Land of the Silver City, Agniratha! Goddess VS Cyber Machines!
Last time on Modern Dimension Cyberion! Audrey was found by Jeffrey, a one-handed swordsman fighter who was searching for details about the Cyber Corps group. The two searched around the forest that Audrey crashed down to after her conflict with the other three Goddesses. Wanting to keep her identity a secret she wants to gain Jeff's trust. She becomes a fighter so she is able to explore dungeons. But as they found where Audrey crash landed, the ground gave away and they fell down into a cavern-like dungeon. They fight off a large wolf monster and leave the place, there is then news about the newly discovered dungeon. They decided to explore it and encountered the sorceress apprentice Alice. While they were greeting one another, the wolf monster Jeff and Audrey fought before had arrived and had a more viscous vibe to it as well having a strange enhancement. After taking on the monster the trio decided to go together as a party and search for anything they might learn. They did encounter a mysterious group who claimed to be from the "Dark Army", luckily the group were able to knock them out before they could get killed. Near the end of the dungeon they find a mysterious gem that summons monsters which Alice recognized as a Summoning Gem that can summon monsters to cause trouble! After dealing with the monsters, a mysterious witch appeared before them and wiped the floor with them easily. She was about to kill Jeff for his Pendant for some unknown reason. Audrey wanted to desperately help him when a mysterious voice reawakened her transforming ability and won against the mysterious witch! However, she exclaims that she will acquire the Elementals and bring Audrey and any others into despair by her power! Her goal is a mystery at the moment, but Audrey had to do something quick knowing what she meant. That also meant she had a lot to explain to Jeff and Alice.
Jeffrey's Apartment
After the events in the cavern dungeon and the intense battle from the mysterious witch. However the words she spoke about have made Audrey concerned. They gathered at Jeff's apartment for their next plans. For Audrey, she has a plan on where to go next so she decides to talk about their plan of action with Jeff and Alice.
"So you're the Goddess of Agniritha, Silver Heart all this time?" Jeff asks Audrey after she had revealed her transformation against the mysterious witch. She nods while replying with. "Yes. I am, that was part of the reason I wanted your trust. The other part was… that I strangely could not access my transformation." She explained to them. "You couldn't access your transformation? What do you mean by that Lady Silver Heart?" Alice asked her, confused. Though Audrey giggled slightly. "Alice, you don't have to address me formally. We are friends now, plus I'd like you to keep my identity secret for the time being." Alice blushed slightly, shaking a bit. "R-right! I'm s-sorry Lady Silver- uh I mean, Audrey! I'm gonna need to get used to that for a bit first after finding out who you are…"
"Back to the question you asked. Myself, as well as the other goddesses don't always look like how you would know me. Each of us has human forms so we blend in with everyone else." Audrey starts explaining to them. "So you both know about the stories with the conflict the 4 of us, the goddesses are going through, yes?" Jeff and Alice nod their heads as they have been told the stories as kids. "You see, we've been going through this for many years. And why I said I couldn't access my goddess form, recently while fighting the others they decided to Team against me which is why I fell from the Sanctuary." She explains how she crashed in the forest. "After going 1v3 on them I tried my best to defend myself, but they overwhelmed me. As of now after all that fighting, I'm starting to get bored of fighting them. At that point I kinda wondered why we were pointed to fight one another. We were told to control all 4 elementals to be the Divine Goddess, but I just feel like this was all pointless fighting." She explains to them. "Fighting for just to be titled as the Divine Goddess? Also, what are these Elementals? I believe that mysterious old hag mentioned them also." Jeff said switching topics, getting right to the point Audrey is worried about. "The Elementals are eternal creatures with incredible elemental powers! There is one cared by each Goddess. I care for the Storm Leviathan, Lime Heart cares for the Terra Golem, Red Heart cares for the Fire Dragon, and Ice Hearts cares for the Frost Wolf."
"As caretaker of the Leviathan, I am able to produce incredible thunder magic which is exactly why I can use only Thunder." She continues explaining with her mastery of her abilities. "Now I'm understanding this. So if that Witch knows you, she may attack other nations as well." Jeff says starting to understand what is happening. "Yes, but first we need to head to my land fast!" Audrey tells them in a panic. "If that Witch knows a lot more than I expect, without me being at Agniritha. They are unprepared for attacks!"
