'm sure you wouldn't be able to keep up." She said.

"Coming?" Bo-Katan asked as she stood over the hole Man-Am had escaped from. He didn't have time to answer before she dropped herself down into the floor.
