Courier Six... true Courier Six let out a mechanical sigh as the memories hit like a deathclaw, well to be fair it didn't know if it was the real Six, or what was real anymore in it's new strange existence.

At least it replaced those stupid robobrain hands with proper fingers, so it could use tools with this body now. Perhaps it should change these wheels with proper legs as well. But it was working properly and it was fast, perhaps even faster than legs. So robobrain six did not see any reasıon to change it.

It had to admit this robot body had many advantages... it no longer tired, did not need food or water, nor it was affected by toxins especially radiation. Not to mention as long as it did not killed, Robobrain could live pretty much forever. As long as gel preserved the brain of course. At least it could talk with House and Mobius, who were the only ones mostly sane in here

On the other hand, it sometimes... no always missed eating and drinking stuff, breathing too, especially breathing, sometimes it's brain would confused with it's metal body and still would demand to simulate those feelings, of course that was not possible, it was a torture everytime that happened. It was a miracle that it managed to keep it's sanity intact at this point.

This made it to remember it's biological counterpart... human(not exactly but still) Courier Six, and wondered that was she doing now... Of course it always could forcibly connect itself to her mind and check it and influence her decisions like it did before. No doubt she was making another diablobial task for her masters, The Think Tank...

Perhaps investigating a broken satellite in the night was not a good idea after all, because it caused to start all of this mess. Now she and it were separated and she was a slave to them...

They were still connected though, they were each other's opposite but also they completed each other. It did not know what would happen to other if one of them had died but did not want to know, so they had to tolerate each other.

Still it's biological counterpart was fucking insane now, why was she like this? was it the hormones? or perhaps it was another complicated reason?

Nah it was probably because of hormones.

Oh how it remotely begged her not do it, not unleash the cloud. It managed to influence it's counterpart sometimes, like sparing Salt-upon-wounds to prevent Joshua Graham going to a dark path, or urging her to not randomly kill people. Or to protect her from her self-destructive tendencies

But sometimes her decision making was so strong, she managed to overcome it's influence, like how she was impressed with Elijah's speech in Sierra Madre vault so much that she completely ignored it's pleads not do it. Then sided with him anway and betrayed her team, that would another beginning for another events of madness.

She then repaired Repconn rockets after killing all the Bright Followers, again it tried to influence all the way, but she ignored it, just when she was about to launch those rockets to spread that accursed cloud, it amplifed it's thoughts towards her so much that it almost damaged itself.

''Please! Please don't do this! you can still kick both NCR and Legion, you don't need that accursed cloud, you KNOW it, I KNOW it, if you launch those rockets there will be no going back! You can still amend for your sins, go back and kill Elijah, then spread those technologies for the good of all! if you don't care about the people, at least think yourself. What do you think will happen when other factions hear about this? You do realize that cloud won't stay in Mojave like Sierra Madre right? This time it will spread beyond the Mojave, and even if it didn't they will come after you. And trust me they will EVENTUALLY learn you did this! And you know what will happen after that? Well let me tell you they will stop fighting against each other and will come after you, because you are threat to everyone's interests, mutual enemies makes impossible alliances and they won't stop until you are DEAD! Or you kill them and finish what the bombs has started. PLEASE STOP THIS!

But all it could do was just give her some hesitation, even then it didn't last long, she was so fascinated with imagining the cloud covering the Mojave, dreaming the new world and watching the whole world burn. She completely ignored her own brain. And sealed the fate of Mojave by launching those rockets.

''You mad bitch! how dare you ignore me! your own brain! You just doomed the Mojave! if not the World!''

Perhaps... Courier's brain thought, perhaps I should have make her to put me back in her skull. She was it's evil twin, but still it loved her, how could it not? she was it's sister. it was the same with how God wanted to take care Dog... just another victim of Elijah and Courier.

But it was not the only one who influnced the biologial Courier, she too influenced it, like that time how it became so self-obsessed, brain wondered if perhaps nothing existed except itself. It decided to test this by turning the weapons of the Big Empty against each other and seeing what happened. Thankfully it was prevented. But there was no quarantee if something like this would happen again...

And now this ''GATE'' happened, truly this was a Wild Wasteland. Brain couldn't help but to feel pity for those poor bastards.

They just stirred up the hornest nest.

What in the name of the gods happened?

Tuka Luna Marceau's head could only ring this line over and over again, a dragon! a real fire dragon! just flied past them, completely ignoring them and everything else and gone right to the Coda village, she wasn't complaining, but this is not how a dragon supposed to act...

''Tuka!'' her father shouted to her, she looked at him in worry as he hugged her.