"She's right! Plus my school is in Agniratha also! I gotta be sure my instructor knows this!" Alice exclaimed, worried! "Then pack up girls! We are gonna travel to the Eastern Nation!" Jeff tells the duo. "We can't do anything by just sitting here!" He gets up getting his stuff, and the girls did the same getting potions and magic recovery items. "Also Audrey, can you look at your menu list? I am wondering if that error is gone." He suggests. She opens her menu to see the 'Error' changed to "Transformation Stats". "Looks like I was right. It's only applied to you." Audrey looks through it, as it shows her skills when she is transformed and her increased stats. "Yeah, though I can't stay in my form for long. Even though I feel stronger, I get tired quickly. Of course my strength is the faith of people who support me."
"W-well I support you Lady Audrey!" Alice proclaims. "You don't need to be formal as I've said before, Alice." Audrey replies with a giggle. "S-sorry! I'm nervous about this." Audrey giggled again at her shyness. "Well, we can't just stand here! Let's head to my nation and get some information on what the soldiers know, or anyone for that matter!"
Since the trio were on the other side to travel to Agniritha, they used a cab to drive to the gateway towards the nation. Jeff signs some paperwork for their travel and they start walking through the tunnel towards the land of Agniritha!
After a long walk they have exited the tunnel to see that they have arrived in the nation. The land looks like a city from a sci-fi movie with floating platforms with teleporters and flying vehicles going around. There were also mechanical structures as well, some of which were focused on building more buildings and others were flowing with energy. Also the people walking around wore outfits from like a sci-fi movie. It's also the same for some of the guards with energy like weapons.
Audrey took a moment viewing everything then stretched a bit. "Ah! It's good to be back home!" She says once finished her stretch. "Being back to the place you rule must be nice. Though we should warn the guards about that witch and the guys from this Dark Army." Jeff reminds her. "Yeah I know. However there is another thing you mentioned. This corporation, the Cyber Corps? What is it about them that is causing problems, and you said they built towers connected to each Nation." She says remembering what Jeff had told her. From back towards Central City they see the Tower close to her nation with an A emblem with cyber lines circled around it. "Yeah, that's right. It's only rumors at the moment. But people say the Cyber Corps are making machines to prove that they are better than humans. There have been mentions of people getting hurt from them, though there are other things where they made high power warriors. But like I said these are mostly rumors. So there may be chances they are true, but we won't know yet." He explains to the two girls. As they stood there, a pair of citizens started a conversation.
"Hey did you notice those guys with all those weird machines not too long ago?" One of them started saying as it caught the group's attention. "Yeah, plus there was also that weird woman with them. I heard her saying she'll obtain a gem with an immense electrical power source for the project. I'm betting those guys are from the Cyber Corps from the Central Nation!" The second one assumed. Audrey went wide-eyed hearing the word 'Gem' from them. "Those guys are gonna cause problems if this thing they are working on is dangerous!" The other guy nodded. "Not only that, people say they worked on other citizens turning them into Super Soldiers for their cause."
The trio seemed concerned at what they heard, but Audrey had more concern from the things that were mentioned. "So the Cyber Corps are around for some kind of project. Though this 'Woman' they mentioned might be that witch. We should see if anyone has seen them and where they went." Jeff suggests for them. "Yeah, but can we head to the magic guild first? I wanna tell my instructor about what happened." Alice suggested as she was worried about them. Audrey was worried about another problem on her mind.
The two follow her to a building with the same mark on her cape and go inside the building. Once inside they see others in similar capes like Alice only in different colors. They walk to a man in a navy cloak, he turns to Alice as they walk to him. "Oh Alice! What brings you back here? And I see you made some friends also!" He says a bit surprised. "Uh, I was wondering where Sensei is." She says a bit in a rush. "Oh the Mistress is away on business travel." He explains to her, which made her worried. "What kind of business?" Audrey asked him curiously. "She is out seeking a group who is against the goddesses, a possible assassin mage group."
