We spent the month time, observing AFO and learning to fight better together, we also went on plenty of dates and as we were coming back, we discovered that AFO was gonna give his power to someone else. He was deciding who it would be and because of his love of theatrics in a month at UA, a bomb that has been planted in the teacher's room will detonate, killing everyone, teachers and students and that I would not allow. Shigaraki had been given a quirk which improved his speed. There were not that many stuff but today, Miko-hime and I will stand before Nezu and be judged by almost all of the heroes. "Miko-Hime, we need to be ready, we may become outcasts of the heroes or tried and executed, so we might have to fight. Prepare yourself. Since you already drank my blood, call upon it before we go there. Always remember I love you." I told her. She nodded and we decided to deliver a massive blow before we go back. I told Miko to hide somewhere close to UA and wait for me. I walked out and sent a Chibaku Tensei that was restricted to the area and it would not send debris everywhere. I went right into the middle of the villain barracks and sent out my strongest shinra Tensei and rupturing everybody's, in their room or not, lungs and organs, killing them instantly. I walked up the stairs where Shigaraki was dehanding himself, I sent a water bullet and it pierced his heart before he could even sense me. I got close to turning around the corner before I was electrified, I sent the last of my power to Hiraishin me to Toga.

Toga, after seeing my condition, ran heedless of her own limits, her mind only on her beloved safety, he had been hit and by a bolt of electricity that was so powerful, he was still crackling with mini bolts of electric, his body shaked but he never seemed to get out of hand.I eventually summoned the last bits of my energy to hiraishin to UA High Gate and was almost immediately swarmed by heroes.

"Where is All-Might?"

"No, All-Might is not going to be called at your beck and call, he is the Number 1 Hero."

"Just tell him that the Otsutsuki are back and the fox is injured." I said now pleading.

"No, you will not order us heroes around." The hero who had answered previously, replied.

"He will understand, please the situation is grave." I said by now positively crying, Kurama was dying and he was not getting better, instead more towards the worse.

"That's it, detainment for a-"

"What is going on here?" A man in a blue suit with bulging muscles, 2 rabbit-ears-like hair and a million-watt smile.

"Thank Goodness, Fox was gravely injured."

Concern flashed upon his face before his usual smile ran rampant again.

"Don't worry, fellow heroes, I shall handle this." All Might said scooping me and Izuku in his huge hands.

"What All-Might, you can't be serious, we can't help or treat villains of whom have caused deaths." The hero said.

"Make no mistake, these are no villains, only heroes of whom have sacrificed much and never have they, even in their 'villain' career, killed someone or gravely injured." All Might said still with smile, although a bit strained.

He started walking away towards the UA High Treating rooms and as he opened the gate, he looked down on me, "Don't worry, young Toga, you are safe and rest and be reassured, after you awake we shall talk of our plans." he said with his signature smile and somehow managed a thumbs up. After that I was completely knocked out into a dream of my parents walking away, saying insults upon me as they left, yeah what a lovely dream.

Meanwhile,

I walked forward and bumped fists with Kurama, but as I did a massive sonic boom which resulted in a bubble of air enveloped everything resonating from me.

In the real world,

All-Might, as well as Toga Himiko, and somehow Bakugo and Ochako found out of his rearrival, all of them entered the room only to be met with gigantic sonic boom, without the devastation, the booms sounded so loud as if a bomb had been let off. A visible sound bubble expanded from Izuku looking as if he had detonated and a massive aftermath wind was arriving. Everyone other than Toga who had collected enough strength to stand after month of endurance opened his eyes and his rinnegan glowed brightly, 9 furry tails sprouted from his back, his horn grew to full size, his usual staff (A/N his shakujo is still on the moon and the seal is spreading) was missing now replaced with a black staff with orange and purple lines flowing through it and glowing as if made with it. His Hair grew longer until it reached his his thighs, he grew taller and more leaner and his otsutsuki robes burst into existence, witha few changes, the tomoe were orange and the robe was black with a purple line connecting the tomoe, behind him, 6 gold truth seeker orbs connected by a golden line burst out, he stood his eyes, no longer warm, he floated at a decently fast pace towards the window and Toga grabs his robes and he turns around, his purple eyes drained all the colour into his pupil until his pupil took over his eyes, sclera included, then in the middle,a flicker of light sparked, it grew and grew until his pupil shrank and the concentric lines which made up the rinnegan turned into a spiral before returning to their concentric positions. He continued out as Ochako, Bakugo, Himiko and All-Might were too shocked to move, Izuku floated until he was high enough that even with the towering structures of Japan, he was seen as Helicopters swerved around broadcasting him worldwide, his face even on the buildings, bus and train stops and even on TV. He brought his staff up and a gigantic boom of a meteor crashing against Earth resounded even though nothing had touched the surface that was abnormal, only the sound. Everybody came out to watch or continued watching him via something.

