Chapter 3: Harry – Glowing swords are fun but dangerous.

A/N: I was reading the reviews of the story before starting this chapter and I wanted to thank everyone for the support. To the person saying Harry saying "Kinky" is out of character I agree. First off It is my story and I can and will write Harry how I want. Second, J.K Rowling is an amazing author (even if some of her other life choices aren't as great) but she wrote Harry Potter for children. 14-year-olds know what kinks are. I certainly did. I don't believe this story will become M, but I will need to reread the guidelines on what does and doesn't constitute a T rating. I'm sorry if my Harry isn't who you want but sucks to suck. Anyway, on with the chapter.

A/N: also, if I owned either universe I am using they would not have the mainstream popularity they do today thanks :D

Harry had never been this happy, not even when he found out Sirius wasn't a mass murderer who wanted him dead and instead loved and wanted to care for him. Feeling the force coursing through his body had not only allowed him to go running at speeds far faster than a normal human and help him jump faster. But all the physical training he had been doing had changed his physical body as well. The Force flowing through him had allowed his body to use it as nutrients to heal damage when he meditated, this change was first noticed by Ahsoka when she woke up to find him much taller than before with more muscle mass than was possible in such a short time. Instead of being short and scrawny. Harry was now tall and lean, his height topping out at around 5'10.

Ahsoka had told him that Force Healing was an art that many Jedi used minimally as it required a great aptitude to be able to heal more than just exhaustion and fatigue. She theorised that Harry had so much aptitude with the Force that he brute-forced (A/N I did it again) his way through what takes many Jedi years of meditation and training to accomplish.

Harry and Ahsoka had also grown closer over the past month. Training day in and day out had given Harry no time to think or worry about anything. Which was good especially when he had woken up screaming after having a dream about Voldemort and Pettigrew killing a man at an old manor. Ahsoka had been there and after reminding him about meditation and waiting for him to calm down, they had sent a letter to Dumbledore who promised to investigate it.

Harry and Ahsoka had decided to go outside to train for the first time during the day. So far, they had been training at night to avoid detection and had also been eating and showering during the night to avoid confrontation. But had decided to do something instead of staying inside meditating and reading all day.

"Boy!" A voice shouted as Harry and Ahsoka came down the stairs. "What is that thing?"

Turning they saw Vernon Dursley standing in the kitchen. Petunia had dropped the plate she was holding in favour of covering her mouth with her hand.

"I am not a thing," Ahsoka stated proudly. "My name is Ahsoka Tano and if you would please excuse us. Harry and I will be in the backyard training." With that said and a smug look on her face. Ahsoka had started to walk past Vernon only to be thrown backwards, flipping to land on her feet and Vernon had pushed her.

"Not a chance, it is bad enough to have the freak living here and being seen by the neighbours, but I will not have a creature in my house as well!"

Harry sat back not even worried but internally smacking himself because he should have known this would happen. Even if Ahsoka had convinced him all would be fine.

In the blink of an eye, Ahsoka had lunged forward, igniting her lightsaber mid-stride before resting the plasma blade slightly under Vernon's enormously fat chin.

"Listen here you Hutt-size human," Ahsoka growled. "You are lucky the Jedi are peacekeepers and not warriors but touch me or Harry again and you will either go without one of your limbs or your life."

Disengaging her lightsaber Ahsoka walked calmly past Vernon to the backyard. Harry followed, turning towards Vernon to give him a smug smile before turning back to follow Ahsoka, desperate to keep his eyes on the back of her head.

"Harry today we are going to be practising with lightsabers," Ahsoka said calmly from her position on the ground meditating.

"But I haven't got a lightsaber." Harry barely got the sentence out before Ahsoka threw her longer blade towards him, only using the Force as guidance allowed him to grab it in time. "Never mind."

"To start I want to walk you through Shii-cho."

As Harry watched Ahsoka walk him through the moves of Shii-Cho, he was astounded at her gracefulness, and how smooth and fluid her movements seemed. He began to mimic her, walking through the movements until it felt like he was dancing.