"I've heard about them. They are ones who think the goddesses aren't needed around. They are also rumored to be traitors of mage guilds." Jeff said from what he has heard. "What you say about them being traitors is true. We have got reports that some members of the guilds either were banished or left without a reason, although much later we learned that some of them learned about learning dark and black magic." Alice looked a bit worried. "She is also going to warn the goddesses about them, but there has been no word about Lady Silver Heart's return. We wanted to tell her as well." Alice was about to say something but Audrey placed a hand on her shoulder and shook her head. "At the moment, we should ask people about the current whereabouts of the Cyber Corps and their plans." Audrey suggests. "But we should make a stop at some place first, you two." With that said they knew she wanted to return to her home as quickly as she could.
Audrey leads the others towards the Platinum Palace, seeing the large building Jeff was amazed at the size of the place. Especially using warps to get there towards the entrance. They are stopped by the two guards with spears. "Halt! No one is allowed to enter!" The guard on the left tells them. "We are ordered by Lady Silver Heart to not let anyone in until she returns! As her guards we will prevent anyone from entering!" The one on the right says. "So leave! Or we will use force!" Audrey had just remembered she had not returned, plus she was mostly seen in her goddess form. "Move out of the way idiots! Do you not know who you are talking to?!" She asks the two who suddenly got irritated. "What did you say little lady?! You are just an ordinary citizen who-." Before the guard on the right could finish Audrey raised a hand and snapped her fingers causing a thunder strike upon him and shocking him greatly, this also surprised his partner. "Honestly I am trying to keep myself hidden but I probably should have shown my human look to my soldiers before I left for the Sky Sanctuary." The other guard took a moment to take the situation in, then he suddenly had a realization. "L-Lady Silver Heart?!" She sighed. "About time you realized, my thunder is what finally had to make you know who I was." She said a bit irritated. "Apologies! We never realized!"
The other guard got his footing after the shock subsided and felt regret for talking down the goddess of the nation. "We worried about what happened when you left for the Sky Sanctuary!" The two guards stepped aside. "Some things happened up there against those three. But now, has there been any strange sightings or has anyone entered the place?" She asks the two. "Nothing strange Lady Silver Heart! And no there hasn't been, though there were recent reports of sounds at the upper floors. And the citizens have asked for you to look into the group called the Cyber Corporation's actions." The left guard tells her. Audrey had a grim look from the reports, and she had expected the people for her to look into the actions of the Cyber Corps after what she learned from Jeff. "I will do as they asked." She says walking in and the other two were about to enter when the guards stopped them. "Let them pass, they are my personal guests." She told the two guards, they stepped aside once again letting Jeff and Alice follow Audrey inside which looked very fancy having pillars along with unique designs on the walls of a large serpent creature across them glowing with cyan lines. "Are these diagrams of the Leviathan you mentioned?" Alice asks her. "Mhm, the diagrams are of the story about the Leviathan and passing the power of Storm to the next ruler of the nation. Which is how I can use powerful thunder magic. Although of course other people can use many kinds of magic. Like you two can use them, Alice being a sorceress. And even though you use swords, you can still use magic. Plus the Elemental Attack Alice mentioned before." She explains to them.
They go up to the 3rd floor of the palace where Audrey's room is and she looks around for a bit while Jeff and Alice chat. "I kinda want to talk about some stuff regarding Audrey." Jeff starts which Alice looked confused. "Since we learned that Audrey is one of the goddesses and she wants to warn the others. It could also mean that they might attack us as well since we are traveling with her now." Alice realized the point he was getting too. "We don't know much about the others, so when we travel to other nations we will have to be prepared." He continued. "That is true, though Audrey can give us a heads up on them when we travel to the other nations." Alice did make a point since Audrey being a goddess, she knows the others well enough on their attacks and abilities. "I do wonder about the elementals as Audrey told us. But something bothers me. Why does this mysterious Witch we fought want the Elementals? Is there some connection to all of them she is going for?" Jeff ponders the questions out loud. Alice wondered that also. Though she did stare at Jeff curiously. During the fight with the Witch she saw an expression on him that seemed like he was thinking about doing something. Alice wondered if Jeff was hiding something he didn't want revealed. After a minute Audrey exited her room with a grim expression. "As I expected. The Gem connecting to my Elemental is nowhere to be found!" She said gritting her teeth. "Gem? Like a summoning gem?" Alice asked her.