''Are you all right!?, you are not hurt, are you?'' He asked, she shook her head, much to his relief.

Other elven villagers looked to the skies and each other, no doubt fearing that dragon will return.

''You seen this too right? that dragon completely ignored us, is this normal?'' one villager asked in confusion.

''No it is not... Fire Dragons are... violent, they just want to raze every living being they can see'' A Mage Scholar confirmed. He stayed in here to find rare ingredients for his experiments around the forest.

''Then why did it ignored us? Tuka asked, she read many things about the dragons, those creatures fascinated her, their size... their power was admirable if nothing else.

''I have no idea...'' Scholar said in a worried tone ''Of course I'm not complanining, but I have a bad feeling about this...''

Tuka still looked at the skies, and some other people did it as well, thankfully it did not return, but that could change any moment.

''We can't stay here'' Hodor, her father said ''We can't know if the dragon will return''

''And where will we go?'' A villager asked in worry. ''We go out there we will most likely die''

''Still better than waiting here for our deaths!'' Hodor suddenly shouted, everyone fell quiet in fear, even Tuka took a step back she never seen her father this angry before.

''Perhaps...'' a villager gulped ''Perhaps we can help coda village to help them kill a fire dragon?'' He asked in worry

Everyone including Tuka looked at him like if he is an idiot

''Never mind...'' he then said.

''But still why that dragon ignored us? and how do we even know it gone to the coda village, sure it flied there, but what if coda was simply in his way like us ?'' he asked again.

''Hmmm'' her father said ''So our options are either we leave this place and most likely will end up dead and enslaved by empire, or stay here and still most likely end up dead, right?''

Everyone suddenly looked uncomfortable for their lack of chocies in the end Hodor sighed.

''Fine here is what we will do, some volunteers will go to the location of dragon to scout it's location and tell us what it does, the others... well pack your most important and carriable things and be ready to go any moment, it's not exactly a great idea, but if anyone have better plans, I'm willing to listen'' Hodor said and waited or hoped for someone to came up with better plan.

Of course no one said anything, all of their option were pretty much dead end.

Hodor sighed again ''Well let's get on with it then...''

The corpse of the dragon was so marvelous... Borous and Dala is going to love this combined with two psykers, this is going to be one hell of a gift for them.

One hour passed since she killed the dragon, people in here did not even bother to hide their devotion from her, they literally completely worshipped her now. It seems this dragon was supposed to be invincible, so someone killing it, and just in two minutes, meant that Courier must be a god for villagers. They openly leaved her gifts to her vertibird and her companions. They also seemed to hope that she will spare them from her golems and ghosts... Defeat of Saderan and Vassal armies must have reached to their ears. Well she wasn't planning to kill them anyway, Think Tank will decide their fate. If she is being honest, Think Tank probably won't even touch them as long as villagers don't get in their way. With that dragon corpse and two psykers, villagers as test subjects were insignificant. Ironically they may even end up better than before. They no longer have to pay overprized taxes or any type of tax for their corrupt noble, nor they no longer have to worry about security with holograms and securitrons. It was an amusing thought.

Now all she had to do bring those two psykers safe and secure with her vertibird and occupy this village. She already sent message to Elijah through her pip-boy for securitrons and hologram emitters for this place. In fact she may place one or two emitters around the corpse of the dragon. She did not want anyone mess with it before Think Tank arrives here after all.

''You are brave''

Lelei said from her behind, oh yes Cato and her were amazed too, in fact Cato seemed to pretty sure they were dead once they heard that dragon. He still wasn't really convinced that dragon was indeed dead.

''Me? Brave? I'm not brave my dear Lelei, in fact I can say you are more brave than me'' Courier told her, there was nothing ''brave'' about what she did, it was just a killing that had to be done. Simple as that.

Lelei raised an eyebrow in confusion

''How? You faced a dragon without a second thought and killed it, no one here have more courage than you'' Lelei explanied.

''Well... I can't be 'brave' because bravery means facing with your fears, I can't face my fears because I'm incapable of feeling fear, you on the other hand can feel fear, but you can face them as I have seen over and over again, that means you are braver than me'' Courier told her with a smile.

Obviosly Lelei was not expecting this answer, so she could't say anything more.

Courier put her hand to her shoulder

''Let's get out of here, I'll send some of my people that clean that place, but for now we must go, take your master and get inside the vertibird'' Courier then guided her back to the Vertibird.

On the way, Rex suddenly growled and barked loudly, Courier quickly stopped guiding Lelei, she knew that bark, it could only mean...