"You need to use the Force while using the lightsaber." Ahsoka's voice shocked him out of the repetition.

"What?" Harry asked confused.

"Use the Force to guide and assist you through the moves. The Force is everywhere and in everything including my lightsabers. Use it."

Harry thought about it before closing his eyes and sinking into the force. Once he felt it envelop him, he began running through the movements again. But this time there was no awkwardness, no missing timings, or mixing moves. He and the Force had together completed a series of exercises in Shii-Cho. He was about to stop until he felt a nudge in the Force. It wanted him to do more. Following the movement Harry began running through the basic exercises for all seven lightsaber forms.

He opened his eyes to find Ahsoka staring at him in shock.

"How… did you do that?"

Harry blinked before grinning sheepishly. "The Force was guiding me through Shii-Cho as you told me. Only for it to guide me through a few more sets of moves. It was like it was using my body to perform the moves. I am sorry if I got too advanced."

"It is fine, were there any of those sets, we call them forms, that stood out to you?"

"Probably form four and five."

Ahsoka breathed a sigh of relief. "Thank gods. Those are the forms I am most familiar with and confident in as well. Looks like you take after me my young padawan." She smiled teasingly.

"Ahsoka for the last time, we are around the same age, and you are not my master. I still find that whole thing uncomfortable most of the time."

"Most of the time?"

"Well, it's alright if I call you Master to tease you." Harry smiled smugly.

Ahsoka smirked back. "Alright, padawan let's duel."

She laughed as Harry's smile fell off his face resulting in a shocked look. He barely had time before she attacked. Her movements were fluid and precise as she seemed to move through the air, jumping around, over and sliding under him. Constantly putting pressure on her glowing weapon. Harry was barely able to keep up until there was a suspicious lull in attacks. Instead of looking around, Harry delved into the Force once again. This time when the next attacks came, he blocked each one perfectly, using a style the Force supplied in his mind as Djem So before he spun under a strike from Ahsoka, bringing his blade up and disarming her all in one move. She fell back in shock.

Harry leant down with his hand out.

"How did I do?" The teasing grin on his face showed he knew exactly how well he did.

Ahsoka grabbed his hand and let him pull her up only to come into contact with his solid chest. They stood like that for a second before jumping apart. Both blushed up a storm as Ahsoka coughed to cover her embarrassment.

"You did well, and boy am I glad I set those to a lower setting before we started training. You were struggling at first but then pulled out an amazing attempt at Djem So? What happened?"

"I'm not sure." Harry suddenly turned pensive, the smug smile slipping from his face as he fell deep into thought. "It felt like the force was guiding me, at first I was overwhelmed but once I sunk into the force and let it wash over and support me, I suddenly knew exactly where to move and how to do it most efficiently."

Ahsoka looked at Harry for a moment.

"I will meditate on this and we will discuss it further after that."

Harry nodded. They both decided that was enough lightsaber training for today and began to walk back inside.

"Ahsoka."

Ahsoka looked up. Harry was sitting at his desk holding the letter he had been reading.

"My friends have invited me to the world cup, but I don't want to leave you alone would you like to come with us? I am sure we could find a spare ticket somewhere."

Ahsoka thought for a moment.

"This is for that quidditch game you mentioned right? The one that has the stupid position that decides the whole game?"

"Hey!" Harry said Indignantly. "It is a great game and I play seeker. It is a great position."

"You as a seeker decide when the game ends and also give your team one hundred and fifty points. What is the point of all the other members of the team?"

"To score points."

"But you do that for them."

Harry paused, he and Ahsoka had had this discussion multiple times over the past few weeks.

"Whatever do you want to come?"

"I suppose I should, just to keep you safe." Harry wasn't sure why, but Ahsoka wouldn't look at him while saying this.

"Well, let me owl Dumbledore and see what we can do."

-O-HPAFG-O-

"Harry, why are we here again?"