"Yeah, basically. It's also the key to access the path into the hidden sanctuary of the Elementals in each nation. That Witch we fought in the Central City caverns must have known this!" Audrey assumed with an upset tone. "I don't know why she wants the Elemental's power, but with it we are in serious trouble unless we can reclaim it back!" She tells them. "Alright, so our best bet is to find any clues to her whereabouts. Plus those guys we overheard at the tunnel gate mentioned her with Cyber Corps members. If she is helping them then they are our best clue to finding that witch!" Jeff proclaimed which Audrey nodded in agreement. So the trio head out to gather info about the Cyber Corps or the Witch.
"Oh hang on! I found something that might be useful!" Audrey pulls out a cufflink with a lightning bolt symbol and gives it to Alice. "This is a Cufflink! These accessories have special magical properties! Thanks!" Alice adds it onto her scarf. "No prob, I thought it would be useful for ya! It'll give you a boost for your Thunder Magic." This would help them in battle. "And one more thing!" She turned to Jeff and then kissed his cheek which surprised him. "Just a little gift from me!" She said as she walked away while Alice blushed slightly. Jeff was taken back from the sudden action and was unsure how to feel about it.
He may not understand yet, but there is a feature he might have overlooked where we can do Unison Attacks. Audrey thought to herself as she looked at Party stats and looked at affection levels. Even though she only met Jeff and Alice, the friendship/affection levels are up at 30 percent range. Possibly because she wanted to save them from the witch.
The trio start going around the city gathering info about the recent actions of the members of the Cyber Corps. Most were unsure of where they were going, though few witnessed them heading towards the storage unit areas. Though Audrey knows there are quite a lot of storage units in the outskirts of the city. Luckily there were witnesses of them entering 3 of the storage sections, though they couldn't split up to find out exactly which one.
The group head to the closest buildings to see if the Cyber Corps are there. "Eye witnesses say this is one of the buildings they went into." Jeff explains to the two girls. "Let's search around inside this storage, and see what they are up to." They prepare themselves as Audrey puts in the code, having the doors open for them. "Now I wonder how they got in here, unless someone hacked into these which could make sense." The group walks inside as there looks to be a path onward for them to go through. Once all three of them enter, suddenly the shutter door falls down closing them inside. "Wha?! What happened?!" Alice asked in shock, seeing the door close.
"Looks like that woman was right about spies searching for our work." A deep male voice spoke from the other side of the door. "Wouldn't want the Boss to get upset if you three were to cause problems for us." The others were in disbelief of what happened but realized who did this. "You are from the Cyber Corps aren't you!" Jeff assumed directing it to the man on the other side. "Not like I will tell you. What I can say from the woman who helped us says for one of you "I have taken your precious item, with that done I'm off to the next nation." That is what she said for me to you all. Since you all are trapped, I'm certain the monsters that woman set up will be your end. So long." He says as he starts walking away from them. Audrey tries entering the code from inside, but it declines her. "Dammit! It looks like he must have hacked it and changed the code which means we are stuck inside!" She exclaims in frustration. Alice looked scared at the situation they are currently in. "Are we gonna be monster food? This isn't what I want to be in!" She held her staff in worry. "Fear not Alice! I would be prepared if this happens. I made sure there would be a manual exit in each of the storage buildings!" She raises her spirits with that. "However, if what he said about monsters we will have to go through them. So get ready for a big fight, you two!" She tells them summoning her sword taking lead as Jeff and Alice follow with Sword and Staff in hands!
They move forward as they encounter lizard monsters that are about a foot taller than them. There were also some machines that have become hostile against them, luckily the machines were weak to Alice and Audrey's Thunder magic attacks. They were also attacked by what looked to be walking tanks that did have mechanical legs. "What's with the walking tanks?" Jeff asks Audrey. "They were prototype ideas to use if anything big came up. Though they were scrapped and left in here. Looks like they put this into hostile mode autopilot so we need to take this down!"
The group dodge turret fire from the tank enemy as Jeff and Audrey attack with their swords as Alice uses magic especially a well aimed Blizzard freezing the turret and Jeff slices it which cuts it in half. Audrey grabbed a small object and forced it into the barrel of the turret. "Alice, use fire!" She tells the apprentice. She casts a Fire which hits the device stuck and then it explodes destroying the barrel and part of the tank which deactivates the machine from working. "And that is out of the way, we can continue further." Audrey says. "I'm not gonna transform unless I need to. When I do I mostly max level my Thunder Magic if you were wondering." She explains and they continue forward fighting more machines.
