Ruby's Great Idea
Within a little while, Jade saw Ruby and her mother below her in the cemetery nearby.
"Skywind," Jade called. "please land! Down there!"
"You got it, Jade!" Skywind called back.
Skywind landed at the spot where the Hanshaw family stood near a grave site.
Jade saw Ruby putting flowers near the headstone.
"Hello, Jade." Ruby said.
"Is it that time of the year again?" Jade asked Ruby.
"Yes, Jade," Ruby answered. "my father died at sea fifteen years ago today."
"Just like I lost my mother," Jade sighed. "and my father's been pretty lonely ever since."
That got Ruby thinking.
"Jade! I have an awesome idea!" Ruby exclaimed.
"You do, Ruby," Jade asked. "what is it?"
"Your dad and my mom..." Ruby began.
"Should start dating! Ruby! You are a genius!" Jade finished.