"We need to get new clothes, first of all, you don't exactly look like everyone else and if not for Dumbledore sending you books on glamour charms we wouldn't even be able to move around in public."

The two had stopped in front of Madam Malkin's to get some new robes. Ahsoka had some very specific robes she wanted for Harry and herself and luckily Madam Malkin did custom orders.

They walked in and gave their specifications before allowing Madam Malkin to take measurements.

Finally, after what felt like forever the measurements were done.

"Alright dears, the robes will be ready in a few hours so please go look around and come back at around 3:30."

The two nodded before leaving the store.

"Where to now?" Ahsoka asked Harry.

"What were some things we needed again?" Harry turned to Ahsoka. "If I know what we need I know where to go."

"Well first things first, we need to see if we can find some crystals to use for your lightsaber and grab me a wand. We also need to get something to hold all our items and this we want to purchase or carry."

"Oh, we can go look at trunks as well. I heard they have trunks with libraries in them. You mentioned you wanted to study as many magical texts as you could find right?" Harry said excitedly.

Ahsoka nodded. "And maybe after we get our robes we should look around in the city for some tech for the lightsabers. SkyGuy made me memorise how to create mine and take it apart repeatedly, a lightsaber is part of you. It is your life so we need to make sure we can get you one as soon as possible."

Harry nodded and they began walking towards Trunks R Us.

Two library trunks, two moleskin pouches with undetectable expansion charms and anti-damage charms later they were looking through a little shop off of Diagon Alley called, Gem's Crystals.

The shop was quite dusty. Like nobody had been in there for quite some time.

An old man stood behind the counter, his eyes were sunken and his body frail. Wrinkles covered his face and thin grey hair sat neatly atop his head.

"Hello young ones, what can I help you with today."

Harry looked to Ahsoka, expecting her to take charge. This was her area of expertise after all.

"Do you have a large selection of magical crystals we could look through?"

The old man smiled. "Of course we do, this is Gem's Crystals after all. Give me one second."

He came back with a tray filled with magical crystals. Ahsoka looked them over before nodding. Turning to Harry she spoke.

"Use your ability to sense Magic while waving your hand over the crystals. When you find one that calls out to you stop."

Harry nodded.

He started at one side of the tray, moving his hand along with his eyes closed waiting for a connection. He had almost gotten to the end of the tray when suddenly something sang out to him. The feeling was quite similar to when he got his wand and without realising it the crystal had leapt into his hand.

Opening his eyes, he looked at his chosen crystal and smiled. An emerald, almost exactly the same shade of green as his eyes.

"Why am I not surprised." Harry turned to see Ahsoka looking at him with a fond smile.

"How much?" Harry asked turning towards the old man only to see him staring at Harry in shock, his eyes switching between his face and the crystal he now held in his hands.

The old man visibly shook himself before replying.

"Thirteen Galleons."

Harry nodded before handing over the money and moving to leave the store. Ahsoka followed behind him. Last but not least was to find her a wand before heading back to Madam Malkin's.

Upon arriving Harry was reminded of how creepy Ollivander seemed to be, especially now. Without even looking up he spoke.

"Ah yes, Mr Potter, and Padawan Tano I see. I have been expecting you Miss Tano, Magic has told me you will be vital in the coming years and me helping you to find your wand is a pivotal point for shaping the future."

Harry and Ahsoka turned to each other in shock. Before Harry cleared his throat.

"Yes, we need to find Ahsoka a wand as quickly as possible if that is okay?"

Ollivander nodded. "Yes, I understand, You two still have much to do don't you."

Whatever Ollivander was talking about was left unsaid as Harry turned to see Ahsoka focusing with her eyes closed. Suddenly a box at the back began to move, sliding out off the shelf and flying towards Ahsoka only to land on the bench in front of her. It seemed to open on its own before Ahsoka grabbed the wand inside the box.

The wind around them picked up as the singing Harry felt upon finding his crystal seemed to sing again, for Ahsoka, for her finding her wand.