As they continue through the storage they are facing more flesh like monsters such as the lizards and some bat-like creatures. "There seems to be less machines and more of other kinds right now." Jeff notices as he stabs a Lizard, finishing it off. "True, and that mystery man mentioned monsters so I guess all these lizard monsters are the reason for them." Audrey assumed and saw Alice over at the wall looking at something. And the shape jagged into the wall made it clear what it was. "Look! It's a summon gem just like in Central City!" She called out to them. "Now I think about it, was it that witch that set this up?" Jeff reminded them. "I think she mentioned that we were undoing her work back in that cavern. She might have been the one who made the summon gems!"
"That's most likely possible. From what kind of magic we got hit with, she must know the ways to create them." Alice assumed. "First we should get rid of the gem before-" But of course before she finished, the gem glowed and summoned a big monster that looked porcine-like with a spear in its hand. "Too late! Time to deal with another monster which looks to be a monstrous pig?" Jeff questions the appearance of the monster in front of them, as he dodges a swing attack from it. He tries a Sonic Leap attack only for it to get blocked by it. "Whoa! Alright this thing is smart!" He said, surprised and then got struck by it. "Take this ugly!" Audrey does her Vorpal Strike knocking the enemy away.
Jeff stood back up as his sword started sparking with electricity. "Spark Strike!" He slashes the Pig Monster with the Element Imbuement attack. "Thunder!" Alice casts Thunder attacks on it 6 times, when all of a sudden she surges with powerful magical Thunder energy! "Thundaza!" She shouts and a powerful blast of thunder doing a large AOE hitting the pig enemy as well as other hostile machines around her. Jeff and Audrey backed away, witnessing the results of the attack as the pig monster bursts into shards. "Whoa! That was a powerful Thunder that hit a lot of targets!" Jeff exclaimed looking around them. Even Alice herself was surprised she did something so powerful! "That's because Alice casted the 4th Level Grand Magic Attack." Audrey explains. "Wait a Fourth Level?! There was such a thing? I thought there were only 3." Jeff assumed.
"Normally yes. However with the Cufflink Alice has, she can cast the rare magic doing a powerful damage attack!" Audrey explains to him. "Wow, then if we find more of those we should let her have them." Jeff suggested as he goes over and destroys the gem before forgetting. "So Audrey, how far are we to the other exit?" He asks the goddess. "Not too far it seems. Just a ways away and we should find it up ahead!" They continued forward through the storage building facing monsters on the way.
After some time they see the door that Audrey told the two. "That is the exit you two! Let's go through it!" Audrey was about to go to it but Jeff stopped her and for a good reason also! "What is that weird white and black crate?" Alice asked them. It is a large white crate with black lines around it, as well as having the CC logo with cyber like style. "I'm not sure. But that icon shows it definitely belongs to Cyber Corps. It might be a trap so lets stay back and watch what it does." He warns them. And at the exact moment the box shook a bit and then started opening up and parts of it started to move and reshape into something large which looked like armor, it has a levitating body with boots and gauntlets not connected to it, it even has a strange heart symbol with a Dark Silver X crossing over the symbol. "What the heck is that?" Audrey asked, even the other two have never seen something like this!
-Cue Kingdom Hearts Shrouding Dark Cloud-
The Large Enemy stomps towards the trio as they quickly separate away from the stomping rampage. Alice casts all three different magics at the enemy, Audrey and Jeff slash with their swords. On closer inspection Jeff notices the enemy has multiple health bars, 1 bar on the gauntlets and boots, while the main body has 2. "So this thing has HP on other parts of its body?" Jeff questions as he backs away from the enemy spinning the hands around like a Buzzsaw, he watches as the large enemy leaps and lands on Audrey with shockwaves damaging her. Alice ran over while casting magic to give Audrey a potion to recover from the damage she took. Jeff uses his Sonic Leap sword skill on one of the hands doing great damage to it then a horizontal slash. It did seem resilient against attacks though Jeff felt a strange darkness from it. He then was brought out of his train of thought getting punched a few times from the Cyber enemy getting knocked into the wall.
