Chapter 1 – Harry

A/N Still don't own the worlds I am borrowing to make this magical piece of art you have decided to read. Sorry, but that's life sometimes.

Harry was tired, well tired was an understatement but that was the best way to describe it. He thought he would finally get to escape the Dursleys, but no. Sirius is still on the run and Harry is left with his relatives.

"I can't stand staying here Hedwig, I need to go for a walk."

His faithful owl and best friend hooted in response as Harry crept his way down the stairs, He may not have chores to do as his relatives believe mistreating him would summon his mass-murdering Godfather, but Harry was still wary of tempting Fate.

Finally making it out of the house he began walking towards the park in Little Winging. Thinking about how messed up his life had been up until now. He had fought the man who murdered his parents and tried to kill him when he was just a baby. Accidentally killed the man the murderer was possessing. Was judged by the whole school for something he didn't do only to meet the murderer again but as a teenager even managed to beat him and kill a giant deadly snake. With a little help of course. And then last year he thought he had a murderer after him again, only to find out the murderer was his Godfather and wanted to live with him! Only an author of a very famous book series could have made something like this up.

He needed to get stronger, better. He needed to spend the next year training in peace. Since so far, his life had been one bad incident after another he needed to spend as much time training as possible. Maybe one day he could defeat the Dark Lord who for some reason isn't dead yet forever.

Harry was so deep in his thoughts he didn't even notice the sound of a loud thump in front of him or the girl attached to the noise. He only stopped when she began to speak.

"Master?" Her voice shook as she looked around facing away from him. "Master, where are you?"

Harry looked her over. She was wearing a dark backless top that merged into a skirt that ended at her thighs, strange cylinders hung from her belt. She had strange hair, blue with white stripes, or was it white with blue stripes? He wasn't sure. But part of them fell to her back while the sides fell over her shoulders. And her skin was orange.

Harry smirked. "Well, I'm not sure about this Master stuff, seems kind of kinky if you ask me."

As she turned Harry got a good look at her face, her skin was apparently orange all over but what shocked him was her eyes. They were beautiful. A deep and vivid blue that made his breath hitch.

Her eyes were wide as she took him and her surroundings in, she was shaking, and he wasn't sure if it was because of his obviously hilarious comment or because she was scared but he leaned down and reached to put his hand on her shoulder.

As his hand came close, she flinched and moved back. His hand stilled, he could understand that reaction quite well.

"Are you okay?" he asked, trying to keep his voice calm and gentle. "My name is Harry what is your name?"

He had never seen a creature like this at Hogwarts, although there were probably many magical creatures he had never seen before.

"I am Ahsoka Tano, can you direct me to the nearest holocom? I need to contact my Master; he is in danger and I'm not sure how I got here." Her voice broke him out of his musings.

"A holo-com?" The word sounded strange coming from his lips. "I have no idea what that is."

Her eyes seemed to widen further in response. She stood up and began to pace.

"Where am I?" Ahsoka asked. "What sector am I in?"

"Sector?" Harry was confused, who was this girl? "You are on Earth. You know… the only planet with life in our solar system."

This statement caused Ahsoka to stop, she turned to Harry. "Earth? I have never heard of it."

Harry was floored. What did she mean she hadn't heard of Earth? Where else was there? Unless… She was an alien?

"What are you, Ms Tano?" Harry asked uncertainly, would this question offend her?

"I am a Jedi." She answered with an arrogant smirk etched on her face.

"A Jedi?" Harry repeated. "I have never heard of that race."

Ahsoka looked offended. "We aren't a race; we are the protectors of the galaxy. We utilize the force and fight the Sith and keep peace in the galaxy."

"You mean the galaxy as in space, right?" Harry asked just to be sure.

"Of course, I mean space! Look is there anyone here who could help me find a way not to contact my Master?"

Her frequent usage of the word 'Master' upset Harry, he hated slavery and really hoped this pretty girl in front of him was a slave. Although she did seem to be a bit insane. Galaxy? Jedi? What was this nonsense? Harry conveniently ignored that he was a wizard who has to hide from muggles who don't even know he exists.

"I'm not sure about that holocom thing you mentioned earlier but I might have someone who could help." Harry chose his words carefully, desperate not to offend this 'Jedi' in front of him. Making sure Ahsoka was following him he led her back to Number 4 Privet Drive.

"We will need to be quiet here. My relatives aren't the nicest people on a normal day, but they may freak out if they see you." Harry warned quietly, hoping Ahsoka understood.

Ahsoka nodded before following Harry into the house. He was surprised by the unnatural grace and fluidity of her movements as she made her way up the stairs without so much as a sound.

Finally reaching his room, Harry gestured towards his bed and once Ahsoka had sat down he sat at his desk, reaching for some parchment and a quill.

As he began to write a letter to Dumbledore, he tried to make a casual conversation with Ahsoka.

"So, if Jedi isn't your race what are you?"

"The correct term is species." Ahsoka chastised. "I am a Togruta but I'm assuming by your questions you do not have those here."

"No, we do not." Harry agreed as he turned to face her only to stop in shock. She was levitating a rock just above her hand up and down almost like it was bouncing or she was throwing it up and it was falling but without touching it.

"You can do Magic?" Harry exclaimed excitedly.

Ahsoka made a face. "No, not magic, The Force. And I can't do it. I can use the force through training."

"We call it magic here, although most people need a wand to do it." He said pulling his wand from his back pocket.

"That stick? Helps you use the force? How?" Ahsoka leaned in to get a better look, reaching out until Harry snatched the wand away. She looked up in shock.

"Sorry," Harry said. "I'm not really comfortable having other people hold or touch my wand. It's like an extension of me. I feel naked without it."

Ahsoka nodded. "I get that, I feel naked without my lightsabers." The two cylinders on her belt snapped into her hands. She then ignited them, glowing green light spilling from what Harry now knew were hilts.

"You have green torches? How does that help at all?"

"They aren't torches; they are swords made of plasma. They burn white hot and can cut through anything. It took me years before I was allowed to build my own!" She exclaimed defensively.

"So, you can do Magic and have laser swords? Anything else I should know about?"

"It's the Force. And I think that's pretty much it. Now can you please contact that help you promised so I can get back to my Master, he is in grave danger!"

Thoroughly chastised Harry turned back to the letter he was writing even as he asked his next question.

"Why do you call him Master? You aren't a slave, are you?" He struggled to keep the anger out of his voice as he spoke.

"Oh gods no. He is my master, and I am his padawan. He teaches me about the Force, lightsaber training and everything else related to the Jedi." Ahsoka hurried to defend her master.

"That's good… I think. Anyway, this letter is done. Hedwig, can you take this to Professor Dumbledore please?" He asked turning to his faithful owl.

Hedwig hooted and allowed him to tie the letter to her leg before she flew off.

"She might be a while so why don't you tell me your story so far?"

Ahsoka nodded in agreement and began to explain her story. Knowing that she can't even remember much of what happened before she got here.

A/N This story feels kind of stilted at the moment. I think it is because I haven't really planned where I am going with it and am kind of just going with the flow. I promise to get to the good stuff soon but hopefully, this chapter was good. Don't forget to favourite if you liked it and review it if you have any questions or criticism.