Ollivander did not even seem shocked by the event as he just smiled knowingly before heading to the counter.

"I thought so." He said knowingly. "11 inches, rowan, and phoenix feather. A good wand for a Jedi. Known for a disassociation with the Dark Arts, very good with defensive charms."

Ahsoka nodded thoughtfully before staring in shock that Ollivander knew about the Jedi.

"Alright you two, that will be Seven Galleons, best be off now to collect your new robes. You still have much to do today."

They nodded and paid before leaving the store. Returning to Madam Malkin's to receive their new robes.

Harry walked out of the changing rooms wearing his new robes. They fit him well, wrapping around his front and being held together by a belt with the cloak over the top held together by a clasp around his neck, a hood falling behind him. He noticed Ahsoka kept sneaking peaks at him when she thought he wasn't looking, but considering how she looked in her new robes it was hard for him to stop looking.

She wore leggings that met up with her skirt like before, but they were a darker colour now, grey melding into black. She wore brown knee-high boots and a black tunic that was connected to her skirt, it was sleeveless but was fixed with bandages that were wrapped up to her wrists which were met with dark gloves. Finally, she wore a light grey cloak that wrapped around her and allowed her to hide her lightsaber that hung from the belt that hung at her waist.

Harry had never seen anything so beautiful. But knew these thoughts were forbidden to Jedi and while he himself may not subscribe to the Jedi code or a lot of teachings of the Order, he knew Ahsoka did and would never want to do anything to make her feel uncomfortable.

Finally paying for their purchases, the two pulled up their hoods and walked out into muggle London. Harry and Ahsoka had read up on notice-me-not charms before leaving as well and took many liberties with them as they travelled through the streets. They stopped at a few junk stores and travelled to quite a few technology stores to find all the pieces Ahsoka had informed Harry they would need before finally calling the knight bus to take them back to Privet Drive.

-O-HPAFG-O-

Harry had been meditating for almost five hours every day since getting the crystal, he and Ahsoka had begun putting together his lightsaber. Ahsoka had made Harry take apart and rebuild the pieces over and over again. They had struggled to find a way to power the blade before coming across a power rune in an old tome that Dumbledore had loaned Ahsoka. The rune allowed Harry to tune itself to his magic. Meaning when he pushed magic into the rune in the hilt it ignited the lightsaber. This had the extra effect of meaning that nobody else could activate his lightsaber as they needed his magical signature to activate it. Ahsoka had been impressed and inspired by this and had done the same to her blades.

But now the final stage of lightsaber creation was upon them, Harry, with the Force as guidance. Had turned the emerald crystal into the perfect size for his lightsaber and had put it into the slot. Then, using the Force. He created his lightsaber once more making it slowly but surely, connect in all the right places before the finished product sat before him.

Picking it up and pushing his magic into the rune, an emerald, green blade ignited in front of him. It was a little longer than the blade Ahsoka had him practising with and took him a little bit of time to get used to but now they were sparring every day. Ahsoka while being impressed with Harry's ability to use the Force to teach him lightsaber Forms was still a much better duellist than Harry and managed to team him something new each time they spared.

They kept a routine of running every morning, practising lightsaber, and unarmed combat after and studying magical texts in the afternoon. Then meditating at night. This continued until one morning they woke up to the sounds of shouting. It seemed the Weasleys had arrived to take Harry and Ahsoka to the Quidditch World Cup.

A/N: Hey thanks for getting this far. I really appreciate all the support on the previous chapters. I am trying to increase chapter length as I go but I still struggle with how to do the time jumps and such. I have a few ideas for the future but for now this chapter took a lot out of me as I have exams coming up and I am sick. I will try and write wherever I can but as I want longer chapters there will be some time between each one for now. I am sorry but once again hope you enjoyed the chapter. Please leave any comments or ideas you have in the reviews I do read them all. Although I'm not sure if I am supposed to respond in the reviews or in the story… Oh well.