"Jeff!" Audrey runs to him though the large armor enemy started stomping towards her again which she only ran furthering the gap between her and Jeff who is getting back up from the beating he took. "Damn, that thing is tough." he says weakly as he pulls out a potion drinking it. He sees Audrey having to do a dodge roll away from the large enemy doing the arm spin attack again. Then it's arms and boot retracted from the body and started to aim for the girls with the gauntlets targeting Alice who is casting fire spells at it, and the boots going towards Audrey who slashes them a few times but gets hit from the shockwaves. Jeff noticed the body of the enemy locking toward him and so he jumped and used the Horizontal Square Sword Skill slashing it 4 times! Once the attack takes effect the arms and boots automatically return to the body and the whole thing tumbles to the ground stunned from Jeff's attack. He then unleashes Sonic Leap onto the Right Gauntlet, it then shook greatly and vanished before him.
"I see! That's what we need to do. Hey, Girls! Attack the other body parts to get them out of the way!" He shouts to them dodging a punch from the enemy. Audrey gets back up moving away from the enemy as it stomps around, she uses Vorpal Strike on the left boot damaging it greatly. Audrey barely blocks an incoming punch from the large enemy with her sword. Alice casts Thunder magic upon it damaging the body and other parts of it, she casts fire and blizzard on one of the boots which looks about to be destroyed. The enemy then does a leap and Alice saw it about to land right on her, she ran quickly getting enough distance from the shockwave. Jeff took the chance and does a final strike onto the left boot causing it to shake and vanish. "That's 2 down! Just a hand and a boot left!" Audrey said excitedly as she strikes with a Horizontal slash on the hand.
Even though the cyber enemy lost a few limbs, it still fought hard and strongly against the 3. The group did their best defending or dodging attacks from the enemy though they have gotten hit a few times from it. As it spun it's only hand and stomped with the boot. They have strike the last limbs enough for them to vanish, leaving only the body left to take down!
"Alright! Now all that's left is the body!" Audrey charges forth at the enemy when suddenly it starts spinning rapidly which Audrey didn't react quick enough as it hits her making her fly into the wall and it also hits Alice knocking her into a pile of boxes. "Audrey! Alice!" Jeff saw in horror seeing the girls getting badly hurt. He looked to see the enemy stop spinning and looking straight at him. He looked at the girls and gripped his sword. I guess I can do this before they notice. From Jeff's hand it glows an orange hue which transfers to his blade with the aura around it. He raises his sword and charges at the enemy dodging the attack, shooting a fire at it and then goes for his Horizontal Square skill, slashing at the 4 sides which takes effect stunning it. "You're finished!" Jeff unleashes the Vorpal Strike Sword Skill, thrusting his sword at the cyber enemy which seemed to deal heavy damage to it.
The large enemy violently shakes as the head of it falls to the ground. Then a light shines and from the top a large crystal like heart floats out of it and vanishes through the roof. The body of the cyber enemy then vanishes before them. Jeff put away his sword and hurried to the two girls checking on them. "Are you both alright?" He asks them, concerned about their injuries. "Yeah. I was just taken back from the sudden spinning attack it did." Audrey answered, getting back on her feet while Alice drinks a potion and nods. "We should leave quickly!" Alice tells them. They head to the door exiting the storage building.
They start to exit the area when one of the guards from Audrey's base is running towards them in a panic. "L-Lady Silver Heart! We've got trouble! Some of the Cyber Corps have this weird machine walking around in the city streets!" He explains to her hastingly! She looked shocked to hear this and then angered! "I am not gonna let them harm the people of my nation! Come on you two!" Audrey runs quickly with the other two behind her!
In the city streets there is a large Cyber machine moving around that has 6 legs. The body is shaped strangely with a cylinder head with a single eye which is white and it also seems to conduct electricity through the entire thing for some reason. "It looks like the project is a successful attempt with the enhancement that Woman has retrieved for us to test with." One of the 3 men who all are wearing suits having the CC logo on his sleeves says seeing the machine moving around. "Precisely, the Big Boss will be grateful for this. We will show everyone the advancement of machines being top priority!" The second guy exclaims. "Exactly, we shall of course start deconstructing here in the nation which should boost production of Cyber Machines." The third guy said as he tapped on a tablet commanding the large machine to fire lasers destroying parts of the land.