Danger

''Lelei listen to me, take your master and go to the vertibird, and no matter what happens, do not leave, and I mean that, do you understand me?'' Courier demanded as she looked at her eyes.

''W-What, but-'' Lelei stuttered

''No buts! Get out of here now!'' Courier harshly ordered her.

Lelei almost looked like she wanted to argue but then she nodded

Bandit Leader Cato smirked wickedly as he examined the Coda Village through trees in the night, villagers were uncompletely unaware what was about to happen, those modified altars were strange though, did they changed religion or something? Oh well he wouldn't care less really, He sent four men disguised as villagers to deal with those mages, he would have wait a little more but his men were getting twitchy so he decided to be impatient and take a risk. They probably already took care of those mages and were too busy raiding their house anway.

He gave the signal and his men launched the attack, dozens of bandits revealed themselves through trees to raid the village, locals realized too late what happened as they killed a few men and knocked out some women for obvious reasons. They made a good start and not even a two minutes has passed, it seems everything will be fine tonight.

Then he saw something... right in the middle of the village, an iron elephant? his eyes widened, that design looked disturbingly similiar to those golems with wheels. He started to hyperventilane, no no they could not be here, because those villagers would be dead already. He calmed himself down, it's probably dead and locals just scavenged it's corpse, he reasoned, yes that was the most logical explanation.

Cato found himself smile again after his line of thought, and just about to join fun until he saw something much more disturbing in the west of village.

A Dragon corpse

A honest to gods fucking fire dragon corpse

Someone or something in this village killed that dragon and they attacked it.

He couldn't think no more after his head blown up by an anti-material rifle then all he felt was the darkness.

Courier was extremely annoyed,

First they were attacked by a fire dragon just when she was about to complete her mission and now they are attacked by bandits just when they were about to leave again? It was almost like someone was specifically targeting her to annoy and prevent her complete her objectives.

Those disguised four fools who tried to assasinate Cato were easy to detect by Rex and ED-E, and they were quickly killed. Two by the saturnite teeth of Rex biting their neck, while other two blasted to ash by the Holo-cannon of ED-E. She then suggested(ordered) him to get into her vertibird with Lelei.

That means she now had to take care the rest of the few dozen bandits...

So she activated her night-vision and felt herself in bullet-time then took aim with her anti-material rifle and blew the head of their obvious leader, who was frozen when he saw the corpse of the dragon. Realizing too late just what a fatal mistake he made. Of course other thugs were too shocked with the corpse of the dragon too, and now witnessing their beloved leader's head blown up, they completely lost all of their morale.

Just killing them afar with her rifle and taking care the rest with holograms would be the most clean, effective and logical thing to do she knew. But she radiated pure rage now, she still cursed herself for falling prey such primitive emotion. But she wanted this to be personal...

Courier took her plasma beam katana in her hands and sprinted towards bandits with such horrifying speed that she was seemed like blur to them. Then she slaughtered them to pieces, one by one, all she could see was red, their limbs flied around, plasma turned their flesh to ashes, their screams of pain, mercy and suffering were music to her ears. When red finally vanished from her eyes, she realized she was in the forest not far from the village, dozens of bandit corpses were around her, all of them were in multiple pieces, their blood painted the green lands with red, wind carried the blue ashes burned by the plasma.

She heard a deep loud laugh accompanied with loud claps.

Courier looked at the location of the noise to find the culprit... said culptrit had a red dress with the body of child and a huge axe in her hands. Despite how ridiculous she looked, Courier's instics warned her that she should be wary around that one.

''Well Done! Well done!'' she compliented the Courier with claps ''I couldn't have done it better myself, well maybe I could, but what you did was a masterpiece, well done, I heard the legends of the certain ''Courier'' who was the ''Carrier of Death'' witnessing you in action proved those legends true, I'm glad for that'' She said with a psychotic smile.

Courier aimed her LAER

''You come here to seek your death too?'' Courier asked to her 'calmly'

The girl did not semed to affected, she instead bowed down

''Getting killed by you would be honor, and me killing you would bring me honor as well, you truly are worthy, my name is Rory Mercury, I hail you in the name of Emroy''

''I have no interest in 'honor' nor to your 'emroy' I suggest you to leave, before you will do something you may regret'' Courier answered back, as they looked each others eyes in the night sky.

''Hmmm, no I don't think I will'' Rory said, and they circled around each other, waiting for their opponent's first move

Rory Mercury grinned

(WILD WASTELAND) ''Finally, A Worthy Opponent , Our Battle Will Be Legendary!'' Rory screamed and she lunged to the Courier.