"You all believe me to be a villain under the name of Kurama, the 9 Tailed Sage, but no that was only my alias. I am here to bring you all to an era of peace, you all look to All-Might as the symbol but look to me and you will find it, I am your door to saviour, I make you a guarantee, I shall make a world where everyone is happy, villains and citizens, glory hogs and poor people, everyone shall see their own dreams come true, should you be quirkless, a quirk shall come, should you be terminally ill, you shall see life in new ways. I am your saviour, see me not as an icon of evil but as a beacon of peace and prosperity, follow me, to all those that wish but for those that don't, your wishes shall still be granted but whilst you fight, you shall be in utter turmoil. I raised my staff and in a bolt of lightning disappeared and all over the world simultaneously lightning struck lots of places and put close and strategically placed surveillance seals, to monitor the world. Izuku also disappeared but in to a Chibaku Tensei that is modified to act as a portal to space as it moves a person from one dark matter to another, his Chibaku Tensei gathered nothing though as after Izuku left it disappeared. Izuku appeared on the moon, he touched the seal and muttered the words,

"Jikan Zenpo"

All of a sudden the seal accelerated and after a second it was done and his seal was completed and he set opened his palm and sat cross-legged over the floor as his staff was in his hand horizontally, parallel to the floor, the seal he finished glowed brightly enough to be seen on Earth, then it disappeared and Izuku uttered the words,

"Jikan Tensei!"

Thinking in his mind of A, the Raikage, Minato, the 4th Hokage, Hashirama, the 1st Hokage, Madara, Guren and Naruto Uzumaki as well as Sasuke. Since the others were reincarnated by me, they jutsu made them do as I wished, they got to fixing it as Madara and the others grumbled about being recalled doing mundane work. Hashirama started with his deep forest emergence, a forest started growing and Madara started with his earth jutsu creating houses, Guren created mirrors and some decor as well as a crystal shop made out of crystal and full of crystal. Minato teleported metals which I had brought to the Raikage, who had started using his lightning to melt it into other objects. I walked through the incredibly fastly made city and made a river bed that went around the village which was encircled in a massive dome which would protect the city, outside the dome, gigantic forest was made with exotic fruits and the like, the beauty of the city was already unmatched as the city in its gigantic city which was as big as all the countries pieced together, was surrounded by massive gold walls, I spread invisible seals all over the city and made them inactivated but invisible, I walked right to the centre of the city and built a huge tower as tall as the USA's Empire State building which was taller than the whole city. In the city itself was abundant with trees of exotic fruit and beauty and it had its own beaches and forests and oceans, the gold wall was see-through and was untouchable to people who wish to go out with good intentions but impossible to get in with bad intentions. Outside were crystal hotels and resorts which were mixed between crystal, gold and silver. Out in mountains of the city was my base hidden in a cave which was hidden by genjutsu and by natural means it snaked around the whole city for quick pop-ups. There was also bunker which would teleport everyone to my Kamui or Earth should something happen to the city. It also had checkpoints around the city, every house would teleport to the bunker which would teleport them to the safest destination. I looked up and saw the dead black expanse of space and I teleported to Earth managed to steal a cloud and using an ancient technique stole a piece of the sky, as I came back to my city, I released they sky and cloud and saw a tiny peace of the sky become as Earth's so I used the Akimichi jutsu of expansion and they sky expanded, I repeated until finally it was done, the magnificent blue sky of earth was now on my planet and the clouds reigned in their majesticity. Madara and Sasuke placed a joint Uchiha genjutsu over the planet, so it looked like the moon on Earth, and I made sure it followed the same time rules as Earth, like night-time means dark sky with many-many-many-maaaany stars. A Chibaku Tensei accumulated the rocks from asteroid belts and made a moon as big as the previous. I put a forever lasting gravity jutsu and seal to keep it the same as Earth and I added a seal to the factories so that all the pollution is put into a pocket dimension and destroyed. Schools and hospitals built and no currency was needed here, it was all free, a seal produced the food as fresh as farming and if anyone wanted to farm, they could. Everything was done for you.

The reason Naruto and Sasuke as well as Madara and Hashirama were revived is to teach Izuku his abilities.

A Month Later,

"Thank you, guys, you taught me everything I needed, is there something you wnat from here or Earth or want to do?" I asked.

Naruto and Hashirama grinned, "Well, you see we are a bit of a prankster and since we became shinobi we had to stop and mature but we love to prank." Naruto said. "Go ahead" I said as Naruto and Hashirama stepped through the seal and disappeared, "Dobe" Madara and Sasuke said at the same time thinking of their own friends.