"HEY! You jackasses leave my nation alone!" Audrey shouted at the 3 guys who looked to see Audrey, Jeff, and Alice. The three are not expressing much emotion, but they were surprised to see them. "How curious, I thought that the Cyber Armor should've gotten rid of you three." The second guy says, which his voice was familiar to the trio. "Well you thought wrong! Now stop doing this destruction in Agniritha!" Jeff demands them. "Destruction? No, we are reconstructing the land for the Cyber Corps so the world can see the top priority of machines." The first guy answered. "Our CEO wishes for the best of all nations to understand that machines are limitless, more advanced than humans. "Well you are gonna get out of here after I wreck your machine!" Audrey shouted angrily. "Is that so? Then we will show you your error of how you will fall." The third guy taps in the command to attack the trio which turns it's head to them staring at them with it's single eye.
"You are gonna see what happens when you dare set foot in my nation!" She tells them. "Your nation? You claim to say you own it. The goddess rules over it, not a human like you." The second guy tells her while she smirks. "Allow me to show you who you are talking to!" She starts glowing as her figure changes revealing her goddess form. The three guys were left baffled seeing her transformation, as some bystanders are witnessing what is happening from a distance away. "Now let's trash this piece of work! Jeff! Alice! Back me up!" Silver Heart told the two. "Got it!/Right!" They replied! "Cyber Guardian! Destroy those 3!"
-Cue Kingdom Hearts 2 ost Vim and Vigor-
The large Cyber Guardian aims its eye to the group and produces a targeting laser at Silver Heart as it begins charging. "Ah! Spread out!" She shouted to the two and then took flight as the machine continued targeting her. After the amount of time charging Silver Heart turned a second to see it fire a large laser which exploded on contact with her sending her falling down to the ground. "Audrey!" Jeff and Alice were scared that the blast was too much for Silver Heart to take! "Looks like even a Goddess will fall to our machines which is enough proof for our boss to plan for the advancement to go forth with. And now, time to remove you two out of the picture." The third guy says with a smile of the results that happened.
The Cyber Guardian turns its attention to Jeff as it charges for an attack, Alice quickly takes cover to cast spells at it. However when she tried her Thunder it didn't do much for some reason. The Guardian fires the blast, though Jeff quickly takes cover, though the laser blast destroys part of the streets. That thing is dangerous! That laser attack is powerful enough to kill someone! We have to be careful not to get hit by it! Jeff thought to himself. Though his thoughts are interrupted as the Guardian walked around to get a view on him which frightened him as it started to charge up again.
From behind it Silver Heart strongly slashed one of the legs cutting it off the Cyber Guardian which caused it to be stunned suddenly! "Back away from him you damn machine!" She shouted angrily at it. Jeff looked surprised to hear her voice. "Audrey! You're alright!" He got away to see her condition, which he could see that she is covered in dirt and has burn marks on parts of her. "Yeah. Although that blast can be very devastating. I was very lucky that I had little health to stay up and recover a bit!" She explained as she takes flight again as the Guardian recovers from being stunned so both her and Jeff plan to attack it when it is open.
"Well that's a surprise. It looks like she survived the blast. But no matter, we have proof that its laser can destroy things for us." The first guy says continuing to observe the fight as Jeff and Silver Heart try to damage it though the metal was resilient from their attacks. It fired the laser blasts a few times, which they were quick to get out of the way but can't stop its destructive attack!
"Dammit! We need a way to take this machine down! Our swords are barely making a dent!" Silver Heart grimaces seeing that they barely did a thing to the Cyber Guardian. It uses the legs to knock over debris that was made, Alice then shot a well aimed fire spell at the eye which caused it to flinch at the magic shot and Jeff noticed it's reaction from getting hit in the eye. "Maybe that's the weak point of this thing. We could try to weaken it enough and then strike it in the eye to destroy it." He said to himself while the guardian recovered. "Hey Jeff! For some reason this thing is resistant to mine and Alice's thunder magic!" Silver Heart tells him. Sure he had noticed it since he had tried his Spark Strike skill against it which didn't do anything to it. "We gotta stop it before it destroys more of my nation!" She flies dodging a laser fire as she looks from above to see any weak point on it. However Jeff noticed it before and wondered how they could defeat it.
The Guardian starts targeting Silver Heart as Alice runs past it to get away since it was getting close to her. Jeff wasn't gonna allow it to hurt the goddess so he picks up a piece of metal and tosses it at the Cyber machine causing it to turn to him aiming at him now. "JEFF! RUN!" Alice yelled to him. Jeff runs fast and in his path he grabs what looked to be a shield the guards use, he holds it up as the guardian fires at him. The laser rebounded going into the sky and Jeff noticed that as did Alice. "Did the laser rebound off the shield?" She questioned as Audrey landed on the ground as she started noticing her energy for transforming is wearing out now. "Hey guys! My transformation is about to wear out! We need to finish this soon!" She warns them as the guardian had charged up to fire at her, though Jeff gets in the way with the temporary shield rebounding the laser straight back at the enemy blasting it and damaging its armor! "Nice! Looks like it worked! Audrey! Use this shield to rebound another laser fire at it, and I'll finish it off by striking its weak spot, the Eye!" Jeff explains to her by passing the shield to her. She looked at it and nodded understanding the plan.
"They damaged the Cyber Guardian! We need to call it back before it gets destroyed!" The second guy said in a panic! "Hurry! Call off the fight!" The guy with the tablet tapped on it trying to stop it, however it gave him an 'Error' "Uh! We have a problem! The command system has gotten damaged from the laser rebound! I can't stop it!" He explained to his work comrades!
Silver Heart flies striking the Guardian getting its attention and flying high at the angle so Jeff can deal the final blow. The Guardian fires once more allowing her to rebound it straight at the enemy damaging it more! Jeff took this chance charging his sword to do a Vorpal Strike, he leaps onto one of the legs and thrusts his sword into the eye causing it to spark up. Jeff leapt away as the Guardian glowed and exploded into pieces as something flew landing between Jeff's feet which he picked up.
The three CC guys were baffled that their creation was destroyed by a goddess and two humans. "NO! The boss is going to be very furious with this situation!" The first guy panicked from the results before them! "Let's get out of here quickly! We have to report this!" The third guy explains and they start running towards the tunnel back to Central City. With everything calmed down, Silver Heart lands next to Jeff and Alice reverting back to her normal self.
"Nice plan Jeff! We won thanks to your thinking!" She said with a grin. "Well we did great together, I'm glad we could save your homeland." He answered, smiling back. "Mhm! I'm honored to fight by your side Lady Audrey!" Alice said with a heartwarming smile. Before Audrey could say anything, they heard cheering and looked to see that there was an audience watching also which they remembered. "Lady Silver Heart saved the day!" A man exclaimed from the performance. "She's the best!" A Woman cheered. "That swordsman and sorceress even helped her! They are all awesome!" A kid called out amazed at what they saw!
"Well, one good thing is that the people are safe. And they are glad we helped them." Jeff says to the girls. Audrey walks up to the crowd. "My fellow citizens! I am grateful for your support and faith in me! If not for your support, I would have perished. But not only that, I have met some friends to help me." She turns to Alice and Jeff. "They are also the reason I still stand. And as your Goddess, I wish for you all to continue with your support and to give hope to everyone! For now I need you all to keep watch here as I have to do some work to do in the other nations! Do not lose faith in me, my citizens!" She explains to the people around her and they all clap for her. "Come on you two! Let's head back to Central City for our next plan of action!" The trio start walking towards the gates to travel back to Central City.
On top of one of the buildings a cloaked figure watches the three leaving the land who carries a sphere emitting a dark red violet color like an evil aura from it. They smirked as they watched the trio enter the tunnel heading back to the Central Nation. "They may have survived this drawback. But it won't matter, soon the Shadow King will be revived upon this world and destroy everything!" All that is seen is the piercing amber colored eyes under the hood.
And now there is more trouble to deal with! It seems the Cyber Corps were planning to expand their company to other nations. But why would the Mysterious Witch be helping them out? And it seems they are making Machines to do their work and destruction for their own expansion! Can Jeff and Co. stop them and figure out what the Witch is plotting? The answer will probably be answered in the other nations, so now time to see what will happen with our heroes in the next chapter!
